Always happy with quality of food

Ordered for 5.15, called at 5.35 to see where order was to be told it was on its way finally arrived at 6.10 so almost an hour late.

Was disappointed with my food the chips were uneditable as they were so hard.The chicken was chewy and the pizza looked like it needed more time baking.

I changed address over the phone due to a mistake, spelt it out to them using the phonetic alphabet so they knew where it was, they went to a house 2 miles away and by the time they got here all of the food was cold and blamed me for the mistake and was hostile at the door. I gave both the house number and street and the postcode and they still got it wrong. the new address was 5 doors up from the original which I said multiple times but they still went 2 miles away.

Great tasting food, arrived nice and hot too

the food was nice but the menu said it was a soya veggie burger when what i got was a breadcrumb veggies burger, so I didn't get what I was expecting

Was disappointed that the smash burgers at 9 99 didn't come with chips...very expensive for a small burger.

Disgusting had to Waite 1hour. It arrived when we had phoned them again. Got here cold with a load of shit why we didn’t get it on time or hot

Wrong pizza delivered but a replacement was sent within 20minutes so no issue. Cannot fault Didis for correcting their error

Garlic pepperoni pizza deal with chips and a drink absoultly spot on hot fast good price and just what we needed

Order not correct I requested no onions due to dietary restriction this was ignored.no offer of refund I was told to pick the onions off. You have now lost my custom. Also just eat we’re rubbish at helping it was just a computer response not helpful

they brought the wrong food. then told me it would be another half an hour to make the right food. and it took 45 extra minutes to arrive.

My order was over half an hour late, stone cold and covered in tomatoes despite the order clearly stating No Tomatoes. Its in the bin

Charges me a hundred pound extra for no reason, pizza was sloppy and fell apart, over priced

I ordered a Calzone tonight and was extremely impressed with the dish delivered. I have not had better in expensive Italian restaurants, so feel obligated to say thank you for the impressive takeaway had tonight I will try other options from the menu too, because my neighbour too a takeaway tonight said his Rancher pizza was the best he'd had Thank you Didi's, thank you

Did not receive this order, driver called whilst at the wrong location, said they would call back but did not. Driver and location then did not answer calls and messages.

Took his time to get out of a car as he wasn't alone. He forgot to my portion of chips as well. The food was already getting cold by the time I got it.

Had to call and food was delivered finally. Pro lem then the food was cold and generally awful. Won't order from here again

Ordered on just eat as always and was told i was supposed to collect i have never ordered to collect staff were very arrogant and put the phone down

Ordered at 18.28 when the original estimated time of delivery was 35 to 55 mins, the food was delivered at 19.40, 15 minutes longer than the maximum 55 mins. On arrival the food was very cold.The advertised salad that should have been delivered with the scampi was missing. Overall a disappointing experience. We've had similar issues with deliveries from Didi's before but decided to give them another chance. This was the last nail in the coffin for them, I will not order from Didi's again.

i placed an order for a jacket potato, a pepperoni pizza and grilled chicken keban at 10.02pm, at 23.37pm we are still waiting!!!!

Usually go here all the time without any hitch. So hubby called into the actual takeaway this evening as i was ill and paid for a rancher 12 inch deep pan £9. Sadly upon opening up to share once home to Crosland Moor 2½miles away. We realised we'd only got a thin and crispy pizza. Too far to keep trekking back and forth again, so disappointed, had no choice but to eat what we had. Stars are just for the taste and quality of ingredients, nothing else. Not happy.

Love the food from here. Cheese on a pizza that actually tastes of cheese, nice crisp bases. They're one of the few local takeaways that still offers lamb shish. They're kebabs are top notch (another VERY local ;-) business to them, don't even come close). Loads of meat and not just a token bit of salad like some places. I can't comment on their delivery as i always collect (never more than 20mins to wait ) and they are such friendly guys. Use these guys and not their neighbours.

Delivered chicken and sweetcorn not the ordered chicken and mushroom, daughter started eating so was too late to ring. Hate sweetcorn!!

These guys always go out their way to make us welcome, my client is autistic they always ask him how he's doing , also the good can be adjusted to your liking, my client and I go here once a week, I'd definitely recommend.

Order was supposed to arrive between 19:10 - 19:30, then time changed to 19:50, when it still didn’t arrive I requested a refund which was totally ignored so I called the shop to be told it was out with the driver and should have arrived already, he tried to contact the driver and no answer. It eventually arrived at 20:10 and was cold. Complete waste of money

Been my regular haunt for years for good reason. Good quality pizza, made fresh no frozen bases here, other options are also fantastic, burgers are very tasty. An array of kebabs that are expected in this type of establishment but also excellent.

Great food, one of nicest pizzas I've had in a long while

Delivery driver pleasant, hate leaving negative reviews but the pizza and fries were absolutely horrible, overcooked and the fries just tasted like oil. Hit and miss this place.

Best takeaway in the area for a pizza 10/10 cheesey chips and onion rings are delicious 😋.

Delicious, although the spicy chicken fillet burger was breaded and not spicy at all - tasty but not what I thought I had ordered. Fries were hot and delicious. Kebab looked amazing - plenty of salad. Would defo order again just not the spicy chicken fillet burger. Thank you.

You need to put a better description of what the salad is because I didn’t like it with it having random pineapple and olives init along with peppers and onion just seems weird to have a side salad then the chilli did not taste like chilli con carne at all it was disgusting the jacket potatoe wasn’t cooked properly disgusting food I defo won’t be making that mistake

First of all the pizza and fries are usually amazing. This time it wasn't, someone must of put a whole tub of tasteless herbs on top of the pizza, and the fries were barely warm at best. Unpleasant as F

Pizza was alright only had a plain cheese one tbh. but the fries were absolutely amazing, cooked to absolute perfection.

Such an amazing late night snacking session on my friends birthday! The shish kebab was amazing! The guys really enjoyed their pizzas too. Highly recommended xxx

It took nearly two hours to turn up and was freezing cold

Everything okay apart from delivery driver skanking us on the fries, ordered 3, only got 2, shame, good food apart from that.

Rung the restaurant after waiting an hour and a half said it would be another 10mins 20mins later food comes and it was cold the donner meat was like rubber not nice at all

Lovely pizzas for me and hubby, would just like to say that the extra toppings could be a tad better as a little sparce. Otherwise fab food again and super early this time despite the very long delivery slot given so am very happy.

Whilst food was good as usual. What I DIDN'T APPRECIATE was the delivery driver calling to ask me to come out of my house to him. What is the point of paying to have it delivered if I'm expected to leave the comfort of my own home?? Plus I have a disability so would struggle anyway. So not happy about that!

Pizza taste scrummy. Chips and onion rings nearly cold, so had to eat first and quickly. Chips and onion rings could do with better packaging or putting in same box with pizza as a sole paper bag is useless at keeping food warm.
