Disgusting place with vile rude staff! Avoid if you don’t want a stress ulcer!! The staff have the audacity to argue with their customers very aggressively

I have used them for nearly 10 years,I order same thing all the time,I think they changed hands.They got order totally wrong then tried 2 argue with me.Also took 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery,they have gone down,i will not be ordering again.

I ordered at 12 when all the others were closed and I loved the food. The delivery took 45 mins as they were busy but it was worth the wait

Just ordered a Chinese from here and it is without a doubt the most vile food I have ever ordered. It was freezing cold. The spare ribs were pure fat. The chicken curry was anything but chicken, it was a jelly type substance that actually turned my stomach trying to cut it. The chicken balls were pure soggy batter. Needless to say the whole lot went in the bin and we are now sat feeling sick. To make it worse their prices are above average. Save your money and avoid this disgusting place

My dish meals never came with rice really disappointed. Byebye Mayflower, never again.

The butterfly king prawns didn't turn up, an expensive dish, and the restaurant's phone line has been 'busy' all evening so haven't been able to contact them to ensure we are refunded for not receiving this. JustEat can you please assist to ensure we are refunded? Food was ok although a little late and of course missing the main dish

Really happy with the quality of the food and was delivered by the expected time. However, prawn crackers did not arrive with the rest of the food and delivery guy was really unfriendly. Called restaurant and person I spoke to was very polite and apologetic and arranged prawn crackers to be delivered. Overall I am reasonably happy and would likely order from here again.

food was extremely oily today and bland. not much taste. ordered honfun noodles in black bean sauce, there was like 5 black beans, no sauce and so much oil it was glistening!!

After ordering online I called the restaurant over 60 times trying to add to the order but it was to no avail because they did not pick up the phone. The food was supposed to be delivered at 18.40pm and the restaurant extended it to 18.55pm and it came later at 19.10pm, Very poor service.

This was delicious. Like home cooked food. I felt virtuous eating it! It did take a while to get here but I was kept updated and it was a Sat night. Well worth it!

Lovely food but over half hour later than the ETA which was already 10 mins later than the original delivery time given - over an hour and a quarter in all. Consequently the food was luke warm. The restaurant wer not that helpful or informative when I called to ask what was happening.

For the quality and quantity of food, this is absolute overpriced. Just a bunch of small dumplings, almost 7 pounds, and a box of insipid rice almost 6 pounds.

Ordered food late in the evening due to the good reviews on hungry house. It was dispatched within 20 minutes and due to be delivered 10 minutes later. An hour after this, the delivery time had been and gone and the restaurant wasn't answering my calls, no matter how many times I tried to find out what was going on. Ended up ordering from elsewhere as there was no sign of food and could not contact the restaurant, nor could hungry house. Over 3 hours (and a meal from elsewhere which had been ordered and delivered in this time) later the food finally arrived (after 2.30am), with no apology or reason for the delay. Needless to say - avoid.

I had to call repeatedly to get through when my phone hadn't turned up, and though the woman I spoke to was apologetic, she also said the driver was just around the corner. It was another 15 mins after that. Food was great once it actually arrived, and JustEat gave me a voucher when I complained, but a call from the restaurant to say they were running extremely late and some money off from them should have been the right thing to do.

Great food, accidentally clicked collection but they came and delivered when I asked without hesitation, and very quickly too

Delicious food, looking forward to next time

We ordered a takeaway and found that while the dishes were good, they weren't great. Satay sauce wasn't as thick as I like and did not have a strong peanut flavour. The Singapore noodles are supposed to have some heat to them but these were quite bland. The mixed fried rice was also very plain and lacked flavour. The honey garlic chicken was okay. We were starving and ate the lot but as we are new to the area, we will probably try a different restaurant for our Chinese/Thai takeaway next time.

Delayed another 15mins so toke over an hour to be delivered. Food was bland and unseasoned. The singapor hofun was HORRID

This place has a lot of good reviews but I'm afraid I don't agree with them. The food was bland and poor quality. Chicken was that weird cheap stuff. There was only 3 prawns in the nearly £5 soup!

Really enjoyed the food although a little more sauce would be nice. Delivery was great even after a mess up with address from myself with being from out of the area. Food still arrived hot and extremely tasty 😋

After ordering we were given ETA of nearly 50mins from ordering, then it arrived even 20mins late so waited for food over an hour. The food itself wasn't anything special or tasty. Large rice dish with shrimps, pork and chillies had probably 95% of rice and maybe two shrimps and couple of noodles cut up pork! The other dish was three fishes that float the in so much liquid, no sides were recommended.. And because it was quite pricier from the other dishes we thought it would be a proper main, but it wasn't. All in all so late and not very happy with the final taste result.

Food was delicious, highly recommend. However I spent £30 minus 20% off because of the special offer and received no prawn crackers, apparently you have to spend £30 without discount. Prawn crackers cost nothing to make and should always be included. as courtesy.

Food was delicious!!! All our orders had special requests and all were made exactly as asked. Food arrived before estimated time. Overall perfect, definitely recommend!

Food quality significantly worse then previous orders. We ordered the same as we have before, but the crispy beef was soggy and the prawn toasts oily and much less prawns than before. Disappointing as we have previously enjoyed a lot.

Quite watery and not good flavour, quite disappointed!

Beef satay stir fry was most certainly not satay. it was incredibly watery and lacked any flavour. The salt and garlic squid was quite good, but the satay disappointed me to the point of it acting as an appetite suppressant. Had to add a tonne of chilli oil in order to eat it.

Food was terrible. The Salad for duck had 4 flies inside and the speing rolls that we ordered were very cold. Not happy with the service and will not be wanting to go back for a delivery again!

The food was mostly good. The prawn tempura hardly had any prawn. When opened, it looked like half the prawn lengthways with the tail.

Really fast delivery time which was great. Crispy seaweed and roasted pork buns were delicious. Wouldn't order sesame prawn toast again. While the portion size was generous, the bottom 'toast' layer was very greasy and tasted of pure oil, and there was only a very thin layer of prawn (that you couldn't taste). Would order from here again

Food was alright, nothing special. Paid £1.50 for delivery with just eat and was asked for additional £2 on delivery.

Food was over an hour late and the restaurant staff were not answering the phone. After an hour, I finally got in touch with the restaurant and was told the food was now ready for delivery. They threw two drinks and prawn crackers in for free, instead of offering any refund. The food was bland. Avoid.

They delivered a wrong item-food. The correct one, when redelivered, switched, was absolutely horrible quality, way worse and less than I used to get.

We went here last night. Firstly, it's quite rough inside & the clientele reflects this. You may be sat next to a rowdy gang or some drunken idiots. But we were hungry so we persevered. The food is of the lowest quality. They love msg here and all the food is chock full of it. All the sauce based meals and soups are like jelly. I had the weirdest noodle dish ever. I think the whole prawns & veg were cooked in jelly. I kid you not. The prawns and veg were really shiny with a glossy film. To make things much worse it's really really expensive!! Soup and noodles with a coke was £22 The staff are really blunt and unfriendly too. We will not be back in a million years!!

The sides were AMAZING!!! Very yum! The main dish was so-so (the beef) but I had several sides, and they were all sooooo good! The chicken skewers in particular are fantastic!

I called as soon as I opened my Wonton soup to find a cockroach floating in it. They sent a replacement but of course I am extremely disappointed as I've ordered from these guys before and enjoyed their food. I'm not going to risk it again cause that SHOULD NOT have happened!

Best Chinese Takeaway in West London. The Ribs are the business! Food is always hot and delicious. Costs a little bit more than some others but you pay for quality and the delivery was so fast too. Love this place

I love mayflower, they have been my family's number 1 place for Chinese and Pad Thai for years. The meat dishes are always fantastic, and even though some of us are vegetarians, it's honestly hard to think of a Chinese takeaway that is more accommodating with their delicious array of vegetarian starters and mains. It is always on time, and the food is fresh, well seasoned and consistently tasty. They never let us down!

Mixed veg curry was a DISGRACE for the money given.. Paying almost £6 for a few left-overs suspended in brown water shows that this place is taking it's customers for a complete ride. Disappointed in the past. This is my last order with Mayflower. Their food is inconsistent. Their delivery staff often rude or lacking basic communication skills (eg. "Here" *hands food, walks off) You had one job....instead I ended up doing three: washing out the delivery tubs; throwing out the rubbish you gave me; and recycling the plastic and paper you brought to my door. If you want to be a one star post-club money magnet do us a favour and move out of Maida Vale. Thanks....

Food was awful. Roast Cantonese duck came swimming around in what tasted like salty like soup and the chicken wings just tasted odd. Noodles very greasy. Spring roll was ok.
