McDonald's in Bromley

Tuve una entrega en Uber Come. Comida fría e insípida. La falta de llenado, las astillas empapadas y la bolsa se habían partido, lo que provocó que todas las astillas se esparcieran alrededor de la bolsa rota. Acabo de tener una Burger King de Penge, wow, no podría fallar. Gran sabor, un montón de patatas fritas y relleno y estaba caliente! ¡Evita McDonald's Penge! ¡Ve a Burger King por la calidad y la relación calidad-precio!

I'm disappointed with the staff they were very very rude I ordered my meal and no salt on my fries and what do i get fries with salt and this black woman whom i told her no salt on my fries i could hear her talking behind my back saying who doesn't eat salt i was very disappointed i wonder why

The last few times I have gone there the food has been awful served cold never have problems visiting other branches.

food delivered last night,firstly it was stone cold,wrong milkshake flavour delivered,two meals only one had fries,have to wonder can no one be bothered in this restaurant? Never again

If you order food here, iot will either be one of 3 things: Cold! Wrong items/order! Never arrives! If penge is the only option you have. just go hungry for the night, it will be easier for you in the long run!

I was weiting more than 15 min and after that I received my food cold and no one from the staff was cared they was working without to wear hairnets

Ordered via JustEat and food never arrived. Estimated arrival time just kept slipping back and eventually gave up. Chased via JustEat and eventually cancelled for a refund. Had the misfortune to visit the place in person before the latest lockdown and equally diabolical experience. No social distancing by staff of any kind and very patchy anti-Covid measures more generally. Didn’t seem interested in walk ins, but delivery obviously not much good either. Avoid at all costs!

Waited over 2 hours for food that never arrived. Just Eat refunded money. Previous orders from this shower delivered without drinks ordered, burgers missing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

TripAdvisor, I wish you would allow negative scores, this has to be the worst McDonalds in the UK, they cancel orders, they shout at each other one knows what is happening, your lucky if you get your order and you have won the lottery if it’s correct, so in summary if you can go to another McD’s do so, you will be better for it, this one need to close or a complete revamp of staff, my score would be -5, but I can only give it a 1 as I am not allowed to give it none or minus

I went here with my family and the service was slow and poor. People were getting orders wrong and the burgers were cold. A couple of gamalies walked out. Would not reccoment. The only good thing is clean toilets.

Have stopped eating here as it is now too busy and full of delivery drivers, the experience is no longer enjoyable.

After reading the reviews here I decided to Uber an order only to wait an hour and a half and then the order was canclled. Why accept an order if you cant deliver?

I waited 35 minutes for a breakfast this morning. The Uber drivers seem to take priority over walk in customers. I hope that McDonalds sorts this franchise out because this branch is taking the fast out of “Fast Food”. Absolute joke of a Mcdonalds.

This spot has some pretty unethical parking control practices - £100 if you get caught out on a cold wet night (ie average Cumbrian night) when you can’t stop to spot the signs. ZERO customer support for the issue. I found out the hard way - BEWARE.

Could’ve cooked the nuggets quicker in my own oven... penge staff letting McDonald’s down. Absolute joke.
