It does the job and fills a gap. Sometimes quite inexpensively. Nice black coffee.

Reminiscing a Big Job in Syvilan Grove down Old ,Kent Road, doing our first Fibre Optic Aerial Satellite system with my nephew and Mick of Mjs Systems ltd serving 102flats and 6houses over a period of two and half years about 10years ago which was prolonged with,site problems and obstructive electricans but we still gone it done!we have over early morning coffee break here before going on site staff still attentive and friendly!

very poor service. Did not deliver on time at all. Avoid McD in general and this place in particular if you can!!

This is one of the worst McDs EVER!! Slow is not the word, and by the time you get your food, it's cold. This new system is chaotic and needs revised. Avoid Old Kent Road Mcdonalds at all costs, especially Saturdays. Don't say you weren't warned!

food didn't turn up and didn't get a refund

It's one of the best McDonald's I've been to... The staff members we're so nice. Very crowded on Sundays lunch time.

Not a fan of processed food, but we enjoyed this meal.

It has never taken me 28 minutes to go through a Drive Thru, but today it did. Server put a meal on the screen, told me the price and said tap your card here. He did all of this without even looking at me. I told him that was not my order, he then frowned before asking what I wanted with a very bad attitude.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been. I have to clean the table before having food. Some non-customers-like people walked around tables. I later found out that my iPhone, mobile router and charger were stolen by a woman who begged for food. The management was not helpful at all. Please put yourself on full alert when any stranger comes near your table and simply ask the person to go away. You shall not be suffering any loss for being kind.😡

My order took long and was missing almost all my food

Well this mcdonalds sucks. Food was piping hot yet tasted old, hard to chew and far from fresh. They must be reheating cold food. My local McDonald's never serves hot old food. If their food is older its cold and you just get it replaced. But this place is disgusting for reheating cold food. Man taking the order was impatient and rude. I asked what Mcflurrys they had and he said, "you know" and apparently they don't do any specials there. (Online seems to disagree) I'm just glad this place isn't my local and we never have to return.

No sauces l, no serviettes, no straw am I supposed to eat a milkshake with my fingers. Services not 100% food quality cold.

My partener just got served by a very rude girl she threw the money back at him on the counter, instead of giving it nicely!!! Whomever is working there today, he didn't catch her name so the manager should look on the cameras and see how rude this girl was!!!

I just had a sausage and egg McMuffin and it had egg shells, deptford branch is not any better but Streatham is on point with their food.Old kent roads food comes out lukewarm, Streathams food is hot and taste so much better than the other two even though "they supposedly use the same recipe".

Wrap was all open in the wrap box. Toilet was stinging and dirtiest

My food was delivered with no care. Items were missing from my order and I wasn’t given back my money. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced items missing. Don’t order absolutely poor.

Drive thru was terrible, we ordered just for them to ask us to move aren’t o the car park and never delivered our food. I had to go into the McDonald’s myself to pickup my food just for them to get my order wrong.

the burger was stone cold and chips was to and that mcdonalds is basically 10 mins away from wrigglesworth Street and at the that time it shouldn't take 45 mins to be delivered

You are paying more and portions are getting smaller. The meat on the burgers looks more like slices of ham. No taste either. No seasoning.

Waited 25 mins for drive thru order and chips had been cooked in dirty oil.

Customer service NON EXISTENT. 25 min wait for food ordered to table and NO apology whatsoever. Then I had to chase it up but got ignored mostly. Unbelievable. Well done you've lost a customer.

Delivered the food over an hour late and everything was cold complete joke

Literally took forever and a day to arrive considering I’m 5 minutes away and on curfew so as you could imagine the wait was unimaginable.

Ordered three meals at 3.20pm by 3.45pm our still hadn't been done. My partner went to complain, turns out for the 10mins he was waiting to speak to someone the order was infront him on the stand, when it was finally handed over it was stone cold so I asked for it to be changed the member of staff changed the fries. When I asked to speak to the manager she just walked away. I went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager, I had to get 3 different members of staff to get him to talk to me (he was sweeping, talking to staff generally pottering about) eventually I tell him the issue, at this point I've had enough there's only so much patience a person can have, he re does the order and we get hot food... almost 50 minutes after it was first ordered. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. Yet it wasn't overly busy.

I ordered food at 2am. They said it would arrive at 2:45. I did not receive my food until 3:30am and it is now stale and the drinks have spilt over the food.

I did not receive my order, I’m very unhappy. I have been requesting a refund as I don’t think it’s acceptable to pay for food I didn’t receive. The food has said it’s delivered but never came. This was early hours of the morning. Thank you

My delivery instructions were not followed I specifically said to not knock on the door or ring the bell as it is early hours in the morning and people are sleeping and the delivery man rung the doorbell more than once

Absolutely disgusting filthy the only toilet open was the disabled/child changing one..overflowing with filthy water which was being walked out INTO the restaurant..the food gave me diarrhea...and not even a simple polite thank you etc...never again will I enter a McDonalds

Had me waiting almost 30 monitors for food on top of that this is the most piss taking part they forgot to put my mozzarella bites inside and by the time I got home I realised the forgot and it’s already 2:30 am so I’m not going to go back and two ther phones are off . I didn’t receive my order I’d like to gets refund asap

To the manager, I have to point out some issues with the customer experience at your branch. 1. The earsplitting and relentless din of the motorised steam cleaner in the kitchen. No other McDs has this issue so either: a) you bought an unnecessarily heavy-duty machine meant for dirty industry (like an abattoir) or b) it's faulty: get it fixed. What you *don't* do is have one of your staff repeatedly walk this machine up and down the same bit of floor behind the counter for best part of half an hour next to where people are eating. It's a restaurant; people come to eat in moderately pleasant environs. Just because it's McDonald's doesn't mean you should make it as unpleasant as dining on the hard shoulder of the M25. The unpleasant ear pollution chased every seated customer out. 2. The people who clean the customer toilets should not be working with such highly chlorinated bleach. It was itching my eyes within seconds of entering the gents so I had to think what does longer exposure do to the health of the staff. Again, I have not come across this issue in any other McDonald's before. There are plenty of alternative products available that do the job but don't have such high toxicity.

I ordered a triple cheeseburger bigmac the food was cold and the burger was like nothing I've ever received from McDonald's was two squash buns two black in colour burgers no lettis two squash pieces of cheese,nothing else,it came not even up to McDonald's standard plain burger nothing else in this yet paid over £3 pounds for a burger burnt black an squash no lettuce no onions no pickle no ketchup possibly the worst waste of over £3:00 I have ever spent and was extremely shocked

The latest visit using the app waited 5 minutes before it appeared on the screen, and then an additional 3 for it to be served. When opening the bag, the burger box hadn't even been closed properly!🤔. Still no improvement on service. Staff seem more interested in talking to one another than getting meals ready.

You could probably go to a supermarket, buy some burgers, go home and make a bbq and eat quicker than ordering here. Very disorganised and slow staff. So if you have 40 min to waste waiting for a cheeseburger, sure go for it.

Fries were abit cold. But rest of the order was good. I did not get the sauces I ordered but I have that problem with all Mcdonalds. Delivery driver was polite and friendly.

Every time I order from this restaurant they manage to mess it up. They have added two portions of cheese when I specifically requested no cheese. On one occasion they forgot 3 fries and two apple pies from my order. When I informed them, they apologised and gave me the remainder of my order which I didn’t check. Got home to realise they forgot one portion of fries again. This happens way too often. Not sure what the staff are on but it’s a joke.

Slowest place to buy food on earth, wait ages to be served then told to wait at front of the restaurant. By the time you recieve the hot food the ice creams melted. No sense to give all at the same time. Horrible experience

This was possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten and to top it all of, they took about 20 minutes to just give me a McFlurry and jt was literally water. My friend got selects however they gave him nuggets and then took another 20 minutes to get the selects. The chips were absolutely stone cold.

Evetime i use this store it takes an eternity to get my food witch is strange as there is a whole football and subs stood behind till just twiddleing their thumbs and food is always cold or items missing .

This is the most disgusting mcdonnalds I've ever been too cold dry and tastless food will never return disgusting

Ordered the new double chicken burger with no pickle. Really disappointed. There was not a lot of sauce (perhaps they were low in stock), which tasted dry. Not sure whether a double chicken burger is a good idea, or the preparation was the problem, as a consequence will stick to the regular McChicken sandwich in future.
