The food was served quickly and it was hot. The restaurant was very clean including the toilets. The parking is very big, so plenty of spaces.

Probably get a breakfast here a couple of times a month Generally pretty good Driver though always pretty quick (and it’s a busy spot) Food usually hot and fresh(ish)

If I could give minus stars I would bunch of dirty finger nailed kids that can’t even do the simplest of things as for deliveries u might aswel throw your money away because you won’t get what you ordered

I got breakfast the cost me £22 and the filling charged me but when I looked in the bag there was half of it missing but they still charged me all my money

Awful experience. Ordered home delivery via McDonald’s app. When delivered order was missing 3 main meals and 4 drinks!!!! Delivery driver couldn’t assist so I drove to restaurant assuming they would reissue the order. Manager wouldn’t reissue order and said it was Ubers issue, Uber would only refund missing items by which time the rest of the food was cold. Manager didn’t care and didn’t seem the least bit concerned that so much of the order was missing. I had to put the whole order through again leaving me nearly £20 out of pocket. When food was finally ready the server handed it to another customer and it was only because one of the parties said I don’t think that’s ours that we received our second order. Uber state that they aren’t responsible for checking order is complete and would offer no further refund. After raising a complaint McDonald’s issued 3 meal vouchers which didn’t amount to the cost I had lost out on and said they couldn’t help in regards to refund as it’s Ubers responsibility - so nice little con there. They did say that it was down to managers discretion in regards to reissuing order so he could have been sympathetic and issued a new order. I wouldn’t have minded if it was just a single portion of chips that was missing but to have 3 meals and 4 drinks missing from an order is absolutely appalling

5th trip in as many weeks and they never had the cardboard toys for the kids happy meals, I ask as I order everytime and was told "yeah, no problem " only to find the book when I picked up the order at the last window. Speaking to the "manager" that this has happened everytime, and he couldn't have cared less, no solution or resolve, not even a sorry, he just turned around. I understand the staff are under valued and over worked in one of the industries most ruthless sectors, but customer service should still be a thing! Food is slap dashed put together but then it's a McDonald's so I'm not expecting any picture quality food tbh. Just massively disappointed in the careless attitude of top tier workers. Sadly the last time I treat the boys to a McDonald's.

After trying a couple of other establishments for some brunch on Saturday we ended up at McD. We got a socially distanced table allocated by lady operations director on the door (bouncer) Everything was fine until a young man with a creep tee-shirt and a take out bag, spotted a recently vacated table in the corner on his way out. He quickly detoured and headed over. OMG, BIG MISTAKE The woman on the door, immediately went into 'police state' mode and dispatched him back into the car park with a flea in his ear. As they say: You pays your money, and you takes your choice SO do not think you can come in for a takeout and then think you can stay in! If you are thinking like that, then beware cos the Maccy D militia are there to deal with you.

i was on tour with my band and we stopped here so i could do a poop. however there was only one toilet and i was nervous due to the volume of people who needed to use the toilet i was unable to perform. my advice would be to visit another mcdonalds if you need a poo/if you want a latte in under 5 years. food was okay, but the real gem of this mcdonalds is its great access to the M5. 3/5

Only visited the drive through on the way home - used the drive through - There where two lanes so not long ordering and to my surprise the chips where piping hot and the quarter pounder fresh as I asked for no cheese. In my opinion the best McDonald’s in the area - Food was freshly cooked and served quickly

Large iced frappe mocha priced at £2.61, the only drink I buy from McDonald's in Bletchley Milton Keynes. As you can see it's basically half full as the image below shows With cream to make up the rest, complained about this and was told that is how it comes out for a large. It's not the first time this has happened. Some times I'll go there to order just an ice cream and be told that the machine is not working yet I was there earlier on in the day, its just constant little things that let's them down. Think I'm actually done with McDonald's

Usual McD's, reasonable food and prices, quick service, plenty of tables if eating inside, could do with better vehicle access and exit though

Unfortunately McDonald’s has made a rod for its own back by adding the stand alone order / pay stations so that staff that have some urgent gossip / tittle tattle to chat to their work mates about can ignore any punters who wish to order and pay in a more traditional way at the till without impunity, as happened to me the other day when I popped in for a wrap. I imagined that standing with your wallet out next to the till may have made even the least conscientious of staff a little curious and to ask if they could help, but I managed this for quite a few minutes until a Manager who seemed to be doing a lot more work than the two girls asked if I had been served? When she was asked to come over she then said “Sorry I didn’t know you were waiting” Surely this is basic stuff... Isn’t it?

ordered at 1.02, got food at 1.17. The order number wasn't on the screen and they said it was because zone 1 was the area where they were serving food directly to your table. Got a call instead, no tray been given even if i selected "eating in". Food was old and cold

The staff are rude and absolutely filthy. I met one member of staff who looked like he had slept in a hedge, he had black filth under his fingernails and he smelt so terrible of filth and BO that my family no longer wanted to stop here. He was also very rude and abrupt with us. If he is how the staff look and smell then I have no idea how they keep their hygiene rating.

normal type on macs food was good you know what you are GOING TO GET so no suprises staff very pleasant

A newer style of McDonalds, prompt service, staff helpful, it does what you expect from this chain. Good if you passing by.

It's was fine for just some food if your hungry. It's all clean and tidy. Nothing wrong with it. It's perfect for just popping out for breakfast to.

Vine aquí para desayunar, intentó pedir mi matrimonio normal salchichas mcmuffin con la adición de tocino, pero me dijeron que esta sucursal de McDonald's no le permite agregar cosas extra. No puedo ver por qué es cuando es una cosa bastante simple y muestra positiva para hacer el servicio al cliente. Una pena.

The food was tasty the staff friendly and we were served fairly quickly. Parking was easy at this time of day but if the restaurant is busy I think parking may not be possible

I appreciate you don't go to Mc Donalds for fine dining but given it still describes itself as a restaurant you would expect the food to be hot, and served in a timely fashion which it is not. The place is untidy and staff give the appearance of really not wanting to be there.

I was at this McDonald's on a late evening to get a quick meal. My experience was really bad. They made me wait for a long time but the restaurant was not that busy. When I got back home I realised there was something missing in my pack. Two portions of chips were not there. Very disappointing.

Clean and tidy and served quickly, so a typical McDonald's outlet really. Nothing outstanding, but then that's really the aim is it?

after a 3 hour drive on the way home we decided to stop of at mcdonalds for a break and some food on the 24/9/16 at 20.34, on the receipts I was order 44, 46, 47.I was disappointed that I actually had to wait just over 10 minutes to get one order, by that time every one else had actually finished. its like they had forgotten about methe food, tasted exactly the same as every mcdonalds place I have ever been to,the place was clean and modern

The place was very tidy and clean. It's very convenient if you are travelling from MK south. The staff was very good and kind.

This 5 star rating is judging against other McDonald restaurants. I have to say this particular one was very good indeed, quick service and very tasty Sausage and egg.The projections on the walls were awesome, teaching you origami (found it interesting).Good quick hot food, excellent decor and service, probably the best McDonald's I have been in.

A little bit of a queue, but didn't have to wait that long. Got somewhere to sit straight away although we moved within a short while when another place became available. Food ok for fast food which I don't have very often, but my grandson enjoyed it which was the main purpose of this visit. Not very big in there but there was an adequate outside area.

Nothing different to a usual MacDonalds meal. You know what you are buying. This time I wasn't asked if I wanted an extra chips after I'd told staff exactly what I wanted to buy already, which is good.

We went for a quick meal on our way to Dobbies. It was very busy downstairs and I think it is much better upstairs. There is a bit of a view and you can watch the comings and going. I found it to be clean with a lot of parking but just your average McDonald's.

Stood waiting to be served for some time. No queue. No acknowledgement from staff that I was there. Placed order and waited. Order came without hash browns which I had to ask for. Sat down and found order to be incorrect. Girl at counter didn't acknowledge me. Asked to speak to manager. Eventually got replacement meal. STILL WAITING TO SPEAK TO MANAGER! Very poor service today

Food ok parking was excellent they really need to speed things up in there as I waited for a while for our meal but would go back !

Came in for a coffee and to use the net.Whilst waiting I noticed rather a lot of flies around the service desk, I told the server but I then had to say ' if I were you I'd tell a manager 'Which she did..I then heard her manager say ' what am I supposed to do about it 'Errrr....!Be managerial and have a look, talk to me, check the pest control workbook.Check that the insecticutor is working and not full of flies.Not happy, especially when I sat down and more flies.It may look clean but there's a problem here that's starting to ferment.Needs nipping in the bud now.

Went for a quick bite to eat before going to the cinema. Very clean, staff were polite and friendly and food hot. Would recommend.

Chips were stone cold, rotton lettuce in my chicken legend.... Burgers had been sitting ready to eat for ages they were Luke warm at best! Never eating here again.

We came her for the first time, and we all sat upstairs in there, looking out, watching the cars and people fill up with fuel? The food was fresh and hot, and the staff were polite, the cleaner there was always on the ball. and they had napkins and straws and sauce upstairs aswell. The only downer was no pots of milk, But other by that it was good, They have a kiddy corner bit where it's touch screen with your feet ,for the kids to play with. I would always stop here if passing. Well done for this Mcdonalds..
