Chips usually cold and always seems to be long queue wait time for the drive thru

Food was cold and horrid !! I paid for loads of dips including the ones that are meant to come with my meal how hard is it to get a order right ?? It's dips paid dips ruined my chicken selects without the dips fuming the kids meals look like they have been thrown on floor and stomped on ! Come.on now ..... you guys get paid for this haha

Awful. Never order a takeaway. On five occasions now, the food has arrived cold. That or the order was wrong. Another time they didn't give us half our order didn't arrive.

Really bad service, get your order wrong then make you feel bad for questioning this? Staff aren’t trained to use the mcfood vouchers.and nothings ever ready food is cold when it turns up after waiting

It was a disappointment on this visit. I ordered with my other items an Aero McFlurry. When I was handed the McFlurry there was no comment, but my ice cream has been changed to an Oreo one not the Aero. The Oreo one is so dry to eat so I'd never want that one. I called out 3 times to the server but they didn't pay any attention. Finally I was able to say I had been given the wrong McFlurry, to be told they don't have that one (Aero) left and that's why I had the Oreo. It was said so matter of fact that I was speechless. The cheek of not asking me what alternative order I'd like, instead I was just given something I didn't ask for or want. It has really affected me and I don't want to go there again.

An exceptional McDonald’s establishment. Clean, super quick service, and the added bonus of a children’s area to keep them entertained. Highly recommended

Cold food always! Use the drive thru after placing order on app, always have to park up and wait, and never anywhere to park up as deliveroo drivers take up all the spaces, when finally get the order, items missing so have to get out and go in to complain, to be told the item was definitely in there. So I invited the staff to come check my car to see if I had taken it out... thinking they would believe me... they actually said ok let's go. When they checked the went ok I'll go get u one but I definitely put it in there.

I ordered a McPlant Buger but was given a beef burger in a McPlant burger box. Stupidly trusted what i was given and took a bite, realised what had happened when I tasted meat. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I'm must say thus us the worse McDonald's. It never has milkshakes and always runs out of the most basic of meals.

We would like to thank the staff at this McDonald’s for their wonderful service! The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and the team was very kind and welcoming. It’s actually the first McDonald’s we’ve seen that has a playground – such a great idea for families with little ones! Although the play area closes after 8 PM, we truly appreciate how neat and well-organized everything was overall. Thank you for the experience – we’ll definitely come back!

The same case, I liked everything..Great location, 1.5 miles from our house. Very fast, the potatoes are hot, the apple pie is hot, the cola is cold, there is a place in the parking lot, and it's lunch time... The staff is friendly. The mood after lunch is great. The children asked for a supplement.. Thank you..Everything is great.

Still waiting after using the app. Had to order chicken nuggets at the window because the app doesn’t let you order them. Was asked to park up. Both dedicated bays were occupied. Parked along the front of the restaurant in a numbered bay. Still waiting for my order. Which will surely be cold by the time I get it. So I can’t attest to the quality of the food as I’m still waiting.

Overall good food, service was a little slow but thats to be expected with mcdonalds. The atmosphere wasnt overally great with kids shouting and not the cleanest seating. But for a mcdonalds especially with a drive through it was good

was ridiculous kept on telling me he was out side my house while I was standing at my front door then said he was out the back so went out the back but wasn't out there then was telling me I put the wrong address but I hadn't then got my dinner and it's freezing.

Order came an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered it and I had no sauce or shortbread pieces in my apple cake McFlurry

They forgot a whole big Mac so someone was left without a meal.

Staff seriously lack customers service skills along with a majority of the management team. Often staff and managers will look across to you and not greet you when eye contact is made, can be seen playing on mobile phones and chatting amongst them selves. As a former shift manager for a Streatham hill drive thru its appalling. In person or via delivery it's terrible service food often cold on delivery or wrong and sometimes silly issues like I ordered a double quarter pounder meal via drive thru got all the way home to find quater pounder Bun with two hamburger patties in there and when I called the store they weren't very helpful I had to complain via mcdonald's app to be given 2x basic meal vouchers one of which didn't work. It's annoying as I believe the franchise owner also owns admiral park drive thru and service there is always 10/10 compared to here's 1-3 out of 10

Everytime i order i never get things i have. Always missing items every time. Maybe you shouldnt be open if you cant get a simple order correct

I orders this for a kids party and especially for the Minecraft toys. No toys turned up!

actully really happy was hot , everything was there really really happy maby it helped ringing the restaurant so many times when they have beeb wrong , told the restaurant to tell staff to check bags and make sure it hot

Fun area for kids to play in. Staff are as you expect in McDonalds but it's not that quick for take away. Food seems to come quicker if you sit down. Drive through is quick but they always forget the sauces so make sure you remind them!

Ordered four happy meals, one had one chicken nugget in and another had two. All happy meals contained the same toy, worst ones they had. Didn’t get the nether sauce I ordered, or any of the sauces. Took absolutely ages to get here. Disappointed.

Awful breakfast run, ordered to wait 30mins for breakfast food other people were waiting ages and all the orders were wrong missing things even people who ordered from the car had to come in to get the drinks. On top of this we all watched as they prioritized the deliveroo drives etc they walk in waiting one min and go like we don't matter. Would never recommend don't really understand how we waited as long as we did but it seemed like we were being pushed aside for the delivery orders so we just kept waiting

My daughter's burger was not included in the order, the drink was half full and none of the dips arrived! Rubbish! Now my daughter has to wait another half an hour to have her burger delivered!!

We had to wait for a long time for our food, I know that they were really busy, the food served was not how it looked on the picture that's for sure, but it was hot and cooked properly, I didn't use the loos but they do have them

the delivery was fine, however the lid of my drink had not been put on properly and it spilled out on the journey and messed up the poor delivery drivers car, plus no drink left for me. Please check your lids guys!

Took a long time after ordering for it to be delivered. Delivery driver was very friendly. Very disappointed by the usual issues, no straw with my drink and even though I requested condiments with my order they were not in the bag. I am convinced McDonald’s staff don’t actually read the orders when it gets to sauces and the lack of common sense regarding the straw…wow
