An ok service station - bit slow with the coffee tho ☕️

Not much changes, OK for fast food, & toilet breaks, nice tidy car park, HGV parking can get a bit 'cramped'....might all change from 27.5.25 when HGV's get banned from 'OLD' 7 crossing.

Ok as services go. Fairly inoffensive. Friendly staff. Nothing to write home about otherwise.

Does exactly what a service station has to do. Not that large , but does that matter? I don’t know. Plenty of retail and food to enjoy

A quieter than normal service station because people tend to use the new Severn bridge. Always found it tidy

Confusing road layout with ridiculous system through the services, went to get air from the garage to find it was out of order. Only one air machine in the whole services!!!!!. Very disappointed. Had to ride all the way to the A38 to get air. Services very disappointing considering its one of the most used services in the West country

Clean toilets and friendly staff in the shop

Wouldn’t usually leave a review but we had such a lovely welcome from every member of staff, and the services was really clean and welcoming. For a small services, we were so impressed! Thank you

Quiet, small parking lot approx. 20-25 trucks can park, usually there are always a few free spaces. Burger King, Costa, WHSmith in the building. There is only one shower, but it is free, you have to give the key before use. Not a bad place, only 4 stars because the building is closed at night, the BP well next to it is open.

OMG what a complete dump!!! Toilets were absolutely disgusting, bloody Burger King, Costa both or WH Smith. You know you pay a little bit extra at a service station, but £3.99 or two for £6.00 what a rip off.

Poor service from Burger King who were getting meals wrong and seemingly not caring about the mistakes.

Perfect meeting place for bikers before heading across into Wales

Surprisingly quiet, smaller service station (I guess because most traffic now uses the newer bridge and this place serves the old one). Larger old service station looks like it is now used for other things. Enough parking, good access and also new and fast electric chargers. Burger King, small WH Smiths and Costa. Costa was a really good one, extra-clean and well-run, by nice people ☕🙂

Toilets were awful and burger king was warm at best so will avoid in future

I been bookt on travelodge there,realy dirty lots of mold on bathroom and that carpet stink like dogs was pee all over

This services is a disgrace … doors shut at 10pm so no welfare facilities despite there being no advertisement of this when you arrive. Hgv meal vouchers are useless .. can’t even be used in the wh smith , Burger King shuts at 7pm and costa has no food left at 8pm. Improvements here need to be made, or at least put on the motorway signs that these services are not 24 hours and give people a chance. Another Moto site going to ruin.

Showers would benefit from a bench but other than that very clean

9pm and the doors r locked. Says 10pm still got an hour so not good service. How u expect us Drivers to wash when ur locking up an hour early...

It's okay for a quick toilet stop but the retail and eating facilities are limited

I hate to give away my secret, but if you want a nice quiet motorway service station that's always quiet when I visit. Drive in, park next to door walk straight to counter at BK or Costa... no queues, no fuss. Other than that just like all the rest

Travelodge here is awful, shop is tired, toilets filthy, and no walk ways to avoid traffic

Very Poor Services Although parking is good for HGV'S access to the service building is closed after 10pm and doesn't open again till 6am .... no access to toilets and or hygiene facilities even though there is a sign on the door that states 'OPEN 24/7' HGV Drivers have no choice but to use service stations for facilities at least make sure they are open at times stated on the doors or allow access for drivers. NOT GOOD MOTO !!

Although tiny in comparison to most motorway services it had all the services you would expect. Top marks as it was clean and tidy, and all staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and again none of the litter you can find at similar places. The old services were very grand with the Severn Bridge viewpoint - worth walking to if you have the time and the weather is fine.

Pleasant staff, very clean and welcoming

First off no bus or coach parking which meant having to park with the lorries (annoyed some of them!) Followed by the early closing time compared to most other services. Nothing worked out stopping here!

What an absolute dump of a place! Poor toilet facilities, Costa is an untidy mess with no stock, Burger King not much tidier either. The whole place needs knocking down and starting again. Moto managers need come come and look for yourself! Definitely one of the worst services in the UK.

A quiet place for a weekend break.

Easy parking access for the wheelchair. Users will chair usable toilets, food, petrol, plenty of accessories.

At 21:30 refused to give me shower key. The guy from WH Smith said the shower is closed between 22:00-06:00. When o said the time is 21:30 not 22:00, he said "I decide when I close, not you". So rude... My money for parking is good.

Not much to say about the services but it was clean in the toilets and clean throughout only 2 shops on site but i got what i needed

Still labelled as the 'Severn View' services but there is no view from here. It's a small and grotty looking service station.

Being a truck driver have been to lots of services i can easily this by far the worst of the worst had to park over night 04.10.24 the two gents toilets one was broken the other had poo and god knows what allover the floor discussing good job the garage had toilets had a burger king which was just warm the services in general are old and tired needless to say I won't be going back there unless hell freezes over had to give one star so i can give a review

Very very quiet small services. Just a Costa and Burger king. So quiet that I was the only customer at BK. Had to wait for my burger to cook.

Held together with old blu-tak. Try and find a different service station if you're needing a toilet break.

Stopped in there for a break and coffee. It was reasonably quiet and had all of the facilities.

Re parking. Living locally but wrong side of bridge. It's a shame annual permits are not available for local residents. Windy weather closes the bridge. Why can't we finish our journey walking home and collect our vehicle the next day?

French urinal standard toilets, unclean, smelly and a fly haven

I do not recommend !!!!!! Toilets and showers closed at 10 p.m. The service was mediocre. Parking as you can see.

Absolutely a waste of journey time. Avoid ! Step back into the 80's and enjoy the relief of having a wee stop (wouldn't advise anything else in the graffiti adorned cubicles) and leave the poorly stocked excuse of a W H Smiths and cramped Costa to those travelers that are in desperate need of nourishment. Personally I'd sooner wet myself and go hungry.

Worst services I've ever been to. Unclean toilets, no paper. The wife reports the same in ladies. Utterly awful

SNAP. Parking for 40 spaces. Only 2 toilet stalls.

PUT ENTRY AND EXIT SIGNS UP. The place is a damn maze

Everything here (shops, food, fuel and even a travel lodge).... just needs to be modernised and tidied up a bit (roads and grounds). Visited specifically to see bridges but due to totally overgrown bushes and shrubs.... unable to get a good view!!

I stopped here to use the facilities and this was my first visit here since the newer Severn bridge was opened. It would appear that there has been little improvement since then either. It is clean enough, but it is also all old and tiered. There isn't much here, but you can get coffee and something to eat. Stop if you need to, it has what you need.

Public areas strewn with litter & ladies toilets an unhygienic mess. Visited on Sun 18/8/24 at 5pm.

Not much an a options. Ev charging available. Burger King and Costa . Toilets. That's it.

I have serious concerns over the hygiene at this services. All bins overflowing and litter everywhere.

It closes at 10pm. There isn't even access to toilets. A number of cars stopped whilst I was there, to use the toilets!!

Worst services I’ve ever been to in my life! Enough parking for around 40 trucks yet there is one pokey little toilet with 2 toilet cubicles which are minging! 2 sinks and one hand dryer for 40 trucks! Plus the cars… oh and one shower! To top it off they are only open from 6am till 10pm so no chance of using the toilet and brushing your teeth in the morning!! Never known a services that isn’t open 24hrs, doesn’t cater for trucks at all yet they will take ya money! Oh and there is no Severn view like they advertise! But you are parked next to a noisy travellers site 🤦🏻‍♂️ AVOID!

A small service station with toilets, a Costa Coffee branch, WHSmith and a few other restaurants that aren't always open.

Went today and it's all boarded up and closed. Petrol stati8n was inly thing still running

It's pointless it being there if it's not 24hr close the dump down

Clean and good service from Costa Coffee staff.

A old but still serviceable (excuse the pun) service station to use the toilet, get a coffee, some food and have a break. Certainly not like new ones with a lot of shops but if you need a break and some food, it's perfectly fine.

Very small. The Costa was good.

Great place to be near an aerial drone take-off area with 2 hours of free parking.

Burger King was great. Access and exit routes could do with better signage

Quite a nice service. Lots of places for passenger cars, about 20 places for truck sets. Illuminated, clean and safe. There is a small shop in the building, Burger King, Costa, clean toilets and a shower. Electric car chargers in the parking lot. Cost 26¢ with a food voucher. The only downside is that the building is closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Nevertheless, I recommend it!

Handy tucked away motorway services and quieter as a result! Small shop, cafe and plenty of loos. Would recommend.

Clean and fresh great service and caring friendly staff

Just over the Severn Bridge from Chepstow. Have stayed here quite a few times, use it to break up journey when visiting Cornwall. Lovely comfy beds, nice friendly staff and, they allow pets....not just dogs.

Relatively peaceful small motorway services, but has all the facilities needed. I was waiting recovery so spent slightly longer than usual at these Services. There are currently more charging spaces allocated than there are charging points.

Small service station by the old Severn crossing. Seemed clean and tidy and has the required facilities. Plenty of free parking.

Very small shop, we wanted a bottle of water, all they had was strawberry flavoured. It was a very small shop and the "dog park" was next to the road and was more a small picnic area.

Great location but expensive rooms for clean but basic accommodation

Several times now the cleaner will not allow use of the shower as he has not cleaned them even though he keeps the keys to them in his office and stays in there I was told today they wouldn't be open for 45 minutes. He opened the door to the shower to show me it and it was clean .very rude man who doesn't want people to use them so he doesn't have to do his job

Lovely little services with very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing views over the Severn Bridge! It's a shame the viewpoint is so hard to find. I had to ask a very helpful lady in WH Smith who very kindly pointed us in the right direction
