Popped in here for a snack, clean and tidy ,very busy, but quick service.

Absolute terrible service order.a Big Mac delivery and received a salad box rang nds was told it’s Ubers problem not there’s …. I will never order again ever or come to your store shocking customer service

Fake food my dog wouldn't even eat this crap!

I went to collect food for 3 people on a Sunday morning after a heavy night. Arrived at 8:45am > leave 9:15. One car in front of me. Food order was wrong, left hash brown out of the breakfast wrap. No ketchup despite requesting brown. Coffee cold by the time food arrived. Order taker muttered, could barely hear them. McMuffins were burned and single sausage, not double that I ordered. Hash browns literally dripping in oil, stuck to paper and cold. Zero rereading factors. The thought of a McDonald’s breakfast again makes me gag!

Parking limited to 90 mins. Seats not very comfortable. Very friendly service and good breakfast (egg muffin and pancake syrup 😋)

Maccies is always good. Free parking, fast service, pleasant staff. White flat is £1.60 cheaper than Costa

item missing from order, mc crispy priced at £5.81 which i was charged for and paid, im disgusted with this outcome.

Awful. They sent me small fries when I ordered 3 medium fries. They didn’t send my coke. The burger was wrong. The time of delivery kept being changed.

despicable cannot ever get order right and I still have to pay for the wrong food to be delivered. disgusting

Food was nice and hot but the wait was ridiculous long asked staff member and said that nobody wanted to bring food out

My courier has me waiting 2 and half hours and marked as delivered after that time and it hadn’t been delivered Iv had no notification to say they have now decided they do not want to deliver my food or there was a delay or hold up , nothing ! Will not be using this service again as the drivers literally don’t care!

Excellent service today from Zainab on the tills. 30/7/24 Excellent service on the drive through tonight. The fries were fresh tasted delicious. Yum.

Had an uber eats delivery from here. It took 3 minutes for the uber to get from McDonalds to where I work and somehow, the food was cold. I ordered a large Big Mac meal, but the fries were only half full! It's bad enough that the big mac has shrunk to the point that it should be renamed the Mini Mac, but it takes the P a bit that the staff couldn't even be bothered to actually fill the fries carton. Do better! These days fast food should be a treat, not a disappointment!

This Hamilton branch is a local establishment the service is good but you do have to be careful with the food.

Good McDonald's but still the old style of store with no iPads for the children. The food is as you would expect from McDonald's, this is a very busy store and seating is limited. The drive through is also very busy most times I've used it. That said the food is always served quickly and the staff are very friendly. The three stars are only because there isn't much seating and the old store style. Probably best not to get your food delivered from here the food sits for ages, see photo, also they leave the food deliveries outside for a long time, we'll over 30mins see photo

again, 5-6 times, can never get the order right, simple kids meal with cucumber, never comes always with chips, all he got was a toy and nothing else and milk. had to order again from KFC for a 5 Yr old as McDonald's can't get it right...

i ordered 7 breakfast meals and EVERYONE was missing there hash brown, 7 unhappy people

ALWAYS literally always getting delivery orders wrong, Calling the restaurant they just try and palm you off to uber eats instead of offering redelivery on missing items. Absolutely useless staff.

Very pleasant staff . Only had a hot drink but it was great . Particularly impressed with cleanliness of the car park . The member of staff Mohamed was very polite and clearly works extremely hard to maintain standards .

Ordered 6 meals. No chips were delivered at all and one of the burgers was missing too! Arrived cold. Timing was moved every 5 mins adding 10 mins on each time.

All 5 burgers were severely undercooked, both the meat and the buns. We've never had burgers this bad before, extremely disappointing.

Nearly always get the wrong items, quality isn’t good and now the new thing is order your food and wait in the car park for 15 minutes and your food cold when they walk out looking for your car. Won’t be using again.

It is OK for a quick bite, the price has skyrocketed though so I tend not to go often. The atmosphere here isn't very nice, I won't eat in as it's full of rude teenagers, and waiting for your food there are uber/deliver-roo drivers pushing it makes me feel very uncomfortable.

The staff there are nice enough to handle your orders. It's a relatively quick service that you get, so you won't be there for long unless it's rush hour. It's a bit pricey to go there, and I've seen the markup on some items.

again wrong order, no cucumber for happy meal, no chicken sandwich with cheese, just a plain one, 3 times in a row now

forgot sauces my partner ordered with meal but other than that everything else was delivered

Forgot 2 burgers and all sauces again. Don't know what it is with McDonald's employees , forget something every time.

The drive through service could do with a make over. At peak peak times it takes forever to get your food.

it is just a standard mcdonalds experience. But noticed an issue with the monks rest location keep getting the sauces wrong. very annoying.
