Cold and under weight as normal

Got a delivery . Cold food . Missing items . No help on customer service

Went through drive thru, ordered usual, once got back to friends house. My coke had no ice and friends milkshake was ment to be a large but a third of it was missing. We so not appropriate paying for a large when it's not what we get. All young staff all to busy chatting to each other rather than paying attention to what there doing and also serving paying customers. We buy regular. It never changes. It's about time some one took charge and sorted this out

This McDonalds is tucked away next to some old unused retail units, it has a drive thru and you can pop in if you park somewhere else as no parking onsite. Service was good, with person who served us being friendly and cheery.

Absolutely disgusting place to be honest these lot are so rude don’t ever get your food right or it’s cold I called up and then we’re laughing whole place needs to be shut down disgusting place so horrible and needs to be cleaned

The place is ridiculous. Drive through there's no space for cars to get out hitting the curb trying to do a 300 degree left turn to get out... Ordered flurry's and there was barely any ice cream.... MC Donalds is atrocious go somewhere better and healthier!!

Very busy most times I visit. Lots of home delivery drivers. Service was OK. Wait is usually round 10 mins.

it's a fast food drive through if they get your order right - it's Mcdonalds if they get it wrong and you've driven away - it's McDonalds.

Upon entering, I was greeted with the warm aroma of chips – sorry, I mean fries – that could give any proper British chippy a run for its money. The queue was shorter than the list of English monarchs, and I advanced to the till with the speed of a Londoner dodging rain. I opted for the Big Mac, and let me tell you, it was more satisfying than finding a forgotten fiver in your coat pocket. The fries? Crispier than autumn leaves in Hyde Park. Overall, I’d give this McDonald’s experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It wasn’t quite a full English breakfast, but for a swift American import, it was a rather splendid affair.

Overall, the experience was good. Fast service. Wasn't too busy for the time of day I went, and the food was great. Came out hot and wasn't all over the box as I have found on previous visits. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, helped me take the trays over to the table. Very accommodating and was asking if I needed anything else, as I was with an individual with learning disabilities and in a wheelchair, they came over often to make sure we had everything we needed.

Ordered food on machine. Order was missing the chips and burger was cold. However place was very clean with staff doing a good job on that side of things

Cleanest McDonald's I've been in!

Every single time I have ordered from this place they forget the MAIN part of my meal. There's always a burger or something missing. I rang up and spoke to the manager and he promised forty pounds worth of vouchers to be posted and they never arrived. My honest advise is to NEVER order from here if you want a whole meal. It's not even like it's cheap these days. I spent nineteen pounds on a delivery order and none of it even showed up. APPALLING service.

Stupidly slow service. Staff seem to spend more time in the back arguing with each other than serving customers

Basingstoke, it is the only business left on the shopping park, therefore it looks a state. There is no carpark close by, it was always designed like this, but with the rest of the shops closed, walking to McDonalds has not been made easy with fencing blocking some footpaths

Watch out for out of date chicken masqueraded in chili sauce.

Every time you order they forget items, don’t put in dips, food comes undercooked. They are terrible compared to Leisure park

Very rude floor manager asked for sauce for 4 people only given 1 tub then ignored trying to get more . She then called me rude . Lol then i wondered is it because I'm black . Probably lol Anyways thanks for making me wait 5 mins just to get rude service good luck. But beware not so human people inside. Just silly all for food then she made me feel out to be like I'm in the wrong lol . £22 of breakfast and i can't even get Ketchup. Thanks floor manager. Really made me feel great at 9.00am Keep it happy - she wasn't loving it this morning.

These kids these days couldn't make a boiled even if the timer was correct.

Not an easy McDonald's to get around in to and that is in a car! Chips were soggy, when they are soggy they have been sitting for a while! Burgers were good and fresh because we asked for something without! It's ok.

Apparently, this is the philly cheese stack! Absolutely appalling effort and a disgrace. Things aren't cheap anymore, and this is acceptable??

When we got home after ordering my daughter sat down to eat her dinner and it was all wrong so she couldn't have any of it. Very disappointed. How can u get a whole order wrong.

Saw a rat sitting in front of my car whilst we were waiting for our order.

Was a drive-through collection. The McFlurrys are lovely as normal. But the 2 pies are a different story. The apple one had a bin time that had expired 45 minutes before & to my disgust, the double chocolate pie had a disposal time of almost 2 hours prior to my purchase. I am really unhappy with the quality this time. How hard is it to lppk at the time of disposal. And it's not the first time being disappointed by their quality. Have been given cheese in my birgers when specifically told im illergicto it. To the point of asking at the window if it was right.

Pop In most mornings between 6 and 7. All staff are very polite and friendly. One young lady in particular taking order. Always looks clean and tidy both inside and out. Friendly man working hard outside keeping things tidy

Grabbed a bite to eat here on way to gig. Very small car park here and small premises. Only one space for click n collect. Order took a while to come out but food was standard McDonald’s. Order on app and get the points as per usual.

No carpark... found it tricky to get in and out, by that time food was cold.

Like all other McDonald's sometimes is good sometimes is bad. Normally pretty quick to get food. No parking on site is the only pain really.

Had a small complaint, spoke to the manager who quickly resolved the issue. Top marks to Sandy and the team for doing an excellent job at McDonald’s Brighton Hill.

The service and food was appolling. We spent more than half an hour in the restaurant waiting for our food. There were so many delivery people waiting to collect their orders, that orders in the restaurant were left aside. Even when the food arrived, it was undercooked. The burgers were cold and dry and the fries were all white and had the texture of the raw potato. The only thing they got right was coffee and fizzy drinks. Would not recommend visiting this McDonalds if you are after a fast and cooked food.

Really nice,clean McDonald’s. It wasn’t very busy when I arrived on a Friday 8:30am. Literally received my food in a few minutes and it tasted great. Really tidy outside a well kept restaurant. Reason for 4 star is there is no onsite parking so you have to go to the main retail park and walk up a hill. There is one just up from the McDonalds but i don’t think it’s very safe to walk up there if you have young children or a push chair as there isn’t really a path. (See photos) There is however a drive through.

basingstoke retail park mcdonalds has drive through and eat in possibilities in the normal layout for modern mcdonalds stores. eylectronic or personal ordering possible, service was quick about 5 minutes, no more. the store was not empty nor crowded, just right for a good atmosphere. location handy for the A30. they made a small omission in the order which was immmediately rectified.

The delivery orders why missing 522 and 7609 report issued to deliveroo rider support. McDonald's staff 3 where chatting and not listening knock on count top. Manager request I didn't knock but trying to explain thier Staff where not responses. I will out Google review of experience. I will not get paid for my travel time or waiting time. The food is good whenever dining in usually no issues, delivery on the other hand on a multiple occurance theres items missing i only order again because i believe in second chances and mistakes etc but multiple times is ridiculous there shiuld be a system where when you put it in the bag you can highlight whats been done or something. Its just sad because i was looking forward to the food then have to keep requesting refunds for the missing items. I love mcdonalds but i hope deliveries improve.

Last 3 times I have been 15 min wait, park up, bits from Big Mac missing, next to no staff. Just do yourself a favour and go to town or leisure park

Drive thru and parking arrangements shocking - only two waiting bays but workers ask 5+ cars to park up at the same time. Food pretty poor even by Mcdonalds standards

Visited for dinner with my 2 children and mum. The restaurant was busy with families and the desk with delivery drivers. The lady clearing and cleaning tables, emptying bins was wizzing round, she didn’t stop the whole time we were in the store. She was interacting with the children, being generally bubbly and polite, unlike the rest of the employees who looked miserable. Lizzy you really did an amazing job.

Quick and easy food. The drive through was a little slow but no missing food when we got our order.

I am so hungry….so many mistakes with the orders and items missing and I will never use this store again.

Drive thru only and the exit area from the drive thru is the more dangerous than a live race track!! Ppl with large vehicles have no sense of spatial awareness of other vehicles exiting or driving past!!

Absolutely awful place between 7/12 there are hundreds of rats running around the place the staff are extremely rude and the food had bits taken out of it when we were handed it please for anyone else going here for personal hygiene just don’t

Incredibly slow, 1 hour and 20 mins from order till food was delivered!

Overall good, but just make sure you get what you ordered specially if you are allergic to anything and asked for any specific thing to be excluded.

Very busy with divlery boys have waited 25 minutes for food to eat in

honestly, I have never seen so many people in one kitchen conduct one simple task of getting food to a customer so slowly. I must of watched 8 people wander around aimlessly for about 5 mins before we were told to park up for 10 mins FOR ONE MEAL! It was like a circus

Came for breakfast, nice food! Outside was the very clean and tidy, no rubbish in the carpark.

Queued for drive through but it was so slow I gave up and went elsewhere.

The drive through was backed up considerably, so I decided to eat in. Not many inside the restaurant and I got my food relatively quickly despite the drive through queue. Lots of parking elsewhere.

The till wasn't working on the drive though had to go in to pay They were disorganized and slow and very bad service

Well it’s a Macdonalds nothing particularly interesting about this one other then it’s a vey busy drive through.

Basingstoke. Great staff excellent top quality food. Marks out of 10 ELEVEN. I wish you guys could come to Luton Gypsy Lane and teach then a thing or 12.

This Mac has drive thru a seating area and nearby parking can be used as this Mac is in St.michael Retail park.

Very disappointed with this not only has the price gone up the ice cream has gone down 🤷🏽‍♂️ not even half way in the cups should have checked before leaving these were the only things we bought and were not melted.

Visited today around 19:15, lots of cars in the drive through so parked up and went in store, ordered my food at one of those annoying machines, the waited, and waited, and waited, eventually after 25 minutes I asked where my order was, it hadn't been made! If I hadn't stepped up I would still be there now, too much time serving Deliveroo drivers, who have multiple orders that aren't ready together! Management messing about with the easy jobs out the back, no customer service for the people who actually make the effort to visit the restaurant, whatever happened to fast food???
