McDonald's in Brighton and Hove

I’ve been in this Mcdonalds and also ordered from it. Both experiences were pretty terrible. Waiting times, food quality, and then lids being put on wrong and causing spills.

Everytime I’ve ordered via Deliveroo!, always messing up our order!, never ordering from here again!!!

Waiting for 30 to 40 minutes just to eventually come up to the counter and hear that they weren't about to serve my order as it just disappeared off the screen. Had to reorder. Also, burgers are half empty

I waited an hour for McDelivery, paid a mandatory service fee for my food which was apparently delivered but did not arrive, despite my address being correct with detailed instructions on where to deliver. The McDonalds app provides no option to make a complaint/ state that my order was not fulfilled. Delivery sounds great until you realise you’re paying extra for mediocre food that may or may not arrive.

food is good but service has slowly become slower and slower aswell as teenage chavs have infested the place and icl its a bit annyoing. also didnt put any mcdonalds monopoly stickers on my 5 chicken select meal.

We waited for over an hour for our food and it came cold, we tried reheating but the chips were ruined and everything else was pretty bland as well - bad dinner!

Food Pretty cold when it arrived, but cold drink was quite warm! The driver was at the store for a long time so I guess was waiting for multiple orders and so arrived a long time after had been prepared.

not for the first time I've been delivered another wrong order, instead of chicken sandwich meal and big Mac meal I received chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger

Wasnt hot, the ice had melted in our drinks, chips were strange, and it took way longer than we expected but it was a Saturday night.

Worst Mcdonald franchise's in Brighton (Ismet Turen LTD T/A McDonald's). Deliveries always missing items and/or drinks totally split. UberEats delivers but refuses refunds even when I prove fault.

so after having zero notifications for delivery, no phone calls like usual. i discover my order is already delivered?! yet im hungry and out of pocket, im absolutely fuming and if you can’t find a way to rectify this i will no longer use this service ever again..

When I ordered delivery was quoted at 20-35 minutes it arrived 70 minutes later. Food order was correct but was cold.

well done to the delivery driver, really polite, and quick, and working hard in the pouring heavy rain, and the macdonalds was surprisingly hot, hats off to him.

Just had to cancel an order for a full refund do to idiocy by the macdonalds London rd staff in Brighton. After orde 85 went past with ours being 74 my brother and I decided to enquire of the delay. The cashier told us nonchalantly that our food was ready but they’d run out of large cups only. Another 5 mins went by and enquired again by which time had been 30 mins roughly and the supervisor said “no need to be annoyed and raise your voice we’re literally getting the missing drink for you now” upon which we requested a full refund because the long wait for the large cups for the missing shake would’ve rendered the burgers we’d ordered stale and stiff. So fully refunded on the spot. My comment to the supervisor was “this is the biggest franchise in the world it is not good enough! You could’ve used two small cups, we would’ve been fine downgrading to medium if it meant the burgers would not spoil. But the poor customer service, lack of explanation and ruined burgers meant a severe lack of respect for this branch I am sorry!

After a long night of drinking celebrating pride i stumbled into this establishment eager to ram down a burger fries and coke. There couldnt have been more the 15 people in the building. However there was complete anarchy people waiting 45 mins for a single cheeseburger. As a FAST food establishment this made me chuckle before noticing i had waited 55 mins for my order. I got a refund and went on my way. Would have been a wasted trip if not for the entertainment of the clueless management system and staff workers their. 😭

I’ve ordered online on the McDonald app and half my meal did not arrive. I’m not impressed. I was hungry and turned out to have no meal but my drink arrived?. Don’t order online from here.

I have a complaint about delivery orders. Positions disappear regularly. There is a position on the sticker on the package, but it is not in the package. Happens 5 times already. If anyone cares, you can check today's E9EAD order. Didn't include Bacon Double Cheese. The delivery service is not responding. My several requests for a refund for missing items were approved, but the money never came. I understand that McDonald's is a big company. But this is too much...

straws soaking wet again as all drinks spilt. can u not put the straws in with the food you try drinking a milkshake without one. and wrong flavoured milk shake so that's going in the bin again thanks

I love McDonald’s but this is without a doubt the slowest I’ve ever been too. There are 3 people in here with me and I’ve been waiting 20mins for 3 cheeseburgers. Unbelievable!

Half my drink was spilt in to the delivery drivers back. Chips were cold and so floppy and the burger was only mildly warm. Delivery to mine just 1 mile so would have expected it to arrive at a decent temperature.

Driver was lovely. McDonalds sort yourselves out I ordered a Large and got Small fries. Drink coming out of lid where it’s not put on properly. It’s not hard to check these things as they are being bagged.
