Currently riding out some of the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced after eating here last night. Sleepless night of vomiting was not worth it for a mediocre Margherita and American Hot. Such a shame

Pizza was very dry & like concrete

The prices on their website, combined with the delivery fees, struck me as a bit too much. I wasn't quite sure what era they think we're in, but paying £30.00 for an extra-large pizza felt a bit excessive. I decided to take a stroll to the shop instead, and to my delight, I was welcomed by Dipak, who was incredibly friendly. After a brief chat, I ended up paying almost nothing for the same extra-large pizza. Turns out, their in-shop deals are way more budget-friendly than their website.

This papa johns is absolutely delicious to eat,I get it on a daily with my mum and every time it seems to impress me!❤️🥰

I found the toppings too thin so I called up and they made the toppings more generous. Good quality ingredients and tasty I recommend the meat feast with double extra premium cheese and stuffed crust nom nom :)

Just about to order a pizza. Its just gone 9pm on Saturday evening only to see they now close at 9pm on Saturdays. Isn't Saturday the main 'treat' night of the week? What's going on? Never heard of a takeaway closing so early on a Saturday. Their loss is someone else's gain I guess.

Just go to dominoes far better deals , papas (NewMilton ) charged me £49 for 2 large pizzas 1 small pizza and 2 sides then I get an email saying I can get the same deal apart from small pizza for 26.99 , il never shop there again

Just poor food. The pizza you buy frozen in the shop is better than these. The pizzas were way overcooked so the base was rocm hard by the time we received it. Barely any cheese. The potato tots had 1 small piece of bacon on it and the tiniest cheese. As if they literally ran out. Not worth the money. Go to the shop

Ordered a large margarita for £7.99, seemed reasonable price however… No sauce, no cheese, just a large piece of tasteless bread, could not be bothered to go back and ask why they seemingly forgot to add flavour and cheese, such a simple thing to get right, just as rubbish as domino’s. Wierd garlic sauce, looks like melted butter. All very disappointing! Might try eating the box as a comparison🤷🏼‍♂️

We ordered and paid for 6 pizzas and only 4 showed up. When we phoned, the guy tried to blame us and then the deliveroo driver. Would not take responsibility or apologise or deliver us the missing pizzas. Spoiled our evening here.

The staff didn’t read our Deliveroo order correctly and made only 4 pizzas instead of 6. When we called to ask for the 2 missing pizzas, he claimed it was the Deliveroo driver’s fault for not checking the order. However, it’s actually his responsibility to read and fulfill the order correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had a takeout on a deal whilst staying nearby on holiday. Was spot on. The guys in the store were super friendly too and happy to talk to me about the local area etc.

I have visited this place recently must say it's very good. I like their cheesy garlic sticks and garden party pizza . I personally recommend this place. Surely this is going to be my weekend takeaway place

I've been ordering since they first opened and never had a problem. The foods always delivered faster than expected, it's smoking hot when you open it up and tastes fresh. All the staff seem friendly and on the one occasion where the dips were forgotten they came back immediately with extra dips.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. The pizza was tasteless, cold and over cooked. The garlic cheesy strips, again the same as above. Jalapeños cheese bites were under cooked but were edible. Their garlic dip is the most bland thing I’ve ever tasted. Stick to dominos if you want my opinion! Or just buy one from the supermarket, far cheaper and equally as bland

Absolutely and utterly avoid. The staff are beyond rude, not one of them deserve their jobs. The manager is a piece of work. My pizza had a hint of salmon in the dough as-well as a rotten smell. Thanks for nothing , Kevin Garlic🥶

1st time ordering from papa johns, Very quick service. Picked it up and bought it home smelt amazing, when opening the boxes it was a bit of disappointment to see as they looked nothing like the pictures philly cheesestake had next to no meat on and the cheese was very thin so was tastless. The other chicken fajita pizza just taste of a tomato pizza from tesco not much tastes at all. Dominos is better over papa johns on this and dominos isn't even 100%....

Ordered here a few times and always let down. Pizza arrived cold and really thin, no toppings plus my last order tasted like fish... don't know why? Con. Big up domino's when it arrives in town 👏

I don't ever leave bad reviews but I'm Really upset, we get Papa Johns from here a lot. My husband was unable to eat his pizza as it tasted like fish!! He had half of one slice on a large pizza. I phoned up the shop and let them know this, and the manager couldn't care less, i asked them if they were able to make him another one, and he said No, I was very shocked as this was the manager as well. I then said ok can i have a refund and he said No again, 'he said well a minute ago you wanted a replacement pizza now you want a refund!' So we've had to throw away a large expensive pizza in the bin, and the man ruined a nice evening we were having. I won't be buying from them again.
