Food was early, exactly as ordered and had plenty of fillings, can't complain at all. Will happily order again!

Left part of my order out , called to ask if I can have a refund , they said they would call me back and didn’t! Really not good enough !

The delivery driver demanded I give him a review and was quite rude about it, I’ve also not got what I ordered at all! I ordered the foot long cheese and pepperoni wrap and I got a bit of bread cut in half with 1 piece of pepperoni slapped on top!

i’m really not happy about the delay of my order i ordered at around 6 and the delivery time was originally around 6:25 itchanged to 7 something but by the time it had came it was at least an hour later than when i’d ordered and the time it originally said it was going to come baring in mind the order only consisted of two 6 inch subs not a big order at all me and my friend were very hungry and it ruined our night as we had to wait for so long i believe we deserve compensation for this inconvenience

They called they said very busy they will be late but order was so wet unbelievable was trouble sorry guys but this is real hou have to fix mistake

Half of the waffle fries were already stale on arrival, the footlong dipper had almost nothing inside it, as opposed to the image advertised. And the bacon & sausage sub was also extremely minimal in filling. Overpriced & dissatisfying.

literally no meat in either subs. took nearly an hour to arrive when it usually takes 15 minutes. cold and stiff food and bread. come on subway you’re better than this!

The meatball subs were lovely as always - don’t bother with the sidekick things though!! Pepperoni and cheese thing was flavourless, the waffle fries were soggy and the footlong churro was like rubber with a tiny pot of sauce for a footlong?!?

Tomatoes instead of peppers. Bread was quite dry. Delivery was longer than initially stated before placing the order.

cookies were missing from both mine and my wife’s order. Seemed like a reduced amount of steak in the cheese Philly compared to other times. Delivery time was perfect, just let down by the missing items.

Always arrives warm. Speedy delivery. But haphazard with the extra dips - sometimes you get them, sometimes you don’t. That’s really the only negative. Will order again.

Terrible , turned up after 2 hours even though they rang to say the driver had broke down . I told them not to worry and to cancel my order I’ll go elsewhere. Still got charged . AVOID

I thought i'd give them a go. I was pleasantly surprised. I now order a foot- long breakfast once or twice a week. The delivery driver is well mannered. A smile & a "Sir". I recommend this service

Delivered into our industrial park which was fantastic. Sandwich really hot, side nuggets were a little cold but wasn't a problem. Very accommodating of delivering to work.

My hubby & I love Subway for a treat lunch when we're working from home. Always a speedy service and fresh subs from the Hertford team. I only wish that the Just Eat App allowed me to add marinara sauce as an option when making my own (not all the options seem to be available in the App) but that's not Subways fault.

Cold but nice took ages to get here

There was no cheese on any of the roast chicken ones and the ones that were meant to be toasted was stone cold food was eaten but will not be ordering again

Food was inedible. The bread was stale and rock hard on one side, the filling tasted off. Took one bite and threw it in the bin. Shortly after my order I started receiving unsolicited text messages from a random mobile number offering me discounts if I order via a different app. One to avoid

Delivered 12 minutes after I placed the order. Now THAT'S what I'm talkin' about.

Never have a problem with subway delivery, they always listen when I put requests in the notes also which is greatly appreciated. Delivery always super quick also. Can’t complain

Not sure if under new management/staff but lately the service has been perfect and the orders have been correct (no missing dips etc). Order just before lunch rush to make the most of their speedy delivery.
