PUT ENTRY AND EXIT SIGNS UP. The place is a damn maze

Everything here (shops, food, fuel and even a travel lodge).... just needs to be modernised and tidied up a bit (roads and grounds). Visited specifically to see bridges but due to totally overgrown bushes and shrubs.... unable to get a good view!!

I stopped here to use the facilities and this was my first visit here since the newer Severn bridge was opened. It would appear that there has been little improvement since then either. It is clean enough, but it is also all old and tiered. There isn't much here, but you can get coffee and something to eat. Stop if you need to, it has what you need.

Worth the short walk to voew the severn bridge

Public areas strewn with litter & ladies toilets an unhygienic mess. Visited on Sun 18/8/24 at 5pm.

Not much an a options. Ev charging available. Burger King and Costa . Toilets. That's it.

I have serious concerns over the hygiene at this services. All bins overflowing and litter everywhere.

It closes at 10pm. There isn't even access to toilets. A number of cars stopped whilst I was there, to use the toilets!!

Worst services I’ve ever been to in my life! Enough parking for around 40 trucks yet there is one pokey little toilet with 2 toilet cubicles which are minging! 2 sinks and one hand dryer for 40 trucks! Plus the cars… oh and one shower! To top it off they are only open from 6am till 10pm so no chance of using the toilet and brushing your teeth in the morning!! Never known a services that isn’t open 24hrs, doesn’t cater for trucks at all yet they will take ya money! Oh and there is no Severn view like they advertise! But you are parked next to a noisy travellers site 🤦🏻‍♂️ AVOID!

A small service station with toilets, a Costa Coffee branch, WHSmith and a few other restaurants that aren't always open.

Went today and it's all boarded up and closed. Petrol stati8n was inly thing still running

It's pointless it being there if it's not 24hr close the dump down

Clean and good service from Costa Coffee staff.

A old but still serviceable (excuse the pun) service station to use the toilet, get a coffee, some food and have a break. Certainly not like new ones with a lot of shops but if you need a break and some food, it's perfectly fine.

Great place to be near an aerial drone take-off area with 2 hours of free parking.

Burger King was great. Access and exit routes could do with better signage

Quite a nice service. Lots of places for passenger cars, about 20 places for truck sets. Illuminated, clean and safe. There is a small shop in the building, Burger King, Costa, clean toilets and a shower. Electric car chargers in the parking lot. Cost 26¢ with a food voucher. The only downside is that the building is closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Nevertheless, I recommend it!

Handy tucked away motorway services and quieter as a result! Small shop, cafe and plenty of loos. Would recommend.

Clean and fresh great service and caring friendly staff

Just over the Severn Bridge from Chepstow. Have stayed here quite a few times, use it to break up journey when visiting Cornwall. Lovely comfy beds, nice friendly staff and, they allow pets....not just dogs.

Relatively peaceful small motorway services, but has all the facilities needed. I was waiting recovery so spent slightly longer than usual at these Services. There are currently more charging spaces allocated than there are charging points.

Small service station by the old Severn crossing. Seemed clean and tidy and has the required facilities. Plenty of free parking.

Very small shop, we wanted a bottle of water, all they had was strawberry flavoured. It was a very small shop and the "dog park" was next to the road and was more a small picnic area.

Great location but expensive rooms for clean but basic accommodation

Several times now the cleaner will not allow use of the shower as he has not cleaned them even though he keeps the keys to them in his office and stays in there I was told today they wouldn't be open for 45 minutes. He opened the door to the shower to show me it and it was clean .very rude man who doesn't want people to use them so he doesn't have to do his job

Lovely little services with very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing views over the Severn Bridge! It's a shame the viewpoint is so hard to find. I had to ask a very helpful lady in WH Smith who very kindly pointed us in the right direction

I recently stopped at Moto Severn View on my journey and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and facilities provided. Rubbish place. Closes at 10pm every day so nowhere to use the toilet. Even the petrol station doesn't have a toilet.

Used to come here as a kid for a day out. Ah, simple times. Anyway the staff are friendly and the place is clean.

Staff at WH Smith was absolutely horrendous , rude, ignorant. Just because I am truck, driving They think it’s okay to speak to us like rubbish After paying nearly £30 for the park in the car park. Use a dirty showers Staff needs to be trained in customer service .1900 01/ 03 /24

Clean quite and perfect place to stop

Went to both Burger King and Costa. Costa was expensive like other service areas so glad I had a free drink in my app. Beautiful place to sit outside when the weather's nice.

Another service which shouldn't have a name service. Shame Moto calls this service, there is even no toilets 24h.

Tomahawk Steak was tough in places and quite a lot of sinew. Rump and fillet steaks others in our party had were better, Overall a three as other people's meals were better than mine, but I I'd avoid the Tomahawk.

A good number of fast chargers which is good. Toilets and showers also good. WiFi is not working - not good. Food options are very poor just BK or Costa. If I didn’t have to charge I wouldn’t stop here.

Small services but everything you need is there. Grid Serve Charge hub is an added bonus for us.

That's place no clean all toilets is very very badly and a stuff asked me last 2weeks did not clean... what's happened that's morning time so many people coming hear take brkfst...it's very very bad

Signage not good otherwise all good

By far the worst service station I've ever been to. Quite frankly it is a complete dump. The worst part is the staff. Completely ignored by a woman in the shop when trying to pay. It was late at night, she looked up at me whilst I was queuing, and then just looked down and carried on doing her paperwork for at least another minute. She then didn't even speak to me when she served me, not even when I acknowledged her. Other times I've been in there, every staff member looks like they'd rather be facing the firing squad. Awful place, miserable people, and terrible management.

Services not bad at all I've been in worse places in the country but this one look decent and clean. WHsmith and Costa for basics. I used shower,had a coffee break and ppl working here are very polite friendly and professional so I would recommend it if you need a break. Thx guys! Absolutely the worst and depressing, soul destroying place on the earth.

This dump needs an overhaul. Visited yesterday, only two toilets which were full of 💩🤮, only one out of three burger king self service machines working, painfully slow service, WHS had no food once again, large TV outside still broken with half arsed picture, Costa always quiet but that's probably the prices. Best to head a bit further down to Magor, much nicer.

There is no view of the Severn from the services. An insurance company has taken over the land and building. It's now 'Moto No Severn View Services'

So where’s the view of the Severn? Nothing wrong with the coffee, but the ‘view’ is the car park & NOT the River Severn. Feels like the name is a con. Sorry.

Not a bad little service station. Does what you need it to do. Lush little walk up from the car park to see views of the estuary and the bridge to Wales.

I would give zero stars if I could. Shockingly bad. Very poor facilities: female toilet out of order (luckily there was another one at the fuel station), male toilet beyond filthy; one tiny WH Smith with minute selection at extortionate prices. General feeling of negligence. Avoid at all cost!

Stopped there twice, times on the restaurant openings are wildly incorrect. They close all the restaurant stuff at about 8pm even though it says 10pm on the website.

It's a service station with no Severn View from what I couldn't see !!

They say there are showers. But there is not. The shower in the male toilet was locked. Went to look for the attendant and he could not be found. Very disappointed to say the least.

The advantage of this service station is to have a number of EV charging stations.

Small place really. Short staffed burger king; can't understand how I blew £28 on a quick meal for two tbh!

Its just OK.... Staff at BK sat in the restaurant glued to their mobile phones and looked at me as if having a customer was inconvenient, doing it again towards another as I sit here having my coffee. Don't expect an enjoy your meal or have nice day from this miserable bunch.

Usual high prices but tiny old school services, very quant, walk up to where the original service station was to the view point over the Severn estuary and both m48 and m4 crossings

Basically the GPS took us miles away from the M4 just to find what at best is a petrol station! Nothing else. Stay on M4 if you're travelling East and visit one of the decent Services available.
