Massalla Lounge in Worcester

Missing from my order 4x popadoms.

Arrived piping hot and good tasting food

Really enjoyed the food! All arrived in good time and warm. Had a little mix up with Rice but was literally solved in a matter of minutes with a new portion at my door (and a bottle of pop as an apology) was a nice gesture and very much appreciated. Staff were also very friendly at both the Restaurant and Delivery :)

Food was great, but had to wait an hour for our food whilst they prioritised people who were seated after us and takeaways

Ordered a takeaway with Deliveroo; the food was simply amazing. It arrived in full, hot and the most tasty meal I’ve had in a long time. 10/10 and highly recommended!

Great menu, really wide selection including some interesting fish options. Attentive service. Cosy and private. Will definitely come back and explore more of the menu.

I had a Vegetable Massala, with a chapati, my son had a Lamb Jalfrezi with a cheese and garlic nan. The food was tasty and well presented and just spicy enough. We appreciated the quick service and complimentary ice cream and drinks afterwards. Thank you we'll be back..

They can always fit you in, always good service and decent food. They give free pudding and a shot at the end of the meal. Food comes with a good portion and reasonable price. Will keep coming back

Had a delivery from here and the food was exceptional. I really couldn't fault any of the food. The lamb in our curries was really nice and tender. They delivered on time & with professionalism. We will definitely be ordering again & it's probably become our regular place to order from.

Visited for first time for valentine's meal. I had the pathia which honestly was the best I've had. Partner had madrass which was also very good. He had a problem with his naan being burnt but when advised them they very efficiently fixed it. Always appreciate the good service. Chowdhury was star. Thanks, will come again 😊

Quite a large Indian restaurant that was very busy when we visited. Plenty of staff on hand but service was a little hit and miss and you didn't get the feeling you were being looked after like in most other restaurants. Food was good but not wow, being served a tray of sweets at the end was a little unusual.

i only 4 pieces of chicken .😪 also the lemon rice , might be ok to others , but i found the lemon rind cut a little bit big for my taste . curry flavour good ! plus they gave me 2 popadom dips for free . ... however i still could eat a bit more ... 3/5

Had a lovely meal there this evening for 5 people. Food was delicious, staff were attentive and efficient, couldn’t asked for any more. We were given complimentary after dinner treats, which was a lovely surprise! Choudhury and his team were fantastic!

Paid £36 for x2 curry, rice, naan and chips. They give you dips but no popadoms. X4 pieces of chicken in each curry so, unless you are umpa lumpas don’t bother ordering from here because you will still be hungry.

Awful delivery experience. Food arrived over two 1/2 hours after order was placed. Called to ask where it was. Spoke to a very rude man who shouted at me. When it did eventually arrive it was cold. Avoid!!!

Very enjoyable meal and generous portions. Extra poppadoms provided as well. I would definitely order again from Massala Lounge.

Ordered at 6:02pm. Original delivery time was between 18:35 and 18:55. Checked a couple of times and the time kept moving back. It got to 8pm so I rang. Spoke to a very rude man who shouted at me and told me to call JE. Food arrived cold at 20:34.

Was a brilliant night catching up with family, they’d travelled up from Essex and specifically ask to go out for a curry so after a bit of googling we decided based on all the reviews Massalla lounge was the best venue for our Friday night curry we wernt disappointed lots of banter they were very attentive and the food was very good, place was buzzing

Spent one night in Worcestershire, first time at restaurant, omg the food beautiful, came out with ice cream, drinks sweets, just brilliant service, Iam heading back Saturday 14 dec, nothing to much trouble , fantastic, restaurant 👌

Travelled to the UK from Sydney and have to say- wow. All the curries we tried were distinctly delicious and some of the most unique flavours we’ve tried in Indian food. The pashwari naan was also gorgeous, staff were kind and attentive, and not to mention we were given complimentary treats at the end. Would definitely come back here!

The bhuna was delicious! We had a chicken and a meat one. I had chilli and garlic rice which was a nice change. The service and the lovely treats offered after the meal were lovely and made the visit special. Would definitely revisit and recommend.

Loved this restaurant! Lots of areas in which to eat so suitable for intimate dining or a large group. Food was delicious, although a tad spicy, but they were happy to redo as a milder dish but we opted to add more raita. Couldn't have asked for nicer staff who were friendly and attentive. Lovely surprise ice-cream after the meal, with toppings which included a throwback to childhood!

We got a takeaway. The tikka masala itself was very tasty actually but portion seemed a little small for the price although did fill us both up in the end. Special fried rice was okay, keema garlic cheese naan was really good. Quick collection time on a Sunday and was 15% off for this

original delivery time was moved up to over an hour later than when I initially ordered. My dish stated it came with crunchy salad, yet not a salad leaf in sight. Very poor and very disappointed the food arrived tepid in temperature. Chicken over cooked and very dry, will not be using this restaurant again

the sauce from the curry was spilt all over the bag, on the rice container and naan bread packaging. half the sauce from the curry was gone due to this.

Time on app changed numerous times. Originally arriving way before 8pm. Arrived 8.30pm. We waited 2 hrs. Did call and they said 6 more minutes, was another 20. Finally arrived and stone cold. Worst service had

The delivery time kept changing. I can’t say it wasn’t delivered on time according to the App. But it kept moving forward. The prawns were backwater malformed rubbery things. They were plain disgusting. I only gave a 2 because the lamb seemed okay, otherwise 0 would be about right

Amazing restaurant with outstanding staff. Food tasted amazing. In fact we over ordered. Digestive shots on completion of meal and fresh cut oranges. As an Indian restaurant should be. I can’t rate it highly enough.

Booked last minute, and they fitted us in straight away, great food, great service, and nice and quick, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended
