It was stone cold when it arrived

My order has not been delivered.

still haven't received my refund for the cold food

I didn't get the barbecue sauce I paid for it has happened quite a few times

Son has food allergies so plain burgers ordered for both son and daughter. Both turned up covered in sauce. Both meals had to be scrapped to avoid cross contamination.

Just the dips missing which is McDonald's error!

The food was stone cold we had to heat it up and the delivery driver got lost which isn’t his fault as there isn’t much service in Iwade but it meant the food was late and really cold.

I did not receive any syrup or butter for the pancakes so they were dry and my son wouldn’t eat them with the price of delivery was very disappointed the rest of the meal was fine but was a wate of money buying the pancakes

Half our order was missing and they wouldn’t sort it out. Had to go in there and still couldn’t provide us with the correct order. Shameful

My drinks and sauces ordered were missing. The delivery driver and macdonalds (after calling) both confirmed i did not have these items yet just eat have refused a refund with no reason given. I even video record my order as this is not the first time this has happened

good service but would be nice to have sugars for hot drinks in the bag or an option when ordering to had sugars to the bag.

This must be the third or fourth time that they are unable to fulfill a breakfast meal. Drink missing, no syrup for the the two pancakes meals and no jam for the jam muffin. It’s the same every time I’m not sure how it keeps happening but it does.

Usual mcdonalds standard food and was nice to actually get our food at the window without being parked up to wait

Just eat never refunded me but the 20 chicken nuggets were missing and so was a smarties McFlurry bag was opened when arrived but didn’t realise as was dark

Two orders recently were real bad a pink chicken grilled wrap and today a big tasty that is anything but tasty is cold and robbed me of 80p for sauce. Rang the resturante got told to come In (I have mobility issues I can't get there before closing) so basically being robbed of 15 squddies 👌

I can’t remember the last time I received a McDonald’s that 1: wasn’t late 2: didn’t mess anything up and 3: that I didn’t have re-heat in the microwave. This one was cold and missing any cheese slice what so ever.

Late delivery. Only 1 slice of cheese when there’s supposed to be 2. Again…. It was cold

Ordered double Big Mac. Which is supposed to come with 2 cheese. But for some reason they only kept putting one. So I even left a note reminding them to add the cheese. And this time they didn’t put any in at all. Now if that one wasn’t done purposefully I don’t know what was. And stone cold.

Ordered no mayo in the chicken mayo. But it looks like they just ignored that and slavered the thing in mayo. Also it was cold but I’m just used to that by now.

Was saying that my food had been delivered but nothing had arrived, no way to contact anybody. Could only apply for food refund and not delivery charge even though it hadn’t arrived. Fuming and will not be using just eat again!

I visited McDonald's the day before, and I was very impressed when I went to the restaurant; the restaurant is beautiful and clean, and the products are neatly displayed in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly, and I like that they pay attention to detail, and I am very happy with the service I received when I visited the restaurant. The restaurant had a good atmosphere. I would recommend people to have a large McSpicy Chicken meal with large Fries and a large Strawberry Milkshake. I enjoyed my meal and the food was hot, and the milkshake tastes delicious.

Not for the first time, there were items missing. Ordered 3 large chips which were not there! This happens too often, it’s not rocket science!

Bobbing always gets the order wrong. Either the ingredients are wrong that has been ordered or there are items missing. The order is almost never right!

Two days ago I ordered black Americano and arrived at work to find it was white, today I ordered porridge and a black Americano to find no spoon with the porridge. Attention to detail.

Delivery driver was lovely and friendly, its frustrating whenever you order sauce pots you never get them!!! My burger was over loaded with chutney (mc crispy) i had to scrape it out it was ridiculous

Much quicker than the Sittingbourne one. I used the drive thru and the staff were friendly, quick and polite. I'll use this one from now on x

When I visited this site I was in and out within 5 minutes with a correct order and hot food. No complaints.

Very very poor. You asked if you NEED dips with your 20 nugget (who eats nuggets dry?) share box! Then when you check tha bag... No dips! When you ask for the dips you ordered, you get an eye roll and two dips! Enough dip for half, enough attitude for double! 😂😂😂 All joke's aside, go in if you want what you ordered. It's a lottery at the drive through 😢

Friendly atmosphere, quick n economy for crunch time. Hot & yummy burgers. Swap the meal sometimes or make kids joyful. Ice-cream Oreo, Skittles, McFlury are delicious and bargain🍦🍨 Staffs are enthusiastic & welcoming🦋

Having to give a code after receiving your order is a new thing??? I have dogs, I shut them in the living room to answer the door to the courier, only to then have to try and get back into the room to get my phone, trying desperately not to let any of the dogs escape! Really annoying, inconvenient addition to your service!

Took nearly an hour and delivery time just kept going up while the tracker sat still for 14 minutes

I only stopped off for a drink on the way home. I didn't eat anything so I can comment on the food. I haven't eaten in McDonald's for years (apart from the odd McFlurrie)
