When I gave the driver the last digits of my phone number I didn’t realise Just Eat had my old phone number. He tried to input it too many times and as a result it didn’t work and he couldn’t do it anymore. Please ensure he is paid his fee!

Food was all cold. Chips inedible

Chips burnt, cold and soggy. Hash brown burnt and had to be removed from one burger and burger in other meal also over cooked. Expect better from KFC and would never go back to this branch.

Today I visited KFC in Portslade and was disappointed with the food quality. The chicken was overly salty, and both the chicken pieces and fries seemed pre-cooked, reheated, and lacked freshness. This affected the overall taste and texture, making it less enjoyable. I hope the team can focus on serving freshly cooked items to improve the experience.

Still nearly delivered to the wrong address even though I put it in the added details they keep going to 2 kingsthorpe road and not Goodwood court kingsthorpe road. Sent wrong drinks food was cold

when placing order app said 10-25mins for delivery...it was actually over an hour and a quarter. Luke warm food. not what you would expect on a Monday night. would have been quicker to drive there

DRIVER IGNORES INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO FIND US, SO HE GOES ALL ROUND THE AREA BEFORE HE FINALLY ARRIVES, THEN ONLY TO FIND MISSING ITEMS IN THE ORDER - OFFERING A REFUND IN 7 DAYS DOESNT MAKE UP FOR THE FACT THAT YOUR LUNCH IS RUINED

delivered to wrong address not drivers fault. I clicked on the correct address when I ordered it and it did not change when it processed the order. I tried calling restaurant with no answer. there was no option to cancel. now I have lost money and no food. I would like full refund. there must be a better way to communicate through this I was unable to do anything even though I made sure I had the correct delivery address when I ordered

missing items , chicken that did arrive was very greasy

It took about 45minutes to an hour to arrive and was cold. He was in Hangleton for around 20 minutes before delivering my order.

Unfortunately the food was only average and some of the items we ordered such as the fries were really cold and we had to preheat them. The expected delivery time from the placing of the order to actual delivery was late. I can only assume it was due to KFC themselves, as the time of delivery kept moving. This made dinner with the kids all the more stressful. Had I been given a better eta that could’ve been provided by the delivery team back to this app, I may not have ordered. Not happy.

from ordering to delivery it took an hour to be delivered, didnt help that the driver took a divert in the opposite direction and when he arrived he stood outside on the road holding my food talking on his phone

This KFC is pretty poor. So many flies all over the place in the dining area and toilets. Often left in a mess with the bins over flowing. Last time I went staff were arguing in the kitchen and some the drinks were unavailable. Needs lots of improvment.
