McDonald's in South Norfolk

Was waiting an hour and a half for my food and it’s now cold

Burgers weren’t made with love, however they tasted amazing! And all extras and dietary requirements were made.. so thank you :)

The McFlurry was missing. Not impressed

very cold food, received 2 cokes instead of 2 milkshakes took 2 hours to deliver and complete wrong order even said on bag it was wrong order number so we called up and they told us to request a full refund

Driver drove past my house then took a further 15 minutes to get back to me food was freezing

Opition for free selects wanted to charge me nearly £6 when they should have been free so missed out on free offer not happy

both drinks had tipped over so everything was soaked and the hot chocolate cup was almost empty. The driver even told me the bag was soaked when he handed it to me!!

Hot chocolate had been spilled and leaked through the bag.

Food arrived 1 hour &25 minutes later all the food was cold all went in the bin worst service ever

A lot of the order is missing and the delivery Guy said not my mistake not my problem... rude. there is no options get the rest if the order, only a refund.

the drinks spilt everywhere, even on the food which was ina separate bag. the roll was also rather hard on around the edges

Order was cancelled after being 25 mins late so had to place the order again. When it did arrive there was papper in one of the burgers. Also, no straws.

The man that delivered to me was very joyful and bubbly and was pleasant to see him even this early in the morning, hope he has a great rest of his day

absolute joke order 2 x large philly burger meals and chicken selects and they only send out the chicken selects and nothing else ask the delivery person and he say they are short of products you will have to try and get a refund really great now ive got to wait and hope my refund request is approved

we received the wrong order. .. What I ordered fries, L tea, L cappuccino and apple pie. What I got L tea, L cappuccino and 3 cheese burgers.

every time you do this, never deliver the full items i paid for !!!!!

I didnt recieve my 9 chicken nuggets from my large chicken nugget meal So i only got fries to eat and i got to eat as i am diebetic

food was about what was expected, however every time I order from this McDonald's they forget something, usually a burger, always MY BURGER, I order for three people, and My food is always missing something, if I was conspiracy minded I would believe that someone in that restaurant is peeking through my windows as I order and deliberately taken my big mac out. please McDonald's, I just want to eat a full meal, if I've offended Ronald I apologize can I get an order withe everything remembered

took a long time to arrive, chips were completely cold and the burgers clearly had been made and then left for a while. delivery driver was nice no problems with him

Absolutely fuming, yet again you have messed up, paid for a big mac with NO onions but received one with onions, went straight in the bin, also paid for large fries but never received, how can you mess orders up when it is clear as day !!

delivery was good. Food was good, shame they can't put in the dips in thats you get with the nuggets.

Not happy at all with the order I placed I don’t pay near enough £20 to receive 2 burgers with just cheese and sauce and to top that of I didn’t receive my 2 milkshakes to get £5 credit considering this has happened before I don’t even want to give a 1 star

Much longer delivery time but the food was delivered hot for a change which was great. McDonald’s forgot our dips which was a shame especially as wanting to try the Minecraft nether flame dip!

Looking at the app the poor driver was waiting at the store over half an hour for it to be prepared. It was cold and stuff was missing. Driver got it to me quickly once he left so it must have been cold before it was handed to him

Absolutely terrible. Delivery driver was confrontational when questioned as to why he either didn't collect the rest of my order or stole the rest of my order when upon delivery items were missing from the clearly printed ticket on the outside.

Maybe longer of a wait time. Simple order but always have drivers waiting for ‘other orders’ food arrived stone cold where it’s clearly sat there ages whilst drivers are waiting for more

you keep changing the delivery time throughout the whole night, and when the food finally turned up it was stone cold. the driver even said he was late.

food was ordered almost 3 hours ago. slowest fast food ive ever had. do better

order never arrived waited well over an hour, kept trying to call but no one was answering the phone then 2 hours & 15 minutes after I ordered, the status went from preparing your order to delivered. it wasn't delivered & it stated it was delivered at 21:40 yet the time was currently 20:39!

Didn't receive food received ice-cream that was mush would not call it ice-cream and cokes and dips spent nearly 50 pounds and recieved no food great!! And it's not the first time it's happened! Had to wait also nearly two hours for the order to come

Food was cold, missing items and really complicated system. First time to use will never use again. Ordered for grandchildren as a treat as recent bereavement. Only consolation was that the delivery driver was really kind and helpful.

items missing raspberry and white chocolate pie i never complain and things are always missing but my mum has dementia and I helped her choose a dessert as she loves sweet things and it was so stressful explaining her pie wasn't there if you understand dementia you will understand my complaint is valid I am not happy spent alot of money as you will see over the years on this app
