Garbage ‘service’ from delivery driver.

sandwich arrived with salad on, which was not ordered. items substituted with items that were the opposite of what I'd asked because they didn't have the item I had asked for (a kind gesture, but when i had ordered something sweet, to be given something savoury wasnt what i expected). some items missing. all in all a poor experience from a normally lovely shop

No salad in sandwich even though it states all sandwiches come with salad… items missing too. Also they put hot and cold items together in same bag so it ruins any cakes etc - thoughtless. Use separate bags for hot and cold items!

The place is nice food is nice but there’s one lady who works there that is so rude and I’m sure has overcharged me in the past and is two faced I no longer like getting sandwiches here because of her

ordered ham with all salad just got ham ???????? not what we wanted

Bit disappointed that my corn beef didn’t come with the standard salad. It says on the app all cold sandwiches come with standard salad. So ended up with just a plain cornbeef sandwich. Had to add my own salad. Might be an idea to add the option on when you click onto the sandwiches.

Great service, however I ordered a sandwich and it came plain - when it states that it cane with salad as standard. A little disappointing. Quiche was lovely!

Advertised that cold sandwiches come with full salad. One slice of beef in a teacake for over £5! Total rip off

Went yesterday had a beautiful ham salad so much filling, friendly staff so chatty and helpful with options def be back... The teacakes were so fresh,

Staff rude, left me waiting 5 minutes came out as I left, went back in and they served someone who went in front of me going back in instead. Never using them again, they obviously don't need my money.

We were regular customers for years, there isn’t much choice for work lunches. I got a salad as I’ve done before, but this one had moldy cheese and bugs in it! I think they were aphids at the bottoms of my salad about 5-6 of them. Didn’t ask for extra protein. 🤢 Attempted to contact their customer service, and was told they’d look into it and get back to me, but they never did. I’ve (or coworkers) never gone back and don’t plan to.

Charged £4.10 for a roast ham salad sandwich. Which, after checking, isn't the price. Young girl had to leave me outside the shop to go and buy butter, pop and a magazine? This was milnsbrudge branch.

Because it was convenient seems to be the only explanation as to why I go to this place however, its been too many disappointing visits now i will throw in the towel and rather starve. I got the cheese and onion quiche and a custard slice. Wow the quiche if I had to bite a egg custard and the quiche at the same time there would be no conflicting flavours wheres the cheese? is it off on holiday, has the onion joined it too? Shocking. The custard slice well custard consistency very good and flavour was there however the pastry itself was very overcooked. Sadly I won't return.

Needless to say I will not be visiting ever again as the service was appalling and the food wasn’t much better bland lack of choice. Not helpful at all, needless to say she was the final nail in the coffin after a few prior visits as a last resort living so close needing a quick lunch I would rather chew my tongue. Troff across the food welcoming polite and plenty of choice. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 IF I COULD

Rude Staff + Cold Food! I am sick to death of going to this sandwich (because it is convenient) and getting an attitude from the people who work there, and as I type this my sausage sandwich is cold! Ridiculously rubbish

Very poor. My prawn onion and lettuce sandwich was literally onion lettuce and 6 tiny prawns. Not great at all .

Rude! Dont say hello whem you walk in. Look at you like you've gone out! Wouldn't mind shop was empty. Says it all really. Empty bakery at dinner time! Touch money with gloves on then touch food. No thanks.

My daughter and I visited the shop on Wednesday and ordered 2 hot sandwiches a sausage and a sausage and egg with mayonnaise both sandwiches were great never seen a sandwich with so much filling really enjoyed it . Staff friendly and quick service 👌
