I expected so much more, just a mediocre experience and food.

Bar & Grill Park Walk knows how to grill up a good time! The cote de boeuf was spot-on – juicy and full of flavor. Plus, the service was top-notch. Definitely a go-to spot if you're into tasty steaks and a laid-back atmosphere.

We had the Beef Wellington and it was just not very nice - the cut wasn't the best. Overall I think the food is overpriced for the quality. The staff however was amazing and they really took care of us, and were very accommodating. We had two babies at the table and our waiter was very nice and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed

We went for our usual sunday roast but this time was not good. I believe it has gone a bit downhill.

The service at GRBG is terrific - attentive and accomodating. The food isn't great. I didn't find the steak quality to be in keeping with the name/brand. Also, they couldn't get the temperature right, my medium rare order produced a well-done ribeye, which was followed by a rare steak after I returned the first. It shouldn't be that hard for a steak place. Plus, the whole thing was too thin. Sushi rolls are an interesting touch on the menu, but there's no fish in them (vege or California only). The steakhouse sides were a bright spot (decent fries, bean and mash), and the wine was good. It's a super location, and the dining experience is very nice, but the food lags behind.

Food was great. Just add salt and pepper to some items and I would Five star quick. Great service from the staff, very helpful with the menu

This is our second GR restaurant visit so far, and although the atmosphere and staff were phenomenal, the food was pretty much average. No disrespect at all to the chef. I recommend going there to form your own opinion.

Had dinner on xmas day evening without the reservation. The staff told me I could sit at the bar which is fine and if there is table open will move me there. Whoever, from the beginning to the end of my meal, they never moved me and there were table emptied the entire time and also people finished their meals before me, they never came to me to ask to move. I mean even I didn’t make the reservation, that was kind a bummer and rude, especially on Christmas Day for a dinner meal. The food is good and the wine is good too. But they could be nicer

We booked our dining experience for Christmas dinner. The service was average, the food was average and the prices were well above average…all for something I could have made myself (frankly, better). I feel like our expectations far exceeded our experience. Gordon would have been ashamed had he been on site. And when I say the service was slow….it was over an hour wait for our main courses (none of which were elaborate). Overall….MEH.

Had the beef Wellington overpriced and over rated. The glasses was not polished and when serving the beer bottle, the label was not facing the guest. A big plus for the frozen beer glass!

Amazing experience. I truly recommend the beef wellington despite it was not my favorite type of cut, too mucho thick. The steak tartare was normal, average. Really good sides and wine. You pay the price but it’s worthy. Good sevice

We had the Fillet and the Sirloin Steak. The taste was really underwhelming especially for the prices. It was mediocre at best. The sides were good though. For dessert we had the sticky toffee Pudding and the new york Cheese cake. The sticky toffee pudding was good. The Cheesecake was not good, it was tasteless. The service and the atmosphere were good. The bathrooms were pretty dirty. I would not go here again because it was way too expensive for the quality of the food.

Food was very good, staff were nice, location is not clean and needs some repair work on ceiling and wall. We were pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms and dinning room. Seems like not enough care as there was a light out over our table. We consider this to be a high quality meal, we just feel like the atmosphere should reflect that as well.

We were visiting from the United States for vacation (2 adults and 1 child). We chose this restaurant to celebrate Thanksgiving while abroad. It was easy to book through Open Table and were welcomed right at the time of our reservation. The staff was warm and friendly, and even offered to take a family photo for us! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. 10/10 highly recommend!

Food and staff were wonderful, as expected. Have to admit I was surprised at the condition of the building. We had a light bulb out over our table. Noticed quite a few water spots on the ceiling and peeling paint, as well. The door to the basement toilets was needing a good cleanup and/or a new coat of paint. Was also disappointed at the bathroom marble. It could have used a good scrubbing!

I ate here in May 2023. My burger had plastic in it. I sent the burger back and I was informed it was from the lettuce wrapper. I was offered a free dessert which I declined due to the quality of the burger, I paid and left. Extremely poor value. I've never experienced a restaurant with such poor quality and service. Eat somewhere else.

My friend and I went for our birthday and had a good time. We have been a fan of Gordon Ramsay for years, so we were very excited to try this place. The food was delicious, especially the spinach side! Definitely will be returning.

Starters of Mackerel with toast which was nice and the buffalo chicken which was average. The burger patty just tasted of charcoal, the chips were lovely. Friendly quick service. I could see other tables werent best pleased with their food either. Disappointing considering this is meant to represent ramsay

90 mins to get served any food. Woefully under staffed, food on arrival tasty if expensive but 2 hrs+ for 1 course really surprising.

Traveled to London to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Went to Park Walk with a group of 10 and ordered starters and mains along with drinks. Service was great until food issues - they just ignored them. Ordered two Beef Wellingtons and several ribeyes (both British and USDA). Beef Wellington was over cooked and tough! Steaks were full of gristle and lacked dry aged flavor. Macaroni and cheese was so tasteless I could hear Gordon himself chewing out the staff in my head. Gordon needs to spend a few minutes and fix this place that has his name. This was my third Ramsey restaurant experience and now my last. I felt like we had better food at the pub and at over £200 per couple, we felt ripped off. Airplane food has been better.

We visited this restaurant because we wanted to try the Beef Wellington The first disappointment came with the starter fish ceviche - tasteless fish swimming in soy sauce. The main course was beef wellington - we were very disappointed, the meat was of poor quality, rubbery, and covered with a tiny amount of mushroom pâté. The restaurant was almost empty, now we know why. The way to the toilet was similar to the experience of going down to the underground parking lot. Dirty walls, floor and it stank. It's not what you expect when paying a hefty bill, and it's not what you expect when you visit a celebrity restaurant who comments and sets standards for others. WE WILL NEVER VISIT GR restaurants again.

Rather poor… quality of food especially disappointing

The food was truly terrible on an epic scale and we will never return! We ordered a couple of portions of the chicken wings as a starter, both were significantly undercooked verging on raw with blood and tough as old boots. We complained to the waiter who feigned sympathy and offered unreserved apologies who subsequently returned with more chicken wings which had clearly been microwaved to death. We were then approached by another waiter who we assumed was the manager who proceeded to tell us that they cook the chicken elsewhere and then cook it again before it is sent out to the customer, and that with regret their process had clearly broken down. To add insult to injury when we finally got some chicken wings that were cooked, or in our case cremated the chicken was tough as old boots! Our next course was just as dire, we ordered the burgers medium rare, we were told we only serve our burgers medium rare and it will come as no surprise they were served medium to well done. To add insult to injury the burgers were absolutely disgusting, and the mess was off the chart! We paid our bill and left concluding that the Gordon Ramsay brand is a total con and he should hang his head in shame!

I recently dined at Gordon Ramsay's Park Walk restaurant for my husband’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, with dim lighting and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

As we entered the restaurant a very nice waiter approached us immediately and brought us to our table, the service that evening was excellent. We both ordered a cheeseburger, which wasn't that bad but the patty could have been juicier. The Restaurant was decorated beautifully except the table we got because there was a big tv screen hanging on the wall behind us. Of course the prices are a bit higher but still affordable. Overall we liked the experience and enjoyed the food. We definitely would recommend paying a visit to this restaurant.

What a great dining experience! The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Good wine selection, clever cocktails, and a perfect classic martini. The steaks were truly superb - one with peppercorn sauce and the other with Béarnaise. Dessert was also excellent - both the sticky toffee pudding and the brownie. But what truly made the meal memorable was the OUTSTANDING service. Each and every front of house staff made us feel valued and welcomed. A really great dinner.

Came here with big expectations, left with very average to poor overall experience. We ordered scialatielli pasta, braised lamb shank and two sirloin steaks. Really nothing special, from taste to serving. I felt nothing different from the average mid range restaurants around. The pasta was poorly seasoned, and the steaks were nicely cooked, but served with two sauces and no proper side dish (we accepted the recommendations), as well as no bread. So to eat it, you'd probably need a spoon. The highlight was the lamb. Tender, nicely served with great Harissa mash as side dish. The atmosphere was unfortunately somewhat poor. Restaurant was empty regardless huge hype around necessity to book a table. Service was fine. Definitely over priced experience. I have no intention to come back or recommend it to anyone. Disappointed but richer for the experience that will make me appreciate the beautiful restaurants in Croatia more.

We spent our Wedding anniversary here, the food was delicious and the staff were very accomdating incorporating the food allergy i have. the service recieved was not rushed and not pressured,it was lovely to watch the world whilst having a lovely meal,with excellent wine and champagne!

We popped in as a family for an early evening meal. Somewhat surprised and delighted that Gordon was in too. Had the set menu which was more cost effective and very tasty. Service was good and atmosphere good too. We'll be back.

We were a large group who came to celebrate a friend's birthday over Sunday brunch. The restaurant was less than half full, but the service was slow and not very proactive. It was a very, very hot day for London (30 C/90 F) and for some reason they had the windows and doors open at the front of the restaurant instead of the air conditioning on. When we asked if they could fix that to make it more comfortable in the dining room, they told us that there were people seated in the front of the restaurant that wanted the doors opened, so they couldn't change it. Once that table paid their bill and left, we asked if they could close the doors now, which they did, but it only made it a bit more comfortable in the sweltering heat, because the air con had a lot to make up for, and frankly I don't think they had it up very high. I was sitting directly across from the vents and expected to suddenly get an icy blast, which never came. I'm not sure why the front of house staff wanted to work in conditions like that, but we did not like eating in it. We had to keep asking for more water, more ice, more drinks just to try to get through the meal, but overall, it was very uncomfortable and we couldn't wait to leave. The food was fine, but nothing special. A bit overpriced for what it was, but to be expected as you're paying for the chef's name and location at a place like this. Just disappointing that for the money we were paying, we couldn't have at least enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing time.

If not the worst burger Ive had in my life, at least one of the terrible ones. The actual patty was horrible, bun was just cold and shame that they have put Gordon’s name on the door. Buffalo wings were just average, sushi rolls were ok, steak was just average Will I go again: Never Food: 0/10 Service: 8/10 Value for money: 7/10 Price : £100 for two

Wish Gordon Ramsey walked in and saw this for himself. Would make for a great episode. Meat was dry, overcooked and burnt, sides were bland, Caesar salad had no dressing, California rolls were basic and OK. French fries were great as was the martini. There was absolutely zero atmosphere, felt like they were closing and wanted us out as soon as possible.

I can't believe this is the Gordon Ramsay brand. A restaurant that can damage its brand value. The welcome and service was the worst ever. We ordered Wagyu and Usda meats. it came in black coals on the top and sides. We expressed our discomfort and no one cared.

Three friends attended for lunch on Saturday afternoon. The weather was good so we were able to sit outside; staff accommodated this by moving tables together. The brunch food menu was varied as was the bottomless drinks menu. Food arrived hot and well presented and was super tasty. Food allergy was accommodated without any fuss at all. Drinks well mixed and were replenished in a timely manner. Could not fault the experience. Super chilled vibe, helpful staff and amazing food and drinks. We had been looking forward to this visit and we’re not disappointed 🥰

Beef Wellington took 45 mins and was not what we ordered. Medium rare came out well done. They offered another meat and we tried ribeye. Ordered a medium rare and it came out rare! Terrible experience not living up to the Gordon name

Went to Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill - Park Walk with my wife and three teenage boys for a nice night out. My boys love Gordon Ramsay and watch all of his shows. Unfortunately, this restaurant was disappointment. We had reservations at 8PM. When we arrived we were sat next to the door for the toilet despite the restaurant being less than 1/4 full. The waiter was kind and attentive despite being one of only two servers for the entire restaurant. This caused long delays in getting drinks and clearing our table when drinks were empty and appetizers were done. We ordered two beef wellingtons, appetizers, and deserts. The food was just ok. The chicken wings, bread, and hamachi were just ok - nothing special. The beef wellington was disappointing. Each slice of the wellington was cooked at different temperatures ranging from medium rare to well done and tasted bland. The deserts were average as well. The bill came out to be 478 Pounds for the five of us. A very expensive tab for a very average meal. Gordon Ramsay has a well earned reputation of a great chef however, it must be hard to maintain quality standards when you have 58 restaurants worldwide.

It’s not the first time that I have been in Gordon’s Ramsay Bar & Grill… I order a beef wellington and it was really delicious. Before I had a sea bass cheviche but maybe it was not a chef day, the cut of the fish wasn’t perfect… there was some skins. Anyway Everytime I go I really enjoy the food.

It was an amazing experience. The food is extremely good. The place is clean and classic. The staff is very very friendly. I would say that it was the best service I’ve gotten in London. Would like to specify Emanuil, he was kind, very friendly and extremely helpful! 10/10 would recommend everything in here. The best Gordon Ramsay branch I’ve been to, with the most excellent service !

We came for the beef Wellington and it was a great disappointment over cooked with low meat quality We ordered side and just before the meat was served we were told it is not available Service is slow and the restaurant team is not attentive to requests

Out of all the restaurants we went to during our recent trip, this place was the worst. My steak had a lot of gristle and tough even cooked medium rare and our chicken app was on the bloody side which is never good for poultry. To make matters worse, our server was rather defensive when these things were pointed out. The restaurant was half empty on a Friday night but we stayed despite my better judgement because my teen son loves Gordon Ramsey and it was on his must do list while in London. It was truly a waste of time and money.

This restaurant was an atrocity and we can’t believe Gordon Ramsay has allowed his name to be associated with this establishment. 1. We first became concerned when a bath of tiny shrimp arrived, drowning in luke warm oil and accompanied by burnt toast. 2. Next up was a flavourless lettuce bowl disguised as salad, covered in only oil. 3. The steak and green beans were palatable. 4. Our appetizer caeser salad didn’t arrive until we read it on the bill. Major fail. Noteable mention- we moved from the inside to the outside because there was an interesting smell wafting.

Came with my brother. The service was excellent. The starters were delicious and some were even surprising (peanuts with harrissa), the desserts were good, but main dish a 12oz. Ribeye steak was mediocre (65£). I believe that Gordon Ramsay can’t afford to serve such a disappointing Especially in these prices

We went here for a nice dinner while visiting London. Had the Beef Wellington for two and the fillet was acrid tasting from being burned while searing over an open flame. I've ordered the same meal at the Gordon Ramsay Steak in Las Vegas and it was one of the most amazing meals of my life. This was very disappointing. Another member of our party ordered a ribeye and it was extremely tough and over cooked. For the prices, the quality should be much better. The restaurant was very clean and nice inside though. The staff we're okay but not great.

My wife and me celebrated our anniversary and got all we expected to get from our meal. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. The place was almost empty at the time we had our dinner. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Food was amazing, especially the Beef Wellington and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because someone put their baby on the bar??? It was like a friend of one of the workers, and we were there when it wasn’t busy, so the baby was put on the floor on the aisle between the tables and the bar. It was crawling there, and the father put the baby on the bar and let it sit there. I was VERY baffled to see such a thing at a GORDON RAMSAY restaurant. Although this isn’t GR’s most expensive restaurant, I wouldn’t have expected to see this happening. Maybe at a pub, sure, but one of Gordon’s restaurants???

Restaurant was empty at 6:30 PM. Service slow, had to order meat medium well. Horrible, I like medium rare. Wouldn't be back. I can cook better at home without high prices.

Unfortunately, the fish was overcooked and soggy. There was no ambience. The restaurant was empty, which is a sure sign of things aren’t good. And the service was very slow.

Really affordable way to feel like you’re getting an upper tier meal. The wait staff was super nice and all the dishes were pretty good. Bit long of a wait between courses, but not terrible.
