Food was very enjoyable and brought out quickly for a cheap price, seated in a clean area with lots of different seating options. Staff were very nice and polite. Absolutely must try the different flavours in the buffalo wings and tenders! Definitely recommend the buffalo shrimp, gourmet burgers and sides.

Don’t go here the food was terrible and came an hour late. Ordered chicken wings peri burger and tater tots with chili beef. The chicken wings where dry felt like I was eating shards of glass,the tater tots where soggy and chewy ,they had forgotten to put the chilli beef on top and the burger buns where also soggy. they won’t answer the phone if you try and call either, paid close to £40 for food that’s not even worth half that price.

Me and my partner were having a movie night and wanted to order a takeaway. My partner has had food from Mashes before; however, I hadn't but heard good reviews from friends. We ordered around 8:00pm and the delivery service was really quick. My partner ordered a wrap and chips and I ordered the nachos. My partner really enjoyed his food and I enjoyed mine. I felt the food prices were a little steep, seeing as I only ordered nachos. I was surprised about a delivery charge of £2.50 when the takeaway is literally 5 minutes in the car to my partners house.

No hygiene. Staff on till handling money then don't clean hands as they use their hands to pick lettece and cheese slices and the bread. food oily even though theres a sign saying drain the fries. Chicken fillet had so many red markings inside and this was a clear sign of bad quality fillet chicken. The actual owner is probably unaware of the poor practices here and should be with so many negative reports. 2nd visit and final visit. I have nothing to gain in saying, but if you want a decent chicken burger stick to KFC or Roosters in Bolton. This place is just unfriendly and staff dont give a S@@@!!

Me and my boyfriend ordered £23 worth of food and first of all it took 2 hours they kept saying be patient and kept saying another five minutes when we kept ringing and then kept changing the time on the app it started with 11pm then moved upto 1am like at this point we both just wanted to go Bed we tried to cancel and they refused to cancel so we waited another 40 minutes for it when we rang up it said it was delivered and some guy came out At the point I was very mad as the takeaway man must have just gave someone a free takeaway so I rang them they refused to give me a refund and they was so rude down the phone I was begging them nearly crying and they hung up on me and kept putting down the phone when I tried to Ring back luckily there was this very helpful Nice man who cancelled the order and gave me a refund back from Uber eats and Money came straight away it’s not even that we was starving just wasted away when we could have ate like No one as much as them makes my blood boil so bad!!!!

Do not order from here chicken is always pink disappointed as this place is not cheap never again I'm won't be surprised it it still had feathers hanging out the box

Ordered on phone and was told delivery would be 30 mins. Phoned them after 30 mins and was told driver is on his way. Phoned them after 1 hour and still driver is on his way and then they realise they've forgot to make the food. No apology or empathy at all. Worse service ever.

These ppl don't understand the meaning of customer service. Told me 30mins to 45mins for delivery. When it got to approx 1hr not having arrived phoned them they said the delivery driver would be with me in 5mins.15 mins later no delivery driver so phoned them again asking them to check whereabouts. They said they would confirm and ring me. No callback so I phoned again they said there was confusion and that they would put another order on for me which would obviously take another hour! We were all starving. There was no gesture of goodwill for there mess up. In the end told them to stick their order where the sun don't shine. Absolute rubbish all about making money and no customer service or satisfaction. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Felt a little peckish & got 12 tenders & 2 nachos fries, cheese was a little less but overall the food was very clean & the service is Amazing, keep it up guys.

I ordered from here via Uber at 18.40 and was told food would be with me at 19.25 my food finally left the take away at 19.50 and when i received it it was freezing and not edible i contacted the take away who said as i had ordered through Uber they could do nothing my partner took all the food back to them and explained what had happened still nobody would do anything they then said are food had been waiting twenty minutes to be collected surely as a catering establishment they should then know that this food is not going to be any good to consume i spent £29 on this delivery and as a courtesy gesture im pretty sure they could have replaced our food absolutely disgusted at there lack of customer service

2 chicken burgers-tasted like they were microwave ones 6 chicken tenders in wild wild herb sauce -came in bbq sauce 6 chicken tenders in honey and mustard sauce was that spicy it had to be thrown away the chips were cold and soggy and the 4 separate sauces I ordered they couldn’t even get them right... absolutely awful place do not waste your money ordering here I wouldn’t feed it to my dog

Rang today with a large order it was ready 25mins later and I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was everything was cooked to perfection and the service was second to none I would highly recommend this place to anybody in the Bolton area

Hot dogs ordered and turned up to be sausage meat nothing like ahot dog.. supposed to have tomato sace and mustard what we got was burnt onions and nothing else inside and we ordered cheese and chips to see all they had done was melt cheese slices on.. by far the worse place ive ever orderd from

Ordered after being impressed with the menu. The burgers sounded lovely, but they really weren't! The wings, we had them plan and got sauces on the side but they were too spicy for the kids to eat. The ones who did try the wings had a bad tummy later that night. Extremely unimpressed, and over £30 for the privilege! Delivery was 45 minutes later than advised.

Went in to the bolton branch on derby street yesterday after spending the whole day fasting. The woman at the counter with the head scarf took my order and told me to take a seat. 45 minutes later i question where my food is with anoother colleague only to be told they have run out of chicken!! how can a chicken shop run out of chicken?! the worst thing is the staff member who took my order was made aware that there was no chicken left! To be honest with you they were all running around like headless chickens and i was not the only customer who was frustrated!! thankfully in the end i got a refund and an extra hour added on to my fast. Thanks a bunch.

If you’re after quality peri chicken then mashes wing ranch is the best option. They have plenty of different sauces to cater for everyone. Everything is made fresh so you can be rest assured your not getting stale food. Keep up the good work.

I had another opportunity to eat in Mash's Wing Ranch. The place has been refurbished recently, the menu spruced up a bit well with new offerings. It is a very good operation, the meal arrives quickly. We had peri peri chicken and burgers and enjoyed it.

When the Preston branch opened I saw the menu pop through my letterbox, and as a pescetarian was intrigued by the shrimps and the salmon burger.So I ordered them and in all honesty it was lacklustre. While the shrimps were alright, the chips were like soggy cardboard and I was so shocked to find that when I bit into the salmon burger it turned out to be chicken!!How on earth can you get that wrong? Chicken fillets look nothing like salmon fillets for a start, and besides, did they not read the order?I won't be going back again, shrimps weren't enough to save it. Overrated, amateur. Can only hope the Bolton one is better, but seems not to be the case.

Ordered my delivery we had items missing. My chicken didnt have my peri peri sauce on. Been dieting hard and was looking forward to my cheat meal. They said they only had one driver on so couldnt send my sauce and offered a 10 per cent off my nxt order. Didnt enjoy the chicken.. thats why u choose mashes because of the flavour.. unfortunatly standered meal i could of made at home

We have ordered from here for years but tonight the food was 35 mins late followed by forgotten chips and no cheese on a cheese dog. Really poor won't order again

The customer service has really gone down the pan. Not interested in sorting out problems. Waited 50 minutes for an order range up to be told there was no driver available. Will not order from here again.

This is their preston mash wings ranch that is terrible , I would go , I do know there is a mash wings in Bolton but haven't been so don't know if it's ok , but I know that you shouldn't order from the Preston mash wings , the wings are flavourless and chips are greasy as hell , 1/3 of my chips were edible and the rest wasn't ! I was so disappointed , there need to change the oil or the chips because there are rubbish ! My food was cold and horrible

Bought some PeriPeri wings from here on Sunday. In the car all I could smell was the charred smell of burnt chicken. Very off-putting. Still, what can you expect from these kind of places. Won't be visiting again...steer clear!

Yo ordenar comida de puré de ala Ranch vía a comer app así que lleva un minuto para reordenar ni siquiera tienen tarjeta de entrada a los detalles que se guardan en el app. Muy rápido y conveniente manera de ordenar comida para llevar, que no es la típica grasienta bajo comida rápida de calidad. Sus tiernos media y guisos son encantadoras y sanas. Pollo lechuga son también agradables.

My favourite place! Love the food from here! Everything tastes amazing. Even the chips! Gutted that the mixed chicken and donner kebabs things aren't on anymore. But still plenty to choose from!

Honestly say the best wings i have had in bolton. Grilled made them taste like they had just come off the BBQ. very good. nachos were kind of limp however and the Caesar salad was limper still, having hot chicken on top of lettuce in a sealed container was not great. may i suggest using containers with some holes in the top next time. damn...those wings though.

Just eat menu adds incorrect items, check your basket at end, didn't get what I asked for bus corrected by takeaway

Estábamos viajando a través de Bolton buscando un bocado rápido para comer y encontrar halal este lugar. El menú era enorme, así que pensé que podría no ser tan estupenda, pero fue muy bueno!!! Hay unos 10 de nosotros, así que probamos un montón de hamburguesas y alitas deshuesadas. Todo fue bueno y los aros de cebolla eran especialmente buenas, muy diferente de aros de cebolla que tenemos en los estados unidos.

Was ok, we love the food and will eat again but our comments are always ignored, my partner hates relish and we asked in capitals on the comments page (as we have been ignored before) but still everything we requested was ignored... again. Also very shy on the nacho cheese sauce there was a couple of teaspoons at the most even though i paid for extra

We go to Mash's nearly every week, or every other week, so that speaks for itself. We find the grilled chicken meals great value for money and very tasty. The staff are lovely, big shout out to Imran and the team! We live around 8 miles away so we order and collect ourselves.

Just ordered for me and my 2 kids. The food went straight in the bin chicken was pink inside and the kids hotdogs where sloppy and pink inside and not cooked at all waste of time and money will not be ordering from her again! Poor food standard

After hearing good reviews online and from friends we were excited to try

Food was bangin and arrived well early, however I asked for Buffalo wings and got grilled. I also paid £3 for the Nacho cheese on three portions of chips and it was a tiny drizzle on each which was massively disappointing. If I order Nacho cheese I want to have my hand covered in it, not have a mildly cheesy three chips in the entire box. If you're going to do that, at least let me choose a bigger portion of nacho cheese, I don't mind paying the extra for an actual adequate amount. And then the zombies came.
