Mc Donalds' Notting Hill in Kensington and Chelsea

I am regular customer of this McDonald's branch .especially in the morning as I live near by.today,8 November 2024 at around 9am I ordered my cup of pg tea .as I ordered and went to counter my tea cup was ready with no time gap.i realized later when I took the order and went out to drink my tea .it was dead cold tea as if it was made for someone else long time ago and staff handed over to me the same old and cold tea to get rid of making another fresh tea .I was very upset but didn't go back to staff as I know the staff who is senior member of staff and mostly become rude to customer. That's why I thought instead of ruiningvmy day by complaining to that personality I should move on for my day ....As it was the same staff who handed over me the cup of cold tea ...it was really bad trick from that staff .....

Awful standards of customer service. A girl called Sandy rude & bad manners.She does not speak English or pretend not to understand.She was lazy & did not care for customer service. Re trained is necessary. It was early morning.No place cleaned to seat. At least to my cleaning standards.I cleaned myself.They could not get bored.The wrong attitude Later on a Lady very pleasant called Maritza( she deserves a reward) She did all the work by herself) Not fair.She deserves 3 wages then...I asked to ve it here and they put it to take away They did not change it.Just gave m a tray in a bad manner not before answering Deliveroo.By this time My food was cold and tasted bad Music too loud.Toilets dirty. They don t care...but Maritza she was lovely. Pls change this.It is a Company.Employ people who cares Tks.❤️💕I don t mind to clean the tables as soom as is cleaned.What s the point to have breakfast like this on a Sunday Morning?It should be a pleasant experience...Don t you think?A gentleman asked me for tea and porridge and it was nice in the end to make someone happy.Not for the customer experience though....But for humanity.

Ladies bathrooms were disgusting this does not give me confidence in hygiene standards. The coffee was tasteless as if it had been watered down it was almost like a cup of hot milk.

I was so shocked, no hygiene standards (not one staff member was wearing gloves who was preparing or handling the food), totally shambolic, food took nearly 40 mins to collect, was cold when receiving it at the counter, burgers thrown together, felt like I was in a third world country rather than Notting Hill. I would never return to this place, I usually think McDonalds has a hygiene standard but it was revolting to see people putting burgers together with their bare hands. Not sure who runs this place but it’s a dirty unorganised disgrace.

Restaurant opens late. It is clean, the service is quick and the team is friendly. For the food it like the other Mc Donald, all the item was available, I appreciate.

Went in expecting average mc Donald's , but I was proved wrong the service was good and the food was tasty. I enjoyed my experience.

Auch bei unserem London Aufenthalt lag einmal ein Mc. Essen auf dem Programm.... Sehr ¨überraschend die sehr abwechslungsreiche Adventsauswahl von den vielen Cafes über die Packete, welche bei uns nicht so vorhanden sind... Doch leider waren auch die Nuggets, wie die Burger nicht so sehr gewürzt wie bei uns, scheint aber allgemein in den Restaurants London so die Sitte zu sein....

I went in the Mc Donald at Tottenham Court Road and I ordered the new African sandwich. Look the advertisement and the burger after been made. The lettuce was off and the bread totally different. I went to speak with the manager and he just ignored me.

Well, it's McDonalds, you know what you are going to get. The staff are abundant and willing to serve. They smile a lot which I must give them credit for because they get some right ones in there! Anyway, if you are in Notting Hill and don't fancy a sit down blow out meal, well, go there, you know what you are getting.

I no mc Donald's is always busy but we was stood for nearly 45 mins, and after that they gave us the wrong order then after that they brought out the wrong food, how do you read a order wrong.

A la hora del almuerzo justo pasamos por este local y comimos algo rapido. En este sentido el personal fue bastante eficiente y amable. Es una buena opcion si estas necesitando un ajuste en tu presupuesto del viaje.

Hicimos una parada rápida para ir a visitar la famosa tienda, es un Mc Donalds, de la comida mucho no vale la pena hablar, si destaco la buena atención.

Nonostante fosse un locale a tre piani, abbiamo dovuto aspettare perché si liberasse un tavolo. I panini che fanno non sono proprio il massimo, ne ho preso uno al pollo, era minuscolo (e costava pure assai), e alla fine era come se fossi stato digiuno. In generale il posto era sporco e faceva freddo perché c'era la porta sempre aperta.

I was ordering to take out and assumed that the staff would manage to at least get the order right, but once on my way home I realised I'd been given a quarter pounder with cheese instead of a big tasty and they'd forgotten my mozzerella sticks (even though I reminded them about the dip). Pretty shoddy.Reminded why I don't go there.

Es un Mc Donalds´ común, sobre la comida no hay mucho qeu agregar, no es muy distinta a la que ofrece en otros países, comimos HAMBURGUESAS, tuvimos la suerte de que nos atendiera una cajera muy joven ESPAÑOLA, así que armamos con ella el menú para poder despojarnos del cambio en monedas que nos quedaba! .

Ótima opção para quem quer comer rápido e não gastar muito. O atendimento é o padrão de todo Mc Donald´s.

The place is comfortable and the food maybe is not bad for somebody (for me, it is bad.) but if u go there bcause its cheap, well u can go to the supermarket and buy some bread and chease! Es un Mc Donalds´ común. Pero en una ciudad cara como Londres, debes tenerlo en cuenta. Lo mejor de todo, la comida es basante más picante que en el resto pero nunca nos hizo mal. Es un sabor original. Nosotros comíamos ensalada con pollo crispy. Súper barato (4 libras aprox.) y muy abundante. De postre no dejen de probar un pastelito de manzana maravilloso, calentito por 0,90 p.

Para uma cidade onde tudo é caro, o Mc donalds se encontra a opção mais barata de refeiçoes. Tem opçoes de sanduiches por apenas 1 libra e tb sorvetes por menos que isso.

var i London i 2012 og var på mc donalds, jeg bestilte en hamburger og en cola. Men colaen smagte dårligt lidt som cocio og det var ingen salt på pomfritterne. fix det lige til de andre kunder, ellers var det et rimlig måltid.

A parte i locali tipicamente italiani l'unico posto a Londra dove pranzare o cenare è il Mc Donalds', del resto la cucina inglese è talmente insignificante che anche gli inglesi lo frequentano e come! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo costa meno a Londra che in Italia. Purtroppo non abusatene perché altrimenti il fegato e lo stomaco vanno a farsi benedire.

Pongo que fue regular ya que, todo el mundo conoce mc donalds y a cualquier persona de edad media le gusta mucho, pero el trato que recibi no fue tan bueno. Es necesario pedir con un nivel de ingles bastante alto ya que la gante no me entendia y me faltaba el respeto al no entendrme, porque se impacientaban. No eran capaces de repetir las cosas de buena manera. No soy la unica que me paso, sino que a todo el grupo que viaje que eramos 20 personas

To be fair I would never normally review any fast food restaurant. I think we all know what to expect before going into any McD or KFC etc.. However this one stood out for me and for one reason, the staff. Normally in these places you get served by somebody who clearly doesn't want to be there but the staff at this one when I visited were brilliant. They were organised and worked as a team. Invariably the food I wanted wasn't ready but few minutes later there it was. To top it all I observed a member of staff come around the counter and carry food for an elderly gentleman and even held him as he was a little unsteady on his feat. The restaurant was also very clean and it's very handy next door to the tube.

Ovunque nel mondo McDonald e' qualità e sicurezza , l'ambiente è sempre molto particolare, curato ed accogliente, il personale e' sempre gentile, educato e cordiale e il menù e' sempre strutturato e completo: con un piatto principale, un contorno, un dessert e una bevanda. Ci sonoporzioni adatte ai bambini: il formato delle patatine e delle bevande è più piccolo di quello proposto nei menù per adulti e ci sono infinite varietà' di dessert concepiti appositamente per i bambini: uno yogurt da bere BIO, uno snack al Parmigiano Reggiano e infine la frutta. Trovo inoltre l'iniziativa colazione un'idea molto particolare e conveniente: e' impossibile non trovarsi bene ed ogni occasione a qualsiasi ora del giorno e' giusta per fermarsi qua! Buon appetito a tutti! Per finire gelato e caffè, non possono mancare e sarà una giornata gustosamente indimenticabile.

Llegamos bastante tarde de nuestro vuelo y acabamos comiendo a las 17 (casi horario de cenas de allí) y el McDonalds siempre es un buen recurso de emergencia.Un McDonalds como cualquier otro, rápido, comida no muy apetitosa pero que sacia el apetito, etc.La gracia fue que tanto el gerente como 2 camareras eran españolas, y pasamos un buen rato hablando con ellos.Aseado, pero nada del otro mundo.

I cibi sono ottimi -consideriamo che si tratta di un fast food- Il personale non ha egualiper gentilezza, velocità di servizio e competenza. In particolare io sono stato servito da una ragazza italiana [ Federica] estremamente cortese e molto attenta ai clienti. Insomma un bel voto meritato di 10 e lode!

I guess people don;t get up very early in London because this place wasn't open at 6:30AM when I wanted a cup of coffee.

first i took my girl friend out to dine in this restaurant the waiter were trying to force us to order the expensivest dishes the food is over cook burned we were force to return it the waiter had no smile in there faces i will not be returning for over price non sense only good part i have to say were the drinks our bill came to £75 including vat we had a 3 course meal each with a few drinks it should have been £68 but they must have taken advantage of us who cares i would advise people to dine somewhere else

I always visit this McDonald's when I am in London. Definitely one of the better ones and the refurbishment is fantastic. The interior is bright, lovely and very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and one of the reasons I visit so often when I am in London is one of the staff is so lovely. Free WiFi as well which, while common now especially in London, is always a bonus.

Anche a Londra come ovunque nel mondo, la solita qualità standardizzata per gli amanti del genere. Non amo questo tipo di ristorazione ma trovandosi in un mare di offerte particolarmente costose questo può rivelarsi un utile salvagente, a maggior ragione se del gruppo fa parte anche qualche ragazzo che ne sarà certamente soddfisfatto.

Ma la carne per quanto possibile è buona, il pane ha consistenza, il posto è pulito.Quello che fa la differenza rispetto ad altri locali simili, con i figli a volte tocca andarci, è la cortesia estrema del personale.Una gentilissima cassiera parlava con noi in modo umano, facendosi capire perfettamente e capendo il nostro migliorabile inglese, e ci ha serviti come fossimo in un luogo diverso, non dove con poche sterlilne puoi nutrirti, anche la vigilia di capodanno, quando tutti gli altri locali non ti accettano perchè non hai prenotato.E così questo rimane un bel ricordo, con piatti, per quel che sono, ben fatti, un servizio puntuale, il locale pulito, la disponibilità del personale.Il che trasforma una fine d'anno fantozziano in una piccola, piacevole scoperta.Se avete questi gusti, o se li hanno i vostri figli, andateci sicuri, vi troverete davvero bene

In England ist bekanntlich alles und grade die Verpflegung etwas teurer und so sind auch die Preise im McDonalds in London etwas höher als zum Beispiel in Deutschland. Im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen in London, ist es allerdings eine Preiswerte alternative. Auch Sparmenüs gehören in London zur "Speisekarte" und die angebotenen Burger unterscheiden sich kaum von den deutschen.

Mc Donald's in London ist eine sehr billige Alternative zu den sonst extrem überzogenen Essenspreisen von diversen Restaurants. Die standardisierten Menüs kann man zwar teilweise nicht mehr sehen, aber bevor man über 20 Pfund für einmal Essen gehen ausgibt, überwindet man sich gerne und kommt mit unter 10 Euro mehr als genug zu essen und trinken.
