Food is amazing best curry all of Southampton and waterside me and my partner always buy from here the quality never disappoints

I am Hari from Cardiff and I am a vegetarian. I have found this take away restaurant through Google search. I have ordered vegetarian biryani, mixed veg curry, naans and pilau rice. The food is delicious and I can highly recommend this. The staff is very friendly and suggest the quantity to order.

Lovely food, sometimes gets busy so make sure you order in advance.

I was recommended Alam spice , im from middlesbrough and curries up our way always good , but i must say !! I got lamb madras and sag aloo , didnt do chapatis , but no matter , gorgeous curry tender lamb and a great sauce , sag aloo was also good , i thoroughly recommend this takeaway

Probably the best Indian Takeaway in the Hythe area. Food is generally really tasty, although on some occasions the chicken can be a bit tough and chewy. But overall lovely food, especially the Mirchi Massala!! Would be nice to have a free side dish when spending over a certain amount 😁.

Exceptional quality food. Very tasty and lovely people. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Be prepared to wait for your order if ordered during peak times but I can assure you its worth the wait.

Great food and delivered on time

Hands down the worst Indian takeaway in the area, which is a shame as we used to travel from marchwood as it was so good. But honestly please don't waste your time chutneys, in blackfield, jaipur express in Hythe are leagues ahead (especially jaipur) shame it's collection only 🤷🏼‍♂️

One of the nicest Indians I’ve ever had

Alam Spice in Fawley is consistently delicious food, Cooked to perfection, And always delivered on time. The staff in the shop, are warm and friendly. It is like getting a meal from an old friend. Highly recommended.

I will never order from here again, third time of part of out order missing, undercooked poor quality chicken again, I phoned up to complain but they were not bothered, shame on you.

3rd time ordering a delivery. All 3 have been excellent, each time trying something different. The chilli garlic chicken tonight was excellent. Tender chicken, lovely sauce. Papadams amazing, not greasy at all. Pickles really good. Best garlic naans.

We have been coming to Alam Spice for a fair amount of time and have always really enjoyed the food, when we came today was no different. The food was exceptionally good, the service was also great! Chris went above and beyond to make sure our order was as good as it can be and looked after us and made us feel really welcomed. Will definitely be returning!

Delicious curry and the chef couldn't have been more helpful giving us vegan options. One thing missed off the order, then the doorbell rang and they'd driven to my house to make sure we had everything - unprompted. Excellent customer service.

Best Indian ever by a long shot!!! Quick service and very polite (Excellent service)

Actually really disappointed, pre ordered for 10pm, got there early 9.45pm and take out was ready. Meal was cold, my lamb tikka masala was watery and lamb inedible, so overcooked and chewy. Very shocked as we've had so many great meals here. Not sure I want to go back. 😢

Best Indian takeaway on the waterside.

Best Indian takeaway in years food was really tasty 😋 Chicken was tender and curry had plenty of taste without being too hot. Rice was light and not sticky as you find at some places. I think they struggled to cope with demand in lockdown but are clearly back in control.

Three weeks in a row and the food is not tasting very good, so we'll have to find another takaway. The onion bhajis are shrinking in size in a dramatic fashion too.

This was my first visit to Alam Spice takeaway in Fawley and it didn’t disappoint. The various meals we ordered were all excellent as was the service A varied menu with some classics and some most unusual Enjoy your takeaway from Alam Good pricing and easy free parking.

Best curry for miles but appauling timing. Have used them for 5 or 6 years and as they've got busier their customer service has got worse. They NEVER have the food ready or deliver when they say, not when we request but when we say, usually anything up to 30-45 minutes late at least. Their record is an hour ! I can't understand how they can be either 1. So far off with cooking times or 2. Not tell customers the truth about timings. Frustrating and very annoying, will not use again which is a shame.

Just went to this place for the first time tonight. I got a chicken tikka dhansak with pilau rice and pashwari naan. The staff were polite and the food came out nicely cooked and very tasty. Thumbs up here 😀

We’ve been having take away from Alam Spice for a few months and they have always been excellent, without fail. The menu includes things I haven’t seen elsewhere as well as the usual dishes. I decided to have them deliver for my annual pre-Christmas family get together (12 people for whom I preordered the week before) and they managed to deliver on time with the food hot and ready to serve. All of my family enjoyed the food with a couple of them specifically telling me how good it was. We were all impressed.

In the five years that I've lived in the area Alam Spice has consistently been the best curry place. I've tried a few others but always come back. I normally have something fairly hot, like a madras, ceylon or dhansak and they are always spot on in my opinion. Mushroom rice is good, always fluffy and not stodgy like some restaurants. There is the usual range of starters and the ones I've tried have been consistently good, as has the chicken shashlik. All in all highly recommended.

This is my first takeaway from Alam Spice, I decided to try it as the one nearest me (whose standards had been slipping of late) has closed. The food was very good and the portions generous, best takeaway I’ve had for a while, the staff were polite and friendly and the service was timely. One rice dish was wrong but I’ll put that down to mishearing my order over the phone. The menu is quite varied and the pricing compares favourably with other takeaways & restaurants nearby. (2 x starters, 2 x mains, 2 x rice, 2 x sides = £33)

Brilliant Indian takeaway. Just as well as it's the only one in the village. Recommend the Jalfrezzi, my favourite.

Ordered a few takeaways from alam spice. Very polite on the phone delivery was ok they seem to only have 1 driver at weekends could be waiting and hour and a half but takes 2 and bit.. they need more drivers at weekends but the food has always been great! Bit off shame they charge you £2 for delivery being only 3.5 miles away.. I definitely recommend this alam spice for great indian food
