KFC Brighton - Portslade in Brighton and Hove

Just popped in with my grandson, wish we hadn't bothered. The chicken was cold the fries not great. Had no bbq sauce and the atmosphere and service flat . We visited the western Rd store a few weeks ago and that experience was really good. But won't be going to this Boundry road one ever again 😒

Had a delivery from just eat. 10 piece bucket contained one breast (tiny) one thigh and EIGHT drumsticks. Food luke warm on arrival. Dreadful value for money. Cheapest part of the chicken at premium price. Very disappointing - expect a fair mix of cuts and this definitely wasn’t

Almost every time they get the order wrong ,which is strange considering they do set meals

Waiting time on the food was long after paying for our orders. Chicken pieces had lost it's warmth however the chips were hot. Noticed the hot cupboard for the chicken was frequently left open by staff after taking the pieces to put in the take away boxes!! Despite a small outlet I think there should be staff to cover the cleaning of tables of eat in customers. Overall atmosphere was good as was visiting my daughter's University venue so got to sit and chat with her friends

Possibly the worst KFC in Brighton. No option to add cheese to a fillet burger online, and just received my order that contained two sides of chips and no side of beans, which isn’t what I ordered. As the food was ordered and delivered using Uber eats, I’m struggling to give a reasonable rating regarding atmosphere, and in all honesty, I haven’t ever ordered KFC for the restaurants atmosphere. At a guess, I’d say an atmosphere of low IQ meets obesity

Everytime I collect from here there is something missing. The kids collected tonight and when they got home the spicy wings were missing 😩

Terrible service here. I was waiting for my order 25 min. The guy (white skinny boy) behind the counter its so slow and u can see he doesn't care at all.

GRIM, take away 14 piece & chips. Chips in the bin as we're inedible. Chicken mostly legs all overcooked & greasy. Never had KFC in the last 10 years unlikely to have in the next 10 .AVOID

Not a bad KFC. Been coming here 20 years. There's been a big improvement in the last few years. The Chicken is not as greasy. Atmosphere is standard KFC vibes.

Made an online order and was told delivery would be 30 to 45 minutes. The delivery time kept changing and after an hour and a half I had to go to the shop as could not get through on the phone. Arrived at shop and was told order just being prepared. Complained about length of time with no delivery and half hearted apology was given and told they were extremely busy. Handed me my order which was incomplete and when asked where the gravy was they said had run out so substituted with corn which we don't eat. Won't be using this shop again as was complete chaos when I turned up with more delivery drivers than customers queuing for food.

Ordered food 30 minutes before close , was served food 20 minutes before close , and was told I had 10 minutes to eat it because they were closing , Toilets were closed so I couldn’t wash my hands Don’t go to these corporate hell holes , Soulless joints with staff looking like they’re in purgatory,

Got over charged.and at first they told me to go on line.. they didn't understand..I want my money. At first said no so I said I'll take a chair.if they want it back they can go on line and email me. I gave them my details, I soon got my 80p.there till is adding up wrong numbers.

I was paying cash so had to order at counter, stood there for 7 minutes without any eye contact or chance to ask to order as chap kept disappearing. So I left, we go here regularly and spend £40ish each time. You've lost a customer. Seems that is run by different bunch of people than before who don't know what they're doing.

Absolutely the joke of portslade ,this store is run by Muppets who are far too focused on deliveroo than physical customers .This is the third time we've left this place annoyed at non existent service ....don't bother visiting here pop into the wimpy opposite 👍

Barely looked at us on collection of our order and deffo no conversation :-( Place looked in need of a clean up as floor was littered and tables were uncleared despite the staff holding animated conversations in the prep/cooking area! This franchise lets the KFC brand down.

ordered takeaway chips cold looked like they were cooked 2 hours before order, chicken greasy drink Fanta warm DONT BOTHER WAIST OFF MONEY

It took the staff 30mins to do my order while I waited. They were short staffed and the cashier was rushing around trying to complete orders. My complaint is only with the managers. It is Sunday afternoon. A peak time. I would have thought that being understaffed as they were, they would have put something in place so they weren't understaffed. Like pausing deliveries or something

They never have the order ready. Have to wait 15/20 minutes every time

Always good for a change, their taste is just the same ...and although it was a very busy Friday with lots of Uber drivers waiting, our order of a dipping bucket came quite quick !

The worst kfc I've ever been to the staff are always rude, they normally open late and they normally forget items from orders, useless!!

Constantly open later than scheduled, staff are rude and generally make you wait an extended period of time before serving, wait times are atrocious, honestly the worst KFC I've ever been to.

Service was quick and food was nice 😋

The worst customer service ever in this branch , 1/2 hour waiting on my 6 pieces bargen meal (take out), then the till man say the chicken taking long in the fryer, certainly not worth to carry the name of KFC , they brought shame to this great brand.
