Popped in prior to visiting Warwick Castle which is close by. Restaurabtvwasnt particularly busy but they still took overv20 minutes and then i went to the counter and they acted like i wasn't there. This is after using the computer to order to save them from serving me. Finally got the attention of someone and they looked into where my order was. It was nowhere, they hadn't bothered to make it so we would have been there all day if i hadnt gone up to check. Came a few mibs later and said there was a system down issue (which only affected my order apparently) no apology though and seceral itens missing from order including 50% empty fries in each serving and the fruit bags. Ordered desserts from the computer and it wouldn't take payment so had to go to till to pay. Not many staff around, all in the back avoiding customers. Place is quite dirty, I cleaned the two children tablet screens for you though. Hope they can get back to basics and improve.

This place is absolutely useless. We visited today to pick up an order at the drive through. Told to park in bay 2. After a good wait the wonderful serving assistant told us to “hurry up and move out of the bay as people were waiting” my wife replied “I will when you bring the rest of my order” So he scurried off and grabs the drinks then tells us to move along before then having a rant at the car behind us. We then got home to find two portions of chips missing that we had paid for. Now I know you clearly don’t have to be the brightest star in the sky to work at McDonald’s but it’s not hard to read an order off the screen (or it’s not for most people) These clowns clearly need a new career move if you can’t do something as simple as follow an order,and manners wouldn’t go amiss,clearly Mr zero brain cells or personality didn’t read the memo regarding polite customer service? But there again he can’t read a food order so… Utterly useless!

We went Saturday March 16th and had a great meal from the drive through. Lovely and hot and fresh and served very quickly and efficiently by a lovely young man called Jack who was friendly smiley and seemed extremely engaged. He was polite and charming and is a credit to the store. Congratulations to him and the restaurant

Poor, Drive-thru service, ordered expected the order to be correct, arrived back home with only half the order. Had to return back to the restaurant to collect the remaining half. Not the first time it's been a poor service but first time I've felt the need to complain

They were slow and when asked about it the duty manager was rude and dismissive. Served 11pm 19/7/23. I have been here multiple times and this is by a distance the slowest and worst service I have ever experienced. Should be disenfranchised

This place is without question the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They are painfully slow, nearly always make you wait - I’ve even had to park up and wait for 2 plain fries before! Everything about it is just poor. Avoid like the plague.

Prompt service, friendly staff and piping hot chips...I've been here two or three times now (eating in) and have been impressed every time. The staff are proactive and helpful and the premises are very clean and tidy. I'm very surprised to see the poor reviews.

our order was contaminated by a piece of blue plastic ! we had spent nearly £30 and all that was offered was a refund on the fries. we couldn't stomach the rest of the meal and had to bin it !

Arrived at drive through at approx 8pm - man took a good 2 minutes before even acknowledging I was waiting - in the end I said hello and he started talking to me. When I got to the window I said I had thought the speaker was broken - he said no he was just taking a payment - there was only one car in front of me so he was hardly rushed off his feet. The second window person didn’t even speak to me they just thrust the food and coffee at me. No offer of sugar/sweetener. The burger was Luke warm and disappointing. For a new store it’s very poor and not fast food or MCD’s usually expected standards

As advertised, you can buy an elf on the shelf for an extra £1.29 that I was told by the management he then tells me he didn’t have any on shopfloor but he would go and have a look upstairs 30 minutes later after eating dinner I have to go back to the till nobody has an absolute clue speak to the management that doesn’t even give me eye contact and gives me every excuse why he doesn’t have the elf for me to get my money back for my autistic child to be very upset of the messing around didn’t eat his dinner so a complete waste of money will not be going to this one again

Have eaten here a couple of times recently and very disappointing, The service is incredibly slow and over 20 minutes wait each time. Prices are much higher than other franchises. It is a shame as it is a nice clean new building but they are understaffed and wait times are unacceptable.

Be very wary about ordering through the macdonalds app at this restaurant as they are very prone to powercuts. I ordered some food and went to collect only to find the drive thru barriered off and a member of staff telling me they had had a powercut and I would not be charged as my order had not been processed at the restaurant. Upon checking my bank account, I find that I had been charged for food I never received.

As a local I've been to this McDonalds many times and it's always been a good experience. If there have been any faults with my orders they have been fixed very quickly. The staff have always been extremely polite on the drive through and that accounts for a lot.

Every time we go through here order is placed go to second window and then moved onto a bay to wait approx. 15mins food then comes out not warm thats if you are given what you ordered. I think they give priority to the delivery company's than there drive throughs

A wonderfully genuine welcome with a delicious menu. And the most amazing gluten free waffle I have ever tasted. Freshly made and delicious: such a delight and so generous a helping that I will bring a friend to share with next time.
