all our drinks in the order were spilt and we only had half to three quarters left in cups

Not happy with my order I had cheap nasty watered down coke not the proper coke I paid for knowing you charged the extra 12 pence for also my food was cold.

Food was missing cold & had a plain Big Mac with nothing in it

Jokers most of food was missing an the food I got given was stone cold and had to throw it disgusting

I ordered a large fries and only half of the large contents was there it was more like a small portion of fries in a large box I ordered large for a reason and twice now I’ve paid for full fat coke and got Coke Zero !

Every time I order McDonald’s from culver most of my orders is missing! It’s a joke I’ve also got children with allergies, a few times now my child have nearly ended up in hospital due to not getting my order right! Will not be ordering McDonald’s from culver any more!

Once again missing items its constant at this place i get you dont need many qualifications to get a job but common sense should tell you meals come with certain items i.e drinks and fries!!!

Ordered brekfast this morning got to work as I was late just come on my break now to eat it and there is egg shell all around the egg after having 1 bite I heard a crunch so I opened up to find this not happy at all

Very rude manager in store today! Forgot food which can happen, so my partner went up asked for chicken nuggets he was told to wait whilst she continued to serve others, he ordered a chicken nugget meal with a cheese burger, my partner come back to the table to get his chips and burger as it was going cold having to wait to long. The manager was extremely rude, argumentative and swore! She argued that she delivered the chicken nuggets, then told my partner he can eat the burger and chips and she will refund the chicken nuggets, but a chicken nuggets meal was ordered. The chips had gone cold so he explained thst his food was cold now so he wanted either a full meal replacement or a full refund, manager refused and only offered chicken nuggets or money back. I explained to her myself you don't order a meal to get half of it or eat half of it cold. Another manger tried to step in but was told no but the rude manager! She is clearly very new in her role, cannot work under the pressure and fast pace of McDonald's! Her customer services skills are absolutely shocking! She didn't want to listen to what anyone had to say or to even try and resolve the situation for a customer to be happy! I suggested a full meal replacement so he can eat warm food, she finally agreed and brought the food when it was ready, she come over with attitude, no apology for missing food before so my partner refused the food and asked who he can contact to speak to as her attitude infront my children wasn't pleasant at all! Massive praise to the other manger LI who tried stepping it but was told no, come over after to speak, the most polite lady, very experienced in her role and able to help us to who we need to contact. She should definitely be the first person for people to speak to as she is lovely.

Always something wrong lately when ordering from this store. Don't think I've ever had a 100 percent complete order if I'm honest. Try explaining to my children that we gave to wait for a refund to have some food!!

Have never had exactly what we’ve ordered from this McDonald’s. The orders are always wrong and too late to change once you’re home. We’ve had missing meals, cheese when we’ve asked for no cheese and many more. Thought we’d give it one more try tonight. I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra cheese. Got a double cheeseburger with no cheese! The staff are too quick to take the orders when it’s a little busy and just don’t listen. I know we should check the order when paying but half the time it doesn’t show up on screen and they always want to rush you through

It's a McDonald's. Food exactly what you'd expect. Impressed by the cleanliness, which stood out from the other McDonald's I've visited. Noisy kids, but what do you expect.

Not happy with the order, order was extremely cold, hardly any fries in the large orders. Customer services is a joke! said order was delivered on time so no refund, however forgetting my order came on a bike which was longer and not in a car where food would keep warmer, Food was stone cold.

4 burgers and a large chips was missing

Food thrown in the bag so half your burger is literally on the bottom of the bag. Oh and it'll be missing the cheese. All half cold and staff couldn't look more sullen if they tried. If you need a Maccy Ds, definitely drive to the next one and avoid here at all costs.

Don’t bother ordering sauce (free or the chargeable ones). You’ll just be setting yourself up for disappointment. Often won’t get half of your other things neither, but you deffo won’t be getting your sauce

Ordered as a treat for myself and my daughter and it took 2 hours to arrive and once it arrive it was freezing cold and my bacon roll had cheese on it (I didn’t add it) which meant myself or my daughter couldn’t eat it as we’re both lactose intolerant. It is t very often I order McDonald’s and I definitely won’t be ordering it again. I’ll stick with Burger King thankyou.

Would be good if the fillet o'fish had some more filling so that we don't feel hungry after having it. It would also be good to have some mayo available, rather than just tomato ketchup all the time!
