Not so much as a fast food drive through, even with waiting the food arrives cold, unless you're eating in, if you have any issues with an order that has been delivered McDonald's takes no responsibility. Went in today and the lady at the counter was excellent, just a shame the bold geezer doing food was doing nothing but complain about other staff, making the atmosphere uneasy. Breakfast seems to be the only meal hot these days.

Friendly staff and polite. The down side is fries are almost cold and limp and. Another thing is staff serve you ice cream when is hot day, then tel you to wait. By the time you get your food melted. As with the toffee latte the cream is completely dissolved. And its the cream I look foward to. But of late I find there is always a long wait. And there as been a few occasions food missing from the order. Just my opinion but things have changed for the worse over the year's. It's supposed to be Fast food and hot, you increase prices for these service's. I'm actually surprised Burger king is alot better.

Mostly it's a drive thru but have dined in few times nice and clean good overall. Delivery as well food was good but the odd 1or2 times little on cold side.

Just ordered food from the app and my daughter's pancakes and sausages was missing and there is no way to contact the reqsuraunt apart from calling them and I'm unable to it's crazy there's no way to contact the reasturaunt from the app

Have you ever had the desire to visit the most useless McDonald's in Loughborough, if so you are in luck! The most simple order will confuse the staff, the food will be tepid at best and the service is glacial! Why the frustration you ask? Well tonight's joy was ketchup on a Big Mac, why is there ketchup on a Big Mac you ask, who the f knows?! I queried this at the ordering window (as I ordered a Big Mac with just sauce and cheese) and was told not to worry about it, it turns out I should have! The staff lie the managers are useless. Avoid unless you want to pay over the odds for disappoint!

Came here early one morning to catch breakfast ahead of a few hours on the road. Ate inside, had to wait a short while for the food though it seemed not many staff were working though they were doing their best, which is all you can ask for - their service wasn't compromised and they were great.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I have visited (and trust me Maidstone, Kent, takes some beating). 4 hungry adults on a return journey from Alton Towers,  detoured for a "quick" McDonald's fix enroute home. 25 minutes after being told to wait in a bay for our food I asked a member of staff where our food was, she did come to the car with a bag which was Not our order (only 2 meals, not 4 and not our choices) and then began to dispute our order. Because no receipt had been issued upon payment we then had to show bank payment details. She went back in and returned with the correct order, without any apology or compensation. Customer service at its worst - AVOID

This one out of the 3 in the town always cocks up the order by forgetting something that you've ordered. And you have to go to the kiosk/till to say something. Says it's a fast food restaurant.......10 minutes wait for food! Make your own mind up for what I did!

Only used drive through but happy with service, length of wait time and food

Missing items, cold food, drink leaked everywhere, 29 pounds for less than 10 pounds worth of edible items, really happy with the service nothing to complain about 🙃🙃🙃🙃

It’s been already a second time when I’m ordering from this store, and I keep getting a missing item (burgers) from my orders. And very often employees forget to put souces. Order assembly should be improved!!!

Items never delivered. Courier must have eaten them. Not goid for a diabetic who needs food, abysmal.

Whoever made the burgers must have thrown them together (literally). Burnt buns, missing sauces. Chips came with less than half in(and they wasn’t in the bottom of the bag). I’ll be avoiding this McDonald’s from now on.

I was supposed to get 2 fries and 2 big Mac but I've only received 2 fries and ONE big mac

Spent 36 pound on breakfast for family of 6, there were flies everywhere around the kitchen and seating area. Asked about and was told oh it’s because there is a Waste tip nearby. Also asked manager for her to fill a sauce container with brown sauce just to have with my hash brown and was told NO we don’t do that even though I’ve just spent over £30 couldn’t give me a small squirt of brown sauce. Not a helpful friendly manager. Order also wrong no melon bag given and 1 latte was stone cold so must have been sat for over half an hour .

False advertising I ordered the spuad burger deal and 9 free nuggets but nuggets never arrived a friend of ours ordered the same last week and guess what nuggets never arrived

Order didn’t even arrive, delivery driver said they had delivered it but didn’t, complained to just eat, got to wait 5-7 days for a refund. Don’t bother ordering as we are now 22.27 down for a week & NO order, rubbish service

A lovely man called Kane McGlue served me and was really helpful in selecting my food, I couldn't recommend this McDonalds highly enough. Outstanding.

Absolutely fuming, 1st of all the member of staff are useless, I went in to get some food and drinks and change my 1 year old bum, but members of staff walked past me and ignored that I needed to get into the baby changing room, I was forced to take my 1 year old boy and change his nappy in the men's toilet sinks, it's bad enough, that dads do not get the same treatment women do as parents, but to ignore me and just walk by whilst I was trying to get into the changing room for my boy is disgusting, to think 1 of the things maccies pride themselves on is customer service, I would have received better customer service from brick wall.

Very poor customer service. The shift runner, a dark skin woman, displayed racist behavior. We had to wait 17 minutes in drive through for just one order of fries, a coffee and two McFlurry. They gave us the wrong order. When we returned it, they neither apologized nor provided the correct food. She claimed it was my misunderstanding, although the mistake was clearly theirs, as she did not provide my invoice. Additionally, her behavior was extremely inappropriate. If I paid for my food first, how could it be my misunderstanding?

I had some very disappointed children who actually refused to eat the chips so I now have the oven on. This is unusual for McDonalds as previous deliveries has arrived without a hitch. The food is cold and the chips feel a little undercooked. Perhaps not a good idea to order food 45mins before an England kick off. Maybe the staff are a little pre occupied.

The food was absolutely freezing cold like it had been sat in a freezer, the chicken nuggets and fillet of fish and cheeseburger didn't come!!

This is an absolute joke every time we order something wrong or they is items missing you ask for no sauce they put it on I spend near to 40pound every time I order I have a big family of 6 so it’s not cheep and when I use you guy’s regular it’s letting you down McDonald’s is a joke and need sorting

Took my 4 Grandchildren for Breakfast, had lovely time. Staff all friendly and helpful. Place was very busy due to half term but was still kept clean.

Ordered 2 mccrispy meals, and on the website, it said mayo wasn't available, and had no option to say no mayo. It came with mayo on, and now the burgers cannot be ate. Also I ordered a sprite with my meal, I have been sent a vanilla milkshake, which I do not like. This isn't the first time my order has been messed up. And every single time we have ordered we have asked for ketchup, and everytime we get none.

Doesn't matter what I order they always manage to get it wrong! The food itself is ok but just don't expect it to be what you asked for!
