Meat was second rate. Tough to chew. It’s a shame because prior orders have been good

Ordered take away and the order included rice. Firstly it took more than one hour to be delivered. Following delivery, we realised the rice was missing. Called them up and they said they will send the rice with their next driver. Half an hour later the rice still hadn't arrived. I called up again to cancel it as the food had gone called by that point. They agreed to give me a refund. Two days later and the refund had not arrived. Called up again and they said that I should have returned the food to get a refund. Something I was never told or offered on the day. Terrible customer service and obviously their staff don't know what to do in such cases. Will not order from them again.

Disappointed our Bombay potato was missing, but our food was so delicious and delivery as good as usual I am not complaining.👍

Placed an order at 6:40pm through just eat. Was told it would be 1 hour, 45 minutes after placing the order a delivery driver calls us to say that we are too far out and that he is lost and will not deliver our food. Told us that we have to cancel the order because it’s our responsibility. Phoned the restaurant who said that they don’t deliver this far out but he would phone the driver and call us back. He didn’t call us back but did cancel the order 1 hour after it had been initially placed. Extremely rude staff and driver. I wouldn’t mind but Google maps says it’s a 10 minute drive from Billericay to crays hill
