Delivered wrong order again ! Do not order from them !

Cold and missing 3 of the 4 items ordered

We have been charged and it says delivered but we haven’t had a delivery.

most if the order was missing and the food which did arrive was clap cold ..full meal missing burgers missing no free nuggets and no dips for the 20 nugget share box this order and service was diabolical

Toilets still out I order, been over a month! 1 disabled for whole restaurant.

The food was cold and the delivery drive was very rude and argumentative. He has spilt the pop all over so had no drink.

Called in for a breakfast double sausage and egg mc muffing meal what a mess the burger was we got two meals at the drive though and left drove off not noticing both rappers where covered in grease not very appetising at all need to up your game as to im done with Mc Donald's

food arrived cold, the bacon in one of the burgers was under cooked, chips were cold and undercooked, very disappointed with the food for the cost. will not be ordering from them again

Kept changing the delivery times, when the food arrived it was flat cold, completely inedible

I have schedule a order for 11pm got delivered by 10:30pm. so that means i will have a cold food and a watery drink.

the driver spilt both drinks so the food was soaking wet, he blamed it on the staff

It's a McDonald's. Food is what you'd expect in a fast food joint. I did have the £5 deal which seemed good for the price.

Big Breakfast order, for the first time in years , correct order and it was piping hot. And the hash browns wernt soggy. It also came relatively fast.

Order delivered with just the drink, not happy at all. Driver just said it was my problem. So quick to get back in the car. Not good at all, won’t order again.

Unbelievable! Ordered 4 burger meal deal. 2 burgers missing, other 2 tepid. Fries cold. Chicken was ok. This McDonalds don't care. Actually sent the sauces for once... which they haven't in the past.

The fries AND the nuggets were so cold but to the point of actually tasting so stale. It was actually such a disappointment. And the milkshake had tipped over and had spilled everywhere. So gutted as my babies were so hungry after travelling.

NO MILKSHAKES! ! Place is crawling with bugs/flies!

Don't buy your coffee from here it will be luke warm or even flat cold 4 times this week we have called and all the coffee is cold should have got the hint when the second one was cold to go somewhere else,mcdonalds you need to get new coffee machines don't have this at your competitors greggs who are warmer more friendly and cheaper and better tasting, if your getting a drink beware try it before you leave or you will be disappointed .

Food was "being prepared" for over 30 minutes, everything was freezing cold by the time it was delivered, ridiculous.

The driver refused to give me my food n drove away. After I gave him order number and last 4 digits of my phone number. I’ve come up to the McDonald’s n they are currently preparing my order again. And have checked and it says the driver has put it down as delivered. Which is untrue.

Ordered to eat in, food took 30 minutes to arrived, not exactly fast food. They should really reconsider the decision to accept online orders as they're unable to cope with the demand at certain points.

Most of the order was missing, its getting to be a 50/50 chance as to weather your order is correct when it is ordered from McDonald's. Not Good.

What more can I say, super efficient as you would expect from a fast food outlet like MacDonald's. Plenty of car park places so no worry there. The place has places where they can bring your food to you in the car or even to the table if you want to eat in.

Today was possibly the last time I order from this one, as today they messed up the order and passed the blame to uber eats even though the order was placed direct through the McDonalds app, therefore they receive the order direct and do the packing, last time it was clap cold and this time ordered 2 meals and they didnt pack one of the actual meals just the hash browns and the hot chocolate which was basically brown water with a hint of chocolate and it wasnt even hot!!!! And trying to report a problem through the mcdonalds app is like pulling teeth in the dark

McDelivery order always wrong We have ordered 3 times and each item wrong. First time missing a happy meal Second time sent single cheeseburgers instead of double Third time ordered two McMuffin meals and only sent one. It seems the people packing the delivery orders do not care what goes into the bags as they do not have to speak to the customers

Everything was fresh the chips were fresh and perfect the burger was beautiful the drinks were ice cold and refreshing the ice cream was lovely the wrap was amazing fresh and tasty would highly recommend again

I was refused access with my service dog. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW. I depend on my dog to keep myself alive and give me independence. I forgot my lunch at work and popped in to grab a meal (for takeaway) and was told I needed to leave as no dogs were allowed in. I calmly explained that he is necessary to detect my seizures and he has legal access rights as my medical assistance dog. The young till worker was very apologetic and did offer to bring me my food outside. I re-explained my legal right to have my dog with me and was told this was managements decision not his. I went outside because I didn’t want to make a scene but I was incredibly upset. Since when does a McDonalds manager override the UK law? Deeply dissatisfied

The Mcrib was very disappointing for £5.00 you can get rustler BBQ rib for £2.00 which is a lot better and taste nicer I will not be getting one agen 😞

From ordering it to delivery it took approximately 1 1/2 hours. When the food arrived it was all clap cold and the McFlurry had totally melted. There also appeared to be no choc chips or caramel sauce on the ice cream. Total waste of money as it all had to be heated up which then spoilt the quality.

Food was stone cold. The stickers on the box (as this had special requests) suggest the burger was made at 17:54, but not delivered until 19:06 so it sat around for an hour. Really poor service from Just Eat and food should not be made until a driver is heading to the restaurant.

ordered food at 5.20 and it didn't arrive til nearly 7.10 and it was cold. did a complaint and received just under £4.00 refund.

No sauce given that I ordered. I ordered sauces with the nuggets and the mozerella sticks and none came. The meal was cold.

We get food from here every 2 weeks, you need to check for missing items before you leave as frequent mistakes happen. Fortunately the mistakes are easily dealt with when pointed out though. Food is standard for McDonalds, what you'd expect.

if you plan on going to mcdonald’s late at night, go to different location, every time i’ve visited no matter the time after 5pm, every. single. order. has been wrong, no matter what you order it will be wrong. don’t even bother wasting time here

dont normally have an issue but tonight..the driver obviously had multiple orders to deliver..which is fine if u are top of the list..but when you arent and you are sat watching your food ho on a trip round Morley before the 5+ miles to your house then thats just a joke

Always a good stop off McDonalds on the way into Wales. I usually stop when I’m on the way for work, and also stop if we are on a holiday drive too. Never had a bad experience here.
