All food cold and 2 x fries were ordered but one of them was barely half full.

Didn’t deliver what I paid for.

I’ve ordered online on the McDonald app and half my meal did not arrive. I’m not impressed. I was hungry and turned out to have no meal but my drink arrived?. Don’t order online from here.

After a long night of drinking celebrating pride i stumbled into this establishment eager to ram down a burger fries and coke. There couldnt have been more the 15 people in the building. However there was complete anarchy people waiting 45 mins for a single cheeseburger. As a FAST food establishment this made me chuckle before noticing i had waited 55 mins for my order. I got a refund and went on my way. Would have been a wasted trip if not for the entertainment of the clueless management system and staff workers their. 😭

Ordered over an hour ago and took way too long to arrive

Sent nuggets instead of chicken select, rest of order was correct and arrived within 10 minutes of time slot.

I have a complaint about delivery orders. Positions disappear regularly. There is a position on the sticker on the package, but it is not in the package. Happens 5 times already. If anyone cares, you can check today's E9EAD order. Didn't include Bacon Double Cheese. The delivery service is not responding. My several requests for a refund for missing items were approved, but the money never came. I understand that McDonald's is a big company. But this is too much...

Terrible service turns up 2 hours late no drinks or porridge stone cold

straws soaking wet again as all drinks spilt. can u not put the straws in with the food you try drinking a milkshake without one. and wrong flavoured milk shake so that's going in the bin again thanks

I love McDonald’s but this is without a doubt the slowest I’ve ever been too. There are 3 people in here with me and I’ve been waiting 20mins for 3 cheeseburgers. Unbelievable!

Half my drink was spilt in to the delivery drivers back. Chips were cold and so floppy and the burger was only mildly warm. Delivery to mine just 1 mile so would have expected it to arrive at a decent temperature.

Time just kept being extended and food was cold

Driver was lovely. McDonalds sort yourselves out I ordered a Large and got Small fries. Drink coming out of lid where it’s not put on properly. It’s not hard to check these things as they are being bagged.

Had a Big Mac out of this establishment tasted slightly fishy thought nothing of it. Was I’ll for 3 days afterwords

Ordered a breakfast roll which contains bacon sausage and egg, I even added an extra egg for 50p but all I got was bacon. How hard is it to follow an order?, and if I'm not going to get what I ordered can you just add a mystery meal feature, thanks.

we waited about 2 hours for the food ordered at 11:35 and got the food at 13:20 the food was cold and the coffee that had been ordered had leaked all over the food not happy for cold soggy food after waiting nearly 2 hours

Abysmal quality, my quarter pounder with cheese had a plastic film inside of it. This is absolutely disgusting considering I had paid for my food. I expect better from a massive corporation such as McDonald’s. this is grotesque.

Tracked it and apparently the driver was at restaurant for 50 mins, food cold and no drinks

I ordered the food at 8 20 and turned up at 10 54 and the food is stone cold

Ordered around 8:20 order confirmed at 8:27 before starting work. Everything fine, not that far from the restaurant. Driver didn’t even get to the restaurant for 45 minutes. Then the estimated time was another 40 minutes or so. Ruined the experience as it was a treat for a colleague By the time it had arrived we had both started work. So it was rushed and not enjoyed. Also the driver didn’t collect the sauce and didn’t drive into the premises, he called from the street and I had to walk out in the rain all through the car park and into the street to collect the food so myself and the bags were soaked on return. So all in all not a great experience.

Original time was 12.10, then it kept changing. Ended up saying 12.30 ! Milkshakes we're really runny & chips were stone cold !!!

The staff here were friendly, but the service was very, very slow. It's also off a more 'vibrant' street in Brighton and you'll get the more chaotic members of society passing and entering. Still, normal McD's food at a reasonable price.

Didn’t get one portion of fries + ketchup + sweet curry sauce!

Took a while to be delivered. Food was cold on this occasion, which actually hasn’t been the case lately so maybe they were super busy. The large chip portion was less than a small lol.

The food was limp and cold but today one just has to be grateful it shows up in the first place. Everything I ordered was included also in the bags today.

Ordered two meals for delivery and only one meal arrived. Called Uber Eats for a refund and said that I would have to re order the second meal but they can’t refund the £4 I have had to pay extra to re order it! Charged me another delivery charge, service charge and small order fee which I couldn’t get refunded. So I’ve had to pay out for them not doing their job properly and missing a whole meal out. Won’t be ordering again, absolute joke!

Prioritising deliveries over standing customers. Absolutely shocking system. Standing here looking at 8 deliveries sitting their as they prepare more,all the wile their is 19 customers standing in store waiting on food. As I type a women has came in to complain about waiting in car park for half hour. This place is despicable! Get a grip and sort this nonsense out!

Despite advertising the yugioh/hello kitty toys and using the themed packaging the toys are NOT yugioh/hello kitty. Requested one- they didn't have any. False advertising. Beware

Probably the longest I've ever had to wait for an order at a McDonald's. One member of staff looked incredibly stressed and out of his depth. Was preparing food with bare hands- you can see where the McChicken burgers are assembled and he was adding lettuce etc between barking order numbers at customers, his 'tashe bristling comically if the customer didn't come forward instantly. I suspect he wanted to go home. The two stars for atmosphere are down to that dude. It's not often you get to see an Olivier award winning portrayal of "why am I here, dealing with these peasants?". Without his antics to watch I'd have given zero for atmosphere as there's not normally much to do when 50 people are waiting patiently to win the McDs order bingo. The random number sequence added some fun. Number 58... number 32.... number 46 etc. Don't be horrible to the guy, his antics were the most memorable bit of the visit.

Constant Just Eat collections mean that this is not fast food for people sat in the restaurant. Long waits (30 mins +), order often wrong. The staff do work incredibly hard and look ran off their feet. I wouldn't blame the staff, rather heavy demand through delivery orders which could be diverted to a seperate kitchen.

Mcdonalds gave me the wrong burger!

I bought a total of three ice creams, the clerk only made two and told me to wait for the next one, but by the time he finished the third one the first two had melted and I had to ask for them to be replaced, the manager came over and accused me of not listening to the clerk's call, I told the manager the clerk hadn't warned me at all and it was only because I had paid attention to the number on the screen that I had gone to get my ice creams and they eventually gave them to me! They remade it, but the portion was very small and in terrible shape (top right and bottom left). I ended up reaping the rewards of their impatient cocky service, and badly shaped little ice creams, and wasting my emotions, too bad!

I could track driver and he was sat outside macdonqlds for ages which be the reason my food was stone cold and not eatable so waste of money !!
