McDonald's in Charnwood

It is a MC Donald what do you expect? They made a mistake in the take away and gave us coffee instead of the soft drink.

The marj went here after shopping and the food has given me food poisoning because they clearly haven’t done the food right bunch of divvy melons

food took 25 mins to be delivered from leaving the restaurant, the driver went to multiple stops before delivering our order and when it arrived it was freezing cold, not going to order from here again.

Terrible delivery driver, dropped the drink on my door stop. Brought the wrong order, almost gave me someone else’s but didn’t seem to care and on top of that didn’t even have the right order for me. Told me to take it up with just eat and I still haven’t received a refund. Terrible service & terrible platform. I’ll be using Ubereats next time

I only use drive through here,can get alittle bit busy,staff are always very friendly, but do check your order because they do get it wrong quite abit.

Food was cold , considering its 5 mins away by road very unimpressed , driver took a very strange route which leads me to believe he was doing multiple deliveries

No ketchup whatsoever ever !!! Ronald would be fuming... fish fillet was put together by a blind person, cheese way off centre and salad all o er the place like it'd fallen from the sky

Literally spent two hours trying to cancel an order because it wasn’t going to arrive for two hours but couldn’t via the app for some reason. When it arrived it was so cold it was inedible and this is the third order on the trot that hasn’t been hot enough. Refund immediately please

Food was nice, service was a fair speed for 5:30pm. However there was a constant beeping noise coming from there kitchen which lead to a headache whilst trying to eat in the restaurant area. If I was staff I wouldn't put up with the noise.

Not so much as a fast food drive through, even with waiting the food arrives cold, unless you're eating in. If you have any issues with an order that has been delivered McDonald's takes no responsibility. The bold geezer doing food was doing nothing but complain about other staff, making the atmosphere uneasy. Breakfast seems to be the only meal hot these days. Today's Toffee Latte was excellent👌🏼 perfect amount of sauce 5* the best I've ever had, kudos to the person that done it.

driver said she had two orders but was tracked at three locations all food cold, drinks spilt, very unhappy!!!!

Delivery driver caused the hot chocolates to spill during delivery. This made the bottom of the paper bag very wet, and meant that when I lifted it out of his bag, the bottom of the paper bag broke and the hot chocolates dropped all over my floor 😠

You have ruined my meal , ketchup all over my bacon roll and i am allergic to ketchup , i want a refund and i want a new one for free with no ketchup please

Order correct, food good. No milkshakes available yet again though. Almost defeats the purpose of having a McDonald’s.

I order from this one and I always have to ring the shop up. My food is always stale and cold. So I get a refund as I don’t want cold food I’ll just chuck it in the bin it’s a joke

After yet again another order, this time breakfast, with most of my items not there. I fail to see how difficult it is to communicate with each other and put simples items into a bag. After working in this industry before I find it frustrating that with every simple order there seems to be a lot of food missing. This is the only McDonald’s I can order from as it gives me no other option. But I won’t be ordering again. Do better

Completely the wrong order. Pretty sure the delivery drive took our order and switched it with 1 cheese burger, 1 chicken May and medium fries as he brought two bags to the door before taking them back and giving us that.

Friendly staff and polite. The down side is fries are almost cold and limp and. Another thing is staff serve you ice cream when is hot day, then tel you to wait. By the time you get your food melted. As with the toffee latte the cream is completely dissolved. And its the cream I look foward to. But of late I find there is always a long wait. And there as been a few occasions food missing from the order. Just my opinion but things have changed for the worse over the year's. It's supposed to be Fast food and hot, you increase prices for these service's. I'm actually surprised Burger king is alot better.

Mostly it's a drive thru but have dined in few times nice and clean good overall. Delivery as well food was good but the odd 1or2 times little on cold side.

Have you ever had the desire to visit the most useless McDonald's in Loughborough, if so you are in luck! The most simple order will confuse the staff, the food will be tepid at best and the service is glacial! Why the frustration you ask? Well tonight's joy was ketchup on a Big Mac, why is there ketchup on a Big Mac you ask, who the f knows?! I queried this at the ordering window (as I ordered a Big Mac with just sauce and cheese) and was told not to worry about it, it turns out I should have! The staff lie the managers are useless. Avoid unless you want to pay over the odds for disappoint!

Just ordered food from the app and my daughter's pancakes and sausages was missing and there is no way to contact the reqsuraunt apart from calling them and I'm unable to it's crazy there's no way to contact the reasturaunt from the app

Came here early one morning to catch breakfast ahead of a few hours on the road. Ate inside, had to wait a short while for the food though it seemed not many staff were working though they were doing their best, which is all you can ask for - their service wasn't compromised and they were great.

Every time we order form here there is something missing your better to order form a different macdonalds in the town

Never put sauces in. Ever. Just don’t bother selecting one. They won’t give it to you

Food came cold (not edible) and wasn’t prepared how we requested. Rushed Maccies and again you can’t get 1 small order right! Rubbish service and I wouldn’t waste your money

the fries were cold and tasted like they were from yesterday, the crispy chicken in the wrap was also cold and the burgers were slightly warm. this seems to happen every time we order from Warwick way , will be ordering from a different one next time. unhappy 🙁

Order food for the children all came cold and refused to eat it, said it was going to be delivered 19:30, and wasn’t until 20:10. Very poor will not be ordering again!

Only comment, I think just eat drivers need a little training on directions. Told the driver to go down the right of the building, he went down the left. Got him back on the right track and told him to follow the path which apparently is in the sky as that's where he looked.

Because no receipt had been issued upon payment we then had to show bank payment details. She went back in and returned with the correct order, without any apology or compensation. Customer service at its worst - AVOID

This one out of the 3 in the town always cocks up the order by forgetting something that you've ordered. And you have to go to the kiosk/till to say something. Says it's a fast food restaurant.......10 minutes wait for food! Make your own mind up for what I did!

It’s been already a second time when I’m ordering from this store, and I keep getting a missing item (burgers) from my orders. And very often employees forget to put souces. Order assembly should be improved!!!

Items never delivered. Courier must have eaten them. Not goid for a diabetic who needs food, abysmal.

£9.99 two burgers but no fries arrived

Whoever made the burgers must have thrown them together (literally). Burnt buns, missing sauces. Chips came with less than half in(and they wasn’t in the bottom of the bag). I’ll be avoiding this McDonald’s from now on.

I was supposed to get 2 fries and 2 big Mac but I've only received 2 fries and ONE big mac

False advertising I ordered the spuad burger deal and 9 free nuggets but nuggets never arrived a friend of ours ordered the same last week and guess what nuggets never arrived

Spent 36 pound on breakfast for family of 6, there were flies everywhere around the kitchen and seating area. Asked about and was told oh it’s because there is a Waste tip nearby. Also asked manager for her to fill a sauce container with brown sauce just to have with my hash brown and was told NO we don’t do that even though I’ve just spent over £30 couldn’t give me a small squirt of brown sauce. Not a helpful friendly manager. Order also wrong no melon bag given and 1 latte was stone cold so must have been sat for over half an hour .
