Food was cold upon arrival, no heat atall and the chips had an entire pot of salt on them.

The drinks were spilled, this meant I had enough in 3 cups to make one full drink. The Big Mac was very cold. All in all a poor experience.

Very pleasant lady who delivered our food ,apologized for the lateness.

Tables or chairs dirty most of the time, security guard is a nightmare, unfriendly, keeps creeping up on people and doesn’t let you wear anything on your head whilst you’re inside and VERY slow service. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because the food is always good.

I used to visit regularly for breakfast with my granddaughter as she enjoyed sitting upstairs, they have now shut the upstairs until after breakfast, the downstairs has very little room and wherever you sit your basically looking at the line of customers ordering food , ive totally stopped using this restaurant now , its sad as its new and kept very clean and the staff were very friendly.

I was unwell after having food from here. Cold and stale. It was very pool. Very disappointed.

Today I went but was fast asleep not busy. Good friendly staff and efficient and got what I was expecting.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in their chain. They are constantly missing items from our many orders. I got so fed up with missing items from the Mcdelivery that I started to order the pick up and they still messed up the order. It's beyond ridiculous.

Twice I have not had milkshakes delivered. I don't want refunds, I want the milkshakes. I need a telephone option to make sure that they are then delivered.

Food was great with fresh fries and hot mcnuggets.When i went on the menu, I saw they didnt have books,which I didnt mind,so I got the toy option and when it arrived, I have a book AGAIN for the 2nd time this week. I am extremely dissapointed because since squishmallows are on offer,I was looking forward to getting a little squishmallows and they still don't have them on sale

Missing food from order. We live 5 minutes away max, I asked them to drop the burger off they were missing. Matt the manager i spoke to refused to take responsibility for the company and was just blaming the employees on shift. His attitude was horrendous and I asked for his line manager, I also asked for his employee code (not full name) to make a complaint, he refused to give it to me and then just hung up. I would like to take this further with a line manager for a resolution. I appreciate this was a mistake but the complaint has been handled horrendously, then hanging up on a customer to ignore the situation is absolutely unacceptable.

One of the worst McDonald's that I've been to. The main issue is how consistently slow they are, both in store and when using the drive thru. The location is also annoying as it is not accessible from the main road and you have to do pretty much a full circle of the retail park to get to it which wastes time. Would suggest they need a better manager to sort this place out and get the service up to scratch. Many McDonald's sites do much better than this. 2 stars as the food has always been fine and despite the site access not being ideal the actual location is quite good - it is the only one in this area.

Possibly a conspiracy theory, but I noticed they seem to deliberately slow down / hold back handing out drive-thru breakfast orders from around 10:45 onwards, just to cause a queue of traffic that allows them to stop taking any more breakfast orders when there would've still been time. 😠 As soon as it hits 11:00 (i.e. lunch menu starts), then you'll see the queue of cars magically starts moving again. Coincidence? I think not! Either that or they're just really slow at that time of day. Probably this, to be honest. (Never seen this happen when going to the Filton one though.) Staff attitude is good, just slow.

Drive through don’t park cars and end up holding up the other cars in the queue and food is always cold. Worse mcds I’ve ever been to

My issue at this mcdonalds is that it was built with no thought that a big lorry would need to deliver ingredients and bins would need emptying. So where do these vehicles park? Across the only 2 blue badge spaces!

Hi, What has happened to your Fries (Chips), they are so much skinnier now, unfortunately not as nice too. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SIZE FRIES (CHIPS), PLEASE. I've given 4* because the Milkshakes were great as normal, thank you.

Food is of a low spec, with no care taken in preparation! Generally the food is warm to cold when received.

Youngsters running the place, mostly boys, awful customer service. One young woman smiled at me & was the saving grace for our experience. Only reason for coming here was that Tesco cafe was closed at 6pm 😤 Very rarely eat maccie D's now & will continue to try & eat elsewhere.

It’s the second time in a row this restaurant has missed items off my order. Is it really that difficult to get it right..Both times the restaurant was not busy. A refund on the item does not cut it. Once again, as Bradley Stoke McDonald’s can NEVER get an order right, we received double sausage, bacon and egg McMuffin without egg… it’s not hard to get it right but at McDonald’s Bradley Stoke - every. Single. Time. Without fail

45 mins for food, didn't help the app crashed twice. Not sure if understaffed or undertrained. Emergency service worker close to me was waiting 30 mins for there order. Observed at least 2 customers return as there drinks were wrong. Food was lukewarm.

We have traveled for holiday. Stumbled in to this mcdonalds for a quick meal. 30 minutes to closing the security guard has been creeping up behind while ordering our meal. He has been very unpleasant very intimidating while remind us of the closing time. Seemingly tired and not happy to be around. Which I get. However he kept looking at me while eating I guess to get rid of us. There was a bunch of others and he did walked up to others sending them out still 30 min before closing.

The staff only got one item wrong this time, but the highlight of the visit was watching the cleaner, the guy manning the dining area go to take a burger from the kitchen window and to a table of guests, but stop behind a digital kiosk to sneakily remove the monopoly reward from the box and put it in his apron 🤣. He's obviously doing this a lot. The people at the table knew he'd took it but didn't want to make a fuss, so I mentioned it to the person who served us. By then, the guy had snuck off upstairs 😂. No idea if any action was taken but just be aware of the thieving cleaner.

The food is always good cause it’s McDonalds but I swear every time I get it from here they mess up the order somehow mostly just putting stuff in the burger that I asked not to be put in but this time they gave me a whole different burger than the one I asked and for my friends burger a whole chunk of it was missing which at first it looked like someone took a bite out of it but fortunately they didn’t and there was no ice in our cokes and if they’re not gonna put ice in they should at least fill the whole cup and I normally wouldn’t complain about not getting ice but that mixed with everything else annoyed me so the workers should just pay more attention to the orders or something but again it’s McDonald’s so I don’t expect much just the minimum

We had to wait for ages and there was an angry lady yelling at people. They gave me the sauce (the one that’s the red one but isn’t tomato kepchup). No milk in tea, you have to ask them for it

Very bad service. Very slow had to wait long to get my order. Staff talking among themselves and manager doesn’t do anything about it. Lots of delivery drivers waiting to pick up their orders as well. This is the only McDonalds where I have faced this issue.

Very fast and corectly executed order (7 different menus).We arrived in rush hour (Sunday 13.15) with more than 15 orders before ours but got it ready in relatively quickly. Food typical McDonald's - no deviation from the standard.
