Missing dips for nugget, joker's

food took a long time to get here with the time being oushed back constantly, when it arrived we had the wrong order our drinks were spilled and all of our food was clap cold terrible service from start to finish

Food was flat cold and had to go in the bin as it wasn’t edible. Took on too many deliveries and watched as the driver took over 30 mins to deliver to us after going to other stops.

No sauce given that I ordered. I ordered sauces with the nuggets and the mozerella sticks and none came. The meal was cold.

Didn’t pack half my order! Very frustrating when you have kids expecting their chicken nuggets!

Did not receive my order and did not like what had been delivered to me

Why don’t they ever read the notes! I asked for the burger plain only cheese you know there’s allergies

The chicken selects weren’t fresh, they were hard and stringy, like they’d been warmed up. Normally are lovely but not today 🫤

Very disappointing. Ordered philli chilly cheese stack. No salad ,cold and tasteless. The fries were cold too and tasted like then had been sat a while. At peak time of the day,everything should be fresh!

Missing item from order, there needs to be stars for accuracy of order not just quality and delivery .

The food was absolutely cold! Fries were old, literally old, they weren’t cooked today! Unable to eat it, delivery driver refused to take it back so had to throw it away!!!!!!!

We get food from here every 2 weeks, you need to check for missing items before you leave as frequent mistakes happen. Fortunately the mistakes are easily dealt with when pointed out though. Food is standard for McDonalds, what you'd expect.

if you plan on going to mcdonald’s late at night, go to different location, every time i’ve visited no matter the time after 5pm, every. single. order. has been wrong, no matter what you order it will be wrong. don’t even bother wasting time here

dont normally have an issue but tonight..the driver obviously had multiple orders to deliver..which is fine if u are top of the list..but when you arent and you are sat watching your food ho on a trip round Morley before the 5+ miles to your house then thats just a joke

Ordered a Big Mac meal to take out for work. When I got back to site (0.3 miles) the fries were cold, I mean cold. No lettuce or onions in the Mac, but literally smothered in cheese. Not going again, I’ll be doing a pack up for tomorrow.

Always a good stop off McDonalds on the way into Wales. I usually stop when I’m on the way for work, and also stop if we are on a holiday drive too. Never had a bad experience here.

disgusted and appalled. order took over an hour to arrive. and despite ringing up to make sure they would put ice in the drink and give us the dips, they didnt bother! half the drink was missing too. disgusting

My food just arrived freezing cold! No sauces no straw and to top it off you don’t even answer the phone when trying to contact you!

Food was luke warm, looks like it wasn't kept in a thermal bag by the driver. At least you got my order right this time!!

I got my delivery on time but they missed all the sauces and didnt give me a item i ordered yet i still payed for it.

Fries were cold, mc flurry missing and only half of banana milkshake delivered. Very poor service when usually spot on. No straw either so makes me think did the driver drink my drink!?

Crap service by manager. Went a year ago, gave us less than half a McFlurry in the tub. Wouldn’t go back

No chicken nuggets in my 3 for 3 meal- not on, sort it out

Somehow they always manage to mess up your order. No dips or no fries, or the entirely wrong meal. The last 5 times I've been here, there's been something wrong with the order, probably just going to stop going here full stop.

Dippers should be called someone else if you never send the dip it self

Ordered via the McDonald's app from this store. Was ordered in the car park but when we went in we never got our order. Raised this with staff and the team leader/manager (white shirt) didn't listen to us or his staff, who said it had happened on a previous order. He was very rude and argumentative. He wasn't willing to listen to me, my wife or his colleagues. The order went to Morley, 3 miles away and he told us to go there for our food.

Mcflurries missed off the order. If they are not available order. Please do not include on the menu!

Was great to be able to sit and order food during school holidays. Fast service, ordering on the app was easy.

A man in a white shirt and 2 ladies in black jackets were speaking amongst themselves whilst looking over at us and laughing to which another staff member popped there head round the corner and looked aswell. We asked for a fruit shoot that was missing to which they all look gormless at us and continued to giggle amongst themselves. Very RUDE.

we literally got given a medium coke in a bag. ordered £23 worth and got absolutely nothing.

What’s the point in ordering bbq sauce to go with your chicken nuggets when the sauce is not delivered. Especially at the prices and the massive delivery price.

No stars. Delivery appalling, driver hardly spoke English. Spent 7 mins on phone trying to get him to understand how to get to our house We had to go find him. We live 3min from Mac Donald’s he was coming from took 25 mins from pick up at McDonald’s. Food was cold

The hot chocolate was like water. No taste and no colour definitely something wrong

No sauces. Not even the tomato sauce that’s supposed to come with the mozzarella bites. These are really dry to eat without a sauce.

Cold and looked like it had a fight with an orangutan

I ordered 2 chocolate and raspberry pies and received 1 chocolate raspberry pie and 1 apple pie. I also received no dips with my chicken sharebox despite choosing which ones I wanted. Very disappointed.

Thanks again! everytime I order from here I'm either getting freebies or other peoples orders and I'm Mcluvin every minute of it. I just chuck the extra in the microwave til next week.

Amazing food, fresh fast and friendly the bubbles in the fizzy pop are unreal and hymalayan rock salt over the fries is to die for.

I ordered a quarter pounder cheese burger with extra pickles. It came with No cheese and no pickles. I am not a happy bunny :(

I do not recommend this McDonald, SCAMERS!I ordered food that came cold and incomplete, my order was missing two hamburgers. Of course, there was no information provided to call the hotline or the driver, because the driver just ran away when he gave me the order. I probably won't get my money back, because how can I report it? I DON'T EVEN GET A RECEIPT! MY ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE AND COLD! Why are you deceiving people? I do not recommend.* I am attaching a photo of my order because I didn't receive anything else.

The food is freezing cold I’m not happy

Every time I order from Mcdonalds Birstall some of my food is missing. Not only that but 9 times out of 10 the food is cold and needs to be heated up. I'm a little unsure as to why this is as McDonald's is just a 5 minute drive from us.

Cold. No dips - incorrect drink

so i have just ordered from uber eats very impressed with delivery, that was great very fast. HOWEVER, the food got here, we ordered 6 nug meal, cheeseburger happy meal and 20 chicken nuggets. The 6 nug meal only had 5 nugs which is very disappointing and we made a group decision to count the 20 nugs, to find that there was only 17 nugs. now this is ridiculous and absurd as we paid full price, not happy about this at all!

I refused the order as it was 1 hour and 40 mins late I was on the way out I want a refund

All the McFlurrys had melted and needed eating before the food which then went cold as Icecream cannot be refrozen once melted.

Service a bit slow but food always nice. One of the cleanest McDonalds.

Have ordered via the McDonald's App twice now and both times the McDonald's restaurant at Junction 27 Birstall has forgotten to put condiments in and forgotten main items of food. Trying to get through to them about this via phone is impossible. They don't answer their phone.

driver seemed to of gone long way round ended up on a road norwere near to us n then came up food was freezing by time it came yes we can all warm it up but isn't the same or nice so did not enjoy!

My burger was missing. Least the family got to eat. No sauces were included either! Order as a once a month treat but ends up causing issues.
