McDonald's in Wycombe

Slow moving queue, had to wait in car park, food missing.

The food is usually lukewarm whe it arrives but this time it was nearly stone cold.....was the rider given more than just my delivery to make or was the order made up before the rider even got to the restuarent

When the food was delivered 2 of the 3 drinks were on there side and spilt all over the bag and all the driver had to say was oh well. When we opened the food bag everything had to be heated up and you somehow got 9 nuggets meal wrong and sent a Philly cheese stack (not impressed) this is our first order as may be our last.

Worst McDonald's in Wycombe, staff are terrible.

Cold food and wrong drink sent. Requested a refund for the drink only and was refused by Just eat.

The whole order didn’t show up! The notification said picked up, on its way and delivered! But nothing was received! Shocking service!

Cold food, fewer fries than normal and my ice cream really melted ( outside is not hot to be so melted in 7 mins )

Chips were absolutely disgusting, we ordered 2 cokes but got 1.. ordered 1 muffin and got 2 🤷‍♂️

Ordered at 6.58, received at 9.14, with no option to cancel. Label on food says it was made at 7.04, arrived frozen and inedible. Ordered alternative food, hope to get a full refund. Absolute joke.

Second time i have ordered for here and missing my Mayo Chicken how hard is it to check all items are in the bag when it clearly is printed on a ticket? Also the food was soggy and cold.

the food was terrible the new burger has no flavour and the chicken big mac tastes totally different put the budget chicken pstties in instead of tge previous tempura totally miss sold also missing items

My drink was half spilled and my donut was wet from the drink

my order came it was completely incorrect I think it was someone else's order.... I sent the delivery driver away with it because I want my correct order.... what am I supposed to do in this situation? wait and see if he comes back with my correct order .? reorder it and pay a seccond time for the food that should of been my correct order in this first place? Missing 20 Nugget share box, how do you mess something like that up? Seems every time we order from McDonalds something is missing. Bring on the AI Robot workforce to replace humans I say, this won’t happen under a totalitarian, mechanical dictatorship

There was only 1 patty in the burger theres supose to be 3

Our food was stone cold. I'm a diabetic and I'm not well hence why I ordered food for the family as I had no strength cooking. Terrible having to wait that long for your food for it to come late and cold. If I drove I would have gone drive through.

Drinks were in the bag, literally, didn’t matter too much as had drinks already, couldn’t bring myself to complain as already had shoddy service from hotel and just didn’t need any more hassle to deal with

Missing item of 6 nuggets no way to get refund back. Also ordered large strawberry milkshake but the one that I have seems to look and taste like banana milkshake. Again no way to get refund back

Well let be honest. You don't come here too have a fine dining experience.. burgers and staff. Service is good if you get the little table number. Why stand 20 min when you can sit and let them take the food to you?? Food is bad bad bad for you.. but... once a month...let indulge yourself... miaoo..miaooo

We have received the right bag with the wrong meal inside. Ordered a Mcplant and received a mayo chicken plain and a Caesar wrap. I now have a veggie with nothing to eat!

Every time i order through Just Eat i never get what i ordered. It’s not that hard to double check the receipt to the address. It is not what i needed today especially since every food item that got delivered to me tastes horrific

it was never delivered. I called the restaurant and they said they were closing but the order was never taken even though it's been accepted on the app.

Just visited this restaurant. Fries were cold, offered ones from next batch. They never arrived . Chicken selects went cold while we waited. Asked for a refund, which the manager happily did as we stated we did not want anything else cooked. As what we had already would go cold again. Staff were friendly and polite. Bacon chicken tasted nice but looked a bit manhandled. Great choice. Order at kiosk available. Disabled toilet, accessible with a radar key

No orange juice. I also ordered a black coffee but received a hot chocolate. Because of movement in transit, the hot chocolate had leaked and the packaging was very wet around the food.
