Always so slow and the staff are so unfriendly and unbothered even when the store is busy. They are rude and slow, the food is always cold

driver took sooooooooo long to get to me, sat and watched him at another restaurant so food wasn’t hot

all wet and soggy and not even have the drink in the cup

Obviously been sitting in the warming shelf for over 30mins. Fries dried out like cardboard and cold. Same with chicken.

Cleaner mopped over my shoe when I was trying to order. Didn’t ask me to move or anything just straight up mopped my shoe. My white shoes have a bleach/floor cleaner stain on them now. Cheers

Drink arrived completely destroyed..

Pretty good for, not gonna lie, but I ordered a big Mac and kindly asked for bacon to go with it, along with no onions. I get my big Mac and I get no bacon and of course, onions. MCDONALD'S! GET YOUR EMPLOYEE'S BRAINS RUNNING!!!

Delivery driver was great - but restaurant missed an item

i’m not going to go into too much detail, but this mcdonald’s knows how to turn the worlds simplest food into the coldest most under cooked food and adds a 40 minute wait to everything !! if you can go to the asda one.

Avoid avoid avoid. I'm a food reviewer with over 16 years experience in the catering industry. This McDonald's has to be one of the worst food establishments in Brighton and Hove. All good is cold and solid. The staff have no interest in anyone. The franchise owner should be looking at this and maybe fire them all and start a fresh

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a joke. Food cold, delivery extremely late and when tried calling the phone was hung up. This is the problem with hiring inexperienced staff from another country. I would avoid this scum place and pay a little extra another burger joint

Everthing was still hot and delicious on arrival. Feel really bad for forgetting to tip the rider though.

don't order from here, every time i order they always forget to give everything on the order

ordered delivery through the app, came in 10 minutes which was very impressive. but 3 items were missing from the order (it wasn't a particularly large order). tried calling the restaurant 5 times to see if they could ammend this and didn't pick up. managed to get a refund through uber eats but it never fully makes up for not receiving items you were looking forward to

Food was cold but the drinks were good.

Delivered an hour after it was ordered, the driver seemed to have no clue where to go, food was stone cold. Pathetic, I have no words for the anger we were experiencing. The map showed 17 minutes, then 24 minutes, then 12 minutes, it was ridiculous...finished up an hour for a delivery 5 minutes down the road. This company should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves!

The food was still warm, the cheese did not all stick to the paper and the hash browns didn't fall apart and stick to the wrapper either. This maccy D's is way better than the other one we were using before.

Order missing items but was given a refund quickly

They sent me a mc spicy instead of a mc crispy my sons mouth was on fire and his tummy now hurts we had no straws for a milkshakes. Plus i asked for no lettuce in my chicken sandwich and they put the lettuce in it.

I got my mcbook from here four years ago, the speakers just don’t work the way they used to anymore and they say it’s out of warranty! I even paid extra for the pro version! Disappointing!!

Food was stone cold when it arrived as courier couldn't find the building, even though I added delivery notes and texted them when I noticed how lost he was getting trying to find us. He kept moving further away from the destination. I had to microwave the food when it arrived. Plus the bottle of water was missing from the order.

Burgers were all messy and sauce everywhere. The Mozzarella dippers were out their bag and laying at the bottom of the main bag… chips weren’t even filled to a regular size let alone a large. Poor poor service.
