McDonald's in Kirklees

It's a McD. Service was quick and friendly and they got the order right, including removing items. Sounds daft, but that seems rare these days. Quite a small outlet and one star off not down to the staff, but the layout for drive through and parking, as it's a little cramped.

We had items missing off the order AGAIN

why is it you can't even get a simple happy meal right? always missing something!! bought 3 meals recieved one!

Delivery driver was great, few items were missing though

Asked for it to be delivered for 7:15 didn’t arrive till 7:45 said 20-35 mins delivery ordered it at 6:45 ish. And was cold when arrived very disappointed

Half of our food was missing, other half was wrong. Not the first time this has happened. Won’t be using this place again.

Ordered 3x pancakes with syrup and it turned up no syrup so the kids was crying and didnt eat it i had to throw it away wasted 12.50 thanks a lot

Everytime I use this, my orders are wrong, and it's not the fault of who took my order as the wrapping says the right thing, it's kitchen staff who don't bother looking at it properly!!!!

My burger came with a bite out of the top bun, was reassured to get a part refund back. Not received refund!

Thee chips were terrible no where near the usual standard they were cold and limp so were thrown in the bin.

The order was missing four sauces out of the five I had ordered. It also came with a straw missing so that only four drinks had accompanying straws.

McDonald’s near me is always reliable for breakfast and the drivers are always polite and generally on time or early.

I placed an order on the app, which said it hadn’t gone through, so ordered again. I was then charged twice and they said they couldn’t refund, go through the app. I’ve tried but cannot get through to them. I go to this McDonald’s weekly, usually there’s not a problem, the staff especially Loraine are lovely. I’m hoping this will get some attention.

My order was wrong i asked for a chicken sandwich i got chicken nuggets!

Ordered 3 chicken selects from here. Ate one and after eating it, it was stone cold in the middle with clearly undercooked bits in them. This morning now got awful stomach ache and nausea. Suspected food poisoning. Avoid!!

Unfortunately the hot chocolate had no taste of chocolate what so ever! Ur was just a hot milky water?? Had to throw it away, what a waste of money!

No food! Driver said he’d go back as McDonald’s the him the wrong order and now clicked delivered.

Cold food and drink, the time is been change from 13:50 ro 14:20 at 2:20pm to 2:45pm.The courier arrived on timeI to the time change. But the food and chocolate were freddy as if they were prepared and left for the time that the delivery an was arrived here by me and I disto 0.9 mils from this Mcdonald's. This feedback si not for the driver but for who made the food.

The friendly and polite staff always go above and beyond. The service was quick and food came piping hot; I will definitely be visiting again 😁

Food was about an our late and the food is cold and hard

The delivery time changed at least three times it got later each time. Muffin was a mess, open and ingredients falling out. Muffin, flatbread and all hash browns were cold. Flatbread was hard and stodgy where usually they are really soft and nice. Drink had spilt out onto napkins straw and bag. Drink had ixe in when asked for no ice.

Delivery time was an hour wait, all the food arrived cold, the McFlurry was fully melted and running out the bag, when I complained on the app I got £1.72 refund of a £12 bill, very disappointing

strongly recommend to NOT order from this branch. late order over an hour late, items missing and what did finally arrive was freezing cold. I don't know how just eat still allow them to deliver orders!

Delivery time estimated at 19:05, then changed to 19:10,19:15,19:20 and 19:25. The food was ordered at 18:37 and the property is 6 minutes in a car. No explanation for delays and some tired grumpy children waiting for a weekend treat

This restaurant always seems to struggle with getting our ordered delivered in good time. When they are delivered the drinks are spilt - the food is cold. Very poor indeed!

I did an online order with uber eats. The driver was ages picking up my order. And the food that came had obviously sat there the whole time. It was stone cold and awful. Surely they could’ve made a fresh lot when they knew the driver was on route!!

Excellent service from the servers, chicken was small, I ordered a large meal, it was misheard as a normal I offered to pay the difference but they provided a large without the cost anyway. Well done.

Always either Rammed or dead. Filthy, full of vaping kids, Food is cold and takes 20m to get to you, service staff as boring as watching paint dry.

Cold.... Again always pushing the time back on orders then when it comes it's freezing cold. I stopped ordering from this branch for awhile as they were just so bad at getting orders wrong then thought would give it another try and was doing great right orders Al time food was hot and delicious. Then it's started to fall back again.
