McDonald's in South Holland

Every time I come my order is never right, I just ordered a double cheese burger and made it clear for no onions or mustard to be added, staff are friendly and no problems with customer interaction but I’m not happy with my food, on top of that my coke tastes very watered down and I am displeased.

It's a McDonald's all the same cold food no matter what branch you go too atmosphere. Yeah get a good atmosphere with a drive though handing food though a window in a building dreadful places

Ordered chicken mayo meal with no mayo got home to find extra mayo and raw chips

Come on, most disappointing Maccy D's I've had in years! Evening drive through, milkshake machine out of order, Took takeout home (4mins away). Food 🥶. Had to chuck the chips, cold and dry. 😌. The dogs enjoyed the cheese burger. Need to do better, please...

I ordered hcross pie and i they didn’t put it and its not the first tike when they forget to put some ordered things

Been here a few times, I go to McDonald's for consistency and fast food while traveling for work to keep me going in-between proper meals. USUALLY I love these restaurants but unfortunately the last few times I have been here I have received cold burnt food (I don't know how this happens lol), wait times over 20mins even though drive through and restaurant was dead and served by unhygienic staff (dirty clothes and hands) generally underwhelming experience and will be avoiding this one in future.

Drive through waiting time is not acceptable No click and collect spaces. Delivery drivers park there. Missing ingredients, cutlery, sauces. Always same not changed

Food was bland, tasteless and cold. I won't be going back.

We waited 30 mins for one Big Mac

Great customer service when visiting the store tonight. I visit the store a lot but tonight there was a young member of staff at the window and they were so polite and friendly it was nice and refreshing! I think their name was Kayden and they was lovely and chatty. A real pleasure for the store to have!

Friendly staff, food is good. And in McDonalds tradition, it is dead cheap. Internally it's much better and feels bigger. Ordering through the app for delivery to table can take ages, and had loads of recent orders that have taken about 20 mins and come cold. Fries are hit & miss, hope you get hot ones!

Food and drinks were good and hot. Not a long wait and it was clean

Called here Saturday 24th Feb just for a drink. I went to the counter to order, it wasnt too busy, took 10 mins to take my order and 5 mins for it to be served which isnt good

Absolute joke, Payed £2.28 for the new Kit Kat ruby special McFlurry and they filled it less than half the tub!!!!! I then went to the manager to complain and add more ice cream but they did not add anymore ice cream they just close the lid of the tub to hide it. Really disappointed here and need for improvement is evident !!

Absolutely appalling with getting orders right and no only that it has missed four meals over 3 different orders from there and the only response to getting it delivered is that the delivery company is a 3rd party meaning you pay £4 for delivery yet the won’t re deliver your missing items terrible service and food is cold

Stopped in for meal on Saturday 27th Jan.Very busy. Lots of food orders for Deliveroo, Just Eat and other deliverys, drivers and bags all over the place. Glad I took my food away.

My wife and I had a lovely breakfast roll meal here this morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. If we are ever in this direction in the future, we will definitely be calling here again. I know parking is limited, but a few more disabled bays would be good.

Drive through is always busy and there is still not enough parkìng. This site could do with expanding! Still love a McPlant enough to suffer the wait though!

out with my support worker today as near dinner time we went to McDonalds not been hear for ages so it made a very nice change for us very bright place witth plenty leg room at the tables

Ok....but another case at this branch when items missing from order...phone call and fries tomorrow rather than today... Must remember to check order before leaving site !

Recent experiences have shown me that this branch seems to have improved a bit. It is more likely that an order will actually be correct but I still recommend you check your order before leaving the branch. Their wireless internet and app are a bit more reliable but I still sometimes have problems. It is much more difficult to get a parking space or room in branch with the large number of delivery drivers hanging around the place waiting in the hope of an order. It is still too long to wait for collecting an order as priority seems to be given to drive through but even that rarely moves fast enough. It seems they simply don't have enough staff to cope but that might be a short sighted cost saving idea. I would recommend this branch but only as there is little to no option in the area.

Not really a place for atmosphere but was clean and fairly quiet inside when I got there around 21:30. Car park and drive thru were pretty rammed, and turning out towards Spalding can be a pain so be prepared to be patient.

Got a delivery and we spent 30 pounds and they just sent us 5 drinks so called to get it corrected and they were not interested in helping I'd avoid this place at all cost

I have never visited a McDonald's with such disregard for customers. Without exaggeration every time I visit this McDonald's they get my order wrong. Once they got it wrong 4 times when I complained I was told if you don't like it don't bother coming back !!! Last 2 deliveries have had missing items, which was literally 2 bigmac meals and 20 nuggets , the 20 nuggets were missing!!! which has led me to believe this McDonald's is profiting by missing items out of meals if you do visit check you have your items complete before leaving. Very stressful experience every time I visit! Avoid if possible

Capicino was just hot water and milk, had to drive back to change for one with coffee in it. Very busy and took ages to get through drive through. But overall fair visit

All was fine, 4 stars because there is always a queue at the drive thru and McDonald's is quite slow getting through it.

Well placed next to the roundabout near the Springfield shopping centre. Also the gulf garage next door is the cheaper of the garages for miles.

Quick service, good hot food. And the girls working there are gorgeous which is always a bonus haha

Food was hot and tasty, can get very busy but a good place to stop off.

You kind of already know what to expect from a McDonald's. The food is okay and fast when you go in to eat. I think my only gripe was how long the wait was when I ordered via the app (18 minutes). Other than that, it's a good place for a quick meal with the kids

I loved their chicken wrap and mozzarella sticks. The fries were so good. My baby loves it ❤️ . The beef burger as well as strawberry milkshake are amazing 👏

Service was terrible food was cold when I got it and I asked for a chocolate milkshake but ended up getting a strawberry milkshake it was disgusting

Having download the app to get the happy meal fir a pound on promotion was told by staff thst they are not doing that deal I said but you have take the money from my card I was delighted to be told by staff that I wasn't going into there account so there's nothing they could help with Thus was on Monday at 2 o'clock so avoid this time as you will get spoken too like your a nobody and yes I will be taking this further as I' work for customer facing company and this was a disgusting way to treat the public

I had a problem with my order, they gave me the wrong burger. Slight inconvenience as I'd got it from the drive-thru and only noticed once I'd driven away. I returned and went into McDonald's to explain. The staff were polite and professional, rectifying the error immediately. Other customers in the venue all seemed to have attitude problems with the staff and eachother. Like most people that travel, I've been in a fair few McDonald's around the world. It's McDonald's, you kind of know what to expect, but I have never experienced rudeness from customers towards staff before (and I've been to the McDonald's on Dalston!). In terms of the food quality, hands down the nicest McDonald's fries I've ever had. They were hot and crispy, unlike the lukewarm limp fries other McDonald's serve up. Burger (the replacement) was well presented and also hot. Would I eat here again? Yes, but I won't be getting out of the car the next time. Quality customer service. Shocking behaviour from the customers.

The slowest McDonald’s in the uk, wasn’t even that busy

Half of our food was missing from our order that was delivered to us. We called multiple numbers we were advised to call and some of them did not exist or they would tell us to call someone else or just wouldn't pick up. A woman delivered our food and as soon as we realised half our food was missing we called the number that was supposed to be hers thinking she might have forgotten however a guy picked up and was very rude and hung up after saying he was in a car. We weren't able to get a refund or our missing food in the end.

Hospitalised twice after explaining allergies very carefully & insistently especiallythe second time, it's a shame this store are incompetent as its my local

Went in on Sunday for breakfast and had to wait half an hour for the food to come out there didn't seem to be anyone on the pass a young girl had to come off her break to get the food out for people otherwise it would of been a much longer wait so thank you to her

Terrible service. Waited 25 min for 1 mayo chicken and a coffee. Tired and bored staff looking like they'll faint soon.

I hate this mcdonal’s. Every time they forget to put you’re meal. Now i ordered wrap with chichen and they didin’t put it. I used deliveri. I’m so angry. Because it’s not 1£. Never order from here.

Miss parts of your order, really don't pay attention to you being there. Too busy messing about, rather than doing their jobs. Use the other drive throughs, further up the road for 6 months until they get new staff in.

The floor near the counter is covered in oil and very very slippery. So dangerous. Slow service, with staff members standing around chatting instead of cleaning the tables. Never had a drive through order with all of the correct items. Usually half missing or substituted for something that I didn't order. However the food is normally very good.

Good McDonald's for a breakfast. Quiet location

My hot chocolate was lukewarm. There was way too much lettuce in my chicken salad and two end pieces of onion that the knife couldn't even cut through as it bends.

Drive through experience in any customer service lacking...Ronald McDonald would not be smiling if watching the trainee I assume who had more of a chip on her shoulder than we got chips in our happy meal... Abrupt incorrect order and poor attitude...I'd suggest other roles more suitable than this customer facing role...not the face of McDonald's you would expect ...wrong items packed...short order and debated abruptly...

The place being busy is understandable but providing wrong items is a problem.

Sadly can not share picture due the system disabled that function.Ordered two medium fries a long with other food but the medium fries was less Than the small fries.After we mentioned the staff at the counter told us this is What you get in medium size fries.Very poor

A pretty good McDonald's with 3 or 4 good (Instavolt) EV chargers in the car park. Other parking a bit tight but there's just about enough at busy times. Food experience had been consistently decent too and the staff are good.

I found this McDonald's to be clean and well presented. My order was dealt with very quickly. And my food was as I ordered it but more importantly it was hot and tasted great. During my visit I needed to use the rest room and I found this to be clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in going out of my way to revisit this location.

This location is getting worse and worse, from food missing in the bags to overall customer service, last order I got from there was 4x pancakes for me and the kids, they put a load of knifes and no forks, I’ve email the HQ complaining and nothing will be done towards this as usual, so next best thing is a google review.

Food was okay, queue for drive thru was mega, not one single parking space so had to park temporarily on the road outside on double yellow lines until I spotted a space become free. Need more parking here and to speed up the drive thru
