Location fantastic. Experience total opposite. From our arrival having to move tables ourselves to make a table to seat 8 was very unprofessional. We booked weeks in advance. The staff just weren't trained. Not their fault, bad management. My colleague whos leaving do we were there for, never received her food! The rest of the meals arrived all stone cold! Very poor management and a very disappointing experience! Train your staff, care about your restaurant and have some pride!

We wandered into Paradiso to just grab a bite while wandering around London. Turns out we had the best fish and chips we had during our entire visit to London. The Cesar salad was uniquely presented but excellent, as were the cocktails. A great surprise to find excellence when we were just looking for sustenance.

Last minute decision to grab a bite to eat here, realised we had never been. Service, food and drinks were excellent. Their Spritz selection is great, I recommend the grapefruit spritz. Really tasty. I will definitely go again and may even try their very successful (lots of people) bottomless brunch.

Tasty food! And nice staff! I took the Fishermans Burger and my partner Chiles fish and chips. Great view by the river. Highly recommended!

Went for the Bottomless Brunch. It seems they are not geared up for this concept. Again like another reviewer, we were upstairs and tucked out of the way. The cocktails took 15mins to prepare and the Prosecco tasted awful. We didn’t get anything for 15 mins of our 90 mins. Had to ask for more drinks and when they arrived they were given to the next table. Food was mediocre and fries over baked with the burger rolls soggy. VERY Over priced at £38!!! Poor service. Quite frankly we were glad when we had to leave. Do not recommend and def would not go back.

To whom it may concern, I attended your bottomless brunch today with some friends and I must say I was absolutely appalled. There was absolutely no manager presence from the outset. We were stuck upstairs out the way. It took us 20 minutes to be asked for our food order and no drinks had yet been ordered. The service was ultimately lacking by a gentleman who really did not want to be there. It took 15 minutes for each round of drinks to arrive which is shocking considering the menu consists of 2 cocktails and bottles. When the food arrived only 3/4 meals showed up, the 4th arriving 10 minutes later. In addition to this, the “secret recipe” fish burger was heinously disgusting and the only secret was the American cheese that the menu failed to mention topping an ultimately bland, greasy and underwhelming dish. In 90 minutes, my associates and I only received 4 drinks each, 3 of who all claimed to have left the premises more hydrated than sober despite the “cocktails”. It is a con and a farce that you could charge £40 each for diabolical service, less than average pub food and a member of staff who rolled his eyes and got huffy when I requested the service charge to be removed. At this point no member of management was in sight on the premises to dispute what was a less than mediocre dining experience. I would thoroughly appreciate correspondence to this matter. Na een wandeling over de Southbank besloten we hier wat te gaan eten. We krijgen een tafel vlak naast de deur en dat is erg tochtig. Iedere keer als er iemand naar buiten of naar binnen gaat krijgen we een volle laag wind. De bediening is correct, ze zijn niet heel hartelijk maar doen wat ze moeten doen; niets meer niets minder. Het beste van de avond is de Fish and Chips, die is echt heerlijk. Fijne krokante korst en een mooie ruime portie. Over de maaltijd zijn we dus dik tevreden!

Very over priced for what you actually get. Chicken was over cooked, one slice of tomato in the burger and tiny piece of lettuce. The burger bun didn’t taste fresh. Was meant to be a hot burger but couldn’t actually see any chilli mayo in the burger. Very dissatisfied, can’t believe I paid £18 for that! Drinks over priced too… appreciate it London prices but don’t being ripped off. Won’t be going back

The staff were really nice and helpful, I ordered the chicken burger and my friend ordered the ribs, they were both really nice and the overall experience was pleasant.

Lunch with my daughter.just walking the southbank. Tasty freshly cooked food with a lovely view on to the river . Really good food great choice truely delicious. Staff welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Gelrads wharf just behind for a perfuse .We will be back

The played the music so loud we had to leave to keep chatting somewhere else, they said they didn't have the big salad so they served the plain one and it was very poor on lettuce. The burgers came wrong and the price is high.

Awful. I ordered the chicken burger which had a large bone in. This put me off my entire meal. Really poor quality food for a restaurant in such a prominent position. My cocktail was served in a tiny dirty glass. Revolting.

My wifes burger was excellent - not a single thign was wrong with her order. I had fish (cod) and chips. Some of the chips were hard without being crunchy so, overcooked. The fish was the smallest portion I have ever eaten in the UK - the batter was tasty but the portion was at least 60% smaller than a normal piece of fish. There was a tablespoon of mushy peas and they were almost tasteless. My fish cost £17 which is expensive, even for Central London given the portion size. 12.5% tip was for the wait staff. I won't penalize them for the restaurant policy - just don't order the fish.

I can't recall what this was named before the recent refit but we ate in the previous version of here andf it was good for a place in a tourist trap. The new version - Paradiso - was less good. Staff seemed untrained in the menu and a bit disinterested (or maybe bored). Had to go find one to pay the bill. Burgers were OK but expensive , salads a bit better. After wine etc , we felt it was expensive for what we got (yes, its right on south bank, what do you expect you might say!) and overall were underwhelmed.

Unexpected find as we made our way from Waterloo bridge to Tower bridge along the Southbank looking for somewhere to eat. Lovely, inexpensive for its location, Gabrielle’s Wharf is really good

A nice eating spot near the waterloo bridge. on the Thames. We had cheeseburgers and great well done fries delicious and the walked part of the Thames path to the black friars bridge

Needed coffees or hot drink, 4 of us sat down. Menus appeared, said we would just like drinks. No Coffee, machine not working. 2 Teas requested, and 2 soft drinks. Waitress returned and said sorry no Tea either. When asked if there was not a kettle available to make a cup, met with a shrug. Clearly as we were unwilling to pay OTT prices for cocktails, we were not valued patrons. Went next door for two very good hot cups of Tea and 2 coffees, as required.

dont go shown to a table by staff then told 5 minutes later as we did not have a booking even though the place was half empty we would have to go totally rude and under informed staff the person that said we had to leave took no notice of the fack that a staff member placed us at that table

Would defintrly not recommend this place for a bottomless brunch - the food itself was quite nice so cannot fault that . The problem was the service, most bottomless brunches are free flowing and they constantly take care of your table/ top up your drinks...
