Always great delivering service, great food

The delivery driver was lovely and the food was great. Even got a free cookie.

The delivery arrived on time, and the packaging was neat. My sandwich was still warm, and everything stayed in place—no soggy bread or scattered toppings. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the cookie was a nice touch (still soft, just how I like it).

The food was nice but the ice cream was kind of melted as it was hot out and the driver was late

courteous, friendly and speedy delivery. items boxed up and labeled, very handy.

My food was super cold and I didn’t even have any steak in it and also just had bare mayo my cookie wasn’t warm too and my drink was warm too

Unfortunately because the bread wasn’t toasted, it all became very soggy and mushy. Being a texture sensitive person, it didn’t go down nicely.

We often order from Subway at lunchtime. Orders are always fast and we never any issues, never had any missed items or food quality issues. Delivery is usually early and delivery drivers are always super friendly and polite, no matter the weather (rain and snow included).

The delivery driver demanded I give him a review and was quite rude about it, I’ve also not got what I ordered at all! I ordered the foot long cheese and pepperoni wrap and I got a bit of bread cut in half with 1 piece of pepperoni slapped on top!

i’m really not happy about the delay of my order i ordered at around 6 and the delivery time was originally around 6:25 itchanged to 7 something but by the time it had came it was at least an hour later than when i’d ordered and the time it originally said it was going to come baring in mind the order only consisted of two 6 inch subs not a big order at all me and my friend were very hungry and it ruined our night as we had to wait for so long i believe we deserve compensation for this inconvenience

They called they said very busy they will be late but order was so wet unbelievable was trouble sorry guys but this is real hou have to fix mistake

Half of the waffle fries were already stale on arrival, the footlong dipper had almost nothing inside it, as opposed to the image advertised. And the bacon & sausage sub was also extremely minimal in filling. Overpriced & dissatisfying.

literally no meat in either subs. took nearly an hour to arrive when it usually takes 15 minutes. cold and stiff food and bread. come on subway you’re better than this!

The meatball subs were lovely as always - don’t bother with the sidekick things though!! Pepperoni and cheese thing was flavourless, the waffle fries were soggy and the footlong churro was like rubber with a tiny pot of sauce for a footlong?!?

Tomatoes instead of peppers. Bread was quite dry. Delivery was longer than initially stated before placing the order.

cookies were missing from both mine and my wife’s order. Seemed like a reduced amount of steak in the cheese Philly compared to other times. Delivery time was perfect, just let down by the missing items.
