Well located with good service and food.

Place is a joke. Every consecutive time I've ever gotten food from here it's always been either wrong, cold or looks like it's been gripped by a toddler. Chimpanzees could run the place twice as better than the clowns at this place

Always asked to 'park up' when collecting an order at the drive-thru. Order accuracy has been very poor recently, too.

Sitting in a 5 mins queue to be told that all three things I'm wanting to order are not available (even though still showing on the boards). Complete waste of time and having to sit in the rest of the drive through queue just to get out. Terrible.

It was very busy with a queue to get in the carpark, but service was quick and food fresh.

Well, there is no need to write much on this subject, every conscious person knows what it is. Enjoy your meal

Drink was made wrong twice but got there in the end

Unfortunately all the online app food ordering services have made this fast food place SLOW. They want to jump the queue and put too much demand on the ordering system. I only wanted a coffee to takeaway and waited 15 minutes.

Good service. My order was not wrong either, somewhat, maybe because I wasn't there in the rush hour. Haha Update, need to adjust the rating due to recent experiences. If I'm not rude, don't be rude. Never going to buy the McRib every again, this was a joke, and I was challenged on it as well, because that's how it should look like. Off peak time. Also, coke no ice, but ice galore in it.

This one is always hit or miss. Sometimes we go here and it's a lovely clean resturant, fast service; equally the drive thru is quick. Other times, poor cleanliness, staff that ignore you, slow service ( maximum wait time personally has been around 30 minutes), extremely slow drive thru. Defiently don't go based on how many cars in the drive thru or carpark, because I cannot find a correlation to the good vs bad experience.

Hands down the SLOWEST McDonald’s in the UK

I do not often visit MacDonald as ,I seemingly in a minority, find it awful for it's food offerings and yet again it lived up to it? Awful,poor,not cheap and why do people get addicted to this ' food'? The picture shows a cheeseburger, allegedly? You can buy a microwave one from the garage next door and that would present better and probably taste a little better?

Decent enough McDonald's, always seems clean and at the drive through they normally remember to give you napkins without having to ask.

I have 2 children that have to eat a vegan diet. They like a plant based burger meal only. I asked if I could have 2 plant based burger meals in a happy meal box but they refused saying this absolutely couldnt be done!! Of course it could. Do the maths. 2 adult meals put in a cheap happy meal box...? Win win for Macdonald's! But no, I had to buy 2 happy meals to throw away and 2 plant burger meals to put into the boxes so the 5 year old twins weren't disappointed. Disgusting! What would Ronald McDonald say? I thought he was all about the kids. Think sense and offer a plant based burger happy meal and if not please just allow 2 plant based adult meals to go into a kids box!!

Such a difference from my nearest McD's. Food was speedy, fresh and delicious. Plus included all the ingredients it should have. Restaurant clean, tidy and looking as expect a McDonald's to.

Popped in here as a one off as I rarely visit fast food places but was with friends who wanted something quick after a long day out. I am not a strict vegetarian as I eat fish but chose a spicy wrap which was really tasty. I do feel though that the vegetarian/fish options are still a bit limited. Brioche buns would definitely be a tastier option than the plain white buns, I wouldn't order a veggie burger for this reason. My friend, who years ago worked for McDonald's for 14 years pointed out a couple of things such a beards not being covered by a net, just an observation. Overall, the place was clean, service was super quick and friendly. Prices reasonable too. I really like the fact that McDonald's raise enormous amounts of money for sick children and have stopped doing the throwaway plastic toys. Seems they listen to their customers. I'll definitely be back for my occasional treat 😊.

What an amazing experience today. After speaking to Saskia the manager. About certain food requirements for myself. She was amazingly helpful. Gave me direct answers and answered exactly what I needed to know. Very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to speak to. Very polite and service with a smile. I absolutely enjoyed my meal and left a very happy and returning customer. Thank you.

Staff is very rude especially with the delivery drivers.. None of them bothers about them.. if driver ask them about delivery they say I'm busy with some other work.. If you question them they'll be rude.. One of the worst service in East Sussex comparing other MCD's

Stopped on our way home, sometimes it just has to be a big mac! Food was ok, toilets were spotless!

I have put in an order about an hour ago, at 16:40 it said it had been delivered but no food. Not happy, I called the McDonald's and they gave me a fake number. Won't even refund me and spent about £25 Really not happy

Went to drive through to order breakfast. I do this once or twice a week. Ordered meal deal and asked for the extra hash brown. This is normally available at a discounted price as part of the deal. Was told that the deal was no longer available and the extra hash brown was now full price. I advised the girl that she wrong. The manager also came to the window to say the deal was not available. I cancelled my order and drove to another nearby McDonald's. Strange, but the other Mcdonald could provide the discounted deal. The Wed's morning staff that I dealt with at Bell Farm are unhelpful and incompetent. Disgusting level of service!

All Food Luke warm fish fingers very dry and over cooked.

This McDonald’s is honestly a joke. They always serve the wrong drive thru lane first, leave you waiting, the orders are ALWAYS parked up, usually blocking the drive thru, just eat etc always get priority meaning things are utter chaos, and this latest trip they managed to get my order wrong 3 times because the guy serving wasn’t paying much attention and put my reg on someone else’s receipt and parked me up. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Ditch just eat and focus on the customers in front of you. Really is a joke.

As you’d expect from McDonald’s only slower with a 50/50 chance of your order being correct

Lovely branch of McDonald's. Staff were really helpful and more than happy to clear up after me which I usually do myself. Restaurant was clearly along with the facilities there. It is a busy restaurant with the drive through but I didn't feel there was much of a wait for us eating in and ordering in store.

the food is always cold or the wrong food the service is not good they are rude and inpatient when i ordered my milkshake it was only filled halfway. the atmosphere is loud gross and dirty CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT!

Real shame, 2 Big Macs left off the order, quite major things to forget off the order, dips completely wrong and fries were quite cold. First time it’s happened from here but still frustrating and disappointing.

Food took an hour to get here, it was cold and part of the order was missing......very poor. I don't know why it's soooo hard to get it right. This must improve because it happens all the time at the Polegate branch.

Yet again my order wasn’t complete missing a lot of food items which I’ve now had to share our food between the kids as some of their food didn’t come either also it’s rare that I ever get straws and sauce that I’ve asked for and being a loyal customer this shouldn’t be happening

Orde through McDonald's app for breakfast delivery every time staff can not pack an order always missing item when contacting McDonald's their manager was not happy to assist advised to contact Uber but I ordered through McDonald's app. Do not order delivery as you will never get a complete order.

Half of my food was missing and was cold upon arrival.

Long wait for cold food. It sounded like every alarm in the kitchen was going off non stop and no one knew what to do about any of it. Clearly don't know how to manage the POS either as I ordered and paid for a sauce that they did not have in stock. Was not offered a refund. Could not get out of there quick enough and won't be going back.

I ordered my food at just gone 6pm and didn't get it until 7.15 pm. The big Mac and the fries were stone cold, and my milkshake had melted to almost a liquid, and no straw was there either. In all the worst service I've had, and wont be ordering off them again.

Missed both McFlurrys from my order and my 9 McNuggets meal only came with 6 McNuggets and they’ve forgot the straws and sauces. Seems to be every time we order now there’s always stuff missing.

Originally the time showing when we ordered was 20 mins. We got the food 1hr & 10 mins later. When the food arrived it was stone cold and the ice creams were just liquid and inedible!

had constant missing items and just wrong items in my orders, it's usually nothing big but sometimes I'm just missing the main part of my meal or it's something completely different. only reason I don't give 1 star quality is so far they have always been good at providing refunds.

The chips were cold, the burgers were cold, the Coke was 3/4 of the way filled with no ice. The milkshake was spilled. And the driver waited a good five minutes before getting out of his car and delivering our food. Very poor service.
