McDonald's in Rugby

Everytime I order online it comes back cold and rubbery There's no feedback info on they website That's why I'm coming her cause its another £17 pound for rubbish quality again

Sick and tired of this place messing up orders. Almost every time! The staff are lazy. You'd think the amount of time it takes for them to actually do the orders they'd atleadt get them right. Been like it for years. Pathetic lot. Ordered a chicken big mac got a pathetic little chicken mcsandwich.

Food is ALWAYS cold even though you ALWAYS have to wait for it to be cooked, you ALWAYS have to park up when using the drive thru so might as well go click and collect as its quicker and you're forced to park up and wait longer through the drive through. Burgers are thrown together into a box the ingredients are not between the buns as they should be. 90% of the cheese will be stuck to the box. Comparing to every mcdonalds I've ever been to this is by far the worst restaurant, with the worst cold food to offer with the longest ever waiting times. They will ask you to leave the window and wait for 10/15mins in the carpark but your order will be put through as collected which leaves the store looking like their orders are out on time when in fact all the customers are just squashed in the carpark waiting for hard, cold food lol. If my son didn't have sensory issues I would not be buying and if I could afford the petrol to go to glynneath I would because GLYNNEATH mcdonalds do piping hot food every time, stacked together and I've never been parked up fro the drive thru. I think aberdare need to pop down there to see how a proper store is run and how food is made HOT

The staff is absolutely lovely. I've been going there for a year now, and I've consistently had a great time over there. The place has recently been refurbished, and it looks fantastic!

Considering its recently had a refurb they could have used the closure time to correctly train their staff! Upon arrival the car park is full and the drive through queues are half a mile long (I use tescos often and it's always the same!). Met with 2 staff members smoking outside-lovely. I side, 3 staff members on break and one in and out helping himself to coffee. Waited 25mins for a cheeseburger happy meal, thankfully it was warm. The saving grace was the security guard who fair play to him was nmengaging with customers and getting stuff done (Thurs 14th Dec, 6.30pm). So absolute praise to this guy who has some work ethic! Staff had no go in them at all. I'll definitely be avoiding this mc.donalds

We r expecting fast food in a fast food restaurant but it was took us 20 minutes to get the food order food 8:40 pm and waited 20 minutes still not arrived

Awful store. We ordered through the Uber Eats app (who delivered it very quickly, and with good attitude), yet they missed 3 items (meals, not sides or anything minor). The bag was very evidently NOT tampered with, but they had put the blame on Uber Eats and refused to make the order whole and told us to issue a refund from Uber because they couldn't be sure that we were trying to scam them for free food. If anyone actually reads these reviews, someone get the manager fired. Terrible service, terrible attitudes, AND lack of responsibility. And that's not even considering the state of the meals themselves! Stone cold, chips were like rubber, the buns on my burger were warmer than the actual patty!

this was the fourth time I went there in a month and fourth time the frappe machine & or the ice-cream machine was broken or so thay say or is it that thay just don't want to clean the machine after ???

Don't know what is different about this McDonalds but everytime we go, there is no ice cream, no mcflurries, no milk shake. It's really bad, and what makes it worse is that they cant be bothered to put a sign at the beginning of the drive through queue to advise you that their ice cream machine is broken, AGAIN. So you sit in the queue for ages until you speak to someone, then they say there's no ice cream, then you have sit even longer just to get out! Never liked this branch, the one we like is Glynneath, not that far away and much nicer.

More potholes in car park, need a moon buggy to go over them. Seriously my spleen ruptured and I think I now have a good case of whiplash. Staff are good, so just sort out ya car park. The council said it's not their problem. To be fair it never is.

Appalling twice now missing items my daughters young son is autistic yet when she phoned was told to go and collect them really when she paid for a delivery sort it out maybe

The Branch at Aberdare is nothing but crap! Cold burgers, cold chips, screaming toddlers running around. Oh dear, what a dump! Only went there with my two Grandson's. I must remind myself not to set foot in the dive ever again!

Ordered a McDelivery of 1 Happy Meal and 1 Chicken Combo box, driver turned up and no drink with Happy meal and no Dips for the Chicken combo box either, how can they get 2 orders wrong?

Absolutely terrible service asked for no mayo and lettuce or tomato in my wrap and came with more mayo lettuce and tomatoes than chicken wouldn’t recommend until they sort they’re orders out and get them right
