McDonald's in Charnwood

Food was bang on for flavour but put together very poorly. Fast food turned into having to repack my own food into the bun which defeated the object of a drive through. Wounded but I ate it.

Quite rude allowed us to order then informed us they were shutting and made it quite clear by turning the lights of

Staff have no clue how to read and put an order in a bag. Get it wrong all the time worst mcdonald's there is.

Food was stone cold, the mcmuffins were soggy and tasted like they had been sat there for a while, no syrup with the pancakes, awful really considering youre paying more to use just eat but the quality is so poor.

Had a mcflurry it was fizzy and had brown on it

The food I ordered was a McCrispy Burger but it was far to spicy it was basically the Mcspicy meal I also ordered a few barbecue dips and I got none

App lost the order code. Half of the order took ages to arrive, so the ice creams melted. When we got home we found there were no straws and the food was cold.

The wrong wrap was given (this had a different order number on it) and all the chips were stone cold

This is the second time I have ordered from this restaurant, this is the second time I have only received half of the order. I will not be ordering from here again.

Food was ok. Price was ok. Service wasnt the greatest. The young female staff were very rude to me, ignoring me and then being all grumpy. Atmosphere wasnt bad.

I have spoken to McDonald’s as I don’t believe it should me contacting justeat as it has nothing to do with the delivery the order got sent all on time but the food was cold and style. It cost a lot of money they said I should get a full refund!

order was late, food was cold and half my order missing. seems to be a common occurrence having food items missed. i recommend checking orders.

Food is ALL stone cold, hot drink is cold and milkshake is completely melted. 25 minutes late. Clearly our food was just left sitting somewhere.

The food was freezing cold, we had to reheat it in the microwave, the milkshakes had melted.

Changed the delivery time by 10 mins when it was late. All the food was cold and the thick shake melted slightly plus no straw. Cold food though wouldn't order again

I am not a McDonalds hater, and there are 3 in Loughborough which all get my patronage at different times. However this one always seems to stand out as badly run. Staff seem to have an attitude ( not all , some are lovely), food can be cold or items missing . I had an order which was 2 hash browns missing and they decided to argue I never ordered them until I retrieved the receipt from my pocket and showed them it. Still no apology even then just 2 more hash browns brought over. Now I discover they have the joint worst hygiene rating in the country ( yes country not county) , a rating of 2 out of 5, what is going on here ?

Driver struggled to find the address. When he eventually made it to my house. The 3 cokes had spilt all over the food making it soggy. Obviously un-edible. Food went straight in the bin. Never ending problems atm with just eat. Food is either cold. Or damaged.

Chips stale and old, wrong items too but got more than ordered.

Food finally arrived approx 4 hours after placing order. Then arrived practically arrived stone cold.

So lovely - the courier who delivered was so lovely and friendly. Please give him a raise!!! Having a really bad day and his friendliness made it so much better. He was super quick delivering so nice to have a full belly with warm food too.

Absolutely shocking I orderd a mc crispy x2.. having not orderd one before and asked what was inside it was told mayo and lettuce.. only to find out after biting into it it was a spicy mayo... I'm now sat with a swollen mouth unable to swallow due to an allergy.. hopfully It doesnt get any worse or it's off to a and e for me. I trd to ring and the phone rings 4 times then an answer phone kicks in.. what a joke. I honestly cant believe the level of customer service from this site it's a joke

Missed a happy meal coke and sent a normal cheeseburger instead of chilli!

Was due to be delivered between 1:15&1:30pm, was delivered at 1:52 cold and the drinks had been spilled in the bag.

did not put any sauce as part of the order this jas happened a few times they never get the order right iam sure they are lazy as well with mixing the mcflurry because there is no caremal sauce mixed in its at the bottom in a clump train your staff

Food took twenty minutes. By this point it was all freezing cold. Very disappointed. The McFlurry had plastic or paper in it also.

Once again. Food that did arrive was cold. Most of the order was not sent. Now I have to go and buy the food having already paid for delivery. And I have to wait at least a week to get my money back. Total shambles. Again!!!!!

really bad experience. first order didn’t pass confirmed for over 40 minutes. cancelled order and replaced for it to take over an hour.

Chips were cold and the drinks had spilled, it was a large order so I can understand what happened to the drinks but disappointed still. I think there must be a better way to deliver the drinks.

I fell asleep and the driver phoned me a thousand times to make sure I got my good hot. Hero.

Food was cold, they sent cokes instead of milkshakes the delivery time kept getting pushed back and then it was delivered whilst app saying courier at the restaurant food being prepared. The only good thing about this order was the driver was sound when he arrived and he arrived ‘on time’ I after all the push backs.

wrong order was brought to our address, a mistake of both restaurant and driver, but he refused to take the food away, forcing me to take someone else's food, I perisisted to refuse and had to start recording him just to get him to leave, rather than assist responsibly, terrible experience.

food took 25 mins to be delivered from leaving the restaurant, the driver went to multiple stops before delivering our order and when it arrived it was freezing cold, not going to order from here again.

I only use drive through here,can get alittle bit busy,staff are always very friendly, but do check your order because they do get it wrong quite abit.

Terrible delivery driver, dropped the drink on my door stop. Brought the wrong order, almost gave me someone else’s but didn’t seem to care and on top of that didn’t even have the right order for me. Told me to take it up with just eat and I still haven’t received a refund. Terrible service & terrible platform. I’ll be using Ubereats next time

Literally spent two hours trying to cancel an order because it wasn’t going to arrive for two hours but couldn’t via the app for some reason. When it arrived it was so cold it was inedible and this is the third order on the trot that hasn’t been hot enough. Refund immediately please

Not so much as a fast food drive through, even with waiting the food arrives cold, unless you're eating in. If you have any issues with an order that has been delivered McDonald's takes no responsibility. The bold geezer doing food was doing nothing but complain about other staff, making the atmosphere uneasy. Breakfast seems to be the only meal hot these days. Today's Toffee Latte was excellent👌🏼 perfect amount of sauce 5* the best I've ever had, kudos to the person that done it.

Food was nice, service was a fair speed for 5:30pm. However there was a constant beeping noise coming from there kitchen which lead to a headache whilst trying to eat in the restaurant area. If I was staff I wouldn't put up with the noise.

Delivery driver caused the hot chocolates to spill during delivery. This made the bottom of the paper bag very wet, and meant that when I lifted it out of his bag, the bottom of the paper bag broke and the hot chocolates dropped all over my floor 😠

Shocking!!! Drinks delivered in 2 bags! No food! No number to contact driver and McDonald's can not help! No number to contact just eat!!! Last ever order always something wrong or missing! Never expected our entire order to be missing!!!

Order correct, food good. No milkshakes available yet again though. Almost defeats the purpose of having a McDonald’s.
