Disappointing missing items food was cold

Some was lukewarm the nuggets & cheese burger was cold

chips were cold and strawberry milkshake did not taste of strawberry

useless yet again half my order missing!

Ordered a meal and came without chips

food was delivered on time however half the order was missing . rang the restaurant and they hung up on me after saying there's nothing theycan do

Last 3 orders 3 main items missing. I can accept the odd portion of fries or a drink but the Big Mac from a Big Mac meal, a chicken wrap from a chicken wrap meal and a sausage egg McMuffin meal missing from a breakfast meal is a joke. Staff need to take a bit of time to count the order items

Driver drove all over before delivering, I watched him on maps. Then he had his big fat wife in the car with him and was rude about asking for delivery code.

everything freezing cold ! waited over an hour for me order

Good for a short break toilet stop or recharge but they have made or designed them all smaller why I don’t know .

Fast delivery and a nice driver

Was meant to arrive at 7:40 and it came at 8:07 when food arrived it was cold and not enjoyable

Came out of the Kitchen at 13:19 it said on the app delivered at 14:09 (so still not fast food), but actually delivered at 14:19 by my phone. Food stone cold. Awful delivery service!!!

I ordered fries n wasn't in the order disgusting

I orded my food excluding the things I’m allergic to and it still came with everything on and now I have be hungry while I’m ill in bed

Food never turned up, the delivery driver went too the wrong address then rang us so we told him where to go then we waited 10 minutes and he called again for the postcode which we had already given him on the original order, food never arrived!!!

The order didn’t get delivered at all, reordered from a different restaurant, it might say it was delivered but that would’ve 4.1/2 hours after ordering and sometime after the restaurant had closed!

Went in to order food at counter and felt a bit left out. Busy place, but no one was looking for people wanting to order. More staff could cure that. Would of been so much quicker using drive through.

The chips were cold and the container half empty and the McFlurry had melted. The deluxe and dippers were also luke warm. Disappointed as it’s usually spot on.

Driver didn't even knock on the door there are 5 people here and he didn't even leave the food.

When ordering on Uber there’s always items missing

waited over an hour n half 🤦 for a big Mac, I asked for no pickles, turned up with pickels on it both burger and chips stone cold, and no straw for me drink either. poor

Why are items always missing from my order, how hard is it for people to read the order and send it.

The wrong order was delivered with no way to rectify it

There is nothing wrong with the delivery apart from twice it was freezing cold but practically every time we order from McDonald’s Gallagher retail park, the items are prepared wrong or items missing and they never include all specified dips not even the ones that come and are included with the cost nuggets and selects very poor quality control, obviously no checking of orders before they are sent out

no delivery at all told to contact Just eat as I initially ordered through them

where the heck is my cucumber its a blooming joke this it'd not on quick at takin the money got it but slow at giving u the stuff ur ok at giving a refund but I don't want a refund I want my cucumber!!!

Driver was sat down the road for 10 15 minutes not moving there for has made my food cold and now have had to order more food cos the food was cold

Excellent food and service. Everything was well cooked, the fries were hot and our food arrived promptly. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. We'll be back.

Read some bad reviews but for breakfast this morning I found the restaurant clean including the toilets, and all as you would expect from a maccys..

Absolutely disgraceful, every time we order from here there’s something missing, I have an autistic child who expects his same order every time and then they forget something it causes a meltdown and no way of getting in touch with the restaurant

Spotless inside good food ideal for quick food

The place is spacious, clean up table. Nothing is special than the other McDonald's exccept chips!

Went to the drive through for the kids ! Kids loved it and I wasn't waiting more than 2 mins even though it was extremely busy.

Ordered a double Big Mac with bacon got sent a normal Big Mac not really what I wanted plus iv paid more for a burger I never received chips cool even the it’s not even a 5min drive

It is what it is , not the greatest fast food outlet in the world, but my grandkids love them so whom I to argue with them . The staff on the intercom and the payment and collection windows were very nice and pleasant. The food I’d ordered was delivered promptly which is always a bonus . I can definitely say the kids enjoyed their Happy meals . I’m sure we will be back very soon .

Original delivery time was 12.40 to 13.00, then kept changing and being put back. Food was obviously prepared earlier and left to sit as was stone cold on arrival.

Terrible food cold the milkshake was like milk and so was the ice cream awful I won’t be buying it again.

The delivery guy was amazing & polite. It’s just a shame that one part of our order was wrong & that two out of 3 fries were tepid.

All of the hot food I ordered was stone cold. Diet coke was flat, ordered Chicken Selects and they sent Nuggets (who eats nuggets?!)

I requested no cucumber on my wrap. Unfortunately, even though the printed labels stated No Cucumber on both the individual wrap and overall meal packaging, there were 3 pieces of cucumber in the wrap. I have an allergy to cucumber, which isn't severe but it could have been. I strongly suggest that you revisit your quality control processes.

Seriously wt* is wrong with McDonald's workers and their management, I saw yesterday @McDonalds a worker on an evening shift as I waited for my food...I saw him drop a bun on the FLOOR, full of bacteria and all sorts of dirt, and put it back on the burger... LAUGH and package ↓ It back up and throw it down the burger line, he saw me and went completely RED in the face, and turned away and moved back, I then said to the manager packing someone's food to take out that burger and bin it, which he did and requested a new one, ↓ BUT, not even a telling off, not a working or disciplinary for NOT following food standards and safety at ALL. He simply said make a new one and gave the order out which was for delivery. ABSOLUTELY VILE AND DISGUSTING this was at the #Huddersfield Gallagher retail park. VILE. His co-worker (a young girl) also saw this and laughed nervously after seeing me tell the manager to throw the burger away and after I explained why. No care at all for anyone's health, just disgusting. This happened recently.

Never get your moneys worth. food is always cold or you get something you don’t order or they forget something. The lovely cleaner Joanna is always so chatty and happy to help when needed she keeps the place nice and tidy. The lady with the funky color hair is very unhelpful and rude never see her cleaning she’s always outside talking to the other colleagues and the lady with the color full hair is in the toilets are always dirty and smelly no toilet roll in their. And she always lets the stupid little kids in that cause havoc. PLEASE SORT IT OUT MCDONALDS!!!

I actually haven't received an order,the courrier was thinking my adress is in town, but the postcode clearly stated Hd14sp, wich is in paddock,I have paid £15 for it,your courier tried to ring me 1 min ago,but hung up !!!refund please.

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger and didn't get it also ordered a portion of mozzarella balls and got charged for a share box tried to call them to sort it out but was told I should have gone back at the time but I couldn't go back as I didn't have transport food was cold and fries were cold and hard restaurant is run by kids with bad attitude...

Food took about 40 minutes to prepare, delivery took 20 mins once cooked. Food cold! Straw was missing for the drink. And Christmas toys in happy meal?! Disappointed
