McDonald's in Eastleigh

Came in one evening when it was relatively quiet (less than 5 orders). Used machine for my order and printer failed but order went through. Waited 15 minutes and nothing turned up despite the screen showing order ready. When I asked what's happening was told there is no order and they asked for evidence of the order (printer failure meant I couldn't). Eventually convinced them of the order. Asked for the burger to be plain. When it arrived it wasn't . Had to wait again for this to be corrected. Not the first time this has disappeared and I won't go there again for sure. Staff didn't seem too bothered and the Uber orders were their priority. Also ordered a wrap and it was burned. See pics. Update 2024: Still the same. Crazy busy and the receipts are rare to get from the machines. Also the bins were mostly full.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s be even been to. Comparable to having something to eat at a dumpster on fire while a pack of rabid dogs eat your insides alive.

No straw with my order for the drink, missing ketchup which we paid 10p each for.

Tell the tramp making burgers to wear a hair net. Not the only black hairs I found!!!

Food was cold. Half empty chips. Drinks fallen over in bag. Small drink was only half filled and hadn’t tipped over in the bag. Wouldn’t recommend

Arrive an hour late, without dips, and messy

McDonald's keep "forgetting' to include the sauces. twice in 2 days we've had no ketchup or sweet and sour to go with our food. service from courier was top notch though

If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! I understand multiple drops but when food leaves at 19.31 and arrives at 20.35. We literally live 5 mins away. No sauces supplied either. Just might as well pick it up.

We received no straws and half a Big Mac

Absolutely awful. First gets order wrong and instead of freshly making a new burger they just took everything off and handed it back to me. That wasn't eaten. Then the chips were obviously cooked and recooked and recooked again so that they are unedible. They then forgot dips. Awful customer service all in all, should be ashamed. If you're in the area and looking for a McDonald's, can't recommend the one at the black swan in swaythling enough. Never had an issue there.

Well if it’s open I always order from here just that the one in town well they have made so many mistakes on my orders things missing ,just wish some people could read ,so Asda McDonalds is my first place to order .

Late, cold, wrong items and items missing.....

After waiting for an unexplainably long time with our child during a quiet period our order finally materialised! Hallelujah! So we departed having given the staff the benefit of the doubt and awarding them at least some confidence that they could read an order correctly and fulfill it as such, upon arriving home we soon realised we had given them far more credit than they're deserving of. The double bacon and egg muffin which was wrapped in the double bacon wrapper was in fact double sausage; which my partner hates... The coffee was luke warm at best, this is still much warmer than the service we received at the time. Overall this establishment is a complete shambles with staff who need some basic training in how to read an order, let alone fulfill one correctly. I guess it goes without saying, 'if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!'. A complete disgrace to the McDonald's name, it's no wonder the company is underperforming with establishments like this one. I would steer clear until major improvements have been undertaken.

The Asda eastleigh mcdonalds is terrible. Constantly missing items!!!! Food cold, really bad customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! GO EASTLEIGH OR SWAYLING!

Just wanted a simple burger chips and a drink excellent food the drink or drinks I should say because I had a Diet Coke and a milkshake were very very good and it was very quickly delivered. I will use them again.

I have been to the McDonald’s at least over 10+ times, even if it is a small order and they’ve never got anything right, I ordered a mcdelivery tonight as I just got back from a long day out and half the order was missing. If I was you I would never go to this one because you just won’t get anything

Food was soggy and cold, it went in the bin

We came in ordered food after waiting 20 minutes the food was freezing cold and was inedible the experience we received was not to standards supposedly set by McDonald’s franchises avoid at all costs

It is quite an achievement to cook McDonald’s poorly! I’m sure 90% of the public feel they could jump into the kitchen and be cooking with around 5 mins training. Yet somehow this restaurant managed to make one of the worst McDonalds meals I’ve ever had. The chips were overcooked to the point of being dark brown and chewy. They were cold, clearly sitting out for a while and barely salted. I don’t know how many pickle slices a double quarter pounder is supposed to have. Two, three maybe? Around 4 fell out of the burger and a further 6 or 7 were in at. The pickles were soaking wet and dripping as if someone had opened a jar and poured the pickles, juice and all, onto my burger. My chicken selects were like dog chews, again, ridiculously over cooked. I did something I never thought would happen in my life time today; left half a portion of McDonalds fries uneaten! Genuinely astounded. On the plus side the bottle of Tropicana orange juice was prepared perfectly.

I orderd food wot i got was nothing!!! Wot i orded. And i asked for things to be taken out for a reason. It was all left in there. So have had to have beans on toast now as mcds had to go in the bin. Fumming NOT HARD TO GET A ORDER!! RIGHT!!!

This mcdonalds NEVER include the dips with the meals. They could be included with the meal, won't show up. You could pay for the dip, won't show up.

The least friendly McD I have been in for ages. Staff saunter about, talk in grunts and all look thoroughly miserable. Chips are soggy. Orders come up as ready for collection the screen when they are nowhere near ready.

Driver was very kind and polite, may have forgotten my drink but rushed back within minutes to bring it afterwards

Been here a few times and it always takes so long for food to arrive. Even when it's not that busy, or just busy with a large throng of people waiting to collect food! I'm not sure if they take too many delivery orders?

1 star but would give no stars if it let me . Awful. Food arrived over 2 hours after ordering and then it was stone cold. Avoid avoid avoid! I will no longer be ordering off this app.

I ordered a mcspicy burger and a chocolate pie The burger was rock hard- as if it had been sitting out for two days. It was a joke, I couldn’t go back because the shop was closing and they wouldn’t let me back in. The pie was mediocre. Old and cold. As if they had just packaged up old food that was to be thrown away.

Not many places to sit comfortably with a pram or wheelchair but other than that the food was great and service was fast and with a smile

The delivery guy couldn’t find the house and was expecting us to go down to him instead of him coming to us.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, it’s the local branch for delivery, I have ordered a couple of times and both times the food has arrived wrong, cold, and just generally awful. Very slow service in branch as well. Even my child said this is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever had!

No straws, no syrup for pancakes, no napkins. Asda Eastleigh constantly forget these items.

Delivery says delivered and never turned up I am guessing the driver has poor directions and delivered to the wrong house! I have cctv cameras to prove no one turned up. Extremely disappointed poor service. Contacted customer services for refund

My husband ordered for me 9 chicken share box to deliver this for me at lunch time , I opened it and found out that they served me 20 chicken nuggets that I hate, also it cost cheaper 5.99£ while we paid 8.49£ for the chicken share box not CHICKEN NUGGETS!!! I will not eat it! Thank you

Fries looked like they have been fried over several days. They took crunchy to another level. The manager really Should have good oversight on this as its very clear when chips have been recooked

Honestly this specific McDonalds has never got my order filled completely and I've stupidly ordered from here four times, hoping each time it will be correct. Would recommend any other McDonalds location over this one.

The food took 25 minutes to come out when it did it was cold. Chips tasted like last nights take out! There weren’t any pickles in the Big Mac and frozen lemonade had started to melt! The dining room was disgusting with rubbish and chips all over the floor and tables covered in used boxes and wrappers. One of your customers ended up clearing because he’d been waiting so long.

Can't beleive it is £1.49 for ONE hashbrown Egg was crispy and black inside, 2nd one was perfect. When I stood at the counter to change the egg the staff just walked past me. Arrived at 9.30 on a Sunday and it had just opened but the floors were still dirty. Plenty of machines to order from plenty of seating Plug sockets including USB available
