McDonald's in Doncaster

El servicio al cliente lo es todo, especialmente cuando encuentra un problema. Nuestro pedido era incorrecto y recibimos muy mal servicio al cliente de Ellie hoy. Su actitud era repugnante e incluso me miró mientras le explicaba qué elementos eran incorrectos. Sin embargo, otro colega, Lewis fue excepcional y se disculpó, un mérito para el equipo.

Recientemente visitó este McDonalds para el almuerzo. Perfectamente situado justo al lado de la carretera. Personal amable y acogedor. La comida era cálida, fresca y fuera de la parrilla. Muy recomendable!

Don’t buy the frappes just bought one and the ice wasn’t blended properly now I have no drink, I don’t know what my food is going to be like let’s see!

Incompetence personified the restaurant is dirty and the staff are incompetent, the service is incredibly slow and when the food comes it is cold, been here several times and it’s always the same, it’s not difficult guys you sell fast food it’s a place of convenience when people need food fast you do none of it. I used the bathroom facility yesterday and it was dirty and smelly and no one appears to care I won’t be using this particular McDonald’s again.

So I came about 13:30 today to pick up our big order which came to £30+, when I came through the drive through there was a young lad waiting for me with braces who looked no older then 18 who told me that the payment didn’t go through. I showed him that it had and he kept telling me it hadn’t. It said that it had been collected and the money came out of my account but they kept telling there was nothing they could do?! Absolutely ridiculous worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and a very strange one at that… I just don’t understand how they can mess up something so simple? They said that we will get a refund within 7-10 working days but how can we get a refund if it states that it’s been collected so someone else must have taken it? Robbed in broad daylight of £30 Avoid at all costs.

Been calling here several weekday mornings over the last few weeks for a morning coffee on a long commute. The white coffee I order is always like warm, I have asked several times to make sure it is a white coffee and not a latte without any joy so finally, yesterday I ordered a black coffee and asked for a couple of sachets of milk. I thought this would solve all the problems but this was cooler than the white coffees I had been ordering, something very wrong if a black coffee is barely luke warm, on top of this the coffee machine is regularly out of order and you quite often end up being in the drive thru for 10 mins just for a coffee although there is nobody else in it. This is without doubt one of the worst franchises I have visited.

It’s a McDonald’s, so rating reflects what it is and not in relation to other places. What else is there to be said?

Literally the worst drive-though you could use, they have messed up my order 3 times in a row on 3 separate occasions! How??

I went in today with my other half for breakfast before our long trip down south. Food was lovley as always and as we were eating a massive wasp flew out of nowhere and was bugging us quite a bit. Other half not bothered. Me on other hand am not a fan of wasps and was freaking out. Two lovley ladies who worked there allowed us to seat somewhere else and they dealt with the wasp and chucked outside. Just want to say Thankyou. If that were me in my shop genuinely don’t think I’d have the courage to go near a Queen wasp like that haha!

food excellent, however kept waiting at the order point for no reason and no acknowledgment, both lanes open yet was favouring one, no wonder the queue so long if both lanes are not being used

Stopped in for a coffee whilst passing on a long drive. Coffee was good, as was the service and was a clean restaurant.

This was my first visit to this McDonalds. First impressions were great and saw a very clean modern restaurant. Staff were on top of things and the place was exceptionally clean and tidy. This included the gents! Service was quick efficient and courteous. Meal as good as ever. One of the best McDonalds that I’ve visited. Looks like a good management team in place. If you like a McDonalds I can highly recommend

I don’t often frequent McDonalds,however I was bullied into trying one.....and surprisingly for the price you pay,they ain’t half bad! Call me a snob if you like,but a Macca would be further from my thoughts than Borris Johnson winning the 100 metres at the next Olympics!

Located in a strange location in a business park and next to a police station this place still delivers good burgers etc at great prices. Following the recent welcome trend in a lot of McDs some of the staff here are of the more mature and "sensibly intelligent" kind and the whole place was well managed. Service was quick despite it being busy, and the food was good although just hot enough. Car parking is limited but some nearby street parking is available. Just another great McD - time efficient and cost efficient food!
