This is the fourth order in a row that’s been incorrect, which is really frustrating. Each order has had both missing items and incorrect substitutions/extras, there seems to be a consistent lack of attention to detail. Most people know the dips and sauces make a McDonald’s, these have either been missing altogether, missing dips or the wrong dips every single time. We’ve also been missing fries and burgers too. I understand mistakes can happen, but seriously? 4/4 orders wrong?! At this point it feels like a pattern. We have a queue of free meals to go and get in-house, so atleast they are offering to put it right, but it stills really frustrating. As feedback the manager could double-check orders before sending them out—it would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

Was also missing 4 harsh browns

We had happy meal missing and a Big Mac so some of my family didn’t eat

they forgot the toys for adults, so my son was upset, but good delivery

I got the Minecraft meal and I didn’t get the limited edition toy that comes with the meal and I didn’t get the dips, I also ordered this as a large and came as a medium my son was very upset due to his happening.

I have copd and asthma so can not get about. the delivery person refused to go to the correct part of the building so I had to walk all way around

Fed up of ordering maccies and never getting the food I ordered delivered an then always getting turned down a refund. I’ve had half an order delivered once again. Awful

Freezing cold food for the kids and their friends as a Friday night treat. Ordered for 6pm and showed up at 6.30pm

no drinks delivered , refund option only and no attempt to redeliver, disappointing

Food luke warm and portions of chips half full and half cooked. Sauces ordered not delivered and no straws for drinks. Very poor.

ordered large meal with sweet curry sauce and got a small chip in a large container and no sauces.

Not happy at all the dips did not come even tho added in the notes to remember and missing both fries my kids are very unhappy

Terrible experience again as I got delivered the complete Wrong order once again. One unhappy 5 year old upset again because people can’t carry out simple instructions. Terrible terrible company

Best McDonald's Paignton I've ever been to always clean and all the staff are so nice I come here every day and the staff are just unbelievable kind and do there very best all the time they know I suffer badly with my health but it's a pleasure to come here thanks to all of them McDonald's.donalds are lucky to have such lovely staff .John.

McDonald's really good except missing chicken nuggets which was a disappointment

Went in the summer, the drive through was getting refurbished so the car park was chaos, there was a member of staff outside directing cars but they looked lost themselves. Inside you had to wait ages for the food but probably to do with the drive through been closed.

We ordered from McDonald’s a substantial amount of food, on delivery we received wrong burger, another was missing a beef patty costing £9 and the fries weren’t even cooked, all in all, not very happy at all!

Delivery said it was between 20-35 mins and ended up being just under an hour. Chips were cold, burgers were cold, ice had melted in the drinks completely which made them flat, no straws or napkins and the delivery driver was rude.

Driver was lovely and made sure to get my sauces and salt I asked for x

Never go to Paignton macdonalds, they always forget items and the food is cold... they have a list of the order and should be checked before packaging it up, complete incompetence and need to get skilled staff to do the job! Don't go here! Pay alot of money for poor service

All the drinks had fallen over and spilt

never received my order even though i was waiting downstairs as soon as the delivery guy was on route, had to order again...

food delivered cold. going by the grease stained packaging it had been in it for a while. as I had kept an eye on the app I could see that courier had been hanging around at restaurant for over 20 minutes. leaving shortly before the latest estimate for arrival . going by what I have observed personally when I have been in the restaurant the courier was probably collecting multiple orders. which I believe resulted in mine being delivered later than expected and cold. not happy as a consumer

one muffin incorrectly made. sausage and egg mcmuffin with no egg or cheese.

Not the right order, the right receipt on an order not even a quarter of the size with nothing I ordered.

Food missing from order, called restaurant and they said order was full when sent to me.

Driver was quick and friendly and everything was all good.

Food did not arrive very hot. Speculate bags, utensils are from a grubby environment. Other places have this correct and this makes a meal appropriate.

Pancakes arrived cold and without syrup so dry as to be inedible.

Terrible service ... all I asked was if the bloke serving wouldn't mind topping up my short measure of coffee whith hot water...!!!My word ... I can't do that for you I'm not allowed, the men have been out and calibrated the machine and that's what it is . So out came the camera , he ran off around the corner and said he wouldn't do it for me if I was taking photos . I said OK I'll put the phone away . He came out took my coffee out of sight and then returned... I have no idea what he actually did but based upon his attitude I quite simply threw the coffee away ... absolutely shocking behavior !!!
