Costa Coffee in Crawley

It's a Costa, identical to every one in the country.

I love their coffee. Nice and clean too.

very rude till ladies they don't pay attention if customers give their instructions

I was there when A.Perry was rude to the Costa staff who are not only friendly, but kind and helpful. By the looks of A.Perry’s other comments, she’s just out for a free coffee!

Lower Costa in the shopping centre. Appalling service from rude staff who couldn't be bothered to get up and serve me. They were too busy sitting down and chatting. When I asked for the managers name the tall lad swore at me. I had to walk out. Disturbing behaviour from a very odd Costa

Always lovely and fast service, looks clean

Server who had a bad earache was very friendly and efficient. Server with the tattoo on her forehead was on her phone a lot even though there was a long queue notably when the Manager was not in sight.

Cleaning tables seems to be an alien concept here..

Popped in for a quick cuppa while waiting for the shops to open, tea was good, cake was good 😊

Over charged and staff seemed unwilling to do anything about it and said the automatic till system must be right. Offers advertised in store not applied. Won't visit this branch again

The staff at Food Court Costa Coffee is amazing and very friendly. I have been to this location quite a few times and I have always found them to be very polite and always has a smile. Great team. Keep up the good work.

Standard Costa coffee shop. There seemed to be a bit of a wait despite it being not that busy

Young lad called Casper in Crawley , County Mall shop was up to his eyeballs but took time to check out allergy files for the drink my son wanted , for peanut allergy info - He was very busy , but took me aside , introduced himself to me , and explained he'd be very happy to help , telling me he'll wash everything he'd be using to make the drink , to ensure no cross contamination . This kid is an absolute credit to his Company , no whinging , no whining, no eye rolling , just happy to help , even when clearly busy and under pressure 👍

Love it here! Friendly and fast service! Ample room to sit, comfy quiet place to work a bit with a coffee in hand. Tasty food too. They do hot meals as well as cakes.

I guess you new Barista should know the difference Latte and Latte Macchiato.I do not prefer putting shots on top after pouring milk which makes coffee called Latte. It has a very nice cosy feel and there is plenty of seating. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the drinks are very nice.

Sat in for a drink, staff are friendly, shop clean.

Not my usual haunt but pleasing nonetheless. Good selection of sandwiches and toasties. The baristas were attentive and coffee was decent as well.

You've seen it all before. Another Costas like all the other Costas. This one doesn't stand out particularly but if like me, you enjoy this type of place you certainly won't be disappointed.

A toilet open even though drinks and snacks have to be taken outside, memorial gardens 2 mins away so can sit on a bench on a nice day and enjoy :)

Went to buy coffee to take away just after 2nd lockdown began. Covid 19 measures not in place as far as i was concerned. There were 3 people sitting on wall outside smoking and drinking coffee in the designated covid 19 exit route.

There is not many seats in the cafe

Costa definitely have the best flat whites ever. Unfortunately your loo put my 5 star rating down to a 3. If someone popped in more frequently and perhaps sprayed!?!?!

I’m currently working in Crawley town centre and I visit this costa at the end of every day to wind down with a coffee and complete my paper work using the WiFi. The service is fantastic and the coffee is great just what I need before my journey back to London
