KFC Brighton - Portslade in Brighton and Hove

I ordered boneless but got with bone, and the fries were too old instead of 4 fries, just got one big bag of fries

Food was 45-50 minutes and stone cold

food was cold when arrived, cheese wasn't even melted

completely messed up the order. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The food was cold as well. I will not be ordering again

Worst KFC I ever had. Fries fit for only the bin. Chicken very dry. Fox’s will love it. Will not be reordering again.

The meal was not very warm. The regular fries was a very small portion, considerably smaller than previous orders. Disappointed with meal.

This was our usual "go to" KFC restaurant - ordered, as normal, 10 piece chicken bucket, on delivery and opening the "sealed" bag, found only 6 pieces. I was later told that as I accepted the order it was too late to complain. Last time I use this restaurant.

Horrible waited one hour for it

I ordered a chicken wrap with coleslaw. There was a massive wrap with 2 tiny pieces of chicken and a teaspoon of coleslaw. That was £6.99!!! Absolute rip off. I won’t be ordering from here again. Disgusting!

I asked a family member to get me some KFC as I wanted to try the new Louisiana Burger. When it arrived, I was really disappointed—it looked nothing like the burger in the advertisement. Everything seemed thrown together without care, the bun was cold and not properly toasted, and overall the presentation was poor. It honestly didn’t look like something made for a paying customer. I wouldn’t recommend this burger, as it’s unlikely to match what’s advertised.

The driver was nice and the food was hot and good 👍

The last two times I've ordered from here my order has been incomplete, how difficult is it to make sure the food that goes in the bag matches that on the order, which I've paid for?!

Food came and the bag was ripped wide open, gravy had spilt and was missing popcorn chicken from our order too

apart from the fact ,we ordered a 20 piece boneless box, we received a 10 piece boned box it was delicious

Not happy with my order my tango wasn’t there and my rice bowl the lid was loose and all there was was salad and chicken no rice.

Ordered via justeat. First the delivery driver wasn't given a house number ,but after 10 minutes on the phone with the driver the food arrived. 90% of the chips were hard and raw inside and the chicken pieces had blood at the bone and the meat was mushy. Offered a £10 refund by justeat for a £40 order so I am a very unhappy customer . Note to self corporate run restaurants don't seem to employ people who care about customers and the food they serve.anymore.

I never had a burger in my bun just bits of chocken the piece of lettuce was ok and blob of mayo . My partner had 11£ 49p zinger chips were very small portion not worth the money was disgusted

Food was 25 minutes late, as a result, it was stone cold and needed reheating. If you're going to tax us with a mandatory Service Charge, at least make sure the Service is good !!

Incompetent staff that can't take an order let alone make the order. Dissapointing establishment on a road with plenty of other options. Never use this KFC.

Today I visited KFC in Portslade and was disappointed with the food quality. The chicken was overly salty, and both the chicken pieces and fries seemed pre-cooked, reheated, and lacked freshness. This affected the overall taste and texture, making it less enjoyable. I hope the team can focus on serving freshly cooked items to improve the experience.

Still nearly delivered to the wrong address even though I put it in the added details they keep going to 2 kingsthorpe road and not Goodwood court kingsthorpe road. Sent wrong drinks food was cold
