Efficient, friendly and food is to standard.

Was servd by James this evening and honestly he is a complete credit to his parents and the company. He was very polite and helpful and kind. Very respectful too.

Lad in the back constantly swearing loud enough for everyone eating to here. Also keeps using his phone while preparing food, which is pretty poor for food hygiene.

Had a very good experience at this restaurant this evening. I had a small issue which was swiftly dealt with by James the Restaurant Manager. Massive thank you James for Going above and beyond expectations. Very polite and customer service was exceptional. Thank You James.

Staff less than unless cannot read orders off a ticket, do not prepare what's asked for, supervisor mouthing off about some other customer feedback, maybe listening to it may help you improve

Missing items, which Just Eat refused to refund. Shambles of a company that thinks it can withhold money and not deliver goods

Don't bother visiting late only interested in serving delivery companies. Waited over 20 mins for my order at which point I gave up and got a refund going home hungry after a long day at work. Would have given 0 stars if that was possible! Incompetent manager!

first, missed the medium fries, then we asked a BBQ chicken and bacon wrap but I received the Cesar without bacon, the 3 dips never arrived. the boxes was a complete mess, and the happy meal was opened. I never was served like this. The delivery driver was friendly and this wasn't his fault because the boxes were sealed. this was very unprofessional and disappointing. due to this a person didn't got the full meal.

You delivered this over an hour late, stone cold, this cannot be eaten. Your delivery driver told me “it’s a Friday and food will be cold and late as it’s busy?!” I want a refund for the food that should have been delivered hot. It’s completely unacceptable, you don’t even update people why their order is taking so long so I’d also cooked my family a meal as we assumed it wasn’t coming. Please do the right thing and refund the money for the cold items!

Order was missing two milkshakes. I ordered a quarter pounder with no bun, they put the cheese in the box first so it was all melted to the box.

Driver drove erraticly nearly causing an accident as he pulled up. Coffee was supposed to be cold and they sent a hot latte in the cold cup.

Only issue is that McDonalds drinks don’t travel well in a paper bag! However, the food was hot and really well made. A naughty treat but was worth it!

Driver said he was here but there was no sign of him on the entry camera. Went downstairs and looked outside the building still no sign. Waited a further 20 minutes for him to arrive as he went to completely the wrong address despite the order having the correct address clearly on it and all the food was COLD by the time I got it. Horrendous experience.

driver seemed to have accepted the order, yet didn't arrive at the restaurant. The just eat app said he was at the restaurant for about an hour before I rung mcdonalds who promptly told me there were no drivers waiting. After another half an hour of waiting I rung mcdonalds again since just eat others no help or customer service. they had said they had made my order so the driver must be near by. half another later I got a cold mcdonalds. very fustraiting and disappointing.

As a restaurant that works alongside delivery companies, you would think the staff would check the orders. If an order isn't picked up from a rider for over an hour, then why leave it sitting to go cold? Why not see that the food has been spoilt and left out too long and remake the order fresh? I'm sure there's food safety to think about when you're giving out spoiled left out food. Just a thought. I wonder if those employees enjoy cold burgers and cardboard stale fries?

the food for the second time was attempted to be delivered to my work where I have ordered to before but the last 2 times I have ordered to my address at home and even though the delivery address on the delivery drivers app is the correct address they still went to the wrong place whether I was at work or not, the driver did not speak a word of English and tried to explain the address on his app is where he should be but had no idea what had happened and then tagged it as deliverered!

Driver told me the drink was spilt, half the drink is missing, half the chips are missing, bag is completely soaked, absolutely appalling!

My order was placed at 1017 and original delivery time slot given were 15-20 minutes later which then changed to 30 - 40 minutes later than that !! Food came an hour after I ordered . Disappointing.
