KFC Brighton - Portslade in Brighton and Hove

Driver dropped a can of drink so we was short a drink

Once again part missing popcorn chicken was free but not delivered with order also not very hot

KFC chicken was very salty and over fried.

Soggy chips soggy chicken but the kids ate it

Bag burst open and insides all squished good cold !

Didn't receive our free popcorn chicken

Food was appalling Cold soggy chips both burger and chicken was so chewy hardly edible Will not be returning

Completely wrong order delivered. Restaurant not helpful when called or ask for food to be re delivered

Delivery fine and quick and food hot . Disappointed with KFC. They put the hot wings in the bucket with the other chicken . They are usually separate . I can’t have spicy food so was an issue

Thank you for this lovely staff , who gave me what i am asking for and help me manage what i left (pennies) thank you.. and this kfc is always the one we ordered from uber eats.. its always crispy and freshly cooked..

delivered to wrong address not drivers fault. I clicked on the correct address when I ordered it and it did not change when it processed the order. I tried calling restaurant with no answer. there was no option to cancel. now I have lost money and no food. I would like full refund. there must be a better way to communicate through this I was unable to do anything even though I made sure I had the correct delivery address when I ordered

missing items , chicken that did arrive was very greasy

It took about 45minutes to an hour to arrive and was cold. He was in Hangleton for around 20 minutes before delivering my order.

Delivery time was perfect, no faults there with the time or the driver as they got here earlier than expected. Unfortunately the food was only average and some of the items we ordered such as the fries were really cold and we had to preheat them. Once preheated, the food was fine but it made me wish we ordered from another takeaway instead

The expected delivery time from the placing of the order to actual delivery was late. I can only assume it was due to KFC themselves, as the time of delivery kept moving. This made dinner with the kids all the more stressful. Had I been given a better eta that could’ve been provided by the delivery team back to this app, I may not have ordered. Not happy.

from ordering to delivery it took an hour to be delivered, didnt help that the driver took a divert in the opposite direction and when he arrived he stood outside on the road holding my food talking on his phone

This KFC is pretty poor. So many flies all over the place in the dining area and toilets. Often left in a mess with the bins over flowing. Last time I went staff were arguing in the kitchen and some the drinks were unavailable. Needs lots of improvment.

not had my order yet. where is it?? can't get hold of anyone. KFC say it's on its way. been waiting 2.5 hours. but payment has been taken £36.

why can't your drivers find us we are a big company on basin road south as your driver approach our company we waved him to stop but he carried on driver pass us and didn't come back till 15 mins latter

Despite the app saying the food order was delivered, it was not! The delivery driver brought someone elses order and then left with that incorrect order saying there had been a mistake. My order was NOT delivered and I am now £20 out of pocket!

Seems to be a theme with "Fast food" restaurants hiring staff who are unable to prepare food properly. The only time it's ever "Fast" is when the member of staff is sorting the order doesn't know how to count, but the plot thickens once you get it and sit down and it's cold. And then you think to yourself "How could something take so long and be so cold". No matter how many times you think about it, it never adds up. Then you revert back to the person who packs it and then it hits you. Pure incompetence.

They didn’t deliver my child’s burger and fries in the meal… just the drink and pineapple stick… who does that. My child was so upset and hungry

if it wasn't for the child begging for KFC I would have had a better dinner.... KFC staff are consistently incompetent, being unable to count and carry out a simple job as preparing food and making sure its all there. I dislike ordering from these kinds of chains as they are all the same. missing items and cold food.

Ordered two chips on kfc gave us one

I ordered food and half the order was missing. Not happy as i had family and friends over for my birthday so there was enough food for the party i was having.

they didn’t deliver the drink again. all i can do is get a refund. i don’t want a refund i want me drink

Food freezing and soaked in grease was pretty much inedible

Wow!!! Really impressive. Freshly cooked decent-sized wings, all crunchy and succulent. Well worth the increase in price. Pity it can't be like this ALL the time. Don't know how other branches fare, but this is still the best by far for quality and completion. Watch this space for updates.

Very disappointed.. kfc used to be my favourite and it was dripping with grease i took the skin off and chucked it away to greasy the skin wen it used to be nice was my favourite part.. and even most the chicken was full of grease I hardly eat anything I was looking forwards to it and it comes all bad .. not excepting this I would like a refund please…. For this order and I brought stuff for Asda lancing with this app I only got half my shopping so I’d like that reseat to be looked into please..

Its kfc, ? Staff were outside upon arrival obviously nothing to do. Were very polite, so thank you. Food was already sat there from lunch but it was edible and staff were I suppose happy for a customer that wasn't a delivery moped person!! (Yeah the whole street is covered with them)

This shop is the best kfc in the world the girl named Ellie is the best worker and she gave me all my food hot and very quickly, the boy at front who is very tall and handsome who is called Robb is very attractive and I love when he makes my drinks, I feel very hydrated and happy, I will definitely be coming back here.
