No straws for the milkshakes or ketchup

got the wrong order and all of the items within the bag were cold

No one read my requests, no sauce no extra pickle bland chips without salt salt!

food was all squashed and not very warm

He was very good and was here early food was still nice and hot it was amazing

Everytime I visit I always end up waiting quite a while so be prepared when visiting

The food was lukewarm and not crispy. The drink seemed to be coke rather than oasis zero. Timestamp on bags suggest it was prepared 45 mins before delivery, even though delivery was only a 10 min drive.

Would of been ok if they got my order right item missing and refusing to give a refund

the burger sauce doesn't really compliment the steak burger in all honesty... far better if it was a balsamic dressing in my opinion

Don't normal give good reviews for mcdonalds but have to say this one was not to bad went at lunch time on a week day ordered off the touch screen wait about 5 minutes and got my food to takeaway and it was all really nice and for once for mcdonalds was actually hot. I wouldn't really sit in here as too many people walking past and makes you feel uncomfortable because it's inside asda

After seeing dubious reviews, we were happy to see hot food, fast delivery and all there. Delivered to Romsey.

Constantly getting orders wrong or sending the wrong items. Awful service.....and the McDonald's app is absolutely useless! I've paid for items I haven't received and there's no way of getting the items sent, or getting a refund. They won't answer the phone either. A totally useless company who have absolutely no care for their customers!

Ordered a take away and they can’t get anything right -No sauce even though I asked for sauce -Asked for no ice in my drink … my drink has come with ice in it -what’s the need to put the spoon upside down in the McFlurry, probably very unsanitary seeming as that’s the bit you touch to pick it up. They also must have touched the bit that goes in my mouth in order to put it upside down in my McFlurry - straws would be nice

Less chatting and more serving waiting customers would be great,so slow but at least they are all having a great time 😤

Purchased a Quarter pound cheeseburger meal. Chips were soggy and cold and not cooked. The Burger too was lacklustre and cold. Appaling quality.

I've literally never seen such a disorganised collection of people in one room together! I never actually got my food, along with many others. Thanks for wasting everybody's time and money guys.

Didn't get half the order, upset 12 year old without Minecraft stuff. No sauces delivered, wife's eating her chicken selects dry. Don't bother with these lot, no idea.

Standard Macdonalds inside Asda store . Clean tidy and generally busy . Service quite grunty not much speech .

Great delivery, can’t fault driver but order was missing nuggets I’d ordered and I’d specifically ordered 3 Minecraft meals to get the collectibles for my kids but none of them had them, which I’d paid for as the meals were more expensive versions. Really annoying. I got an instant t refund for the missing nuggets which is ok, but still did not try what I’d paid for

The delivery time was a little long but not the drivers fault. That McDonald's always takes a while even when you are in there. Food was a little cold. But not freezing because the driver came to us quickly.

Lack of fries, no straw provided and poor presentation

Every single time I have ordered McDonalds delivery I have had items missing. every time without fail there will be items missing. This time it was all the fries, 4 portions. ordered for a family of 4 and none of us got fries. I was charged for them of course and they were on my recipt but not in the bag. This is probably the 10th time we have attempted delivery and I cannot recall 1 ocation where we have had all items we have paid for. How can it be wrong every time? so fed up now.

I would highly not recommend going to this McDonald's, service was bad already and it's slow as hell me and my family have to wait 30 minutes more just to get our meal, when it is served it was cold as ice, if you don't have a lot of patience pleasd never ever come here.

It would be quicker to raise a cow, butcher it, hang it for 12 months, make it into a burger, cook it and then serve it than to get a burger from this mcdonalds. Also, they tell you the food is ready on the screen, but they haven't actually thought about getting your food cooked yet.

Why do you make all orders to take away? Very wasteful

Time of delivery kept being put back, courier had not left restaurant according to map. Food was cold, fish was hard grey and tasted as though repeatedly reheated. no BBQ sauce delivered. won't bother again.

Ordered via the app for delivery, order turned up with 3 items missing, stone cold and no syrup on the pancakes, called up to try and fix this told rudely to phone support as it’s a third party app. No apology or solution. Terrible.

ordered at 18.10pm arrived at 20.32pm, absolutely rubbish service! food luke warm when finally arrived. Only live 10 minutes drive away from McDonald's Asda, ordered for convenience! Would've been quicker to do a full grocery shop!! And there was no easy way to complain whilst delivery time kept changing!

Food was stone cold when it finally arrived!!! We had to reheat all the food. Regarding delivery - I submitted my order at the time it said estimated delivery at 11:40, food finally arrived just before 12:30pm. Really bad food and really super late delivery.

The driver delivered it on time and I have no issues, however I’m am upset that both hash browns weren’t in my order and that I was given the wrong item. I ordered a bacon roll with ketchup but was given a McMuffin with extra egg and cheese. 😭at least they remembered the jam for my McMuffin this time 😔🤚🏻

pink lemonade was spilt in the bottom of the bag and the lid wasn't on - only half a drink left and no straw. Chips cold. asked for no sandwich sauce, but it had sandwich sauce. I asked for extra ketchup and there was barely any I the burger.

If you want your food to be the same temperature as your cold drinks then this is the place for you. Oh also they help with calories as they forget to put I'd say 35% of the order very good indeed. I know it's a fast food chain not expecting anything amazing but geee at least send Luke warm food or something, I get people make mistakes but seems to be a running theme for everyone else. Bonus points the mcflurry was cold, shock horror.

My son was missing his chicken nuggets in his child’s meal and they put his burger which was separate in there ? , both McDonalds near me are getting so bad at getting orders right and I am loosing out on money ,sort it out it’s not hard to read .

My girlfriend and I recently ordered food from here expecting some good food from McDonald’s and the least I can say is this is the worst food service and quality I have ever seen. First of all the bag the delivery turned up in a ripped and damp bag. The food was cold and nearly impossible to try and eat. We also paid extra for sauces which never turned up and neither did our straws. This could a be a health and safety hazard as they should be checking food temperatures even if the food is frozen originally. It’s just common sense. Also the boxes for the burgers etc, were broken and ripped and looked like no care procedures had taken place at all 😂😂

Visited 12.30pm 30/12/24 Very busy, but that's to be expected. Used the self-service machine, food was hot, and the strawberry milkshake did have a slight banana hint to it but overall nice. Chicken mayo had plenty of sauce, and the lettuce looked fresh and green, Overall, the place looked clean and tidy, although it's not huge.

Sorry this McDonald’s keeps leaving stuff off the order.don’t anybody look at orders.

Food arrived cold and the chips were so salty they were inedible. Also one of the drinks was missing. All in all a very disappointing meal that cost nearly £40. Won’t order again.

I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality of our delivery. The delivery time kept getting pushed back and was over an hour late. All items were stone cold, we got nuggets in the happy meal instead of a cheese burger and the toy was missing so my son was very disappointed. Will not be ordering again. Please can this be investigated. Thank you

Consistently bad. Takes a very long time. Many times I’ve been waiting 15+ minutes for an order. Order is wrong most of the time as well.
