Really lovely lady doing some cleaning asked if I had received my order. I had, I just missed the bus so was waiting for a coffee. But she went to go make and give it to me personally. Very lovely :)

I've lived in Falmouth 5+ years and ordered many times from this establishment. No matter the order size, through the drive through, can they fill my order without having me wait in the parking bay. Testing this, I placed the exact same order at another Mcd' s and no waiting or parking.

This might sound petty but since it happens EVERY time I use the drive through I feel the need to address the priority system, I pull up to order first, I'm waiting for my order to be taken, someone else pulls up and gets severed before me.. it's rather frustrating ..

Sick to the back teeth, with the food taking for ever, cold and food missing. Forgot using the delivery as they are always leaving things out and you can't get your money back.....with a couldn't give a toss attitude from the staff!!!

Every time I come here and use the drive through I'm asked to park up and then wait for my food. I don't order anything special, just the standard menu items, nothing customised. Currently waiting 20 minutes with customers parked up after me being served before me. Asked the staff member only to be told they were busy!? Personally I think it's only fair they should inform people in the drive through if they can't do their food by the time they get to the window before they pay. I'm in a hurry hence using the drive through, if I wanted to spend half an hour getting my food I would of gone elsewhere. Get more staff, or inform people there's going to be a delay before you take their money.

Used the app for the first time, collected food from the restaurant. Parking a little tricky, spaces quite narrow and not an excessive amount of room. Staff very friendly and helpful on collection, making sure we had sauces etc Went inside cause one of the Grandson's wanted to use the ordering terminal. He did very well, straightforward process. Staff friendly Generally use drive thro' so can't comment on atmosphere. Only issue is sometimes bbq sauce gets forgotten otherwise fine

Porridge and coffee were great at 6am.

Clean tidy fast food restaurant. It is what it is. Tidy parking lot, tidy restaurant, Considering the nature of the restaurant no rubbish laying around. Food was very hot a freshly made. A great McDonald’s breakfast.

Table by the window, treated like Queens and Kings. Kelly is fantastic, kind, and helpful. We need more people like her.

Regardless of which one you go to, the result is the same. No surprises here. Flat tasteless burgers and cheese that are wrapped in what looks like buns but it ain't. It is convenient food for passing through travellers. It's embarrassing to call this a restaurant.

Strawberry milkshake wasnt great ( tasted chemical rather than a milkshake) but food was good & chips were hot

Apart from the apparent lack of staff which results in long waits everywhere. The portion sizes are awful. You're getting small chips in a large and everything just seems really tight, which is ironic because their prices is higher then some service stations

One day I will go through the drive through and they will give me my food at the second window instead of asking me to park up for 15 minutes. I’m just not sure when that day will be.

Needs to be cleaned more regularly its a busy place, staff are friendly and quick, this one is better than the one in longwell green

Just had a great traditional breakfast in Falmouth Wetherspoons... £3.14 !!... how do they do that ... and it was excellent.

A typical Maccy Ds, what you see is what you get. Stopped off for a quick meal before going back to the caravan we were staying in. The self service tills are fairly easy to use, the contactless payment less so, I had to try a few times before it accepted the payment. The order was assembled very quickly considering how busy they were and was piping hot, something you don't always get at Maccy Ds. The car park was fairly big with quite a few disabled parking spaces which was great, walking from the car, the car park was completely flat and also no steps inside the restaurant. All in all a very decent experience.

Showing as open however there is a barrier over the entrance so looks like it's closed down, do not waste a visit.

Spent £38 worth. of food on the app only to arrive and have them tell me they’ve been shut for essential maintenance for a whole week. Another person was outside with us and had the same problem. Poor that the app or customers haven’t been updated on the grave situation 👎 Edit: called the local McDonald’s today as I still haven’t received my money back. Called the branch today to ask why and was rudely hung up on by the gentleman on the other end telling me “you know what” before slamming down the phone. I then learnt that the branch is closed due to a rodent infestation. Definitely a poorly run restaurant with inept staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed a McCrispy sat in the car park. Also enjoyed a cheeseburger and chips. The Latte could have done with some coffee in it. Many thanks.

Had a day out at Castle Beach and stopped by for some fast food. Easy to park, very clean inside, friendly staff and the food didn't take long. The food was hot and fresh, so I would highly recommend.

Had me waiting 1 hour for my order only to go cancel it, if it's an Uber eats issue find another delivery service. Unacceptable.

Usually stop in after travelling down to grab a quick bite to eat. Exactly what you expect from a McDonalds.

Pulled in to charge our new EV. Charger working fine. First time in McDonald's in years. Faced with a remote order screan. Really nice guy clearing up helped out. Food ordered arrived hot and tasty Changed the car quickly. McDonald's will probably be our go to when travelling in the EV.

Falmouth McDonald's is going downhill fast. What used to be a reasonably efficient experience has turned into a horrible mess of an attempt at multi-channel retail. It appears they are way too focussed on Drive-Thru and McDelivery that both dining in and Click and Serve are failing. My average wait time for Click and Serve to my car in the car park is over 20 mins. Sometimes it appears it's been completely forgotten. The issue is that it's never particularly busy when I've visited either so it feels more like the staff are responsible for it's downfall. Lower standards than when I used to work at McDonald's back in 2010. Speed has dropped off for what is supposed to be "Fast Food". I've been to proper restaurants that have cooked food from scratch and delivered it faster to my table than McDonalds can assemble a pre-cooked burger. Utterly disappointing but being I enjoy McDonalds, I don't have much other choice than to continue putting up with the poor service.

Parked us up and then got our order wrong so had to go inside anyway. Was very quick at sorting it and aloud us to keep the food as they couldn't resell it. Win win in the end

Food is exactly as expected from McDonald's, service is a little slow but it's due to the drive through and deliveries taking time.

Absolutely appalling to be honest waited over 2 hours for delivery not being told why it’s taking so long and not helpful on the phone ordered it for my children for a treat and they had to have beans on toast instead and when the food did eventually arrive it was cold, so it ended up in the bin, Falmouth store is horrendous,

Have ordered twice from here. Both times missing my main meal and all they can do is send me a refund for the missing item, which took weeks. The second time, with the missing burger they also left out my sauces and no straw with my drink. Paying over the odds for a service that is not acceptable. The manager needs to have a shake up at the falmouth branch

Ordered via the app. It’s usually fine. Today…. Terrible, they clearly cooked the food and just stuck it on the side in the cold before someone even was assigned to pick it up. Food freezing, icecreams melted. Not the delivery guys fault and Uber Eats apologised but it was the restaurants fault so can’t refund. Almost £30 wasted and the kids upset

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! Branch run by complete morons. Ordered £30 worth of food drinks and Mcflurry for it to be cooked immediately and then left on the side for 2 hours. Food was stone cold and Mcflurry was completely melted. Contacted the store to be told that it's Ubers fault and Uber claimed it was McDonald's fault. Mcdonald's store refused to replace the food even if I brought it into the store. Store blamed it on not having any drivers available to pick up the orders. So why allow people to order it then?! 100% avoid.

I mostly use the drive through on my visits here. I've found the staff friendly, quick service and the orders as expected to date. I've visited several Mcdonalds in Cornwall and Falmouth branch has given me the most satisfying experience. Keep it up. Good work A++++

Fires are usually soggy sometimes foods barely hot has got better in passed 2 years tho still not what it should be

Not dog friendly! Would not allow me to order with a dog. Staff rude and no sign saying you can’t take dog in to make order. There nobody eating anywhere near were you make order.

My passenger used their McDonalds App to say "I've arrived, bring it to the car". I didn't know such a thing existed. We had hardly parked and someone was knocking the window with the meals. Wow!

Only used the drive-through, but service was as expected.

I've not been in a Mac Ds for some time. I was pleasantly surprised. They've had a refurb so everything is looking fresh and bright. Service was great. I ended up ordering from an app at my table and the order arrived piping hot. I had the wrap of day and I must admit, it was great! All the staff were pleasant, friendly and smiled!

It was very busy so service was slow but food was worth waiting for, very hot and well cooked. Car park is small, had to go round twice to get a space.

Great place if you like slow fast food…, when your food finally comes it’s wrong or has paper stuck in your cheese… last time I looked this wasn’t an optional extra so was a great freebie 🙄 Food was also brought to us with a I couldn’t care less vibe really enjoyed sitting inside this place.

First time in months I've had actual hot fries from here. In fact the whole meal was hot. A rarity in this specific McDonalds! Although the staff need better training 😉

The best cooked, presented, and tasty McDonald's I've had in years. It's very rare that I'll eat from McDonald's these days due to the food being cold, thrown together, and most of the time disgusting. I stopped off at this one for something quick to eat before a 5 hour drive back to my hometown, and I really enjoyed it. I'm normally waiting 20 plus minutes at the drive-thru in my hometown, but there was no wait at this one. I was very surprised by the great service and food. I didn't think I'd ever say I enjoyed a McDonald's again but 5 stars to this one. Thank you to the staff for making the effort, cooking, and preparing food how it should be done.

Kids had drive through food. staff were cheerful, which is unusual for mcdonalds so kudos to thos serving us. Food is standard maccys. Kids loved it

Very slow, massive queue inside.Hardly any staff.

So... this is an interesting one. Ordered a Mc Crispy, custom order. Opened up the burger to check and some how the backing paper off the label for the custom order was inside the burger on top of the lettuce. Also ordered a burger without cheese which turned up with cheese. Come on guys its not difficult to read! So took it back and waited 15mins, no replacement burger. When I went to ask the manager claimed he had no idea about it. Eventually it arrived. No little extras were given as a form of apology, just a "sorry about that". To top it off, I don't know if its a regular occurrence but some young teenagers were in there and they smelt like cat wee. Maybe just bad timing.

Drive through setup is still very awkward, refurb is quite nice but pricing is definitely quite ridiculous, far too expensive for the quality given. Delivery option is also far too expensive and unfairly priced, you end up paying for a Delivery fee and extra fees for the food itself for a far inferior product.

Recieved the wrong order which i ordered through the McDonalds app. Lady who answered said nothing she could do, ring uber. Pretty sure as she worked for McDonalds not uber a solution could have been found. 1 star for customer service. Milkshake was 1/2 empty + cold fries. A total waste of money. Rubbish. This is not the new double big mac.

I only bought a tea but the super modern decor, complete with computer screens for ordering gave the place a waiting room feeling. Service was super fast and very friendly staff.
