McDonald's in Brighton and Hove

I waited for half an hour.. they mixed up my product.. the burgers were ice cold

Just eat order took over two hours. No ability to cancel, no answers to the phone. Bullshit

The only McDonald's that you'll ever go to where the employees seem slightly more content with their only employment option being this capital regime, I wish them well, not you McDonald's conglomerates

After waiting over an hour for the food to be delivered it turn up with most of the food being cold! Absolutely appalling!!

Very nice- although there was one lady who’s face jus seemed unbothered , as if she hates her job and customer service wasn’t her thing. But food was really good and the place was clean

missing items. food thrown together. opened the boxes and the burgers where open and spread about the box. not what you expect for the money they now charge.

Got the wrong order, completely wrong and was so late and cold wasn’t able to eat the food as the stuff that arrived had stuff in that some family members can not eat completely unacceptable this has happened numerous times and nothing ever changes

There has to be a way to provide your couriers with thermal bags because our food is almost always cold.

once again delivery driver failed to deliver...but marked as delivered. just eat need to sort their drivers out. McDonald's can't help.

They missed off multiple items… so delivery had half of what we’d ordered.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and it arrived with no burger. This is the 5th time items have been missing from McDonald's orders.

The delivery man had spilt all the drink in his bag. So no drink, he said to complain ? Bit late as meal with no drink

absolutely nothing bad to say about the guy delivering he was great. I ordered this for my family and had my delivery time delayed again and again and again. the driver was waiting at the restrestaurant so no fault to him.

I’ve been in this Mcdonalds and also ordered from it. Both experiences were pretty terrible. Waiting times, food quality, and then lids being put on wrong and causing spills.

Will never order McDonald’s again. Two hours with no delivery then marked as ‘delivered’ when it was not! Overpriced slow food with incompetent staff at every point of the process. You should be ashamed of yourselves. No option to speak to a human at any point. In the 80’s McDonald’s would get a burger out within 2 minutes. Awful.

Second order on the same day as they completely messed up the first one, you would think ordering nuggets two burgers and a drink was pretty hard to f*** up but no sent two drinks and forgot the rest, useless.

I waited an hour for McDelivery, paid a mandatory service fee for my food which was apparently delivered but did not arrive, despite my address being correct with detailed instructions on where to deliver. The McDonalds app provides no option to make a complaint/ state that my order was not fulfilled. Delivery sounds great until you realise you’re paying extra for mediocre food that may or may not arrive.

my order was missing a drink i paid for for my youngest son.

lovely delivery man, food was cold but i know it was not the delivery man’s fault due to the fact he was on time, i came to this mcdonald’s this morning and waited for 30 minutes for pancakes a coffee and a coke, the pancakes was cold and the coffee felt like i was drinking cold milk. would not order from this restaurant again.

Quick and chilled at breakfast time

No regard for the changes on the food, I’m allergic to onion and asked for none in my burger but surprise!!! It was covered in onion.

Food Pretty cold when it arrived, but cold drink was quite warm! The driver was at the store for a long time so I guess was waiting for multiple orders and so arrived a long time after had been prepared.

Worst Mcdonald franchise's in Brighton (Ismet Turen LTD T/A McDonald's). Deliveries always missing items and/or drinks totally split. UberEats delivers but refuses refunds even when I prove fault.

so after having zero notifications for delivery, no phone calls like usual. i discover my order is already delivered?! yet im hungry and out of pocket, im absolutely fuming and if you can’t find a way to rectify this i will no longer use this service ever again..

When I ordered delivery was quoted at 20-35 minutes it arrived 70 minutes later. Food order was correct but was cold.
