Mcdonald's in North Norfolk

Ordered a burger and drink,took 25 minutes,narrowly beating my previous record of 23 minutes for 5 chicken selects and a drink. Easily the worst mcdonalds in history

Visited with blue light card in uniform as part of the overnight admissions avoidance clinicians working for the NHS and was told that we could not get a drink as we were not ambulance/fire/police. We were in uniform but manager refused to recognise us as part of the admissions avoidance whereas we have been welcomed in the past here and by the other macdonalds retaurants in the Norfolk region. Not bothered about paying as it’s only a hot drink, just really sad that as a vital part of treating patients and keeping them out of hospital, we weren’t recognised as having any significance.

We were in Cromer for a gig & decided to get something to eat before we went. The food was typical Mc'D's. So OK. But the service was awful. 25 minutes to get our food & it was not even busy.

Went here for my once-a-decade McDonald's fix, with trepidation, having read the terrible reviews on here but was really impressed. Half a dozen cars in front of me at the drive through but I was through and out with my full order (nothing missing, everything hot), in 7 minutes. Thanks, McDonald's; see you again in 2034!

This McDonald’s must rank one of the lowest in the country. The inability to fulfill a full order has been turned into an art form . The quality of the food is so poor and usually cold. There is no leadership here and the stall look fully demotivated. I suggest a McDonald’s quality audit . If I could rate it 0 I would do .

Every single time I come they forget something. The main issue is they don't read the labels when you specify no sauce in burger. When complained I was told to get behind and cook it myself. He needs a sl*p back to reality been brought up with no respect. I'm a paying customer and expect for what I order to be bang on. Read the ticket don't just assume. Change it to a KFC or burger King.

Sadly disappointed with a 35 minute wait for our meal,which arrived cold, and no apology from extremely indifferent staff

Floors could be tidier, tables could be cleared quicker (where folk haven't managed to do it themselves), the drawing sheets and crayons could be refreshed more frequently, the ketchup dispensers have been empty sometimes, and the ludicrously loud beeping behind the counter could be quieter, but... it's usually OK, often the staff are really good, and our small ones love coming here. McDonalds hits the spot. Thanks all.

I’ve lost count how many times there’s been items missing from orders. Usually there’s an order of fries missing. Very infuriating as defeats the object of a drive through if you have to go in to collect missing food

Wot aload of rubbish no care taken at all!!! Why is it the burgers for instance don’t not look nothing like the ones in the pictures 🤣🤣. Last meal was a big but not tasty meal at all!!!!! Burger had a little bit of brown old looking salad no tomatoes at all and a drip of some sauce and to round it off stone cold I mean really cold. If it was a one-off I could understand but it’s not it happens most of the time!!! The problem is to many kids work there and they don’t give a toss!! Pay a real wage and get some adults.

As much as I’ll criticise poorly run establishments, I’ll also be quick to praise. Overall this restaurant has improved greatly. This may be due to new and better staff, or perhaps there’s been a change in the management and, or training. My meal today was for once, both hot, tasty and well constructed, I even had to allow my coffee to cool down, so well done chef and team. For a very long time this restaurant was very unkempt and noticeably filthy. While eating in the restaurant I noticed how clean it was, and I’m pretty certain it’s down to the very pleasant lady who I believe is called Liz. I didn’t see her stop tidying the place the whole time I was there, and it’s clear that her efforts have made a huge difference to this branch of McDonald’s. Well done to the team and keep up the good work, it does get noticed. 😎👍

The place was dirty uneaten food on tables half our order forgotten had to go ask for it my kids love chicken nuggets but left them as uncooked still pink in middle outside really soggy only thing edable was mcflurrys gave them a chance again as was told different people there now who know how to cook what a laugh never again

Awful restaurant. Slow service, cold food, and literally shouted at by one of the staff for making a mistake when using the app. Fair enough I made an error, but to be yelled at across the restaurant for doing so seemed rather inappropriate. So much for customer service! Won't be visiting again. Staff manners training is clearly required.

Staff were rude especially the girl on the drive through kiosk Couldn't tell if she was talking to me or her friend! While talking our order ! And much less cared food was cold and sloppy I've had firmer porridge Absolutely 💯 terrible service and terrible food never again!

Absolutely shocking after waiting for over 25 mins went to counter to ask about food to be told its not my job when we did eventually get it ,was cold staff not bothered just terrible everybody moaning,.

After 2 awful experiences at the drive through I had heard that they had Improved......sadly not. Ordered big mac, double cheeseburger and 2 normal cheeseburgers. Receipt said I was given 5 burgers....in reality I received 3 burgers so one of us went without again...me. Surely basic maths should be a given when employing people that have to count orders.

Absolutely awful. Just waited for over half an hour in the drive though, would’ve left if I could but trapped in by cars. Waited all that time for a milkshake they didn’t even have in the end..

Last time I went apple pies were missing, this time chips were missing and bigmac sauce wasn't put in bigmac. How bloody hard is it to complete an order.

Every time I go here in the drive though, 9 times out of ten there is something missing in the order, so have do park up & go in. I now check my order before driving away now, yesterday many items missing again, consistently poor!

Always check when you use the drive thru I would say 60% of the time they miss something or get it wrong 😑 Its always the time you don’t check aswell 🤦🏻‍♂️

Filthy tables food was awful it seemed very dirty it's gone downhill since last year the quarter pound burger was anemic and my wife's chicken was no better I say run for the hills and go to Norwich
