Food was stone cold and went in the bin

Now you seal the drinks in a bag you never ever put the straws in with them, so frustrating and the large chips weren’t even that full. Not happy.

The only reason why I got myself a Mcdoanlds was to get one the Minecraft Toys. Which I believe costs extra. However I didn’t receive my toy.

my chips were cold and the mcflurries were melted still tasted nice but the delivery time went up 3 times waited nearly an hour when it’s 10 minutes away

Driver collected then took 30mins to deliver for a 2minute drive. Turned up freezing cold. IMO driver sat and ate their dinner after collecting ours before delivering.

Don’t expect any dips or straws from this McDonald’s. Ever. Literally ever.

Yet again no syrup with the pancakes so my child won’t eat them cause there so dry and also only half a coffee paying over 2 quid to get half a cup of coffee is a joke

Absolutely hideous. Waited 1 hour 15 mins, food had been sat there the whole time clearly. Bag squashed to bits, grease soaked all the way through. frozen Cold food. Milkshake totally melted, half a cup of milk & syrup separated.

All the food was cold. Didn’t enjoy the food

The chips were starchy and undercooked, how hard can it be to get them nice and crispy.

No sauce with the mozzarella dippers. And the actual dippers are dry and overcooked!! Don’t normally leave bad reviews. But I’ve had a long day and I’m just not impressed!!

I used the drive thru after taking my money i was told to wait in the car park for my food. After 20 minutes I decided that I would get a refund as I needed to return to work hungry.

Fastest Mcdonalds in the East mate, seldom ever get parked up at this one, sometimes they are literally holding the bag of food out the window before you've even finished paying. Always piping hot food and they've never messed my order up yet. Im not particulary a Mcdonalds fan but have to rate this one as it is good and the staff are always proper decent too.

The food was quite literally stone cold. The delivery driver apologised as he had a puncture but we waited almost an hour from time of order and then it turned up cold. we literally threw the entire order in the bin. Waste of time and money.

Awful team, scamming the amount you get in your food. McFlurry half full and the team won’t give their names or top them up and accept their mistake!

Son has food allergies so plain burgers ordered for both son and daughter. Both turned up covered in sauce. Both meals had to be scrapped to avoid cross contamination.

Bobbing McDonalds must be one of their flagship stores. The place was fantastically modern, it was spotless with well trained knowledgeable staff. The food was hot and well prepared. Compare to Sheerness a mere ten miles away, with doors hanging off or missing in the toilets, glue on the seats, rowdy youths and food fights a regular feature. I will not use Sheerness anymore it is worth driving ten miles for the experience

The food was stone cold we had to heat it up and the delivery driver got lost which isn’t his fault as there isn’t much service in Iwade but it meant the food was late and really cold.

I did not receive any syrup or butter for the pancakes so they were dry and my son wouldn’t eat them with the price of delivery was very disappointed the rest of the meal was fine but was a wate of money buying the pancakes

Mc donalds is very samey from one another but this mc donalds was a pleasure to visit as the food was hot and very smiley staff

Half our order was missing and they wouldn’t sort it out. Had to go in there and still couldn’t provide us with the correct order. Shameful

My drinks and sauces ordered were missing. The delivery driver and macdonalds (after calling) both confirmed i did not have these items yet just eat have refused a refund with no reason given. I even video record my order as this is not the first time this has happened

This must be the third or fourth time that they are unable to fulfill a breakfast meal. Drink missing, no syrup for the the two pancakes meals and no jam for the jam muffin. It’s the same every time I’m not sure how it keeps happening but it does.

Two orders recently were real bad a pink chicken grilled wrap and today a big tasty that is anything but tasty is cold and robbed me of 80p for sauce. Rang the resturante got told to come In (I have mobility issues I can't get there before closing) so basically being robbed of 15 squddies 👌

Ordered no mayo in the chicken mayo. But it looks like they just ignored that and slavered the thing in mayo. Also it was cold but I’m just used to that by now.

Was saying that my food had been delivered but nothing had arrived, no way to contact anybody. Could only apply for food refund and not delivery charge even though it hadn’t arrived. Fuming and will not be using just eat again!

I can’t remember the last time I received a McDonald’s that 1: wasn’t late 2: didn’t mess anything up and 3: that I didn’t have re-heat in the microwave. This one was cold and missing any cheese slice what so ever.

I visited McDonald's the day before, and I was very impressed when I went to the restaurant; the restaurant is beautiful and clean, and the products are neatly displayed in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly, and I like that they pay attention to detail, and I am very happy with the service I received when I visited the restaurant. The restaurant had a good atmosphere. I would recommend people to have a large McSpicy Chicken meal with large Fries and a large Strawberry Milkshake. I enjoyed my meal and the food was hot, and the milkshake tastes delicious.
