McDonald's in The Vale of Glamorgan

Order food from here and without fail the order is wrong and cold the customer service for sorting out of these situation is difficult and poor and for the price these days McDonald’s not worth it anymore.

Hit or miss here, sometimes good and sometimes poor. New self serve terminals are great and with the option to have your food brought to the table. No more waiting 👍

Shame the traffic queuing is a nightmare and sometimes the wait for food belies the name fast food but overall my kids love it

One item missing from my order yet again. This is getting to be very predictable from this particular outlet.

Drinks leaked everywhere, and they put my burger in with the ice cold drinks bag. Shocking

Milkshake machine is never working and food is never hot and just slapped together

ordered a kids happy meal it come without a box and with out the toy?? Tey explaining to a child why there was no toy because mcdonalds didn't send it. didn't send any dips that we requested, no straws for the drinks.

Ordered via Uber eats. The delivery driver was extremely polite and friendly. However, the food was appalling. No condiments arrived as requested and beef items sent when chicken was ordered and we don’t eat beef. Cold, wrong items and generally awful food. You should be ashamed as a food provider to dispatch such disgusting quality!

Ordered food 7th Sept paid £38 and items were missing , so I had to reorder the items missing then I applied to just eat for a refund as I didn't receive the meal! Then they refused so I rang Culverhouse cross macdonalds they gave me an email to email the manager it didn't work rang back and again given the wrong email address 🙄 so it's ok for people to pay for food they don't receive and you refuse to do anything about it!!! I'm sure you would pay for stuff you didn't have to NOT!!!!! Absolute jokers!!! There are always items missing there a joke

what a joke had to reorder this meal as it didn't turn up in my previous order so paid delivery twice!!! and for 2 happy meals and why should I when i already ordered it in the previous order l!!! so rang the store explained what had happened and the boy on the phone clearly didn't care told me that they can't do anything and I was to contact just eat!!! I have already contacted them shown them all the picture evidence amd they have refused to refund!!! cost over £15 for one happy meal jokers

Absolutely terrible service recived, almost the whole order missing, contacted the restaurant (culver house cross) and was told i needed to go through just eat or try and get there to collect the order from them. The manger that i spoke to was rude.

It is beyond astounding how this places functions. I order my food which has come but they forgot to put the fries in the bag. How is that even possible. How hard can’t it be to remember to put something as basic as fries into which all the meals come with.

Well, what can I say, in the words of Oliver Twist, please sir, I want some more. Let me start with first wishing Mr McDonald a happy 50th Birthday. Really admirable to see that they keep their family ownership close at heart. MdDonalds is this terrific little diner just off the Culverhouse Cross roundabout. This sits neatly on my way through to my local golf course and I have been time and time again and I am always blown away by the quality and price of their Suasage and Egg McMuffin. I would have no hesitation in recommending this venue to family and friends. I certainly did not leave with a Grimace! Thank you for your hospitality and see you soon. Yours, Marc
