WOULD GIVE MINUS STARTS IF I COULD !!! Absolutely disgusted by the way I have just been treated at this place !!! i took my mum for lunch on my dinner break from work, and we ordered a jacket potato (woman in front of me ordered and the girl checked she had some before continuing to take her order!) and a toastie we were upsold crisps to go with and it and a latte. we sat down apx 10 mins later we were told they didn't have any jackets i declined any other option and said that is unfortunately what i wanted and could we have a refund on the food so me and my mum could go somewhere else for dinner together, as i wasn't told on point of ordering. i then was approached by a very hostile manager who said the toastie is already made and was very aggressive. After being very unhelpful he then said he would refund me where he obviously didn't know what he was doing on the till and gave me cash back for each item in pennies practically (the toastie but not the crisps he upsold me and the potato but not the drink) i asked for it go go back on my card he refused said it had to be done this way so rude and took a long time eating into my lunch break with still no lunch. i left in amazement of how i was treated and spoken to and i admit i pulled the door when it does say push however it opened. The manager then came out and started shouting at me how i nearly broke the door very aggressively in front of the whole arcade. disgusting do not go i will be sharing this experience !!!

Called in whilst waiting for a bus. Not impressed when establishments start shouting down 30 minutes before they close. Had a Mocha, it was lukewarm, the drink was spilt, but it tasted OK, and for £3, good value. Long time since I've been, maybe a long time till next time.

I'm a guide dog owner and registered blind.Recently visited this cafe and was told could only eat in their outside seated area. This was apparently because of " food hygiene " issues " that a guide dog could present This was despite me telling the assistant that guide dogs have high standards of good behaviour and cleanliness..Good staff training should have informed you that assistant dogs according to the chartered institute of hygiene and environmental health have deemed they are unlikely to pose a hygiene risk and should be allowed acess .Please also refer to the 210 Equality Act..Unfortunately I will not be returning .It's not nice to be humiliated and embarrassed.Neither can I recommend your establishment

I come here regularly for a drink and some cake which is always nice. It's a convenient location but can get quite busy.

I call in here quite often for a pick me up whilst out shopping in the town centre. The staff are always polite and very efficient, brilliant customer service. The place is kept to a high standard, very clean & tidy. I usually opt for a lovely toasty or panini with side salad and a lovely pot of tea. The coffee is lovely too, not strong or bitter. I am always made to feel welcome. They have a point card, so after your 8th point you receive a free drink. The cakes & scones are delicious too. Keep up the great service. Thank you.

Went to Tesco cafe Saturday , was served by Andy he was very advisable about the food and drinks , he was so polite and a great sense of humour it was a pleasure to be served by him , he was right about recommending me the fish finger wrap with waffle fries followed by a lemon muffin I wasn't waiting long for the food to arrive at my tablet , good job by the team

We visited Willow Springs cafe and soft play regularly prior to lockdown, and this was our first visit since they re-opened. The new outdoor play area is a breath of fresh air for families desperate to let their kids get back to normal - a clean, safe space for children to play whilst parents can enjoy a drink at the spaced tables. Staff were really friendly and we had a great time. Will definitely be returning!

the mushroom, spinach and egg bap was very nice and so was the cinnamon roll. unfortunately the cappuccino fell short of being good. it was supposed to be large!! definitely not large and only half full. come on Costa your a coffee shop it's a bit of a holy show up if I can get a better cappuccino at say a greggs or McDonald's.
