i had some food at your cafe in Paignton 2 days ago i had one of ur burgers and a portion of chips i was absolutely disgusted in the service provided the staff were very rude and by the time some of the food was cooked and actually given to us it was cold!! i would also like to add that my burger was obviously undercooked because for past 2 days i have been throwing up wich to me food poisoning i am very disappointed and i am going to make sure everyone i know is aware of this!!!

Great afternoon for the Elvis weekend. Had the Elvis burger and it was amazing!

Absolutely disgusting place, such a shame as we visited a couple of years back and it was lovely. What’s happened? Overpriced, cheap, nasty food. Stale bread, dog meat burger, no onions, undercooked bacon, rude and uninterested staff. May make money from the summer holiday makers but I doubt anyone local would visit regularly. We certainly won’t go back.

Firstly the service was awful, it was nice to be acknowledged after standing there for 5 minutes with no one infront of us. The server was rude. Now the food was AWFUL 😖. If you are thinking of going here please don't get the dirty fries, because they literally are dirty. It looked like organs on top of my chips, even when I drop a bit on the floor the seagulls wouldn't touch it which says alot. I couldn't even eat them so had to throw them away which was £8.50 down the drain. It's such a shame as it used to be so nice there.

Terrible service. I was ignored by one server for 10 minutes then her charming workmate arrived and snapped at me because I wasn't standing in the correct place to order. I obediently shuffled 2 feet to the right. Waited 20 plus minutes(I'm the only customer)for 2 hotdogs with a miniscule layer of onions in a large very dry roll. The chips were hard and undercooked. Oh and when she shouted that my order was ready I was snapped at again for standing in the wrong place again. Its such a shame because a couple of years ago we bought probably the best gourmet burgers and hotdogs from here I've ever had and the staff were very friendly. Someone has taken their eye off the ball

Appalling service. Took ages to be served. Totally ignored when waiting to be served. Server very abrupt. Had no manners. Quality of food has gone vastly downhill. We are local, but will never go there again.

The staff member grace didn’t know what was on the dish that she serving I had to tell her what it was from the sales board then when I got my food everything was black where they haven’t cleaned their griddle I would avoid this place until they are trained properly maybe get the staff a level 2 in food safety and hygiene before you let them serve food

The Burger and Chips I had are Top of my List as... The most expensive I have ever had and The most disgusting....Awful Only entertain visiting this Cafe if you have more money than sense and the Gastric constitution of a junkyard Dog. There's lots to choose from that aren't like this establishment helping the further demise of the English Seaside Town

Food was shocking Came last year and really enjoyed it but today it was so awful would not recommend to anyone

30 min wait for 1 bacon bap. And I was only 1 of 2 people waiting....really slow service.

The food was satisfactory however the food handler was using the same glove for everything even the till so it wasn't very hygienic. Took 10 minutes for our order to be taken. While waiting the music was too loud so the staff were constantly shouting. And the manager/owner came out from the back and shouted about the staff. And swore in front of my 6 year old. I can't recommend it unless your desperate.

Poor experience. Waited over 30mins for one item of food, it was not busy. Service non existent. Wouldn’t bother. Food seemed ok when it arrived.

Coffee was good. Prices a little steep but given the location it’s expected. Staff friendly and chatty and service fast.

Horrible staff attitude! Not happy with the 2 staffs (blond and brunette) shouting and insulting customers in the queue today. The trainee was fine. We won’t go back!

Great place to grab a quick snack while down the seafront. Great food with reasonable prices. UPDATE Been here again twice in last few months and I'm not sure if ownership has changed but what was once one of the best burgers around is now a mediocre at best burger in a nasty truck stop style bun and tones of completely tasteless grease which I guess is supposed to be cheese. Sad bit having tried it twice and both times being the same I can't recommend it anymore.

what can i say run by kids, took my grandson to the fair this evening not children friendly 2 girls dark hair vaping behind the counter absolutely appalled. do not recommend taking ur children/grandchildren down there (even tho it’s a park) should be disappointed

Got their donuts yesterday and they were absolutely amazing... Holly made them thank you so much for them I really appreciate your efforts you put into making them ❤️❤️❤️

Great burgers, little wait for food, but expected this due to seeing how busy/popular they were. Can get very busy on Elvis tribute days (in the summer). Staff can be a big hit and miss, girl on till looked like she had a heavy Drinking session night before but done her best to be polite and give a smile..... Thank you very much, Elvis has left the building.......

Allarah and one of her friends working with her were incredibly rude speaking to some friends who were making an order and the tone of voice they both had was horrible and incredibly rude. Food is great but the staff are disappointing and ruin the place

Waited 35 mins for 3 hot chocolates, just to be overcharged! £19 for 3 already very expensive hot chocolates @£4.50 each. Told to come back the next day as they had cashed up already, just to wait for 2 hours in the pouring rain when they were in fact closed!!! Left my number and still no offer of reimbursement

What can I say!! Food was awful,order was three hot dogs,came out freezing cold,and tasted very odd,was very busy and lady on till couldn't get orders correct,and when we ordered she was only one around,then a cook (lady) started to cook 🙈. People queuing all over the place. Couldn't get to counter to complain as far too many people waiting around counter. Made it worse that two young kids were doing splits and hand stands on tables ,while people sitting waiting for food. Waste of £20 Need more staff to cope with orders. Need to fix back cream umbrella,as almost knocked kids eye out,as it's broken and just hanging there. Needs replacing or removing . Such a shame as lovely setting

Elvis Lives! Excellent afternoon's entertainment at the Geopark cafe, by the sea, in the sun, whilst the kids play in the park. Just great.

My daughter and i had planned to have breakfast on our day off on Wednesday 13th July. We normally go to Hammonds in winner street as they serve the best breakfast and the service is second to none. Unfortunately it was shut for Holiday and we decided to go to the Geo park Cafe as it was lovely morning. We ordered 2 breakfast in a box i think it was 7.95 each this was for the following, 2 sausages which was one cut in half and cold to warm, beans which where micro waved in a large jug that looked like it had not been washed for weeks with black hardened beans stuck to the jug and they were cold. We had bacon and i think i we had mushrooms but we could not tell the difference with the bacon dry and hard. The hash browns where just not nice to eat as they tasted like they had been fried several times and tasted of old fat. The fried eggs where the best thing on the plate. The customer service was not good with such a good location you would think it would be packed but only 2 other people and other people waiting to for coffee. This caused the man behind the counter to stress due to a large amount of coffees he had to make a grand total of 8 maybe less. I'm frustrated that i did not take a photo of the breakfast as it was one of the worse ones i have ever had and did not start the day as intended. There were 3 or 4 staff working at the time and it was not busy so should not have been an issue. We will not recommend or be going back.

Disgusting! The girl making the donuts pretended to heave while putting the donut mixture into the funnel, she then proceeded to put her foot on the counter to wipe her trainers off with a cloth. She used the same cloth to wipe the tongs before using them to flip the donuts! Completely disgusting and unprofessional.

Best dirty fries ever! Went on holiday to Goodrington and popped into Paignton a few times and wow the dirty fries are amazing, really lovely coffees too and even had doughnuts which were also lovely, the staff were really friendly and welcoming would definitely go there again. One of the days we went there the manager was on his own so we expected to wait a while for food as it was busy, but it was done really quick and tasted amazing!

Worst burger ever. Bought a double cheeseburger, sat on the beach to eat it and was completely inedible, bun too small, greasy, gristly burger. Total yuck 🤮

Oh my gosh absolutely amazing food huge portion sizes, greats price and 100% lovely, kind and wonderful staff😊 would definitely eat here again and very child friendly. Xx

Absolutely disgraceful staff scenes. Went for a coffee today and the young lad with the neck tattoo screamed at one of the young ladies who was cooking chips at the time. He told her she could make coffee, and when she answered him back he said to her 'Do you know how many complaints we have had today?' Then while she was making the coffee he went almost nose to nose with her and was saying some outrageous things. She looked like she wanted to cry. They kept this back and forth going while I stood and watched in shock. The older manager was outside cleaning tables and seemed to not care about what was going on. I have never witnessed such disgusting and unprofessional actions from employees and owner in my life. As a local who used to use this place regularly, I was more embarrassed for the four women in the queue behind me who were as equally shocked as I was. I won't be returning again and in future will walk over the road and use one of the local cafes instead. To make matters worse, the coffee was Luke warm and the hot chocolate tasted like sour milk.

Stop the press, there is a top contender for breakfast in Paignton! This place offers a huge menu and food that fills that gap in your life. The Ritz this is not, but a breakfast bap, tea and some donuts is all I want for breakfast. Come for the bacon, stay for the banter!

One of the best cafes in the bay. Very tasty bacon and sausage in a brioche style bun and a tea for just over £5. Courteously and promptly served, with a good range of condiments. Recommended.

Went today thought I'd have a jacket potato and curry well it was horrendous. Look at the photo Potato had little roots coming out of it and it wasn't curry it was curry sauce and at £5.50 was very disappointed. My partner had a burger and wasn't impressed with that either. Won't be returning there again.

Avoid the burgers. Heart attack waiting to happen. Marinated in fat and cost a lot of money! Also hope you like listening to Elvis whilst waiting…

Sadly the quality of food and service has gone down hill. The cafe looks grubby and the staff look scruffy. Very sad to see as we have been regular customer's since the cafe opened. Please, not everyone wants to hear Elvis on a loop.

'Thank you very much!' Their theme was just epic! And fantastic menu too. Recently learnt they serve Philly Steak Cheese. Gutted that I didn't got to try it. Still, their cheeseburger was real tasty; two cheeses and a bit of chives! 👍😋🍔

Great breakfasts, helpful, friendly service, lovely hot coffee, great start to the day on my morning dog walk. As a visitor to the area, will definitely be coming back when staying in Paignton again.

Simply the burgers are absolutely delicious. I had the elvis burger with banana and peanut butter, which may sound a little strange, but it was encredible

Well, what can I say? We love oldies and Elvis. On afternoon, when to last to cook dinner and my son wants to play.... well we are going to eat to GeoPark Cafe and have fun too. Just watch the Seagulls. They love the food their too 😁

Oh my god wot a wonderful place a proper little gem 💎 very reasonable prices fast service even when they were really busy I was there for a week and after the worst harvester experience we tried the geo Park and ate there every day after except 1 time we had fish and chips somewhere else I would highly recommend every thing on their menu 😋 the dirty fries and the steak baguette where my fave

Had a "speciality burger" with half of the "special" missing.

Good value, friendly staff and genuinely not bad coffee at all. The cafe focuses well on keeping the customers safe during this pandemic. A little bit pricey for the food, but worth it for the convenience, seafront ocation and quick overturn (less queuing).

Cooking and serving food and then to take the money without changing your blue gloves is a no no for me. Went elsewhere to get my food and drinks

Fabulous food and drinks. Good prices. Terrible selection of music. Whilst I appreciate a very diverse music genre, Elvis on repeat is extremely tiresome. Intact people do leave the immediate area after buying drinks to sit in a quieter location. We would like a more up to date music choice or indeed less volume so we can hear the beautiful waves

The staff are always friendly, the food is always good.

I love stopping off at the Geopark cafe for a hot chocolate after my daily walk along the seafront. Sarah is always ready with a cheery smile and chat

Never got any thing from there.

We are a repeat customer and brought family for a meal. Whilst I want to have value for money the large portions almost put me off and when the children's burger came out my niece nearly cried when she saw how huge it was. Lighter options and smaller/ younger kids options would be a bonus here and as we have learnt over time no starters or puddings required.

This hotel is the wosrt I've ever stayed in how settings got the nerve to sell it to people beyond me it has 84 rooms only 4 have baths was told can use communal bath it's 2019 not 1819 place last decorated wen it was built can't wait for Saturday the place is a dump please don't let anyone stay here

Great sausage/bacon/breakfast baps, if you're staying in the Travelodge up the road.

Our children had icecreams and slush puppy's which were great value considering the location. But have to say that we are not fans of their hot chocolate, the milk is often over steamed and the chocolate mix lacks flavour and is very bitter.

Love this park it's so great for people of all ages. There's is also a disabled swing here too. Lots of places to eat and the occasional jellyfish pops in too.

hi. I see its now be taken over again by a very nice couple of Girls. I normally have a lovely cup of Tea, there seems to be a wide variety a types there too. BUT Today 27th Dec. I am having a really Good Cup of Chocolate (Real Proper Stuff.) I was just about to but sugar in it and the Lass said it is naturally Sweet and boy she was Right. THANK YOU. There were other people having Coffee and again there Loads of Version's have a look your self and try them out. They do Burgers Doughnut's and Ice Cream and more. PLEASE PUT YOUR OWN REVIEWS IN.
