McDonald's in Wycombe

As usual Mcd. Not exciting atmosphere

Delivery time was estimated 20-35 mins when ordered. Took more like 90 mins.

Usually very good but food was tepid, and burger was overcooked, but otherwise nice.

Trying to understand why nothing was freshly cooked? Cold fries, nuggets tasted like cardboard and stale chicken mayo burger

Nothing missing and still hot so I am impressed!

Good got handed to someone who wasn’t me and stole the food. The code seemed to be required

Missing items and took far too long to deliver from a nearby mc Donald’s. Waited in ver 40minutes

The food was cold. The drink was empty. The driver was unprofessional and you may aswell come and pick it up and give me a refund you bunch of c@#ts

what happened to the drinks we ordered?

i order chickens select and i received something with chess

This order was Not delivered. I phone the branch, they confirmed order was picked up. System said it was delivered. Oddly, system doesn't have my flat number. I would like an explanation as well as a refund. This is NOT the first time this happened

Delivered cold, wt lukewarm coffee. This was ordered as earlier order didn't arrive. Don't mind late, but expect it hot. Two rubbish orders in one day. Not good enough, won't be ordering again.

Ordered many times and they always manage to forget something, ordered a Philly cheese stack, didn’t come, ordered a triple cheeseburger and they put no patty in it, need to have staff that know how to read and look at orders properly and definitely pack the bags properly as drinks and sauce end up everywhere.

Food needed a zap in the microwave. But that's to be expected.

Always double check your bag before you leave if you order takeaway - staff here apparently can't read the kitchen orders and always leave out 1 or 2 items

Food was cold no straw for drink either!! Useless

Ordered 1845pm didn’t arrive until 2015pm, despite order estimate time originally 10-20 mins, this just kept getting pushed back. Food completely stone cold and inedible. Fuming no food for family and paid £32 for inedible, inadequate food.

The whole order was wrong now I have to re order my food

order was for two chocolate milkshake not delivered instead two cokecolas was delivered not good enough.

Absolutely awful service and food stone cold. Initial time slot said 10-20 minutes, so I placed an order. Time slot then just kept getting pushed back until an hour had passed. Food then arrived stone cold. I tried numerous times to cancel the order as it was too late, but there was no option to do so.

My fries were cold because the driver didn't have bag.... And half of my coke was spilled in a bag... Not happy at all

I ordered this delivery for food as we are at work and ordered it around 8:30. The food turned up about 9:45/50. Wasn’t too pleased.

Not much to say, box standard McDonald's. The staff is nice, despite some of the clientele being difficult

The delivery man was so kind, he took some Christmas cards to post to the upstairs flats, as I couldn't manage the stairs!

As usual flavour was lovely but it arrived stone cold and one of the drinks had spilt inside the bag and was less than half full. surely its not beyond McDonald's ability to source a way keeping drinks upright and hot!!! puts me off ordering again especially as similar happened last time.

this delivery driver was absolutely outstanding went back to the store after discovering the order was wrong and came back and delivered the correct food try to find how to tip the driver many thanks to the delivery driver he deserves a Christmas bomus

The food was wet because the cokes had spilled, and the delivery time was unfathomable to me. How did it take so long for the food to arrive?- it was close to 3 hours so when the food finally was delivered it was very cold and the app time kept delaying and changing so we didn’t really have any idea when it was going to arrive. Worst experience with McDonald’s let alone the worst takeaway of my life, expecting a full refund, didn’t even get a reason why this occurred.

food cold. app is rubbish tells you driver was at McDonald's for half an hour. obviously they delivered several other people's before mine.

2 items were wrongly sent not what i ordered and didnt like what was sent . Cucumber in salad looked like the first stage of moulding so threw it away

Placed my order restaurant accepted the order gave me a delivery time that changed 5 times from 11.30 to 12.50 absolute joke and obviously the food was cold so not good at all

Want to preface by saying not the drivers fault. They were at the resturaunt for atleast a half hour. I ordered at 2pm and it didn’t come until about 3pm, it was on ‘preparing order’ for atleast 50 minutes and when it arrived it was freezing cold and awful

Food was meant to be here for 6:00pm then 6:15 then 6:30 didn’t come till 6:40pm food is freezing cold all of it

I can't even rate it. I ordered I got charged they delivered nothing. I called the Highstreet Branch spoke to the most useless manager who said call just eats and put the phone down.

Terrible guy just turned up with two orange juices from a £30 order

the food was so cold when it arrived and its not like I can heat it up as u can't reheat chicken! the burgers were not only cold, they looked like they were just thrown together rather than any care at all taken. the worst delivery I've had so far by a long shot!

Drink had started to leak so everything was wet, it was all stone cold (including the apple pie which I didn’t think would be possible!), chips were undercooked and dip missing. Not the first order we’ve had, and it’s never hot, but today was particularly awful. I won’t order again.

Is missing my chips from Mc Chrispy..is not the first time when the Mc Donalds forgot to put in my pack.the delivery is ok but people who make the package is not

the 2 muffins where stale to a point it hurt my jaw eating it . And was the worst I've ever had in my life so disappointed and on top of that the 2 large hot chocolates I had that was supposed to be large and was a regular in a large cup which was only half full. So paid extra for nothing. And get ripped off on that. So overall I have a good mind in complaining as that food was not to standard in anyway wots so ever. and the drive he was on time just and had to navigate him on the phone .

you need to rename the chicken we had, it's so spicy my 86 Yr old Mum couldn't eat it, and I like spicy food, but it was overly hot
