A large size pub, sports type bar. Good atmosphere, polite lady serving behind the bar. I couldn’t rate the food, as they had a notice on the entrance door, saying they weren’t serving food, I don’t know if this now is a permanent situation. I had a pint of Cruzcampo lager at £4-50 a pint, excellent value for the money.

Amazing food Hilary is an amazing host made us feel so welcome & the other customers are really nice too really friendly bunch.Hilary helped us to find somewhere local to fill up our lorry's LPG tank called around for us an absolute gem of an owner thank you guys can't recommend this place enough five stars

Best Chinese Takeaway in the Bay 🥡🥢 Over the years I have tried almost all of the Chinese takeaways in Torquay and Torbay, and I can confirm that having discovered Jia Wang 12 months ago, I have finally found a fantastic Chinese takeaway in the area that I can call my undisputed favourite! 🤩 🍚 Food is always cooked fresh and comes packed full of flavour! Portions are always packed to the brim. They do all of the classic takeaway dishes to perfection, not too greasy or saucy, ribs falling off the bone, salt and pepper chips packed full of flavour and offer a wide variety of Chinese inspired dishes. We always find that this particular Chinese has never left us feeling bloated or greasy, something I cannot say for other Chinese takeaways in the area. 🏝️ The service over the counter is always super friendly and speedy! The shop itself is always clean, and in the summer there is even an offer for 10% off when paying with cash. 💸 Will definitely be our go to Chinese for a long time to come! 🌟 Recommendations: Any of their Chow Mein dishes ( Best in the area BY FAR!!!!), House special fried rice/curry, Szechuan Chicken, Salt and Pepper chips / Chicken 🥡🥢 ⛔️ Drawbacks: Only recently began offering online delivery 🚚 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 / 5 Stars

I ordered a sub with cheesy jalapeño bread but received one with cheese and herb instead, which was disappointing since I'm pregnant and craving the jalapeño flavor. My meal deal was also incorrect; I got a rainbow cookie and citrus punch oasis instead of the choc chunk cookie and summer fruits oasis that I ordered. These issues could have been easily resolved by a quick phone call before making the order. The food was cold when it arrived too. Won't be ordering from this store again.
