I paid extra for the Minecraft toy in my large big Mac meal and never received it the order was cold and we didn't get ketchup

Not happy we ordered 2 chicken nugget mine craft meal for me and son. Neither came with the toy as stated on meal details. My son ordered this for the toy and neither of us had our toys. Very disappointed

Took ages to come, everytime I tried to call McDonald’s it declined straight away and my food was stone cold

cold food on arrival after being nearly an hour late

Did not order any salsa dip. Got some. In a yellow Carton. I didn’t mention it. But I’m allergic to tomatoes. Even though I didn’t mention it. I never ordered it. Just curry sauce. The package had burst. So. My food to me is ruined. Please help.

We ordered nearly 2 hours before required. Then got a call when it was already 30 mins late to advise they didn’t have milkshakes (5 on order). Then when delivered a total of an hour late (to which some people were then in meetings and couldn’t eat) there was a drink missing, cheeseburger missing, some drinks has spilled and all chips were cold.

Food cold. said be delivered by 20:49. No delivery update either.

Scamming pigs two separate occasions we’ve ordered mozzarella dippers got home and for them to not be there receipt confirmed purchase both times. You never forgot the salsa dip though guess i’ll dip my fingers in it instead

time kept changing for delivery but was clear food had been sat for a long time. Even the coffee was cold which idms rare as piping hot when poured. All the food was stone e cold.

Ordered at 12.53 and didn’t get delivered until 14.10 and the food was near enough cold wasn’t happy with this order at all. Delivery person was very nice and polite.

This is the only "company owned" Maccies in Loughborough - the others are all run by franchisees. As such, I have always found the food in this one hotter and served more promptly and I reckon if you are in Loughborough and fancy a Maccies this is the one you should go to.

Managed to completely mess up our breakfast order. Both coffees were wrong, we asked for a latte and cappuccino.. got a flat white and an americano, paid for a meal and didn't get our hashbrown. Half the mcmuffin bun was missing. Really poor, more fool us for not checking before leaving

There is one of their managers. Very rude guy. Sometime he work in 300 spartas. Very rude with the customer and with the Uber driver or just eat drivers he make them wait 30 to 40 minutes and after that very rudely he will tell them cancel the order. Don't wait here. Oh don't come here. Happen to myself and there is a witnesses there 20 people they say to me he is the rudest person in this McDonald's make people wait 20-30 minutes 40 minutes after that rudely. Just been drive through asked for the £2.79 breakfast meal ,sausage egg and a coffee, they tried to charge me separately adding the coffee, then asked for mini ashbrowns which they dont do but didnt tell me only the normal one. Staff need more training to know all offers. And get things correct. Not charge you full price. Avoid rip offs

These places are depressing now all the uber eats delivering drivers wait around on their phones at full volume.

Do not let your delivery drivers deliver to more than 1 place. Everything cold, McFlurry melted. Saw the delivery driver in Loughborough University. And to only get £7 back from a £30 order is a disgrace

Food was bang on for flavour but put together very poorly. Fast food turned into having to repack my own food into the bun which defeated the object of a drive through. Wounded but I ate it.

Not a Dip for everyone (again)never send enough for quantity of people in order. Asked for a book with happy meals and they where very disappointed to not get one. They did this time remember to add the extra lettuce which was good as they normally forget. I don't think we'll bother again.

One of the drinks we ordered tasted like cleaning solution and when I contacted Just Eat we got fobbed off. Do not use this service and be careful of any drinks delivered this way.
