Poor staff waited 4 hours for our food and it was disgusting they got the wrong order 3 time came out 3 times food was cold

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my life , where do I even begin , was unable to track order so couldn’t see how late it was going to arrive just given an estimate of 5:50pm after waiting for half an hour I decided to call the establishment to see what could possibly have happened and was met with no reply , in the end I have called over 5 times with no response . As well as contacting deliveroo support who couldn’t contact either . They have taken my payment and it’s now been 2 hours since expected arrival with no sign of any food or refund . Complete scam don’t buy from this place .

They serve the best pizzas in Bath and pepperoni is a must try. Timely delivery and great taste. Will definitely order from them again.

If you can, order in-person rather than online. While I've been happy with the food quality and how quickly it reaches you if you're in the Bath area, most of my multi-item orders were wrong in one way or another, which is fairly frustrating when I have a craving for one specific thing.

ordered a £10 kebab which was supposed to have chicken donner, lamb donner, fries, garlic bread and a drink and received just meat in a box with nothing else. called up to complain and they said they didn’t have an order to our house today when it had been delivered 10 minutes ago. avoid this place

I have uses pizza Diana a few times in the past and always enjoyed it. However I decided to order from them on the 23rd of April for me and my partner and was both left very disappointed. First of all the driver took an hour and a half to get here despite the website saying 45 minutes. Then when the food got here, the Chip's were soggy, the chicken was undercooked and the coating was just stodgy and greasy, with all the coating falling of. The Doner Kebab although a good size, the meat had no taste whatsoever and the pitta was not even toasted. I was also taken back that you had to pay extra to have a pitta bread in your Kebab when surely its a integral part. Shame on what used to be a good takeaway that was once reasonably priced as well.

20 inch pizzas are sold here. What's not to like about that 🙂

Avoid Ordered from Diana’s, when the food arrived it was completely cremated when I called the restaurant to complain and they proceeded to ignore my calls until closing time. I’d recommend friends or pizza la vita instead

Went there to get kebab and burger. Food was maybe ok, but instead of medium kebab they gave me small and overcharged £3 pounds on top of normal price, adding difference between small and medium was £4. I didn't realise until I got home. I simply paid with no doubt as older owners were always honest. Just to let you know if go to buy in watch how much they charge you.

Gone downhill in last few weeks. Abdul not there. They ignore the phone, pizzas lacking topping, regular customers are kept waiting up to 2 hours for delivery. Cutting corners will cost them customers. Shame as it is a reasonable takeaway when run well... Latest thing I noticed, staff come straight in from delivery and DO NOT WASH HANDS & START HANDLING FOOD. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH WILL BE INFORMED. NOT ACCEPTABLE

Usually great pizza, reasonably priced, but tonight it was awful - over 10 minutes late, paid extras not on the pizzas, tasted off, and very burnt on the bottom. Such a shame, but seriously considering not going back.

Worst kebab I've had, ordered a mixed shish and got lamb doner & chicken (the chicken was rubbish) the 'naan' was just a folded tortilla wrap that had been chucked on a grill for a few minutes, and the chips must've been made from rubber. Absolute shoite for 16 quid, don't bother

Absolutely terrible service! Waited 2 and half hours for a delivery that never came. The driver didn't even have the correct area. Even though they have delivered before. Will never use this takeaway again.

If I could give no stars I would. Items were missing and the man on the phone was telling us how we were wrong, when it clearly states in the description that the item came with fries and a drink and my drink that I ordered separately was not included. I have never been spoken to the way this man spoke to me and working in the industry I am horrified that they can get away with charging people for things and not send them! The food that did come was cold and dry, Order at your own risk!!!

Food good, but missing one item and delivery was very slow, still the food was hot.

Delivery was delayed by 40 minutes. The driver could not find the address I had to look for him on the estate. Pizza arrived cold and smash. 😬

Burnt pizza, hardly any toppings and rubber cheese and oily base, cardboard chips, garlic bread doesn't taste of garlic bread at all, the can of Fanta was nice, give my compliments to the chef

Pizza is burnt! And it tastes horrible! So disappointed! Opened the box to a burnt, oily disgusting pizza stuck to the bottom of the box. I can't belive any restaurant could send food out that looks and tastes like the pizza i received.

If i could put no stars I would. After saying it was going to arrive at 20:40 i had to call at 21:00 asking where it was only to be rudely told that it had left the place i left it another 20 minutes and i called back again and the guy fanally said it would be 5 minutes away. Finally when the food arrived it was cold and we had to put it in the microwave to warm it up it. When we achally got to eating it it was alright but not worth the hassle . Also we ordered a Donna kebab and found chicken in it.

This place was great - by far the best tasting and best value for money burgers in Bath. Now it's absolutely shocking. The food is rubbish and the customer service is extremely aggressive and I won't be using them again. Used to go there 2-3 times a week, but never again since it's changed hands.

Food was late, when I called man on the phone ended up screaming down the phone at me and hung up. I was only asking for a delivery time. Rude and aggressive. Will not be using this takeaway again. Very disappointed. Food was poor. Delivery staff was great though. Very apologetic.

It was the first time we ordered from this takeaway.Good value for money and friendly staff. I ordered some chicken doner wraps thinking they'd be small.. They were so huge and tasty that I was full after 2/3s of one wrap. Burgers soooo nice and big... Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Officially our favourite Bath takeaway 😍

First time I use Ubber eats. I had it set up with my address for home but we were feeling peckish last night shift in ED. I realised too late that the food would have gone home instead to the hospital as it was intended. I phoned Diana Takeaway as soon as I realised. The shop workers did understand my problem straightaway but I could hear the Ubber driver who didnt even want to take the phone saying that he was not allowed to deliver my food to a different address. He advised me to go on Ubber eat app and changed it but I didnt know how I was busy at the moment and I beg for a solution cause the last chance was cancelling all together. Ubber driver didnt care much and did not helped at all. But the super heroes of Diana takeaway offered to bring the food to us at the Emergency Department free charge. Wonderful. Next time I will phone them straight away and I would not use Ubber eats if I can phone the takeaway directly instead. By the way special pepperoni pizza was AMAZEBALLS thanks Diana Takeaway for being so kind specially when you were about to close and go home.

Please tell me WHAT has happened here. This place has definitely changed hands. Appalling customer services, delivery driver knocked on my door to ask if I had a delivery without the food. And then said he will go back and get it. This is after a 2 hour wait!!Nah mate forget it thanks 😂 I'll keep my money you keep your rubbish. Avoid the place.

The best 10" spicy meatball calzone I've ever had, massive and good for price, yes delivery is a pound but it's well worth it, definitely my first choice on a good takeout, and Fair prices.

Recientemente nos mudamos a la zona de Knottingley y me recomendaron esta comida para llevar como una de las mejores y tenían razón omg No he probado una mejor hamburguesa de pollo nunca x básicamente es como conseguir un pedazo de pollo kfc en una hamburguesa increíble. Increíble servicio y trato telefónico. Nada demasiado problema. Recomiendo definitivamente

Best Kebab I have ever had the Lamb Doner Meat melts in your mouth and the garlic mayonnaise is so tasty highly recommended I will be buying again.

Horrible and disgusting place I was sick after eating a kebab from there!

Okay so first of all I ordered a large kebab and I got a large box with some food in it, I’m stll hungry I could eat a medium deep pan pizza with all the toppings possible on it. Chicken was good though. Second of all the pita bread was dry. Third of all my chicken and the sauce was put in a separate bit of foil to everything else. WHY?! When I opened it all the sauce was stuck to the foil. Salad was squished separately next to the foil and the pita bread was on the other side. So when I opened it I had to transfer the pita somehow under the chicken and try put the salad on top. You don’t know how difficult that was. Salad was a hand full which I was looking forward to the most 1 tomato slice 1 cucumber slice a pinch of lettuce and the rest. All and all I’m going somewhere else now for my main meal because that was just a starter.

The worst place to order from. Order never turned up and talked to my mum in a sexual manner.

I only pop in on a Tuesday evening when I get back from work. Staff are fairly friendly and that's where my review ends. Food for me is very much hit and miss. I'm unsure if the staff are aware of the offers they advertise. It will be a while before I visit again.

First time having a pizza from here. I’m quite the pizza addict, this pizza wipes the floor with the more expensive trademark outlets. Flavour is amazing!! Would recommend their garlic bread pizza as well. Will be coming back.

I like the food here and the extensive menu is appealing to all diets. However the customer service needs work from staff, they put cheese on my wings instead of the chips when I said "no cheese on chips". Plus the hygiene rating is a 1.

Absolutely amazing! If you're looking for pizza to feel guilty about and you don't want to break the bank, this is the place for you!

The chicken doner kebab is very nice. Generous portion with really tasty chicken. The pizzas however are absolutely inedible. It has waaaaaaaay too much cheap and nasty cheese on it. There is so much cheese that the dough underneath it, has no chance to bake. The cheese seals the dough which cooks rather than bakes and ends up a nasty gooey cooked dough texture. No exaggeration, parts of the pizza had cheese as thick as my pinky. I absolutely HATE throwing food away, but apart from one slice, both pizzas ended up in the bin. I'd give more stars because the kebab was very nice, but the place is called PIZZA Diana and not KEBAB Diana so I assumed that their incredibly bad pizza is their priority.
