Amazing food experience with the most authentic Chinese hotpot restaurant in London!!!

We tried the Dan Dan Noodles and the braised beef noodle soup and they were really good.

Although some dishes were quite spicy, the waiters were lovely, they offered us drinks due to the delay of the dishes (which arrived quite quickly though). Tasty and well-balanced food in a very nice street in China Town!

This is one of the best hotpot places in China Town! As the first hotpot place in London, this place is definitely worth your visit! Their food is super fresh and if you love spicy hotpot, you are in the right place!!! I would recommend having fresh fish, beef sirloin, fish balls and their delicious spicy baozi to go with the hotpot! I love this place and will definitely come back for more!!

Seafood and vegetables can be placed in different grids, which can maintain the original flavor of each ingredient. Why don’t you come and try such a conscientious hotpot! If you want to experience spicy food but can’t eat spicy food, remember to order it slightly spicy. The spicy food is very fragrant and friendly!

Very low quality meat. Some of my friends were sick after the meal. The staff was friendly but the food was terrible.

I went out with my friends and the food smelt really weird. At the end we got the bill and they charged us more than what the price was originally. It was 5p more but the waiter just said “it’s 5p more,so?” and he was mocking at us and ended up giving us 5p change. It might sound silly but realistically don’t be over charging your customers, whatever the price is on the menu should be to the final bill, simple as.

If you do Hotpot the first time, this is a great place to start with - very friendly service and supportive with selection and choices. They have three levels of hot, which was great for us beginners.

Horrible, I had food poisoning which ruined the end of my trip. In addition, the servers are not welcoming. They throw the paper and the pen on the table and we feel that they are judging us if we don't take the most expensive dishes. Throughout the meal a waiter stood nearby looking at us, it was very annoying…

The food was really good, but extremely spicy even tho I asked for the light spice option. Also the servers were always just sitting there with a frown not paying attention to the people calling them. It was a nice interior however.

Highly recommend the Spanish Iberico pig and snowflake beef. They are both delicious. Personally, I think a little spicy food is enough to satisfy the taste buds. The price is not very cheap, and the food is served very quickly.

The service left a lot to be desired; We asked for the slightly spicy dish and they put the opposite. We couldn't enjoy the food. They didn't put glasses with the drinks. Very unpleasant service. The worst of all is that the waiter had a cold. He was sneezing and sniffling non-stop. It didn't occur to him to put on a mask. Bad experience. Would not recommend.

Worst hotpot quality I have ever had. As recommended by a friend, My husband and I came here for dinner. But it is the worst experience I ever had. Staff is quite helpful and friendly. We didn’t to need to queue when we came and had a big table for two. But food is so terrible. A waiter recommended us to try pork broth but it was so terrible and smells very bad. We requested to change to another soup broth but a waitress said that they cannot change it because we mix meat and other topping inside soup. But do we need to taste the hotpot soup to check its freshness to able to change it before we put other thing in it? Ok we accepted to be charged for the terrible pork broth to change to tomatoes broth. Tomatoes broth is a little better but is still not good. I feel like the sour taste of tomatoes does not come from the tomatoes but from the vinegar. I even found a big lump of beef or pork fat in the broth (forgot to take a photo of this) even though I ordered tomatoes broth. I wondered that they put pork/ beef in the tomatoes broth? We also ordered beef to eat with hotpot but it tasted so foul, I thought they brought us lamb or their meat was spoiled. I read some reviews and they also felt this problem. My husband felt itchy and red on his neck after eating the first few bites so he stopped eating. I tried to eat a little bit of prawn and crispy fried pork because I felt like it was a waste, but I couldn't eat any more because it was too disgusting. So we left behind most of the food we ordered, even just trying to eat a few pieces of beef from the beef plate. We are afraid of stomachache or food poisoning if we continue to eat this type of food. We spent about £84 (including £12.5% service charge), although food was too bad, we paid the whole bill in which we are charged 2 times of broth (£22) for changing terrible broth. The meal was expensive and terrible. Will definitely not come back and not recommend for everyone.

I went there on Saturday afternoon for the buffet. The waiter was rushing and told us we only had one hour to eat. I don't understand him at all. He needs to pay extra attention to people who are new to the restaurant. We went there to enjoy the meal not to feel uncomfortable like that. The girl was OK although her English wasn't good. The weren't many people at all in the restaurant but I don't know why he was rushing. It was difficult to find the waiter if we needed help.
