McDonald's in Brighton and Hove

ordered food at 5am took an hour and a half to get it here and it was cold!

had to put the milkshake and mcfurry in the freezer and the fries and cheese burger in the microwave for a minute,there has to be a better way to keep them frozen or hot ,I still enjoyed it

My order was missing some items and i didnt get a refund for it

food was fine, pretty warm, but almost the entire drink was spilled

I just wish that I could have a straw or 2 with my drinks. That would be nice.

The food turned up over an hour late and all of it was cold. I ordered a milkshake and 2 ice creams and they were all melted. I am very unhappy with my order.

The food was stone cold. The chips were hard and chewy.

Delivery driver was sat at restaurant for 30 minutes, and didn’t move until I called customer care twice on a different number. Only to find food was cold, and half the food was missing. Completely dissatisfied.

Cold food and the driver spilled my drinks all over my carpet and they refuse to give me a refund, how does that make any sense?

When my McDonald arrived, it was cold and never revived my raspberry pie

my delivery was freezing cold. chips were not full weight ( never are, ever) overall this service is getting worse

I have scheduled my delivery for 19.45 but it came around 20.05. it was hilarious to wait for so long for my food that I was expected

Burgers were all messy and sauce everywhere. The Mozzarella dippers were out their bag and laying at the bottom of the main bag… chips weren’t even filled to a regular size let alone a large. Poor poor service.

There were no gherkins and it was the worst big Mac I ever had

Food was expected at 7:15 actually arrived at 8:17 after the long wait the food it was all cold and inedible, the actual time stamp on when the food was made was 7:14 so I’m unsure as to why it took over an hour to arrive once it was made considering it’s a 10 minute drive.. do not buy from here

All my food was cold, got large chips but basics got a small in a large box because it was so empty. Very disappointed

Over half the order missing, the few bits of food that actually turned up stone cold and half hour late. How do you deliver 0 hash browns when there was 6 on the order? Not the first time it’s happened, save your money go elsewhere.

Came really late. Driver had to wait for 1h15 at McDonalds and we received cold food. My best guess is that they made our order, put on the side and forgot about it.

I don't know what's going on with you guys but the whole lot came to me all mashed up together and medium chips there was like about five really need to sort it out How you pack and how you deliver I disabled and I have asked you quite a few times to give me fresh food And it's come freezing cold or all mashed up have a little bit of respect People pay you wouldn't like it would you if it is delivered to you the way I get the food delivered

For about the fourth time running, the dips we ordered didn’t come with the meal.

The delivery was late. The drinks leaked so the driver went back to mcdonalds to have it changed. Good and nice driver but it was just delayed.

Order wasn’t only late but missing every burger! Chips are staler than the cardboard they come in. Clearly the workers here are incapable of reading a simple ticket. Useless.

My house is a straight line from McDonald’s London road, some very strange reason my driver decided to go up elm grove and towards the race course and then come towards my house and now my food is all cold and very squashed and damaged

Paid 17 pound to not even get what I ordered and food was cold

Was packed poorly to the point where the bag had ripped due to spilt drinks there was only one full cup of drink out of three and the other bag that had the food in was falling apart due to also being soaked by the drinks- never had this happen even when ordering a bulk of items before

This order has turned up after 1hr 45mins!!!! The food is cold and the milkshake has melted. This is awful service. What compensation do we get for this or do I try a different delivery service next time. My wife orders more than me, pretty much every week too. That will stop if you can’t sort this fiasco out. This has happened before but I will review every order moving forward. I look forward to your reply. Thanks

The delivery driver spilt my drink all over my food, leaving it soaked and then offered to take back the food to the restaurant. The order was then marked as delivered and the delivery driver has now ran off without compensation. Leaving me with no food or refund.

Good and service were great. Parking is very limited and only 60 minutes maximum stay.
