McDonald's in Kirklees

Ive tried every way of ordering from here and it's always bad. In stor, you wait for ages as it seams drive through and deliver are priority. Drive thro the order has been wrong 3/4. Delivery it's always cold and the drivers don't care if it's wrong. Such a shame as it used to be really good and never waited long for food.

Food is nice and warm nothing is missing

the chips were cold and undercooked, there were no dips and there was a nugget missing.

This order was not placed by me. Someone hacked into my account. This was delivered at around 2am in the morning when myself and my family were asleep. Even though we said we didn’t order it the delivery driver then requested the last 4 digits of my phone number. Moments later my email was hacked, the last 4 digits is a requirement to get in to my email. I’m not aware ever being asked before for my email and it raises concerns about the drivers employed.

food arrived early as they was quite and food was cold and not fresh been sat there over a hour with how it felt

Rubbish service from this McDonalds. Driver came with a cigarette in his mouth to the door and my white coffee is just water and milk. No straws.

Every time I go they either get my order wrong or forget something, staff are very unhelpful and a lot stand around doing nothing and long waits for food

No milkshakes that were ordered. No other alternatives sent and no refund. Usual from McDonalds tbh. Would like a refund at the least as this keeps happening

I ordered a double 1/4 pounder with cheese,paid for a double 1/4 pounder with cheese but received a single 1/4 pounder with cheese. nor acceptable

driver couldn't find my house instead of ringing he just sat at end of the street had t go collect from him food was nearlly cold

Very blunt staff, We ordered some Mozzarella dippers which they had no salsa dip for when we asked for a substitute they said we would have to pay extra for the Garlic.. Not our fault you don’t have the correct one. We then got our order (fries clap cold and also missing the chicken nuggets) so had to drive back through to be told to park up and wait. Rude blunt manager and staff.. Lead by example I suppose.. 👎

2nd order in one day. 1st order was ok. This order was just a let down AGAIN. Big Mag was ACTUALLY COLD. Nuggets were like rubber on both stormzy meals & the small fries truly had about 10 chips in the bag. We spend a lot of money with you and it’s just a disgrace.

Food was cold, It was over an hour late and the fries felt and tasted like gandhi’s flipflop. Dont order here. They move slower than molasses I swear.

Great delivery, the food was actually good. Normally you have a 8/10 chance of it being bad/meh. But it was good. Whoever is working this shift deserves an extra days holiday

It was missing some food- tried calling 5 times to get it delivered and no one answered! All the order was on the delivery receipt but not in the bag! It was missing 3 drinks and 2 McFlurrys!

I used to use the McDonalds App but it’s so glitchy I use this now. However, the Birstall branch are hopeless. If food arrives it’s often cold and I don’t think they’ve ever got an order right. Today all 3 drinks were wrong and only 1 of the 3 mcflurries was right. Only saving grace was that the food was hot for a change. Sort it out!

Food was delivered to the wrong address despite the fact I changed the delivery address before ordering. Even after I notified the delivery driver they left the food outside the wrong address in -3°C weather.

absolutely appalled, waited over an hour for my food which was no problem but it was clear my food was sat in the store for that hour as it arrived flat cold and the ice cream wasn't even frozen anymore, it had turned back to liquid, disgusted and disappointed I wasted my money.

Annoyed as brother had to order and pay as I'm disabled and I normally use the app to have meal brought to the table! Loads of missing items in order. Happened too many times. Manager ,Supervisor or team leader should start checking orders before giving to the drivers . Very annoying 😑. Needs improving.

Driver couldnt find the address and didnt ring the number provided for directions ! Only iffered £4 back for a cold order that was over 20 pounds !!

Ordered a strawberry milkshake and sent a mineral water

Bought couple of meals and and an ice cream, STay away from this place, the cream and milk from ice cream was off, sour, bad smell and bitter taste. I’ll take this case further to court as milk is very dangerous when it goes off. I hope health and safety will visit you soon.

Half of the order did not get delivered

Absolutely appalling, order cost around £20, of which I only got a coffee, when contacting just eat about this they said "since the correct code was provided to the driver, we can’t issue a refund" so I basically paid £20 for a single small coffee... never using just-eat again, will just go to the actual places rather than getting it delivered.

The food was hot which was nice and I didn’t wait long😊

Food was stone cold, and was missing most of the order, to be spending £30 and receiving barley half of the food that was ordered and then being unable to actually eat what arrived is absolutely discussing no care whatsoever when making and packing the orders.

Good lord, i get it's the middle of the night but come on its your job to make this food, why am I getting hard bread and entirely cold cheese. I used to work for mcdonalds so I know how easy it is even more so on a night shift. Really should be investigated as clearly whoever is paid to make food should be paid half as much.
