Great pizza. Freshly made traditional pizza base dough every day (not the factory made frozen dough a lot of other places use). Super team, polite, fun & experienced. Best place for pizza, in my opinion

Having order by phone at 852 was told 15 mins I arrived 20 mins later to.be told your pizzas are just going in. What a poor service from a what used to be a fantastic pizza place. Improve the service please.

We love Roccos pizza, we visit regularly as the pizza is so good. We always change to a deep pan base each at no extra cost, two medium pizzas is our regular order one is a margarita and one as a meat feast. The pizzas never disappoint on taste or quality, we then add in dips after which is always the garlic and herb one so good. Considering Roccos is next door to Dominoes there is no contest as Roccos are definitely the better one to visit. A word of warning if you buy the hot chicken wings then be warned they are very hot but a decent size.

Visiting the area just for one night, chose Rocco’s as cheaper than dominoes.. was not disappointed. Food arrived piping hot and was super tasty. Delivery driver was polite and friendly, delivery time was as stated on the website at the time of order. Thank you Roccos

The first and last time ordering from this place. The so called “large” pizza I ordered this afternoon was a standard sized pizza you can buy from a shop. Ordered the mozzarella sticks which tasted like frozen ones you get from the shop and cooked in a dirty oven. The pizza was bland and the cheese got stuck to the paper they put in the pizza box so the extra cheese I ordered ended up in the bin anyways. Cost me just under £25 for a 5 quid meal that wasn’t even enjoyable. If you fancy ordering from this place I honestly wouldn’t bother, get yourself down to the Morrisons pizza counter where you can create your own pizza which is literally 3 times the size of what you get from here, 4 toppings of your choice which they pile on, fresh and very tasty sauce and cheese. Can feed 3 people easily and will only cost you £4.95, maybe even less. save your money from robbing places like this like I wish I had

Don't pick a time for you delivery because you will be disappointed!

This a takeaway pizza place and it's slap bang next door to Domino's. But how Domino's survives in the face of competition from Rocco's, I have no idea. For a UK-pizza, Rocco's is simply the best I've had and after having some friends over who had not experienced them before, they too have joined the fan club. The quality is simply outstanding. If you live in the area and you haven't tried Rocco's, then you're missing out. Give them a go: you won't be disappointed. Oh and if you collect (not for delivery), it's buy one, get one free.

They do good pizza, nice to be able to have vegan cheese with meat choices (unlike certain other pizza stores) Would be 5 stars but there's a quirky thing where if you go into the store and buy pizza, you get vegan cheese at no extra cost. Buy it online tho, and it'll cost you an extra £1.50 per pizza, so it adds up. EDIT TO ADD you gotta select the create your own pizza, and select vegan cheese as a topping but you can still have a decent Hawaiian with ham, mushroom and pineapple, if that's your thing Fab staff tho, always really lovely and speedy pizza times (like 15 mins for 3 pizzas) Try the chicken goujons!

The pizzas are really good and I love their dough but the difference between online prices and over the counter prices it's something I think needs to be addressed

If you like rubbish pizza and even rubbish customer service then go here ! If not don’t bother. Been using ever since they opened and not once have I ever had to complain. So I was completely disgusted with the managers attitude at sorting my complaint. Bland tasteless pizza and a manger that clearly likes losing business

Worst pizza I have ever had and expensive. I was very specific about what I wanted but didn’t get what I wanted or paid for. I sent the first one back and they delivered a second one which was no better than the first one. Will NEVER order from them again. If anyone out there is thinking of ordering from Rocco’s save your money unless third rate pizza suits you

Vegan pizza was bland, unseasoned, vegetable hot had no spice. There was very little tomato flavour, no herbs, garlic. Very poor product. Ate 2 slices as very hungry and the rest is on the bin. Go to Dominoes is my advice if you want a good vegan pizza.

Great pizza, garlic sticks are the best. Rocco's are better than all the other pizzeria local. Enjoy!

Amazing service and quality of food.

Rubbish. Prawns on my pizza were brined and hard. Chicken wings were rubbery and still wouldnt crisp up in my own oven. There are no tomatoes in the tomato & herb side, its just tomato juice so spilled over my top when I opened the filled to the brim container. A complete waste of my money. In order for me to post this review I have to select a star rating. Roccos in reality my star score is ZERO. I shouldve gone with Dominos next door.

Ordered for a small group, 2 pizzas missing, time before wrong pizza sent, person on the phone didn’t care and said it will arrive soon, that’s not how delivery is supposed to work

Pizza arrived burnt called the shop and the manager Luke started having a go at me because I called the shop complaining That the pizza wasn’t cooked correctly this is the first review I’ve left for anything in my life I am in customer services myself so you do not speak to customers in that way and the other pizzas arrived in the order were dry and had virtually hardly any toppings on very disappointing The delivery driver was great

I hadn't had a Roccos in years so was looking forward to it, must be good if survived next to a dominos for years right??? Wrong, it was pretty terrible. First off the base on the two thin crust pizzas we ordered were clearly pre-made, preserved and tasteless. Same quality as the pre-made bases you can buy from tescos, they claim fresh dough but clearly not. Next the topping on the meat 'feast', can you spot anything beyond one slice of pepperoni and a bit of beef in the photo? No me neither, apparently there are 4 toppings on this pizza which is laughable. Plus we got a chicken side which was too spicy for my kids to eat and strangely slimy inside plus the pudding was one slice of cake. Great deal for a might bite bundle! So most of it went in the bin, £26, crazy. Dominos is so much better and so is Hythe Kebab Centre, so dissapointing. Also asked for it to be left on the doorstep but was handed to us when we opened the door, why bother having this as an option then?

The order was incorrect, had to wait for it to be corrected and the 2nd pizza was over cooked. After using roccos for over 20 years I will have to reconsider using in the future Edit : tried Rocco's again and it's gone back to being good!! Had a couple of very nice meatball lovers pizzas. Really nice. Very happy.

Pizza are very good but the promised 45 min delivery took 1hr 40 mins so a nearly an hour late, This has happened twice !! So I wont be using Rocco's again.

Pizza deal small with 2 sides and a drink for 17 pounds. Omg the pizza is a mouth full no size in inch I can see why they don't advertise this I reckon 4 inch. Next time I'll make it myself, pizza is the least expensive dish to make and companies take the mick.

Usually pretty good with my orders, on this occasion failed to put extra mushroom on the order. To be fair there doesn't seem to be any noticeably extra mushroom on it when it is on the order!

Ordered a pizza, chicken and garlic bread at 6.30pm, 1 hour and 45 minutes later still not arrived, will not be ordering from here again, the delivery time is the worst ive seen for any take away, food tastes great but their orering time has much to be desired, massive improvements needed

Food is always good but beware of delivery. As we have had our last 5 orders wrong. Always something missing. It’s starting to get a bit annoying. Shame, because the food is good. Might start going to dominoes.

I have never had a bad pizza from Roccos, they always taste great and so do the garlic sticks. Always good service, never any problems unlike some other pizza shops.

Nice enough pizzas, service not amazing as my order was later coming out than those placed after me. At least the neighbouring Domino's hasn't put them out of business. If the owner could improve the staff welcome then they could be onto a winner

I ordered online, the online offer of buy one pizza buy one half price, which I selected, was not applied. I requested the delivery time on 7.45pm. The order arrived at 7.30pm. The pizzas were very disappointing, couldn't find any evidence of cheese and the toppings were sparce and flavourless

Always love Roccos Pizza, especially the Mexicana. Cooked to perfection and great value. They always have great deals on, like 2 for 1 and the service is always friendly and professional.

Like most people i’ve had many pizzas from their neighbours, but once I tried a Rocco’s I havent been back there. Roccos’s have more flavour and the toppings taste better. They are also cheaper than their noisy neighbours. Absolutely love the Pepperoni Plus, so if you want to send me one over I won’t say no!

I live fairly locally to here and it's the best pizza in the area. Always delivered on time or before, always the correct order, good quality food and a decent price.

Normally love roccos, however for nearly £15 I expect something better than what I can by from a supermarket. Gutted

This review is based on my experience on the day and could be different for you. Did not try to book anything for a meal as it was father days 🙄 and everything would be booked up. So my mate, who was on a visit to see me decided to try a pizza from Rocco’s. I had a large mighty meat, he had a large Hawaiian, I added chicken wings and a tub of Haagen Daz vanilla, he had onion rings only. This was both our first time using Rocco’s and were suitably impressed. Service was very efficient and polite (we phoned it through and collected) a BOGOF offer if you collect, extras chargeable Pizzas were nice and tasty with plenty of topping on them Wings were tasty (but very small, I would not have bothered chasing the chicken round the pen for such small wings and legs) as where the onion rings. As for the ice cream, very tasty. As always. Overall a superb experience and will use again.

Well I hate to say it. But that’s the last time I use Roccos’s, The prices have gone up again and tbh, ever the boxes are getting bigger or the pizza inside is getting smaller. I think it’s more like the pizza size.

I was a weekly customer but not anymore :( food was always good but management bad. Tried charging £2 extra for nothing on my door step, of the back of a mistake they made.

The different types of pizzas here are a wide range and can vary depending on topping and crust. The pizza here taste amazing, and are normally full of toppings and are well made. The staff are polite and incredibly friendly. I bought a pizza and thought I ordered breadsticks but didnt. I asked if they could make some as I forgot and I accifently got breadsticks and garlic bread as well.

Got some good meal deals and are always nice and fresh. Use quite often, Delivery is handy aswell. Good selection of pizzas aswell as side orders.

Working close by and someone ordered pizza. One cheese and one pineapple themed pizza. Nice and moist with a lot of topping. No idea how much it costs as I did not pay for it, but looking at the website they look like very good value pizzas.

Forget dominoes. You can tell the difference between fresh dough and frozen. We’ve never had a bad pizza from here. Service is okay and delivery is always on time. The cheese sticks are incredible!

I do love a good pizza and ive been eating from here for 25 years. Definetly cant go wrong with a Roccos and their chicken goujons are the best I've ever had. Period. Big up the Roccos!

Rocco's isn't a huge chain like Dominos, but their pizzas are superb. Far happier to support this local business. Very popular in our house.

Excellent pizzas. Appalling service. I have repeatedly been given the wrong pizza in error, only to be told it was a mistake made when ordering. The staff are rude, unhelpful and have a terrible attitude. It's not worth the trouble it takes to get the right order. Puts me right off my food every time I order. Won't be using them again.

Great pizza, always the best there is. Great staff who go out of there way to make sure of speedy delivery. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Good deals, cheaper than other pizza company's.
