McDonald's in Leicester

Visited this branch 4 -6 times times now as its on my way to work and used the drive-thru, the service when ordering at the kiosk, making the payment & collecting the food is fine as one would expect with friendly greetings, however each time I have received the food it is always cold & the presentation of the food in the box is always lob-sided as if someone could not be bothered to place the food properly with the dressing coming out all over the place in the box except it been on the food where it needs to be. One one ocassion I was asked to wait in the waiting bay for a few minutes as my filet-of-fish meal was not ready, I waited over 10 mins & when I received the meal it was barely warm. I did not have the time to go in and complain as I needed to get to work but thought I would provide feedback here. Come on team, make an effort, get the delivery of the food right as its letting the team down ! Thanks.

It's a McDonald's . And this McDonald's really struggles to get an order correct . They seem to have ran out of onions lately in the burgers and cheese in the fillet of fish .seems to have been eaten by the said fish ...shocking as the day staff seem a lot better .... management surely you must have heard about the reputation of this banch and even have a little bit of pride to put it correct

Went in to try the new £5 meal deal . Was very good . Food was hot service was quick very polite young lady on the till who was very helpful . Great meal deal offer .

Unfortunately ended up with double the amount of drinks but no food!. Frustrating because it's was McDonald's breakfast and was just past 11am by the time it came so couldn't re do it. Hopefully get money back! Food was on time though 😅

This Hamilton branch is a local establishment the service is good but you do have to be careful with the food.

The staff there are nice enough to handle your orders. It's a relatively quick service that you get, so you won't be there for long unless it's rush hour. It's a bit pricey to go there, and I've seen the markup on some items it's insane.

Good delivery time. But the fries where luke warm unfortunately. Filet O Fish is tasty. Son enjoyed his chicken nuggets

Ordered wrap with no meat but came with bacon and sausage so couldn’t eat it

looks like it's done on purpose because I complained before, everywhere was ice cold, through all of it in the bin and ordered again through KFC.... really bad experience with this McDonald's

Horrible place, unhygienic men toilet and very small, the staffs not bothered and doesn’t want to look at you when waiting very long time in the counter to ask where my order as it wasn’t displayed on the monitor and I finally got the order without one item. I had to ask again. I see this place is only running only because of the popular name McDonald.

Food was as standard for a McDonalds but there was a stench of pure faeces when we walked in. Ended up ordering quickly at the self-service by the door and standing outside waiting for the food. Ate the food outside also as it smelt so bad.

Everything was lukewarm warm… maybe even cold! McFlurrys were melted!!! Been a while since a McDonald’s but seeing as they are 5 mins away didn’t expect this!

The drive through service has improved substantially

Every time I order mc Donald's on delivery it always arrives cold no matter what I order it's always cold. Plus the delivery driver as multiple orders in there bags does this mean every body's order is cold surely there's a better way

Delivered on time but most of the order tasted rubbery. This isn’t usually the case as this MacDonalds is normally very good but it was a real disappointment with this order. Substandard quality 🙁🙁

Vegan burger looks like someone has ate in to it like 1/4 before it being delivered have a picture of it.

chips were cold and tasted like they were cooked sometime before. chicken nuggets were tasteless. Big mac. no sauce or very little on burger

I went to collect food for 3 people on a Sunday morning after a heavy night. Arrived at 8:45am > leave 9:15. One car in front of me. Food order was wrong, left hash brown out of the breakfast wrap. No ketchup despite requesting brown. Coffee cold by the time food arrived. Order taker muttered, could barely hear them. McMuffins were burned and single sausage, not double that I ordered. Hash browns literally dripping in oil, stuck to paper and cold. Zero rereading factors. The thought of a McDonald’s breakfast again makes me gag!

Yet again no sauces provided with the meals we chose this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened it’s all the time! I don’t get how they can’t read the order and not put the sauces in frustrating!!

Everything delivered and all fine although somehow the wrong house number was given to the driver as two doors down rather than the correct number so we had to chase the driver and prove it was our food via the receipt before it was handed over .not the drivers fault as he showed us his phone with the delivery address which had the wrong number on.must have been a system fault or something but all sorted in the end thanks to the drivers co operation to deal with the issue.

Maccies is always good. Free parking, fast service, pleasant staff. White flat is £1.60 cheaper than Costa

Awful. They sent me small fries when I ordered 3 medium fries. They didn’t send my coke. The burger was wrong. The time of delivery kept being changed.

My courier has me waiting 2 and half hours and marked as delivered after that time and it hadn’t been delivered Iv had no notification to say they have now decided they do not want to deliver my food or there was a delay or hold up , nothing ! Had an uber eats delivery from here. It took 3 minutes for the uber to get from McDonalds to where I work and somehow, the food was cold. I ordered a large Big Mac meal, but the fries were only half full! It's bad enough that the big mac has shrunk to the point that it should be renamed the Mini Mac, but it takes the P a bit that the staff couldn't even be bothered to actually fill the fries carton. Do better! These days fast food should be a treat, not a disappointment!

Good McDonald's but still the old style of store with no iPads for the children. The food is as you would expect from McDonald's, this is a very busy store and seating is limited. The drive through is also very busy most times I've used it. That said the food is always served quickly and the staff are very friendly. The three stars are only because there isn't much seating and the old store style. Probably best not to get your food delivered from here the food sits for ages, see photo, also they leave the food deliveries outside for a long time, we'll over 30mins see photo

again, 5-6 times, can never get the order right, simple kids meal with cucumber, never comes always with chips, all he got was a toy and nothing else and milk. had to order again from KFC for a 5 Yr old as McDonald's can't get it right...
