McDonald's in Leicester

Used to order all the time and have zero issues. The last couple of years however they have constantly forget something on my order, very unprofessional McDonalds in my opinion

They never get your order right. I generally have McDonald’s too as the food is so substandard

Honestly one of the best maccies. Never greasy with their breakfast items. Always been consistent with the food.

Cold and soggy. Most ended up in the bin.

I've had a lot of McDonald's in my 30 years and this was easily the worst one.

They always forget to add straws for drinks.

Fries are always cold. You need to wrap your food tightly in heat proof wrapping. The aim is to get it stay hot! Please try another way to wrap. And! You missed out my barbecue sauce. No sauce with cold fries was kinda yucky, didnt finish them. Seriously I did not enjoy the meal very mudh today.

every time we order from here 9/10 staff are rude,car park is always full and they ask us to park up and we are left waiting for 15-20+. The last time we went we ordered food for 4 of us but as there was only two people in the car the staff were laughing and very unprofessional. after being told to park up and waiting 15 minutes our food came but bags were wide open on a cold night. i wish this was just a one time occurrence however this is every time. Food is rarely nice and always cold and our order is never correct.

I tracked the driver before he arrived at our place and he went to another house first and was there for a while so when he got to mine the food was cold and all 4 drinks were missing.

Delivery driver got the wrong house , he rang us saying he was knocking the door but it wasn’t our house. Looked on the tracking and he was in the next street , no apology when turned up at the right house

Burgers were good as always, unfortunately the drinks and chips let the meal down. Drinks tasted very concentrated, must have been during a change of syrup. Chips were cold, however the sauce helped counter that disappointment.

How can a fast food place get it so wrong. Chicken selects don’t look like chicken nuggets. The sprit drink was all in the bag. All the food was cold. And when you’re spending £60 you expect a lot of better.

It's not just the stupidly high prices you pay for fast food these days. It's the poor quality of that food. Luke warm served with attitude. Complain and you are automatically seen as a "karen". And even if you get it replaced, how do you know it's not been given "the special treatment" aka " the Barney Special". Environmental health really need to crack down on these establishments.

Awful, middle of the day and the place was packed with school kids. Took our food to the car to eat instead of listening to the noise inside. Definitely avoiding this McDonald's in the afternoons during term times

Visited this branch 4 -6 times times now as its on my way to work and used the drive-thru, the service when ordering at the kiosk, making the payment & collecting the food is fine as one would expect with friendly greetings, however each time I have received the food it is always cold & the presentation of the food in the box is always lob-sided as if someone could not be bothered to place the food properly with the dressing coming out all over the place in the box except it been on the food where it needs to be. One one ocassion I was asked to wait in the waiting bay for a few minutes as my filet-of-fish meal was not ready, I waited over 10 mins & when I received the meal it was barely warm. I did not have the time to go in and complain as I needed to get to work but thought I would provide feedback here. Come on team, make an effort, get the delivery of the food right as its letting the team down ! Thanks.

It's a McDonald's . And this McDonald's really struggles to get an order correct . They seem to have ran out of onions lately in the burgers and cheese in the fillet of fish .seems to have been eaten by the said fish ...shocking as the day staff seem a lot better .... management surely you must have heard about the reputation of this banch and even have a little bit of pride to put it correct
