Subway in South Gloucestershire

Can you please train them better as most of the time i get the wrap cold and the chesee does not melt...can you please train them for the 5th time evrything cold, its ridiculous, they dont even know what they doing, and most time i spend 18 quid

Can you please train them better, i have been asking for 2 wraps and 1 foot long, they cant even wrap it up properly and was extremly cold been asking the girl to put 45 seconds on the wrap and she put 15 seconds, seriously, ...and then ask her again and stil 15 seconds , plus i have spend on the food about 18 quid l.

Constantly running out of gluten free bread. I have been here multiple times and 4 out of 5 visits I was unable to order to this. The containers were dirty and mixed ingredients, crumbs all along the prep area, using the same knife to cut open different breads and a second knife being used to cut the sandwiches when done, without being cleaned in between sandwiches. Tables dirty and crumbs all over the floor. This is a regular occurrence.

Food was standard, always decent, but the time it takes to get served is painful, time I got served my lunch break was over.

Staff needs more training definitely.

Very slow service. There was only one customer and they ignored me making me wait. I will not return

As far as Subways go. This one is actually really good. All the staff are super friendly and actually care about that you can use your vouchers for a discount. The eating floor is very clean also. I've only ever had a (former) Tuna Kahona sandwich made too messy to eat and Subway have since removed that item and updated it to make better to eat. It's also fantastic Subway now serves CocaCola brand drinks and not Pepsi anymore. Overall this is a really good Subway.

I arrived at 9.40pm Shop closes at 10pm Not serving as Akil is cashing up the till. Why advertise you shut at 10pm? Told him I would leave a review.... Whatever carry on. Nice response.!

ordered it for delivery, only received part of the order and was given the wrong drink have tried to call multiple times but no answer

My last sub there Was cold, service verry slowly and old bread maket night before as I have more then 11 years worked on subway in 3 diferit countries I can say I'm expert, I still don't se any subway employees making a proper sub putting the perfect portion and sauce and service since 2006

Very slopy service by two young lads who looked like they don't want to be there. Please someone give them training on the amount of meat, cheese and veg slices to put on sandwiches.

Visited a few times over the last 2 weeks. The waiting time here is often very long given the number of customers in the shop. A queue of 4 people can lead to a 10-15 minute wait despite there being three staff members on - far longer than other branches. Staff are polite and friendly, but the branch does not seem especially efficiently run or well managed.

Pathetic. Four of us turned up at 19:45, greeted by some unusual looks from the staff 15 minutes before closing. After an awkward wait we were told we could only be served a cookie because they were “2 minutes” from closing. We were all quite annoyed but none of us could be bothered to argue which we regretted a few minutes later. From outside, we saw what appeared to be a shouting match between the staff team and two customers - and it looked like the customers got more food than just some cookies after their exchange. I’ve been in situations at my work where customers arrive not long before close and everyone just wants to go home but as nearly all work places know, you serve customers until you close - I’m sure everyone at Subway would expect the same if it were the other way around. Getting served before closing time shouldn’t take a heated argument. Overall from what we witnessed, customer service was non-existent and the branch stops serving whenever the staff can’t be bothered. If you want a Subway before 8pm on a Sunday, go to Fishponds… unless all you want is cookies.

Usually very good but lately every time I gk for a coffee the machine isn't working. Really don't want to go there any more. How can it not be working for at least three months

Easily the best Subway I've been to. Always clean, friendly and their salad boxes are 10/10. Hats off to the manager running it
