Absolutely amazing, I had several off piste requests and they managed all of them, minor mix up with chutneys etc but dealt with within a couple of minutes. Balti Exotica Vindaloo hot is THE ONE!

First time ordering from here, and I tried the vegetarian Jalfrezi and Mushroom Rice– absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and well-balanced. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived fresh and hot. Definitely ordering again!

UPDATE.. after ordering I left this review, maybe should have held off. DO NOT trust the allergy symbols on the menu. Very disappointing. Been using Masala for years, as they do home delivery. Normally good to their good too their word on delivery times etc..... Absolute love the new online ordering, we have a nut and egg allergy in our house so it's really hard to eat out knowing that we're safe. The new menu online has all types of allergy information, which is absolutely brilliant for us. 10/10 Masala this really is top quality from you, and other establishments should follow your lead.

Best takeaway. My partner and I work in hospitality and we often order a takeaway in on a Sunday evening after a busy weekend and this is exactly what the doctor ordered. The man who works on the till when you collect is friendly and always asks us how the our business is doing (pub) and is supper attentive.

We've used Masala for years but I think this will be the last time for us and various guests that were with us. We ordered for 4 and on the basis of the 40 minute wait their ordering system stated. It took over 2 hours and when we called to see why that was we just had an abrupt :we're busy" response rather than any apology. I assume every customer that night had a very long wait then. The food itself ranged from nice to unenjoyable. The lamb in two dishes was tough with gristle and the railway chicken was too salty to eat. Not worth the wait and not great value.

Just had a lovely takeaway delivered. A minor mistake. They sent out Chicken railway instead of Lamb railway. I phoned up and with no qualms whatsoever very quickly with apologies delivered out a Lamb railway. Food is always lovely here.

Truly spectacular takeaway curry. The railway chicken special is just so good, as is the South Indian garlic chicken. Not had a better curry takeaway anywhere.

Ordered a takeaway online from Masala on Friday evening. We requested a delivery and we're amazed when it was delivered just 25 minutes later by a lovely gentleman. The food was hot and absolutely delicious. It was by far the best Indian food we have had for a while. Highly recommended and will use this resteraunt as our go to place for Indian food. Thank you

Had a delivery tonight, starters and mains were very good, back to their old standards. Have read a couple of negative reviews recently, really not sure where they came from, glad we didn't take any notice, we will be using the Masala again.

Absolutely lovely, especially the chicken tikka zuri starter … that was amazing. They forgot to put my Keema Naan in the bag so that was a bit of a shame, i made a phone call to inform them and I hope that will be corrected on my next order.

I had extremely high expectations when the staff member taking my money couldn't speak a word of English. He couldn't understand that my card was rejected and required to cancel the transaction and start to reprocess it, even after telling him. Obviously he couldn't understand me, because look at the first sentence. Amex is not accepted here. I ordered a Tandoori mixed grill, which comes with a naan. They threw in a couple of popadoms. It was quick and hot. The naan was fluffy and tasty. The tandoori meats tasted of red. It lacked spices and salt, and I had to recook it with salt, and tandoori masala I've previously had a tandoori chicken starter which was also not very flavourful and a chicken biryani which was ok

We ordered a take away from here last night through uber eats. Honestly was the worst curry. Had no flavour. Was super watery like soup. The nan was soggy. Honestly super disappointed as this was our one take away off the week. It just went in the bin.
