Very quiet takes too long sometimes to get food but staff are nice

45 mins for food, didn't help the app crashed twice. Not sure if understaffed or undertrained. Emergency service worker close to me was waiting 30 mins for there order. Observed at least 2 customers return as there drinks were wrong. Food was lukewarm.

Possibly a conspiracy theory, but I noticed they seem to deliberately slow down / hold back handing out drive-thru breakfast orders from around 10:45 onwards, just to cause a queue of traffic that allows them to stop taking any more breakfast orders when there would've still been time. 😠 As soon as it hits 11:00 (i.e. lunch menu starts), then you'll see the queue of cars magically starts moving again. Coincidence? I think not! Either that or they're just really slow at that time of day. Probably this, to be honest. (Never seen this happen when going to the Filton one though.) Staff attitude is good, just slow.

Last week I had rated this place 4 star and now to 1 Star, due to irresponsible and poor service. Had to wait for 45 mins for order and the food received was not good. Com on macD don't distribute your franchise to any one who is misusing your name .

The worst customer service in the area and Manager rude.

We have traveled for holiday. Stumbled in to this mcdonalds for a quick meal. 30 minutes to closing the security guard has been creeping up behind while ordering our meal. He has been very unpleasant very intimidating while remind us of the closing time. Seemingly tired and not happy to be around. Which I get. However he kept looking at me while eating I guess to get rid of us. There was a bunch of others and he did walked up to others sending them out still 30 min before closing.

The food is always good cause it’s McDonalds but I swear every time I get it from here they mess up the order somehow mostly just putting stuff in the burger that I asked not to be put in but this time they gave me a whole different burger than the one I asked and for my friends burger a whole chunk of it was missing which at first it looked like someone took a bite out of it but fortunately they didn’t and there was no ice in our cokes and if they’re not gonna put ice in they should at least fill the whole cup and I normally wouldn’t complain about not getting ice but that mixed with everything else annoyed me so the workers should just pay more attention to the orders or something but again it’s McDonald’s so I don’t expect much just the minimum

The staff only got one item wrong this time, but the highlight of the visit was watching the cleaner, the guy manning the dining area go to take a burger from the kitchen window and to a table of guests, but stop behind a digital kiosk to sneakily remove the monopoly reward from the box and put it in his apron 🤣. He's obviously doing this a lot. The people at the table knew he'd took it but didn't want to make a fuss, so I mentioned it to the person who served us. By then, the guy had snuck off upstairs 😂. No idea if any action was taken but just be aware of the thieving cleaner.

Mcrispy didn’t have the extra bacon as ordered

No baby changing, could not get hot water for a baby bottle. Not impressed!

Cold rubber food chips were only half full drink was half full ice cream both warm and melted had to throw the whole meal away total waste of money very poor will report this to environmental health

We had to wait for ages and there was an angry lady yelling at people. They gave me the sauce (the one that’s the red one but isn’t tomato kepchup). No milk in tea, you have to ask them for it

Very bad service. Very slow had to wait long to get my order. Staff talking among themselves and manager doesn’t do anything about it. Lots of delivery drivers waiting to pick up their orders as well. This is the only McDonalds where I have faced this issue.

Very fast and corectly executed order (7 different menus).We arrived in rush hour (Sunday 13.15) with more than 15 orders before ours but got it ready in relatively quickly. Food typical McDonald's - no deviation from the standard.

Food was freezing cold I don’t know how you expect people to eat it I would be giving a bad review and won’t be ordering again.

Every single time I order from this place there is always something wrong with the order, I don't know why I haven't learned my lesson. Food arrives without sauces, almost always cold and today it was a philly cheeseburger - with no cheese. If you work in McDonalds and can't make a cheeseburger then maybe its time for a different career?

unappetising burgers covered in cheese sauce, inedible due to mot being able to taste anything else, soggy bun too. the mayo chicken was fine and the chips were the best part. very disappointed!

Friday night 9pm Waited over 20 minutes for eat in. Hardly any seating, dirty tables. Not many people waiting. Fries hot, nuggets just warm. Continuous beeping going off.

Very enjoyable meal in lmmaculately clean surroundings. Fast efficient service from very polite staff. Eat here at least once a week. Outstanding service from Hayley who always goes over and above, is always checking in with customers to help with anything they need.

Food didn’t show up to the right house

The courier was rude he was on the phone speaking with someone else on different language. I never wait food from McDonald’s more than 15 minutes. It was unacceptable to wait for the food an hour and this kind of fast food can’t deliver to a hour because it’s getting completely cold and also the ice cream what I wanted to try I couldn’t because the quality was like a water. I’m completely DISAPPOINTED today what is make me sad because I always order from McDonald’s.

None of the food was edible as all of the drinks were spilt all over the food! The bags were literally dripping!! 4 hungry and upset kids.

Worse McDonald’s the area. Poor service, the manager (reddish hair!) has a vile attitude she literally had no customer service skills. Staff seem completely useless and confused. If you are ordering a delivery change restaurant to a cribbs one because the orders are never correct from Bradley Stoke. And food is always needs reheating

Food came soaking wet because driver did not put the food order in a Just eat bag, so the brown bag McDonald’s put the food in was soaking all along the bottom and sides and through to the food,pretending to not understand me when I asked why isn’t it in the couriers bag and was very rude

Sent us totally the wrong order. Just Eat no longer has a direct contact or chat so trying to work out what to do was a pain. Had to reorder and then claim back the missing order separately. Not a good experience.

It's McDonald's, no service as it's self serviced. Atmosphere no music, production line restaurant that's not even a budget anymore.

We waited quite some time for the driver to set off from the restaurant. When the delivery driver finally arrived I had to go out to find the driver who had clearly made multiple drops en route. I found him sat in his car texting. He proceeded to give me my order plus another customers which I returned. Food was cold!!! £20 quid for cold food is not acceptable.

Car broke down with young family, ended up here, they were only open for drivevthrough, i just needed water so asked in the speaker and they ignored me because i wasn't in a car had to go all through the night without water.

I have started limiting how often I have a breakfast since losing weight, but was so disappointed that the past two visits I've asked for Bacon mcmuffin as a treat and ended up with sausage. (l don't eat sausages!😫) Unfortunately by the time I've got to work and ready to eat and noticed the mistake, it's too late to get a swap. I must remember on the rare times l visit to check my meal before leaving the drive through! So irritating 😔 Hash browns are always cooked well though👍

I never get any dips in the bag when I’ve ordered them. The food is often a bit cold. Today I got a few things in my order and I got 2 dips on my order. When I got home is when I noticed there were no dips once again! It’s only a tiny thing but really frustrating

Don't ever think you will get what you've ordered and paid for on delivery from these incompetent fools. Honestly, this restaurant is an absolute joke! Never again will we order off deliveroo from this branch. Total idiots can't get a simple order right. 1st time was a "let off", benefit of the doubt, but two times a charm. AVOID THESE IDIOTS!!!

delivered a completely different order. not one item was correct. delivery driver didn't take it back because he said theres nothing he can do. been to this mcdonald's a few times inside restaurant and delivery. i can honestly say it is the WORSE run mcdonald's in existence. dont know how its still open.

Restaurant quiet, staff helpful, food fine, standard McDonald's. Just overheard one team member complaining about her job.

First of all, it looks like it's a big restaurant, but it is tiny. From the outside, it looks like there's an upstairs, but that's staff only. Secondly, the terrible service. One of the managers is rude as hell. Always slow service in there. Then this... ordered for table service expecting it to come to the table obviously, worker kept shouting out order numbers, eventually after waiting for ages and realising it was ours, just sat on the counter getting cold, I went to the counter to collect, I said to the worker that it was for table service the worker pointed at our receipt to point out the order number?! Like I was the dumb one, they did not understand what I was saying as there was a language barrier when I was trying to explaining I wasn't listening out for our order number as we chose table service, they still kept saying the order number to me whilst pointing it out on our receipt!?

Yet another Uber delivery that has items missing. Ordered yesterday a kids meal, large chicken burger meal, two dips & two Mcflurrys. Firstly the food was cold & chicken was dry & over cooked. We were missing a orange juice (kids meal) both dips & both Mcflurrys. How can such a small order be missing half the items. My son has also had issues with wrong/missing items every time he places a delivery order. It's got to a point where Uber thinks he's pulling a fast one when asking for refunds. I suggest you have two people double checking every order that goes out, hopefully then if the first person doesn't realise half the order is missing then the second person will. I have contacted the store previously regarding missing items but was told there's nothing they can do & just ask Uber for a refund. Well there is something McDonald's can do & that's getting their act together. Start reading the poor reviews people are leaving & deal with these issues. Its not Uber's fault items are missing.
