As usual McDonald's slow service

Got my mcdonalds delivered and it was fine until there was a ridiculous amount of egg shell in the double sausage and egg mc muffin. The hot chocolate was literally food colouring with water in it , absolutely appalling!!

This place is Notorious for serving COLD french fries and delay orders via drive true.. See for yourself…

Wrong order 3 times in a row. Not much more to say

Every morning you must wait over 10 min. For some one take your order.

Came to have breakfast. Restaurant was nice and clean but I was waiting for my food about 15 minutes in empty restaurant. Also spent about 5 minutes waiting until someone decided to take my order. So it’s food without fast

Good fast food cooked nice and perfectly presented. Didn't wait for my food so that's a plus. Nice staff on the day. Happy customer

Food okay, never have milkshakes

Foods took ages to be prepared, clearly so not understand the concept of fast food

No spoons for cold porridge, no soft drinks no milkshake, just bad management

It is what it is!! Fast reliable food with standard service!! Although they never have hot chocolate when I go!

Driver sat in her car in opposite house’s driveway for at least 5 mins, I had to go out to her in the end. Food was cold, most likely because of that

Terible to many times here I asked for a lemonaid and stupidly I got tap water wich is purposely done because its impossible to get tap water through the soda machine. Theyv left out food orders every single time I've gotten take away from here and the worst thing is I've bin given burgers that has some substance in the sauce that is not supose to be there and we have sent this food off to be tested. It is the most vile and discussing mc Donald's I have ever bin to. Shame on all staff and management working at this location

I didn’t receive the whole order

delivery was amazing! And the food but the drinks there’s something seriously wrong the water and spirite tastes like water and the coke be sprite has no fizz there’s something wrong with the machine

When Firsted order it said 20mins which then went up to one hour and when the food got here it was cold very disappointed

Ordered 2 apple pies and 3 ice creams. Driver arrived with only 2 apple pies. I told driver I could not accept an incomplete order. He took the apple pies back with him and told me to complain to Just Eat!!!

my son only received 2 nuggets in his happy meal , asked for a large meals hardly got any chips at all

Stone cold first time it’s happened in a while

the coffee spilled all over the food and the coffee was cold. I think that's probably down to it being delivered on a moped.

Got the whole order wrong, we want our actual order not someone else’s that we cannot eat

Why manipulate the system ? Apparently the driver was waiting for my order , gets delivered within five minutes , and the fries are actually cold and shrivelled… the burger room temperature. I mean if the driver is waiting for multiple orders this is ridiculous. Plus I love the fact they ask to leave a tip before it’s even delivered .Was it delivered on time ? , well of course when the wait time goes up by ten minutes every few minutes … always get delivered right on time …

We were there at lunchtime and it was very busy. Obviously there is a college nearby and it soon emptied. The food was hot and fresh.

Order shares mozzarella dippers and nuggets. None of the dipps inside: 2 salsa dip, 1 bbq dip, 1 sweet sour dip and 2 curry dips all missing!! I had enough of them not sending the dips on my orders!! It’s a recurring problem!! Enough!

Food was nice and warm had an item missing asked for a refund which I probably won’t get again.

Very busy and disorganised. The self service machines were not taking card payments, and the receipt printer wasn't working, so had to take number to till where there was nobody to help. Plenty of bodies around but all looked straight through you and didn't want to help. Customer service used to be paramount at McDonalds but now it's nonexistent.

Don't go very often. Food is always good. Staff are always good. Cleaning not up to scratch, too many kids being allowed to cause chaos & way too many flies!

This was my experience. I called past McDonald's around 10.30pm on my way home after a very long day, thought I'd grab a bite to eat and a drink. All went well ordering on the large touch screen and then patiently stood waiting for my order, after what felt like an eternity it came and like most I wandered neck to my car to enjoy my burger and the new twix latte. I opened my food and that's where it all started to go a little wrong. My FAST food was at best warm. The burger was only just warm enough to eat without it being horrid, the fries weren't much better and the twix latte, which could have saved this review was the ice cold. Now I like a cold coffee now and again but not when it also tastes of just milk. I took the latte back and they replaced it for a warmer one and at that point l, it was late, raining and really couldn't be bothered after that. I've had McDonald's before from here and other locations and usually it's fine but this was very poor. Hopefully just a one off and I could understand if they were really busy but they weren't. Now, I'm not a McDonald's connoisseur nor am I a regular user but, I expect hot food to be that and not at best warm. Make of this what you will but that's my experience.

Chip portion was not like normal and over greasy like chip shop chips... was 2 in morning after a trip to hospital.

Took the grandchildren for an afternoon treat. On arrival, all the self service tills were very busy. Brooke offered us to the till and promptly took our order. She also made sure everything was there for us. Outstanding service from Brooke.

Always a great McDonald's happy helpful staff, and the food and coffee are always pretty good

when I order hot food it's not unreasonable to expect to get hot food, our order arrived cold.

Order as late and then delivered to a different address as driver didn’t use the postcode. Food was then delivered after half hour of the driver calling me. The food was awful and cold, tried to re heat but tasted disgusting. Kids all went hungry and I had to prepare something else. Not happy with the service at all and would like a full refund please

I came here after a long day at school to be met with the nicest service from a ginger lady called Beatrice. 10/10 first time getting all my food right and was extremely nice to me. I would definitely recommend this McDonalds and would come here again.

Almost always get the order wrong and staff rude! Go the extra couple of miles to thickthorn where you get great service and what you actually ordered

I went to longwater macdonald's today 22/9/21 and they put my Burger in the bag on it's side so all the filling fell out. And the chips were cold.... you need to do better!! However three weeks later and I received my burgers in a separate bag to the fries and the fries were fresh...... thanks for listening to your customers and improving....... I'm impressed 👍 keep the standards up..... called again and the standards have slipped again, not good 😞 called again on the 29th September '24 still cold soggy fries!! Come on sort it! We are paying our hard earned money to keep you employed! 😡

terrible order. we had 2 meals and all chips were missing, food was all cold and horrible, plus the delivery time kept changing and we waited over 45mins for 2 burgers, drinks and cheese bites, not good at all!

literally awful didn’t want to answer the phone after they missed out half my order and the food was cold

I won’t be ordering from here again, I will go and collect it next time. 2 hours and it was still not on its way, my husband had to collect the order instead as our kids had waited 2 hours

Came through drive through on sun afternoon they parked us , then clearly forgot about us as I had to go in and it was only then they started quickly cooking our mayos ! After waiting 10 mins outside already! Then the cheese burgers were cold x I suggest instead of manager being 9n fry station he put a team member on there and concentrate on getting orders out correctly he was totally unaware of many orders coming back and the ones that have been forgotten!

Food missing from order, food which was in the order for burned and dry. Terrible as always...Don't use Longwater McDonald's. I only used this one today by mistake when I meant to use Thickthorn.

This was a quick nip into the branch at Longwater just outside Norwich. Empty at 23:30. Ordered table service. Really quick turn around. Only downer was that there were no milkshakes available, but that was hardly deal breaker.

Always get your delivery order wrong

Missing some chicken nuggets I know that it isn’t just eats fault however my daughter just had chips for her tea not overly happy
