Masala Kitchen in Basildon

Ordered a takeaway from here as we wanted to try somewhere new. Unfortunately we shouldn't have bothered. So the dishes that were ordered had containers only half filled. The onion Bhajis where dripping with oil. So not dried off properly. Part of the food was missing from the order. I called the restaurant to inform them as was quite polite, but was met with a tirade of abuse because they didn't want to send there driver out again. Neither did they offer a refund or apology. left bitterly disappointed. Out of pocket and had to go elsewhere to get additional food for the guests that food didn't arrive for. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for takeaway. Best of going elsewhere.

Hair in good old owners are gone run by Sri Lankans who can’t even speak English let alone understand my order stay away as kitchen is very dirty and unhygienic oh and diorrea I had eating there what a mess

Disappointed our Bombay potato was missing, but our food was so delicious and delivery as good as usual I am not complaining.👍

Terrible terrible customer service!! Do not order from here ever! Made an order and 1.5 hours later I phoned the restaurant and we were too far out for delivery. No one told us and they were happy to take out money. Have never been spoken to so badly by staff. Hopefully they will be closed down just based on sheer rudeness!
