This was my experience. I called past McDonald's around 10.30pm on my way home after a very long day, thought I'd grab a bite to eat and a drink. All went well ordering on the large touch screen and then patiently stood waiting for my order, after what felt like an eternity it came and like most I wandered neck to my car to enjoy my burger and the new twix latte. I opened my food and that's where it all started to go a little wrong. My FAST food was at best warm. The burger was only just warm enough to eat without it being horrid, the fries weren't much better and the twix latte, which could have saved this review was the ice cold. Now I like a cold coffee now and again but not when it also tastes of just milk. I took the latte back and they replaced it for a warmer one and at that point l, it was late, raining and really couldn't be bothered after that. I've had McDonald's before from here and other locations and usually it's fine but this was very poor. Hopefully just a one off and I could understand if they were really busy but they weren't. Now, I'm not a McDonald's connoisseur nor am I a regular user but, I expect hot food to be that and not at best warm. Make of this what you will but that's my experience.

Chip portion was not like normal and over greasy like chip shop chips... was 2 in morning after a trip to hospital.

Took the grandchildren for an afternoon treat. On arrival, all the self service tills were very busy. Brooke offered us to the till and promptly took our order. She also made sure everything was there for us. Outstanding service from Brooke.

Always a great McDonald's happy helpful staff, and the food and coffee are always pretty good

I came here after a long day at school to be met with the nicest service from a ginger lady called Beatrice. 10/10 first time getting all my food right and was extremely nice to me. I would definitely recommend this McDonalds and would come here again.

Almost always get the order wrong and staff rude! Go the extra couple of miles to thickthorn where you get great service and what you actually ordered

I went to longwater macdonald's today 22/9/21 and they put my Burger in the bag on it's side so all the filling fell out. And the chips were cold.... you need to do better!! However three weeks later and I received my burgers in a separate bag to the fries and the fries were fresh...... thanks for listening to your customers and improving....... I'm impressed 👍 keep the standards up..... called again and the standards have slipped again, not good 😞 called again on the 29th September '24 still cold soggy fries!! Come on sort it! We are paying our hard earned money to keep you employed! 😡

Why are flat breads so expensive when there getting smaller ???? McDonald's in retail parks used to be cheaper then Roadside one's but now there more expensive then services, I think there just doing it to line there pockets. Greedy Greedy Greedy

Came through drive through on sun afternoon they parked us , then clearly forgot about us as I had to go in and it was only then they started quickly cooking our mayos ! After waiting 10 mins outside already! Then the cheese burgers were cold x I suggest instead of manager being 9n fry station he put a team member on there and concentrate on getting orders out correctly he was totally unaware of many orders coming back and the ones that have been forgotten!

Always long wait times and always have staff mess orders up. Clearly they need to retrain or fire some staff for utter incompetence.

This was a quick nip into the branch at Longwater just outside Norwich. Empty at 23:30. Ordered table service. Really quick turn around. Only downer was that there were no milkshakes available, but that was hardly deal breaker.

On our way home from a family holiday & stopped in for lunch. Restaurant very clean & tidy and staff friendly. Order was all correct and didn't have to wait long.

To start on a high note my delivery driver names lee derick was amazing but the stupid workers got my food wrong absolutely horrendous 🤢🤮

sent strawberry oasis instead of coke

Delivery was late more than two hours and cold. Driver was on a bike so he clearly can be fast. Its called fast food for a reason. We are not happy at all and want full refund

My order was well over 2 hours. Over an hour and a half later than the origional ETA. Food turned up cold and to make it worse the driver sat outside for 2 minutes on his phone before i went out and asked him what he was doing. Absolutely shocking

to the minute and all items present and hot. An improvement on previous experiences.

I didn’t get the large fries or dips that I ordered. You have refunded the fries but no recognition of the dips? What am I going to have with my veggie dippers? They are dry as you can imagine. It happens too often. What is it with you guys? Just spoils the whole experience.

My actual order never arrived. The driver turned up late with a totally different bag of food. I did not accept it and have found JustEat’s reporting and refund process to be lacking in a big way. Disappointing all round.

20 min late, and for the third time missing food. how do you forget a whole happy meal, it took longer and was still wrong. oh and they sent a coke instead of a milkshake. pro tip get drivers to ask staff to check the orders or something because this is ridiculous

It took around 30 minutes to come. My drink was spilled and was half full and I also ordered 9 chicken nuggets with dips. I recieved 8 chicken nuggets and no dips.

One breakfast wrap meal and the double sausage and egg meal were both missing. How do we get our food?
