Food was missing from our order yet again and the food we had received was freezing cold!!

Took hour and half for food to be delivered was cold and nit nuce at all

Called into McDonalds for a Burger and fries. There were so many people queuing it was manic. When I received my budget and fries I left and didn't open my food until I got home..just up the road. Burger and split into two and looked like to was thrown together. Fries had been rewarmed tasted like straw. Very disappointed meal not what I usually have at this Macdonald's. I could only put it down to volume of orders being cooked and put together by different people as it was so busy.

Waited about 1houe after ordering for it all to be stone cold fries didn’t even feel or taste cooked properly very poor

I accidentally put the wrong address but was only round the corner driver refused to deliver to correct address

drinks all spilt, so next to none left in any of them,consequently they then leaked into food, which was already crushed and squashed, missing dips as per usual, fries were inedible so requesting refund and very much not impress dnat all

we order share box of 20 nuggets we picked our dips but we did not recieve any of them

Managed to call the delivery driver back after seeing my car rider missing and he said it’s the second time people have complained he said you only gave him 2 bags as you can see this is what was in my 2 bags

No need atall to even not put right items and completely leave some out when people pay with there hard earned money to be scammed and have the stress about trying to get yours money back McDonald’s didn’t even care they say to contact this shambles

the map has my location wrong anytime I order I have to walk to go pick up my order

Order food from here and without fail the order is wrong and cold the customer service for sorting out of these situation is difficult and poor and for the price these days McDonald’s not worth it anymore.

We placed a £50 order, when the delivery driver first arrived he had the completely wrong order only containing one meal. After a further wait, he returned with the right order but still missing an entire meal.

Half of my order is missing.got wait for refund.it discusting.all i want is my missing food not a refund.i cant afford to loose my money like this.terrible service.

Hit or miss here, sometimes good and sometimes poor. New self serve terminals are great and with the option to have your food brought to the table. No more waiting 👍

Food was freezing, ice creams had melted. The driver drove past our house and delivered other orders before ours. The time changed by 20 mins everytime he drove further from our house! We’re a regular customer and this is not great service at all!

Shame the traffic queuing is a nightmare and sometimes the wait for food belies the name fast food but overall my kids love it
