the food was cold and the fries were disappointing, the staff members wearing long fake nails and bracelets with no hairnets while handing food and raw products, i worked at a McDonalds myself and never were these the standards of health and safety procedures

Most unwelcoming McDonalds ever full of drunk and idiots, I personally found it a quite dangerous place at night

Their so unhelpful with issues regarding ubereats and repeatedly put the phone down on me. They didn’t offer a solution and wasn’t bothered and wouldn’t let me speak to the manager. Just Rude and so unprofessional they can’t even do their jobs properly.

Terrible Manager don’t know what they’re doing any of them should sack them all. Don’t know why the manager has such a rude face like she owns the place mate you’re working in maccies for a living like stfu

2nd time I’ve ordered today due to just eat driver dropping my food on the floor. The next delivery came 30 mins late- cold, inedible and horrible! Called the store and the person on the phone wasn’t at all helpful! Tea came with no milk or sugar, burger and fries were cold so I’ve had to throw everything away! Another waste of money!

Pub and bar hopping around this part of town and my rwin brother Stephen and I decided to grab a quick burger meal and as this Maccy's was on hand chose here . Your typical McDonald's, bright and modern interior, we ordered double cheeseburger, fries and cola,service was quick and our burger meals tasty and filling, price was good ,all in all it was just what we needed, its cheap,tasty grub on the go that won't break the bank . Easy to locate on New Street ,well worth a visit if you're in the area.

I vitiated this store recently and got the best ever customer service for my business meeting. As a result, a client has signed a £25million contract with my company. I would like the supervisor/ superiors of this wonderful store to personally thank Uzma as she was an attribute to my business’ success. Also, the food was great! And so was the seating!

It was just so busy. We ordered from the machine and got a number and got served within 5-10 minutes and we took our food upstairs to eat. The place was clean and the food was ok (Breakfast McMuffin). Whilst we were upstairs there was a very noisy training course going on at the end. (The room either didn't have a door or it was left open). Anyway cheap food, served fairly quickly

Ended up here for our lunch. Was planning on going to Brindley place but didn't stay long at the sealife centre. Decent service however, the option of table service can't work as no table numbers as the machines displays so had to wait with the masses downstairs. Glad to have got a seat and glad to have a nice chicken legend burger.

Popped in for a coffee last night on way back to hotel. Toilet was filthy. Men’s underwear lay on the floor. Facilities dirty and only one toilet in use downstairs. Felt grubby just going in.

Been a couple of times just incase could have been a bad day, but found standard burger was really dry and wait from the order being taken was long . Very short on relish and staff dont seem to care . End of the day its cheap , but prefer the other branch just a few mins away .

The treatment from a so-called senior member of staff here - (possible manager) was utterly disgusting. Purely because she was asked to rectify a very understandably clear issue, she took it upon herself to act in a highly rude and arrogant manner, taking an obnoxious, reluctant approach to the situation by snatching and slamming things down. Complete let down to a select few polite and respectable members of the team around her and such a bad example to set. Regardless to the time of day it is, paying customers are important and deserve better treatment.

As it goes for any fast food restaurant the quality of food isn't always great but here is decent enough for the money. Staff was okay but for "fast food" could be quicker.

You ate not able to produce a consumable to one of your major sellers. The milkshake through your new paper straw does not get half of the way through. You need to provide a better alternative? How can your trialist say that after a large milkshake the paper straw is perfect. They must lie.

Not only do they charge £4.50 for a fish fillet burger but it comes uncooked and 30 minutes after you order it :)

Is a nice place but for the second time that I make a order and something is missing from my order. I would understand if was busy when I went in but it wasn't busy at all less then 5 minutes I got my order my surprise when I got home it was missing my two apple pies and what makes me upset is I did pay for them.

This place was good value for money . Just the job for something quick to eat. We had lovely food and drink here

Popped in for a drink. That's all I ordered. Took longer to deliver the hot chocolate than my local store. Tables needed a bit of a clean too.

Took our burger and chips to the only seat available on the first floor. Took one bite that tasted burnt. The chips were lukewarm. I went back downstairs to complain and the queues were so long we gave up waiting and left. Disgusting way to serve food.

Decidimos tomar un bocadillo al pasar, pedimos y tan pronto como recibimos nuestro pedido cerraron las escaleras dejando tal vez 6 mesas abajo que estaban llenas y al menos 20 personas que buscaban sentarse. . . . no tiene sentido en absoluto! ¡Ni siquiera podías usar los baños! ! ! Tomamos nuestro pedido de vuelta al hotel.

Cuando mis amigos y yo estábamos a punto de partir, tuvimos un chico que nos gritaba comentarios homofóbicos. Argumenté que, francamente, lo encontré repugnante por día y edad. Esto nos llevó a pedir que nos fuéramos. Me parece asqueroso que a la compañía le pareciera bien ignorarlo y pedirnos (a las víctimas que se vayan). Literalmente no hicimos nada malo y nos pidieron que nos fuéramos porque un tipo nos atacó verbalmente. Este McDonald's es asqueroso. No volveremos otra vez

El piso, las actitudes de mesa del personal eran pobres, ni siquiera estaba tan ocupado. Terminé pidiendo un trapo solo para limpiar nuestra propia mesa y borrarla del último cliente.

Mi familia y yo acabamos de estar en Birmingham y nos detuvimos a comer aquí. Debo decir que este es el más limpio, útil que hemos tenido y tenemos dos niños pequeños que hemos estado en unos pocos. El personal me ayudó con mi comida y nos dieron servilletas e incluso nos registramos si la comida estaba bien. La comida era excelente, bien presentada y las patatas fritas estaban llenas hasta el borde (como todos ustedes saben, no es el caso). Me gustaría dar las gracias a todo el personal. ¡Bien hecho!

Pedí una gran comida de Mac y mi hija pidió una comida doble de hamburguesa con queso, mi bebida era un café con leche toffe y mi hija pidió frappe de panal.

Like the title says, the place is ok. Food is what you’d expect, service quite slow but it was quite busy. Just doing what it says in the tin really.

I always get the fish burgers from here. They taste amazing, you can't go wrong with these. Highly recommended

Awful experience asked for a cheeseburger with no cheese and got given a quarter- pounder with cheese, also got served by a turbononce with a log neck.

Mcdonalds here has always been the same, sometimes you get the wrong food or sometimes something is missing. Mainly because this place needs better management, this was my last visit as ive now moved. I just hope that they will soon provide better service for the future customers.

Was packed and the staff coped well considering. Atmosphere was very lively and the presentation of the food was quick and average. Staff continuously working to keep the store clean.

Stayed at premier inn next door to mcdonalds hubby collected meal gone 10 minutes at most no napkins and meal cold no warmth at all should have returned the meal but very hungry but will never go there again

Go in, self service order, wait in queue (not long), collect food from a smiley person, eat it, simple.

If you're in a hurry and want something to eat on your way to a meeting, you can't go wrong with McDonald's. It's not fine dining and it's not pretentious. It's fast food with good service. I particularly like the coffees.

What can I say. Eat at one you've tried them all and this one else is no worse than anywhere else self check inside make it easier but if you want anything adding or taking off go to the counter to order as normal

Standard Mcdonalds food really. Nothing great to shout about. It was a quicl stop over for snacks. Tables could do with clearing quickly at busy times.

El 13 / 1 / 17 la hora del almuerzo fui a Stephenson Street McDonalds. Estaba muy concurrido y encontré un asiento en una esquina. había un gran montón de basura sin recaudar en la mesa, pero como no había otro espacio disponible me sentaba en la mesa. Nadie recoge la basura! Vi un bichito de volar en la basura y después de unos minutos vi a seis! ! Yo vi a un miembro del personal de mediana edad y yo le pregunté que quería ver el director, me dijo que era el gerente. Le dije sobre la pila de basura y los insectos voladores. Ella me dijo que ella era consciente de eso y se disculpó.

I haven't been in this McDonalds for over a year but popped in to see a friend who was returning to London. Stayed about 10 minutes. Had a cup of tea then left. I used to go there nearly every night with friends and though they have some very nice friendly staff , some are really awful. They are not all 'homeless' friendly and after an incident last year involving a very rude manageress who claimed she'd got fleas from homeless people, and another who shouted at someone to leave because he smelt and a customer had complained I decided to give this place a miss. I was accused of encouraging homeless people. They seem to have a policy like some American Restaurant to not serve homeless people. They have been banned from restaurants in Birmingham, have been refused service and the police are usually called to remove them even if they've done no wrong. This is out and out discrimination. So last year the manageress was annoyed with me because I bought them drinks. When I last went there this same manageress had just come on duty and it was too early to argue with her so I took my drink out on the street and waited for my friend to finish. Though they have wifi i'm told it wasn't on that morning.

Quick friendly service, it's quiet and food is hot. If you up early in the morning it's one of the places that you can rely on to be open before going to work.

This has got to be the worst macdonalds iv ever visited. Call themselves a fast food restaurant. 25 minute wait for a nugget happy meal is unacceptable. It wasn't even that busy. This isnt a one off. Its like it every time iv been there. As a chef I know that no way did it take that long to cook. Then once the food finally arrives you sit down to be almost immediately pounced upon by a member of staff who wants you to pay to enter competitions. Which you have no desire to enter but feel you must as she makes a point its for charity. The drive thru isnt much better. After constantly being told to park in one of the bays i once again wait 15 minutes for my food to be brought out then get home to find some of my order is missing. I'm tired of paying for things I don't receive. Iv never written a review before but feel this place is so badly run I needed to let ppl know what it's like

I wouldn't have usually reviewed this but I am that impressed. Ordered food with discount and got the hot fresh food straight away. I would also like to point out I had recently complained to there head office over a recent awful experience and got amazing srrvice and q voucher compensation. Really appreciated the excellent service.Thank you.

We went to McDonald's kings Norton, Parson's Hill, Birmingham for food, place was empty and breakfast had just finished. We we're told there was a 10 minute wait, however we waited 40+ minutes. We went to the counter and asked how long it was going to be, to be told it won't be long, a lady member of staff called Cynthia plonked our chips down, which were cold. We took these back and said they were cold, she then gave us new chips...after 45 mins we were still waiting for our burgers, however other customers that had come in after us had there food and were eating it. We complained about it to the Manager Charlotte, who sed there's nothing I can do...McDonald's shud be fast food and having waited 45+ mins for 2 burgers and fries, which were cold is definitely not classed as fast food...we won't be going there again...very very disappointed

What can I say about Mc Donald's ? Well if you are really hungry and cant be bothered then this is the place to be. Its fast food - served fast. It is however boring and the caliber of people here are your chaves from Chemsley wood, or Alum Rock - to them this place is fine dinning - sorry if I have offended any oneI did notice however that there were no skinny people here

Handy toilet stop in the centre of town but service standards poor as reviewed by others. Best to try the other Mac around the corner in the High Street

I visited earlier today around 3pm, half term so it was pretty busy. I've not been to this McDonald's in a while, and they've implemented a new ordering system with touch screen and no staff interaction, boy am I wishing i'd used that now.I had collected enough stickers to get a free drink, which was what I ordered, the only thing I ordered. My friend ordered a meal. The woman who "served" (I use that term loosely) me was rude when I was at the till, but I brushed it off. We were then ushered to the left had side of the desk to wait for our orders (with quite a few other people). The receipts we were given had order numbers on, which again is something new to me in a Maccies but ok.A couple of orders were delivered by staff to the people waiting, including my friend. This I found a bit strange as I'd only ordered a Latte, surely that didn't take long to make. Suddenly the woman who served me looked at me and my friend and very loudly and in a harsh tone shouted "number 52 we've been calling you for ages". At which point, rather than bringing the drink over, as she clearly knew it was mine, went back to serving other customers and throwing us dirty looks.I was taken aback at such blunt rudeness, I also had no idea what I was meant to do, go behind the desk and retrieve it? Everyone on the tills was busy. I had to get my friend to go over and ask the woman to give me my order. Her name was something like Lavly we couldn't see as it was busy, but I recognised her so she's obviously been there a while. How anyone can be that rude and still have a job is beyond me. Needless to say i'm not going to go back there, the McDonalds on Temple Row which I frequent more often luckily has very pleasant staff.

now dont get me wrong McDomalds at 3am in the morning isnt my place of choice but, I was awaiting a train to take me back to the North of England. What I witnessed, the sorrowful state of hygiene and the experience was worse than extracting teeth. I had to sanitise the tables myself, the food was cold, the floor was reminiscent of a wild west saloon and ok McDonalds cant choose its customers and at 3am I guess the clientelle is of a choice of demographic but really does the area manager know what goes on throughout the night. I am appauled and Ive seen a lot of places. There is a leaflet advising customers that the place is closing on Nov 10th for a refurbishment. My suggestion is to burn the place down.....

The service in the Mcdonalds on the ramp is abysmal. Lazy staff, couldn't-care-less attitude by staff & management.. dirty. It is only at the one on the ramp, the rest are typical Maccy's.

Nesta loja, localizada na New Street, sempre lotada o espaço não é muito grande, faltando muitas vezes lugar para sentar. went to mcdonalds on monday 8th of august with my wife and 2 grand children to sit in and enjoy a meal. This was not the case we had confrontation with young people in there who were swearing and also in the car park outside.while we were getting in our car two more customers were fronted by these youths which nearly ended up in fights.why do you have managers that just turn a blind eye to what is going on and leave there customers to confrontation.I did see the manager before i left but i doubt whether she did anything.This was mcdonalds Kitts Green

This is the McDonalds on 'The Ramp' as you exit/enter The Pallasades. I have regularly used it when on the way to New St Station, but due to staff smoking outside the front door and using foul language behind the counter and directly outside the place, I had been going to the one in Cherry St. I stopped in this morning about 0700 before getting on the train and wished I hadn't. The entrance doors are always open here, despite the current freezing weather,consequently the inside is cold. There were smokers at the entrance and clouds of fag smoke blowing over the waiting customers. Litter was over the floor and on the tables. There are limited places to sit i.e. nowhere out of the cold, as the upstairs is permanently closed off. There were not enough staff on the tills, there was one large queue to the door instead of a division between the tills. The food was absolutely fine, and the same standard you would get in any McDonalds, but Its possibly one of the most unwelcoming places I have ever been in.

The place was 'unkempt' - rubbish all over the floor and tables. WE only called in for a coffee, but thought 'why not??' - wish we hadn't.No idea what poor animal gave it's life for the burger, but not what I would call real food! Won't bother again!

They got my order wrong and I felt like I was being looked down upon for claiming a free coffee and getting a saver menu burger. It shouldn't matter how much you're spending you should get service & the right order.Felt like they were wanting me to eat quickly and move on even though we couldn't sit upstairs due to my husband not being able to climb stairs. They kept cleaning around my table and staring at me. The most uncomfortable experience of a McDonalds I've ever had. I was waiting 4 hours for a train and I was intending of getting some more food/drink throughout this time but decided to go elsewhere after receiving such service.The guy in front asked for some chicken and chips and was rudely told they were mcdonalds you idiot we dont sell chicken. Well the numerous chicken items above their head said otherwise..... why not just ask if he meant nuggets, strips or burger...

Ok, McDonalds are as homogenous as you can get but......Staff are welcoming and friendly. I probably visit this venue every 8 weeks or so. It is always immaculately clean, including the toilets.

cold food even the coffee was awful. Wet floor very slipery scared to walk accross it.Have been in alot of mcdonalds over the years all usually very good for a quick cheap meal but wont go back to this one.

I went at 1pm, rush hour. Food was served quickly, which is good for lunchtime, but it must have been made in bulk and not been kept warm vry well. Burger was almost cold when I got it. I'm not a fan of cold burgers. On the plus side, we got seats and the tables were clean.

Even if a McDonalds is in a different country, the food tastes the same - yummy! So I have nothing to review on the food. This McDonalds offers the same quick service as all the others bearing in mind, it is based in the centre of town so the lunchtimes periods are extremely busy. I wouldn't say this is a McDonalds to sit down in and have a chat because you probably won't be able to hear each other. But to grab some fast food and be on your way - sure can't fault it.

Don't use McDonalds much in the UK, just if I happen to be passing and feeling like a junk food kick at the time. I have never seen a burger or sandwich of any description look anything like they portray on the picture boards, (like they are supposed to look), and nowadays the burgers on what used to be my favourite, (Big Mac), is as thin as cardboard. Their burgers fill a gap, and that's about it.

I am proud of the fact that I have not had a McDonalds meal since 1990 and that was only to satisfy the children of my, then, "girlfriend". I remember that I had McRibs which were tasty - but what was I eating? I just do not do "modern fast food". Cooking is my favourite hobby so I do not usually eat any form of takeaway. If I do, it is always Indian or Chinese from a reputable source and then only once a year. My home cooking is healthy and I can control calories, salt, fats etc.

This is an OK McDonalds, one of the franchises so you don't get a free refill on your coffee, the closest company owned one is on Ladywood Middleway.

All the usual food,clean and tidy but no extra spark. Good toilet facilities.

There are many things good about the McDonalds in Birmingham town centre. The service was great, the staff was helpful and the express till was very fast. A great way to have a break during train journeys.

mcdonalds and just that. food cheap and fast but mediocre. staff a little unintelliigent?(sorry, i had to repeat my order for 2 of us several times, and they still got it wrong. whats complicated about a chicken sandwich meal with diet coke and a fillet of fish with tango?? it proved too much) its fast food and thats all, although location convenient++

could not get a seat downstairs and to go upstairs found their was a lot of steps to climb the woman i was with had had a hip replacement and she struggled with stairs

i recently visited mcdonalds in northfield not the one that may be mentioned above ! whilst with a friend id been to do a spot of shopping nearby. and so decided to stop by for a bit of breakfast well i say breakfast it was a late breakfast my first impressions of mcdonalds is that from the outside of the building it just doesnt look to cheery. and as they say first impressions count dont they ! as you walk in the restuarant its basic and i note that there are always staff that seem to be constantly cleaning around you as you eat, on this occassion the one member of staff did on several occassions leave cleaning equipment on the floor where someone could trip over it so i got up and moved it safely so no one fell on it as it was next to our table, so i could have fallen on it had i not noticed it .i also note that there are sometimes when tables are slow to be cleared but arent as clean as you ,d like them to be, i also dont like the fact that bins are located so near to some tables .now onto the food! the food is ok the downsides being you have to wait for your food and when it does get brought to your table some is only lukewarm and not piping hot although on this occassion the food appeared fresh and tasty which i think is important really for me some important things that i noted were the levels of customer service both in how the staff interact with their customers most staff didnt look happy to be there which seemed a shame now there really is another thing that bothers me with mcdonalds are the state of the bathrooms the ladies is cramped the toilets often dont flush correctly. toilet seats are sometimes loose and cubicle locks are fiddly to open and shut . sometimes broken , loo roll not always replenished there is a changing area for mum and baby the main sink was an open type with a tap that if you switch on quickly water can easily flow onto the floor which is a slipping hazard all in all ok food at an ok price but customer service waiting time for food and general restuarant facilities could be better

Pretty much the same as any other McDonald's. Be prepared to have to wait for seats or eat out, always packed with college kids.

This is a franchised M.D and it shows. I have been to loads of M.D's around the country and this is the worst for food (quality, heat and presentation) the staff are more interested in talking to each other than serving the customer. There are other M.D's not to far away and i suggest you find them instead.

Being outside of the area this mcdonalds is always a handy stopping point when travelling into the city for a quick bite to eat and that's exactly what I'd recomend it for. It is mcdonalds so I wouldn't go expecting anything fancy, it does what it says on the tin as it were. The food has always been served hot and tastes as it should. Service is nealry always instant from order which is good given that it is always extremely busy. For the majority staff are friendly and helpful, though it does depend on the day. If you can find somewhere to sit, and you would be doing well at this stage, it is normally clean and has been tidied ona regular basis though due to the extremely busy nature of the restaurant you will be watched for when you are planning to vacate which can be offputting at times.For a quick bite to eat it's clean,helpful and food is hot when your in a rush or just need a quick bite.

Das Restaurant befindet sich nahe dem Herzen der Stadt gelegen. Im Inneren ist es sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich und lächelnd. Große Auswahl an Speisen, die sehr billig ist und schnell serviert. Saubere, gewaschene Tabellen. Ich empfehle entweder eine einzelne, Familien mit Kindern und Touristen.

I hate McDonalds anyway, but this has to be the worst. I cant think of a reason why people would want to go here!

Love McDonalds!! But always a line in front of you!! I reckon they should have the hot fuge sundae back on the menu!!!
