We were very pleased with our last visit ! We had a sea food platter with glasses of prosecco to start our holiday, and Aleksandra has helped us to make a choice. It did not dissapoint us at all. Food was delicious, service very friendly and professional and whole atmosphere was just brilliant. Great start of the holiday, highly recommended!!!

Went here a few weeks ago before flying out great food and great service especially from alex who recommended yummy food and champagne :) would definitely reccomend

great experience, great food , beautiful champagne, me and my mother were flying to france , we thought we would pop in here and have some treats for my mothers 52nd birthday, the waitress alex , really made our day , she was polite and made my mother feel special on her birthday , would recommend to anyone

I came here this morning and it was amazing, I had tsarina which is a salmon blini, I also had a glass of champagne which was well recommended to me by Alex The service from both Alex and Ken was brilliant, they made the experience very enjoyable for me. I will definitely be back before my next flight.

Disgusting venue. Sells foie gras which force feeds geese to fatten there liver. Do not support this place. Barbaric. Animal cruelty

Food was good if a little overpriced, and service was very good when all other places were so busy , couldn't find a seat . So all told worth it , but expensive...

Fresh fish etc although portions are small and not very good value.Always good if you want to avoid the queues at Gatwick South.Nice selection of wines.

Had an excellent experience here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had the house champagne, and sea food platter and it was delicious. A perfect start to my holiday. Will definitely be coming back next time.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Staff ignores customers. I had to ask other customers for a menu. They use pre-made bloody Mary mix and charge over £10 for a most boring bloody Mary I have ever seen

As previous reviewer, I also found the Italian waiter poor. What got me was him pouring way less champagne than other waiters. While others poured to the top of the flute, he would stop half way through. It’s not cheap here so you’d expect fairness. When I complained he showed me a glass half filled with water as the guide and wouldn’t accept any fault. Avoid him and order with the ladies. They are much nicer and fairer.

One waiter was unfriendly (Italian guy), other two was friendly (Slovak and Thai ladies). Plenty of things from the menu were unavailable. Part of the seating area was closed, with the rest overcrowded. Some potential clients left because of rudeness of the guy.

We are sat at your facility at Gatwick Airport. Your staff have been working their socks off all the time we have been here. They have been pleasant and polite despite the fact they are obviously understaffed. Lovely people!

I was earlier for Qatar flight to Doha and found this really nice seafood bar where staff where very friendly always smiling also very helpful Nice place to relax while waiting for flight

Very poor surly service, yet very expensive!!

As I'm not a actual seafood eater I was dubious to visit I was definitely proved wrong the guys gave me different alternatives without seafood I throughly enjoyed my scrambled eggs and lil tipple See you again soon

What happened here? The service used to be good, attentive and friendly - now the staff just doesn’t seem to care. Slow in providing menu, not a smile in sight, no hurry up at all. These are zombies who died and returned as prunier staff! The seafood platter was definitely not chilled, the potato salad was hard and tasteless. This was not a fun experience today. Any chance it will improve? Not with the zombie team!!

Awful place. Slow, sullen staff. I made a complaint previously. Management clearly not interested. And today they don't even have any prosecco.

Awful staff and menu items not available at the start of service. This used to be lovely, however it’s lost it’s way and not worth the money.

Visited today for Caviar and champagne, however the champagne selection is now awful and the caviar was brought over in a box where the top was swimming in water. Didn’t look hygienic and we are unlikely ever to return.

It's quiet, expensive and somewhere we like to go to.

Says it is open until 2100 on the Gatwick website. On there website it says it closes at 2030. We arrived at 1945 to be told quite rudely they shut at 2000.

Didn’t have much selection. Menu was large, but didn’t have half of it. No lobster. No king crab. Basically a salmon and oyster place. So you better like one of those.

My new favorite place when travelling! Superb food, friendly staff and great wine menu. Relaxing place especially when the rest of the airport can be crazily busy!

Pre flight nibbles and drinks. Pricey but actually good considering it is an airside joint.

I have no idea about this place that I'm being asked to review. I don't know what it is. I don't know where it is. Ive no idea if it's the best caviar house there's ever been or the worst,although I suspect its probably somewhere in between.

This Place is a life saver if you like Caviar. They have the best selections of the finest Caviar yet lowest prices. I cannot imagine they had the Almas Caviar which no one ever has. Amazing. They also have other delicacies which is a great addition to the neighbourhood. Service is outstanding, the staff were so courteous and friendly and they kept on offering us tasters, wow. Who gives free Caviar.!!!! Amazing stuff , keep up the good work. Best quality of caviar and great service. I love this place

Rename the lobster salad, mango salad, for 35 GBP I expected to have more lobster on my plate, besides this the avocado was brown, not very tasty and the oysters had pieces of shelves in them and they were still “stuck” in the shelves. Not worthwhile spending all that money.

Best oysters I ever had, farmed out of Essex.

The staff had a good time discussing last night's TV whilst I sat like a knot in a thread as one of only two customers waiting to give my order. The farmed salmon had more white flesh than pink. It certainly wasn't wild...but I was. I won't be back. Expensive mistake!

Good service and food; the oysters are however at a stage in their cycle that is too salty. Note - oysters too cold on the bed of ice but soon warmed up on a normal plate. Lovely dry house champagne.

Stay away to expensive for us working class or go a head make my day

Wonderful as ever. Great fresh fish. Nice efficient service. Did not realise they do take away picnic boxes which looked VERY nice.

No staff came to serve me. I waited, I asked the staff at the cafe section. Where's the manager? Where's the shop staff? 'No one is here Sir'

Twice this year I was impressed by the quality of the service and freshness of ingredients in this establishment. It’s very unusual for the airport to have a caviar house , I was surprised when I saw it and then I got surprised when I tried their food. Unbelievable salmon that just melts in your mouth, great house champagne and stellar caviar selection! Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Really friendly staff with a great deal of product knowledge. We tried a few different glasses of bubbly and a selection of the food and sides they offer. It's certainly a classy way to relax before you take off but make sure you have your card handy as it's not cheap!

Good for me, clientele can be a bit pithy, 6 oysters – crab – salmon and 4 bottles of IPA. The perfect start to a journey, as for price - quality does not come cheap.

This place is a total ripoff. Balik beer is a nice refreshment but it is now £9.50 a bottle!!!!! Used to come here years ago after a busy week and get smoked salmon toast and creme fraiche with onion. They now serve a few scraps of bread and no onion or creme fraiche by default. The staff are also very variable in their service. They vary between downright rude and a bit chatty to try and butter you up for a tip. I really didn't want to tip but service is not included. So unfortunately recommendation is avoid unless you want to be ripped off mega. Actually I changed the rating to one star. Total rip off.
