driver never gave me my food and has marked it delivered

The two double cheese burgers was freezing cold and it only took me 5mins to get home and never again am I ordering from old Kent road! Thanks again.

I want refund to is guy is clearly scamming for a free meal to eat for himself.

This place needs to train their employees and more specifically… their drive thru staff. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6 times to ask for the beef patty to be removed from the cheeseburger (which I’ve got every single time for the past 6 years) and the worker tell me it’s not possible. I ended up going to the Deptford branch instead where the employee knew what they were doing. Please show your employee this photo and tell them IT IS POSSIBLE. Thank you.

I have no idea how the poor staff manage to deal with scum that hangs out there. Went for coffee twice, regretted it twice.

Rude staff, manager don’t know how to apologise on behalf of their rude staff. Service is slow and the staff always gets the order wrong.

Don’t order online from this mcdonalds - made the mistake tonight and didn’t realise I ordered from the old Kent Road one Drivers literally tell you they don’t prepare food for takeaway after 11pm - we were told this almost 3 years back and have never mistakenly ordered from them again We ordered at 11:25pm and it’s close to 2am and no pick up yet

I went inside to order my meals for takeaway. The fries were cold because they'd been cooked and left in the servery. I had to send them back and wait for fresh fries to be cooked, and then the burgers went cold. Maybe due to it being post midnight, the staff seemed uninterested and slack

Service definitely got better in the last 6-9 months. Much faster and looks more organised.

The driver and restaurant is the best Thankyou.

Went through the drive through and was told to wait in the parking lot for someone to bring it out. 15 minutes later I went in to see what was going on and my order was just sitting there getting cold.

This morning I bought chicken for my baby after a large order and I ask if it does contain any pepper or spicy becouse is for a baby.. and the lady was atended says not a told and when I get home was super spicy lot of black pepper is just about customer service if they don't know what theh are saling or do. E one w Allergies it can be cousedylot of problems.

Arrived to hear/see what I assume was manager/supervisor chiding staff in what I thought to be unpleasant manner from customer side of counter. Others noticed also. Felt sorry for staff. Service is quite slow here and front of house is far from clean even when relatively quiet.

This McDonald's has a huge reputation for forgetting to put everything in the customer bag. You'll either be missing a burger, or fries or drinks. I ordered 3 meals from this place today and they forgot the orange juices. 3x orange juices missing. It's not the first time. I advice people to check their food. I'm not longer coming this restaurant. I'm sticking to bestwood and making a complaint.

Visited at 2am. There was two delivery drivers and the drive through was empty, yet it took over 15 minutes to serve two double cheeseburgers. The male toilets have not been looked at in a while, there was a shattered bottle on the floor with some liquid, likely liqueur, the toilet seats had urine on them and toilet paper everywhere.

out of 12 items ordered , there were 5 items missing. that is half the order. Customer services refund £3 and apparently this is meant to make it ok...

A young gentleman, Yakuba the drive through cashier deserves a shout out! So helpful, knowledgeable, and such a good energy!

food did not only take almost an hour being prepared despite my order of two, but also was stone cold upon arrival despite my house being around the corner approximately 3 minutes from the restaurant. there is no excuse for this considering the distance and amount of time taken preparing the meal, if a prolonged amount of time is taken to prepare my meal i expect it to be at least warm. this is an unacceptable service i have experienced

Always busy but got food pretty quick.

Went here last week & the toilets are disgusting there was also no sauce in the dispenser & no sugar. The food I ordered & the service regarding that was fine otherwise

Oi was waiting hours for something that never even came.

If you want your food hot go to this drive through. Can't fault it. Can get busy at times but generally fast service.

I requested just ketchup but they gave me me way too much to the point the bun broke apart from being soaked in ketchup

I’m here to drop my 5 stars because I went today for a drive thru breakfast but it was slightly past 11am. The staff initially said “no” but after I complained they made efforts to get my breakfast order ready and it was amazing, so touché McDonald’s.. Touché

Absolutely rubbish! First, I ordered banana with my meal , why did they give me VANILLA? Second, the whole of my burger buns burnt. Do better, it'a food it's really not that hard the orders are literally in writing on the screen! And the restuarant was dirt two + I ordered a mc crispy not spicy why have you given me the wrong burger"? Got my whole order wrong. What I would like is a refund because what on Earth am I paying £10 for for you to get my WHOLE order wrong and even BURN my food! Why would you even serve burnt food?

The service wasn't very friendly and welcoming, and the staff were handling food without gloves, don't think I will be eating from here again, they used to be top of there game with hygiene not sure what's happened recently

It does the job and fills a gap. Sometimes quite inexpensively. Nice black coffee.

Reminiscing a Big Job in Syvilan Grove down Old ,Kent Road, doing our first Fibre Optic Aerial Satellite system with my nephew and Mick of Mjs Systems ltd serving 102flats and 6houses over a period of two and half years about 10years ago which was prolonged with,site problems and obstructive electricans but we still gone it done!we have over early morning coffee break here before going on site staff still attentive and friendly!

The driver was so rude he arrived at the car park on my estate, refused to come into the estate kept telling me he is at 86 despite explaining to him multiple times I live at 85 and 86 is and even number and 85 is odd so they are not next to each other. He then messaged saying I’m leaving your food outside 86 which is no where near me and I’m disabled.

This is one of the worst McDs EVER!! Slow is not the word, and by the time you get your food, it's cold. This new system is chaotic and needs revised. Avoid Old Kent Road Mcdonalds at all costs, especially Saturdays. Don't say you weren't warned!

It's one of the best McDonald's I've been to... The staff members we're so nice. Very crowded on Sundays lunch time.

Not a fan of processed food, but we enjoyed this meal.

It has never taken me 28 minutes to go through a Drive Thru, but today it did. Server put a meal on the screen, told me the price and said tap your card here. He did all of this without even looking at me. I told him that was not my order, he then frowned before asking what I wanted with a very bad attitude.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been. I have to clean the table before having food. Some non-customers-like people walked around tables. I later found out that my iPhone, mobile router and charger were stolen by a woman who begged for food. The management was not helpful at all. Please put yourself on full alert when any stranger comes near your table and simply ask the person to go away. You shall not be suffering any loss for being kind.😡

Well this mcdonalds sucks. Food was piping hot yet tasted old, hard to chew and far from fresh. They must be reheating cold food. My local McDonald's never serves hot old food. If their food is older its cold and you just get it replaced. But this place is disgusting for reheating cold food. Man taking the order was impatient and rude. I asked what Mcflurrys they had and he said, "you know" and apparently they don't do any specials there. (Online seems to disagree) I'm just glad this place isn't my local and we never have to return.

No sauces l, no serviettes, no straw am I supposed to eat a milkshake with my fingers. Services not 100% food quality cold.

My partener just got served by a very rude girl she threw the money back at him on the counter, instead of giving it nicely!!! Whomever is working there today, he didn't catch her name so the manager should look on the cameras and see how rude this girl was!!!

I just had a sausage and egg McMuffin and it had egg shells, deptford branch is not any better but Streatham is on point with their food.Old kent roads food comes out lukewarm, Streathams food is hot and taste so much better than the other two even though "they supposedly use the same recipe".
