Masum's in Gravesham

Far and away the best Indian in gravesend including all the eat in restaurants. Every dish is jammed with flavour! Delivery is always prompt even when it’s -6 outside.

Absolutely love the food from Masums, always piping hot well presented and delivered promptly by polite and cheerful staff, my recent order even contained some extras which was a very welcome surprise. Keep it up Masums and get ready for my next order👌 Well there has been quite a few meals since my last review and my opinion has not changed just had a delivery tonight Monday 26th May 2022 and it was spot on chicken so tender and the spicing exquisite, I ordered two spicy popadoms and got three and also got two onion bahji’s,free lovely touch, and their salad is the best and freshest you will get from an Indian Restaurant/Take Away Thankyou Masums, see you again very soon👍

This is my regular curry house order once a week thought I’d leave them a review the chef is amazing always cheerful helpful and friendly I tried more Indians but this one just hits the spot I always recommend everyone to try this place if u haven’t tried your missing out big time 😊

I recently ordered food from masums the food was delicious less oily and bigger potions then before the staff there are great. I received my food within 25 mins I was very impressed with the customer service. 100% will be going back. My family loved the food as well

I have used this Indian takeaway for years and have never received such awful service. I placed an order for a family dinner and spent £90. I decided to collect it as it would be quicker, once I got it home and was dish it up one dish was missing. I called the takeaway and said that a dish was missing and they said they would deliver the dish within 15mins. After 30mins I called back and they said it hadn’t left yet and it wouldn’t be long. Again I waited while my guests finished their meal I still hadn’t got mine. I called again but they kept picking up the phone then put it down (obviously they had caller I’d) so I called from my mobile and they answered. Again I had to explain the issue and they said that they were waiting for a delivery driver to get back. It did finally arrive 20mins later. The driver asked me to pay for the dish which I said no. The driver said that it was under new management and that people who had placed their order at 6.40pm was still waiting. I will not be using this takeaway again which is a shame as I have had nothing but good service from the previous owners.
